Hi there :) My name is Jordyn and I am a 22 year old female. I am an absolute animal lover, whoever I end up with needs to be willing to accept my two rabbits and snake alongside me (plus any random animals I decide to nurse back to health). I am studying to be a vet nurse and currently work at a well known dog rescue in Sydney. I am looking to move out in mid September this year once I return from a month trip to Europe. I do have a long term boyfriend who will also be hanging around occasionally (he is nice though, you'll like him). I am not fussed about the location as I am used to driving. I am social but I also do like my own space.
Hi there, I am a 22 year old student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in my first year. I am very quiet and keep to myself, I'm honestly not much of a talker and value my privacy. I consider myself a bit of a phantom housemate - rarely seen or heard. I do have a boyfriend that I like to spend time with, but otherwise I don't party or like to have people over. I spend most of my time studying and listening to music, however you won't have to put up with my tastes as I'm aware that sound travels throughout a house and so keep it down, especially at night. I am also a very strict non-smoker and non-drinker. I am generally tidy and clean up after myself, both in my own room and in common areas. I can happily live with cats, though dogs will have to be on a case-by-case basis. I can supply all of my own things like towels, plates/bowls/cutlery and bedding, so the only things I would need to share would be a washing machine, dryer and fridge. I am looking for a preferably unfurnished room, a large room is preferred, as I am a bit of a hermit and tend to live in my room, so being able to comfortably fit a double bed and a desk is a must, however a furnished room is also okay. Anywhere along the North Shore, Northern and Western line is ideal, from about North Sydney to Epping and Hornsby as that would keep me close to uni. ~15 minutes away from a train station would be ideal. My rental budget is a maximum of $200/week, or $250/week if bills and utilities are included. I hope to meet you and become a great housemate! - Blake
Hi I am looking for privet-room/ "clean" granny-flat/ studio or unit to stay in Sydney on a long-term.( I can pay $200 max for my privet room including all bills + unlimited internet ) I'm living in Sydney for about 5 years and have been living over in Melbourne and I am working full time job here. I'm a clean, non-smoker, tidy and easy going guy and respectful of any house traditions you might have, and am keen to help out and get involved as much as is needed. I need to move to my new place between now to first of April so if something is available from then that would be ideal, but could find somewhere else for a few days if the place wasn't available immediately. I'm looking for somewhere to stay for around a month but would give or take a couple of weeks with that if it works better for you. Any questions feel free to ask, cheers! George
Mature and very responsible couple with great tenancy history wherever we lived , very friendly , clean and tidy and full of respect to people and places we lived . Always paying rent on time , and looking after places we live in, and more. We hope that you don't mind our few month old little toddler who is very quiet and gentle always :) .... Thanks Khal&Nina
My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. Clare x
I get along with everyone, easy to talk to, friendly and enjoy a good chat. I am in Australia for work purposes and getting to know the local culture. I never stopped learning since I started travelling and loving my stay in Australia. I am looking for a room for a couple as I will be moving in with my partner, Sue. She is sunny and very good fun to have around, currently looking for volunteer work in care. We come from London and are currently living in Central Coast but moving to Sydney to minimize commuting time (I work as a soccer coach for children in Sydney) and make new friends.
Hi there, I am seeking a non-shared room, asap. Coming from Mildura,on bus to find work and explore. Preferably within 20kms of city, near train station. I am quiet, clean, reliable and very easy going. I would be out and about most days. ($150 p/w inc. bills max) All offers/replies appreciated...Thanks ;)
I am an easy-going person. Friendly, love a good laugh and open-minded so there will never be short of fun conversations. I like my quiet times but also try to socialise on the weekend; love the beaches and great Sydney night scenes. I am multilingual; I speak fluent English, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay and very poor Dutch as my mother is Indonesian and my father is Dutch. Although, I am an Australian citizen now. Before Australia, I've lived around a few countries in my whole 20 years of life, in cities such as Jakarta, Bali and Singapore. So if you come from or have lived in any of those places too, we'll have great fun relating through them! I have one year experience living in a share house with seven other girls when I was up in Newcastle, so I understand the aspects of living together, sharing a home under mutual respect. At home, I am undoubtedly very neat and tidy with my personal spaces; I take very good care of my belongings and their surroundings. You wouldn't have to worry about mess or dirty dishes hanging around the house because I cannot stand them let alone live with them! If you have pets, I'll love them to bits. My parents are keeping my two dogs; Snowy is a Japoodle and Bruno is a pug. If you have a dog too, maybe we can bring them on nice beach walks on sunny days as mine loves it! I study Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Laws in University of Newcastle, although I am taking a gap year just to work full time and build up my savings. In addition, at the moment I am working full-time as a barista in a French cafe, needless to say, your daily bread need is sorted. White, wholemeal, rye, sourdough, you name it. I usually bring home hot pies and cakes too! Although I always try to keep up a healthy lifestyle five days a week. The other two days I eat yummy sugars watching Netflix. So if you are up for a gym and Netflix buddy, I'm your gal :) Cheers! X Hana

Hi, I'm currently in my final year of my undergraduate degree in Psychology. Outside of studying and work I play football, tennis and go to the gym. I'm passionate about music, and have a keen interest in science. I'm clean, friendly, find enjoyment in making a home cooked meal and am looking for a place that not only makes it easier to accommodate for work, recreation and rest, but is a place that genuinely feels like a home.

