Hi there! I’m Flor, 35, a vet nurse originally from Argentina. I’ve been living in Australia for two years and have now been in beautiful Tasmania for the past three months, working in Brighton. I’m currently looking for long-term accommodation, ideally a self-contained studio, a granny flat, or a room with a private bathroom. I'm flexible with the move-in date. My partner will be moving to Hobart at the end of June and joining me for about three months before he returns to Argentina, so I’m looking for a place that’s suitable for a couple during that time but still affordable for me to manage on my own afterward. I’d love to find a place that truly feels like home, somewhere I can live comfortably, share the occasional coffee or dinner, and invite friends over from time to time. Since I often work night shifts, a quiet space where I can sleep during the morning is really important. I’m respectful, clean, and very mindful of shared spaces. I value open, honest communication to keep things smooth and friendly. I’m super chill, easy-going, and friendly. I enjoy the balance of sharing a home while respecting everyone’s space. I don’t smoke and always aim to create a peaceful, welcoming environment. Nature and the outdoors are my happy places, but I also love cozy movie nights and board games. If you're into some friendly competition, we’ll definitely get along! Looking forward to finding a lovely place and sharing great vibes with some awesome people. Cheers, Flor 🌿

Hey Hobart ! I'm seeking a room in a sharehouse in West/North Hobart/New Town from June. $225 Max p/w. I've been living in a great place out in North Hobart, but struggling with a noisey house. I'm a 32 year old male, moved here from WA last year, and am planning to stay in Tas for another year or more. I'm a counsellor and an artist, with my main focus on music. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly, eco-friendly, pet-friendly, and also respectful of noise levels when making music. I'm a warm, creative, and considerate housemate, I really value clean spaces, and am down for a friendly chat, meal, or drink here and there but also respect other's space. I'd love to live with like-minded people. Would love to chat more if you have anything available

Hi I'm Simon! I'm an adventure seeker, part-time explorer, navigating through life since 1993. I was born and raised in France, I have then studied, worked and volunteered in several countries in Europe, and now spending some time in Australia, where I intend to settle for a while. I work in a brewery in North Hobart. I'm an outdoor person, I spent most of my free time exploring around, biking, hiking, I want to get more involved in water sport like kayaking and surfing. I enjoy live music, pubs, cinemas, and chill day at the park or beach as well. There's obviously much more but I'll keep it short!

Hi, I'm Laura :) I grew up in Hobart and after living all around the world, I'm growing roots back in Hobart with my son. I absolutely love to cook up good, healthy food with or for my household. I'm not strictly vegetarian but I often cook that way! I love travelling, veggie gardening, paragliding, boardgames and languages (I speak French & Spanish ... pretty excellent English too!). I love deep conversations and for my home to have a low environmental impact. I work part time as a teacher assistant, and as an expedition leader (taking a couple of overseas school trips away per year); I also run a small campervan rental side hustle, and am being mentored as an emotional therapist. I'm Mum to 4 year old Hugo who is very sociable and intelligent. He makes friends with everyone. He loves animals of all kinds, being outside, unicorns, rainbows, trucks and dinosaurs. He is an expert at playing and turning everything into a game. We laugh A LOT. We both love watching bees on flowers, hiking, cycling, swimming and going on adventures, and generally just being in nature. We are wanting to rent a room in an existing cosy home, start a new share house with like-minded folks or rent a granny flat. Hugo normally sleeps soundly from 8pm-7:30am, so we're not looking for a party-house. We're pretty clean and tidy, I'm house-proud and I love everything in my home having its place. We want to live with the kind of people who give warm hellos and goodbyes, who can share a home together rather than just a house to sleep in.
