I'm Margot. I'm 24 and French. I'm an easy going person who likes to clean up after myself, and I respect other tenants privacy and personal space. I'm a non-smoker. I love cooking - I will be happy to cook French meals for my roomate(s) to try. In my free-time I also enjoy working out, swimming, reading and traveling! I was raised in both French and English, I also speak Italian and a little bit of Spanish and German.
My name is Shani I’m down to earth and don’t mind having a chat and a laugh, I’m new to Canberra, have been overseas the past couple of years and just moved here from Sydney. I’m clean and tidy and respect the privacy of others :).
I am working as an APS at the Department of Finance. I love nature, watching artistic films and want to get back into reading. I am looking for walking distance to Forrest or a maximum of 20 minute drive to Forrest. I am very flexible and do not require a personal bathroom. Additionally, I am a neat and tidy person.
Hi, I'm Chris, I'm relocating to Canberra because of an interstate transfer through my company. I'm gathering a few roomies together so that we can all live more comfortably, preferably 3 or 4 people sharing a large luxury house. I want the house to have an uplifting culture where everyone is happy and looks out for each other. If you're interested then lets chat :)
Hi, I just finished uni and now working as a Structural Engineer. Recently moved to Canberra from New Zealand and need to find a place to stay. I work full time but still like to keep active and to hang out on the weekends. I enjoy playing soccer and being outdoors, and I also enjoy a good movie. I prefer to be near Phillip/Woden but I'm flexible. I'm looking for a house share or a teamup so if you have anything let me know, thanks!
I’m originally from Japan, but I’ve been in Aus for the last 5 years. I moved in Canberra last year due to a new job in Barton. I work full time as an early childhood lead educator. Since my life has kind of settled finally, I am looking to rent my own place or team up with someone and rent something together. I’m very clean, organized, tidy and considerate, so I wouldn’t be a bad one to live with :p I like exploring cafes and restaurants on weekends, but I am not into much of outdoor activities.. haha I enjoy quiet nights after work Mon to Fri, and also hit the gym at night. I don’t mind buying furniture or appliances for the place, but I do not have a van or Ute...! Please shoot through the message if you are interested in teaming up :)
I'm looking for a place where I can have my own space when needed. I'm a fairly quiet person but love having a chat and am partial to movie nights with a bottle of wine. Board Game nights are also appreciated! I work full time in the city and am studying part time on the side. I love to read and am particularly good at sinking too many hours into a Netflix session but I also enjoy going out to socialise. I like having a tidy house and have two indoor cats, max and nox. Therefore I am looking for a pet friendly property. I love dogs but unfortunately one of my cats is terrified of them so I will also be searching for a dog free property.
Hi, I'm Andy, a graduate whom is moving from Sydney for a Government Department position. I am tidy and always considerate of others. My interests include: most sports(especially soccer), fitness and fishing.
I am Rodrigo, 33yo, Brazilian, I have been working as a Retail Business Executive for 13 years. I have been living in Perth for 15 months. I just arrived in Canberra, I am studying Leadership and Management. I am clean, tidy, respectful, sociable, I like sports, movies, going out, drinking socially, playing and listening to music.
Hey, my name is Jamie and I'll be studying in Canberra. I'm easygoing and more than happy to help around the house. I enjoy cooking, photography, and working out. I like going out but prefer Netflix and a heavy doona most nights. So far this is sounding very cliche so I may as well double-down and cover all my bases by stating that I'm looking for a fun but relaxed; open but cosy; quiet but adventurous place to live. To be honest, I'm quiet and respectful and I'm looking for a place that matches.
Hi! I've just moved to Canberra for my first full-time job - Intern in Canberra and Calvary hospitals. I've lived in university on-campus accommodation and shared house with ensuite bathroom in the past. I prefer having an ensuite room or a room with own bathroom. I always clean-up after myself and wouldn't mind taking turns cleaning common areas in the house. I am hoping to find a quiet, clean and tidy place with respectful housemates (preferably females). I would be keen for occasional housemate(s) dinner/gathering, if I'm not too tired from work. I enjoy exploring new places, going to cafes, and exercising. Looking for places which are flexible with length of stay - I'd definitely prefer not to move around too often, but wanna make sure I really like the place before committing long term. Thanks
Hi There! I'm a 22 year old Syrian/German Politics Graduate, currently residing in Melbourne, looking to move to Canberra in order to persue an internship program at the Australian Institute for International Affairs. Im open-minded, enjoy going out for drinks, love watching soccer, and always keen for a political debate, especially if its focused on Middle-Eastern Affairs which is my main area of proffesional interest. Currently searching for a short term stay (3 Months) with the possibility to extend depending how things go with my internship.
Hi, My name is Hope I am new to Canberra originally from Brisbane. Moved here for a public service job which starts in early Feb so I would love to be settled in before then (ASAP). I'm pretty quiet, tidy, considerate and friendly. I love watching Netflix and TV and listening to music. I keep to myself a bit but also like a chat. I have a few pieces of furniture not including a bed so am flexible with furnishing. I also have my car so would require somewhere to leave my lil corolla beast. What makes me great to live with?? I'll let my 10 year old niece tell you. "It's not easy to make her get angry. she is helpful, caring, loveable and the best." If I sound at all tolerable please hmu!
I'm down to earth and like to learn from the people around me. I need a bit of solitude from time to time, but also make an effort to be a supportive housemate. The outdoors, exercise, and conversations over coffee are some of the things that I enjoy most. I'm a small business owner looking to knuckle down for the year ahead. I'm looking to either team up with one or two others to find a house to rent, or move into an existing share house. If you think we'd get along as housemates, please get in touch.