We're friendly people who study/work during the day and come home during the afternoon/night to relax. ==Location== -Located on a quiet street (away from heavy traffic) -Within 5 minutes walking distance to Hornsby train station + Westfield shopping centre -Situated amongst other townhouses -N.B. Since this property is a townhouse there's occasionally children playing around the area. It does become noisy sometimes (especially on weekend mornings) and additionally previous tenants have complained about neighbour babies crying at night. Just a heads-up for light-sleepers.
Hey! Looking for a new place and new housemates. Currently living in the upper north shore but I'll be happy to live anywhere around Sydney as long as I can afford the rent. I work full time as an Electrical apprentice and during the week I enjoy having a social life with my mates, keeping fit and anything outdoors. I am easy going and reliable and will always respect your space and privacy.
Hi, I am looking for a room to rent anywhere between Townhall to Hornsby. I work full-time and enjoy exploring Sydney when free. I love outdoors and watching sitcoms and movies. I am friendly by nature and wouldn't mind sharing experiences and dinners with flatmates. I respect people around me and expect the same in return. Kindly feel free to drop me a message if you have a room to let or looking to share a new apartment with someone. Thank you!
Hi my name is Michael and 29 years old. I'm clean and respectful of other peoples belongings. I like to think that I'm sociable, so I'll be up for a drink, chat or meal every now and then. I've been working as an architect for the past couple of years. Before that, I was doing internships in Europe and Asia. I'm quite handy around the house and would be happy to help fix things up.
I am a persian international student in Sydney. Most of the time, I attend university (3 to 4 times per week) from morning to the evening and then go out to have some exercise or stay at home to have a rest. Other days I study at home and do my routine works or have some exercise outside. I am a completely tidy person respecting other's privacy as I expect the same from them.I prefer to share a house with only one person who is tidy and have a clean lifestyle. One house with both private room and bathroom. Also, I prefer granny flat/studio. Lastly, I am not a fan of party, smoking and pet. Just need a place for studying and having rest.
Hey there :) couple from Malaysia. We're both business students of UON from and we're in our final semester of uni. Super friendly and quiet. Clean freaks that love to keep our surroundings neat and tidy. Just looking for a nice room or place near any public transports to stay :) Cheers.
I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
Currently looking for a roommate to move into a 3 bedroom place in castle hill. Two girls are about to move and we are looking for someone really friendly, fun, clean and happy to chat and chill together. Let me know if you are interested and I can organise with the owner for a viewing.
Hi! This property is a secret little gem in Hornsby on Sydneys north shore. We have a fully self contained, airconditioned 2 bedroom unit under the house, which has it's own kitchen, 2 bedrooms (both with ensuite), one of the bedrooms has it's own upstairs room which can be utilised as another room, private lounge, office, or studio. This larger room also has it's own sliding door access with private deck and balcony. The main area has a kitchenette, with ceramic stove top and 3 living spaces to be used as dining, lounge and office. It really is an amazing space. Backing onto the bush, it's surrounded by lush bushland. There are options for this space. The entire space may be leased for $475 p/w with bills included The larger room with ensuite, upstairs room and balcony $350 p/w The smaller room $250 p/w. There is a shared laundry that is in the apartment, so we would use that 2 - 3 times a week, being respectful of the space. The driveway is long, and there are stairs to get to the apartment, so someone who is reasonably fit and doesn't mind that. We are a small family who are friendly, and easy going. People who are looking for a private, relaxed lifestyle, with the convenience of being close to Hornsby trains station and shops, then please get in contact! The area that is available is the bottom level of the house in the picture.
Hi, Looking for a place around Hornsby or <10km away. I'm a full time uni student, who also works. I live an active and healthy lifestyle. I'm usually busy during the day and then out with sporting commitments a few nights a week. I'm very clean, and respectful of peoples property and privacy.
