I'm after a decently big bedroom as I have my own queen size bed and desk that I would like to fit in there, so tiny bedrooms would unfortunately not work for me. My only other strong preference is that the bedroom has aircon so I dont boil alive in the summer, otherwise I am a very flexible guy. That is also why I would prefer an unfurnished bedroom.