Hi everyone! My name is Kerry from Brisbane and I am planning to move to Canberra at the start of March. Little About Me: I am a recent civil engineering graduate who is easy going, clean, tidy and respectful of others. I enjoy being outdoors, playing sports (even though I am not very good at it), binge-watching TV shows and meeting new people. I am always keen to have a little bit of banter and a chat with others in my free time however, I do understand the privacy and quiet time of others. As I will be working in Phillip, my preferred location would be in the south side, however I am quite flexible as I do have a car. My current budget is around $200-$250 pw including utilities (negotiable if the place is right). Looking for a place to stay for in the long run (ideally 9-12 months+). Let me know if you think I will be the right fit for you place! Cheers, Kerry
I’m an active, social, clean, sporty and respectful 25 year old looking for a place to live. I’ve lived in a share house for two years now but it’s time for a change so here we are. I played AFL so spend most weeknights at training or if I am home I’ll generally cook for myself, although I have been known to love a pizza! I’m easy to get a long with and respectful of my housemates space. Any questions please let me know.
I'm looking to rent a place either by myself or with a peaceful, self aware, tidy, friendly person. I love a good conversation, I also like my own time and respect privacy. I am very domesticated, I cook, clean, wash, pay my bill's. I work full time and attend classes at CIT twice a week. I have a full schedule. I have a mountain bike for rides around the lake or block. I like to keep relatively fit. I've been known to send myself to see a movie. So a movie buddy would be a bonus 😊 I have family in Canberra, so a ute or helping hand if we need is never far. I'm looking for a santuary I can be at ease.
Hello, we are a young couple looking for a flat were we have an easy commute to work and can also chill with our cat. We are both currently employed in the pet industry, me as a vet nurse and Sam as an assistant store manager in a pet shop. We own one cat, a very laid back, 10 year old, British Short Hair called Pushkin. She is fully vaccinated, up to date on flea and worming, and is strictly an indoor only cat. The reason we are moving out of our current flat is we don't have a kitchen, and we want to improve our lifestyles by cooking more. We are both into music but our instruments are practiced quietly so not to disturb anyone. We are quiet people and often work long hours, but we are also happy to have a chat if we run into you. We are preferably looking for a small flat (with a kitchen!), but we are also happy to share a house if the people are right. If you have anymore questions please let us know!
Hi, My partner and I have recently moved to Canberra from Queensland as Justis has recently obtained full time employment with Department of Health. I have only been in Canberra for a couple of weeks now, and am currently searching for employment. I will also begin studying mid year :) We're both quite, and clean people. We enjoy watching movies/TV shows, coffee, board games, spending time outdoors, and animals! We are looking for a bedroom to share with a private bathroom (preferably). Only wanting to rent a room for 4-6 months.

I am a respectful and tidy person and since I don't know anybody in Canberra, I'm down to hang out. Im quite active and love nature.

Hi, I'm late 40s in the public service, very quite, clean, respectful and easy going. Just moved back to Canberra from the central coast and staying with friend's temporarily. Would like to find somewhere to share with other like minded people. Regards, Richard
I enjoy a chat and some banter but I also like to simply chill/relax on my own. Cooking is something I enjoy when I have time. I also like getting outdoors to do things like bushing walking and socialising. Wholistic health is an interest of mine too. Furthermore, I am easy to get along with and enjoy a good laugh. I am not from Canberra but I have been here a few years. I work in a busy caring field/environment 4-5 days per week in a permanent part-time role, and am planning to resume study in 2019 in addition to this.
