If well my preferred place would be a small property just for my self, I might also consider full rentals of 2 or 3 rooms for up to $550 to share with my friends. I want to live in a place that feels like home, not a temporary shelter, or being there only for the convenience for a cheaper rent, so long term remarks and a clear relationship from the property manager is expected. I'm happy to do real estate. I'm not a smoker and want to live in a free-smoke place too. Since I occasionally work from home a space to set up my desk would be ideal. You would often find me working on personal projects, but when I'm not, I enjoy hiking, watching Netflix, playing board games or reading about startup.
