Hi, my name is Sandip Ghimire and I’m applying for this rental property together with my wife, Sabina KC. We are both hardworking, responsible, and respectful tenants with stable income and a quiet lifestyle.
I currently work multiple jobs — as a Production Assistant at Juicy Isle on weekday afternoons, a Cleaner at the Australian Antarctic Division in the mornings, and also on weekends at Laziko Kebab in Margate. My wife, Sabina, works as a Cleaner at the Australian Antarctic Division and also at Laziko Kebab in Margate. She recently completed her Master’s degree from the University of Tasmania, and we both lead a busy, structured routine.
We’re looking for a peaceful and well-maintained home that suits our work-life schedule. We always pay rent on time, keep our living space clean and tidy, and can provide references or supporting documents if needed. We are genuinely interested in this property and would be grateful for the opportunity to become long-term, reliable tenants.
