We are located on a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac and are very close to tracks to walk up Red Hill. Just a few minutes walk from the Hughes shops (where you can catch a bus to Woden or the city), 5 minutes drive to the Woden Westfield shopping centre and a 10-15 minute drive to the city. The house itself is modern and very spacious with four bedrooms, two big living areas and a great sized kitchen (with gas stove). The house is furnished (although there's space for additions) and has ducted heating or reverse cycle air conditioning in all areas, including the advertised room. There is also a nice backyard area with a paved patio and separate grassed area. The room is located in the upstairs area of the house and can come furnished (at an additional cost) or unfurnished. Furnishings include: double bed, table and chair. You will be sharing use of the bathroom/shower with a clean and tidy male. Bills (gas, electricity and water) and internet costs are split equally between all housemates. Sorry no pets or smokers. For more information or if you're interested in seeing the house and room, please send a message!
I'm a 23 year old full-time software engineer looking for a place to live for 4-6 months. I like cooking (incl. curries, stir fry, desserts), board games, indoor rock climbing, ice skating and skiing. I also play some video games and attempt some programming projects at home from my computer. I'm clean and considerate and enjoying hanging out with others as well as having time to myself. I'm moving from Sydney but continuing to work at the same company, just in their Canberra office. I'm looking for a place to live that has decent public transport to the city, relaxed but clean flatmates. I'm happy to split cleaning and other domestic tasks.

I currently work at Coffee Club. I love cleaning on my days off because it gives me something to do. I love animals, reading and writing. I am looking for someone who's down for a chat but doesn't need to hang out every second. Someone who's got a chill vibe that I can live comfortably with, female or male I don't mind.
This is a unique property to find as a share house, as it's brand new, with double glazing and central heating and cooling for all round comfort. All bedrooms are light and spacious, with built-in robes, - most have their own televisions and all are lockable for your safety and privacy. The open plan kitchen/dining and living area has been furnished and offers spacious relaxing areas. Just a short walk from the Hughes shops, where there's a supermarket, bakery, chemist and many other boutique shops. A two minute drive takes you to Woden precinct, where cinemas, gyms, cafes, clubs and other entertainment abound. Something for everyone!
Hi, I'm a 20-year-old International Relations student studying and working at ANU. I'm looking to move into an existing lease or into a new lease with one to two other people, with a preference for unfurnished rooms. I'm after a room big enough to fit a queen bed and a good-sized desk comfortably. I'm clean, quiet and I pay bills on time. I don't mind a bit of mess but also like to do a general tidy/clean every week. I enjoy going out for a drink, cooking, reading and binge-watching comedy shows on Netflix. I keep to myself but am certainly up for the occasional shared meal or drink. I'm really not into big parties or events, so I'm not interested in a big house warming party. That's not to say I don't want guests at the house, just not a big, loud event. Ideal flatmates would be fellow students or young professionals. My ideal locations are somewhere in North Canberra, Belconnen or Woden. Essentially somewhere that's within 15-20minutes of the city and ANU. I'm looking to spend around $300 a week on rent, utilities and Wi-Fi. A car space is desirable.
I'm easy going, easy to get along with. I'm clean, courteous, and always pull my weight. Love a good party every now and again, but mostly I'm quiet and enjoy movies, tv, and games. I'll have a boardgames night any night of the week! Lived in Canberra since I was young. I'm a nurse, working at The Canberra Hospital. Looking for a single room, in the central south of Canberra, flexible with arrangements, furnishings, and start date. Looking forward to meeting you! :)
Hi, I'm a 22yo professional moving to Canberra in June for full-time work in Deakin. I'm generally quite busy so not home often but when I am I enjoy a good cook up or Netflix marathon. When I'm not at home or work I'm probably at a gig, the markets, finding hidden coffee spots or rock climbing. I'd like to live in a place that's somewhat social with housemates happy to chat over a glass of wine/cup of tea or do trivia/board game/cards nights every now and then. At the same time, I'm respectful of space and need a bit of introvert time. I'm neat and tidy in communal spaces but won't be the person to get annoyed over a bowl in the sink for one day. If it sounds like I'd be a good fit at your place, give me a bell!
Government veterinary moving down to Canberra for a temporary transfer for 6 months with working for the RSPCA starting in June. Easy going, tidy and social. Love a cheeky wine but mainly just love chilling at home or getting out for a hike. I have an adorable long haired cat named Casper that I'm hoping to bring with me, he is very lazy but loves attention.
I am a 27 year old female who works full time in the public service. I am easy going, (very!) clean, and respect space and privacy of others.
I am a positive, happy, chill and funny guy from Stockholm, Sweden. Currently I'm studying Master of Laws at Stockholm University and this fall I'm heading to Canberra for my exchange semester. Besides my studies I've been acting and modeling a bit, and also working as a trainee at a law firm. I like being creative. I like to hang out with friends, meet new people, go for walks, barbecuing, museums, movie night and basically doing all those things that makes life a bit better. I hope to find like-minded people who would like to share a flat or a house with me. Make new friendships, helping each other and just hang out a lot, at the same time respect is shown for the others privacy etc.
I am a working professional moving to Canberra in May. I get along well with people and overall a clean and tidy person. I am looking to house share or flat share and prefer the location is close to Canberra Hospital. Rent can be negotiated.
