Work in Civic so inner North would be great, but I'm fairly flexible. :) About me: - Moved the Canberra from Brisbane in August - INTJ - Tidy, but not OCD clean - Reliable with bills etc - Bearded - Chill AF - Not adverse to a couple of wines after work (and a few more on weekends) Who I’m looking to live with: - Preferably more than just one other person. But I don't mind living with just one person either. - People who are fun - People who are relaxed - People who are open to hanging out occasionally Place I’m looking for: - Location wise I’m looking at Civic, Inner North and Woden area. - Furnished (I’ve only got my own bedroom furniture as well as some kitchen stuff) - Heating/cooling (preferable) - Own bathroom (preferable) - Parking (preferable) - Built in wardrobe (preferable) - Internet Access (MUST) I'm pretty flexible around the place I live so if I sound like someone you could live with, and your place sounds perfect for me, let me know! Cheers Luke
I am 23 years old working full-time in Deakin. I play many different sports which keeps me out at training at least 2 nights a week and one day on a weekend. I also enjoy spending my time catching up with friends and out and about. I am extremely easy going, quiet, and clean. I keep mostly to myself, but am also usually up for a chat about any topic you can think of.

Hey there...I'm moving to Canberra in May and I'm looking for somewhere awesome to call home. I have a 6 year old cat who moved with me from New Zealand and I will be working full time in the health sector. I will be working in Garran so I am looking for somewhere that is no more than 20-30 mins drive away. Outside of work I love hiking, going for weekend drives and spending time with my friends and family.
I am a 37 year old professional. I am neat, tidy and peaceful. I am used to living with housemates and being flexible and accommodating. I am happy to provide references of past landlords.

Two massive upstairs rooms with large BIR’s are available (as our housemates, Chilean brothers, are returning to Chile): Room 1 (3.4m x 4.8m) is North-facing and has a private balcony overlooking a lovely green space. Available @$245/week. This includes WIFI + electricity + gas + water (i.e. ALL bills are covered in the rent). Room 2 (3.5m x 5.5m) is East-facing and is available @$230/week. This includes WIFI + electricity + gas + water (i.e. ALL bills are covered in the rent). Rent needs to be paid 4-weekly in advance. Bond is 4 weeks rent, paid upfront. There are two bathrooms and three toilets. There is a large kitchen with a big 90cm gas stove + oven + dishwasher, separate dinning room and bar, a very spacious lounge that opens up to a sunny verandah and a big separate laundry. We also have a big double garage and plenty of parking areas. Toasty central ducted heating keeps us warm throughout the house :). Our house is situated across the road from the Curtin shops. All you need to do is cross the street for your supplies – Coles, organic grocer, bookshop, pharmacy, medical clinic, bottle shops, cafes, bakeries and more. Our beautiful garden is bountiful in harvest – you can stuff yourself silly with delicious figs, olives, lemons, pears and grapes!
I will be taking over the lease as the main leasee is leaving, and the other housemate is moving to Queanbeyan so two rooms will be available. The house will be bond cleaned prior to the two housemates moving out. There is underground parking with two spots allocated for our unit and a storage unit. There is also a car wash bay for your car washing needs. House got heating and airconditioning in the common room. I would prefer someone who is house trained and someone who will be staying long term Coles is just across the road which is really convenient Send me a message and let me know when you can move in Photos are when no one was still living in the house.
I am 35 years old and work full time as an engineer. I am easy going and get along with most people. I am up for having a chat and hanging out with housemates sometimes, though I am pretty independent. I am tidy, clean and respectful of others. I'm a non-smoker, don't have any pets and am not into having raging house parties. I am looking for a room close to Deakin for convenience.

NOTE: STILL AVAILABLE! Apologies to people already contacted, only recently able to see messages! This first storey apartment is 5 minutes walk to Canberra Hospital and the Garran Shops and a 5 minute drive to Westfield Woden. Nice view of park/reserve from balcony with bus stop right outside. Looking for two roommates to take two of the rooms within the apartment. One room is slightly larger and unfurnished with cupboard space (180 p/w), the other has a brand new king single bedframe and closet included (Can be made unfurnished) (170p/w). Apartment is already furnished however would not be against a few extra items. There is one extra undercover car park included for an additional $5 p/w however there is also ample car parking on the street. The smaller furnished room is available immediately and the other will be in late June. Initially had a spare room however increase in rent has required an additional housemate...

I have recently returned to Canberra after living for the last eight years in New Caledonia and I am looking to re-establish myself back in Australia. I am a 46 years old dad of two and I have been the primary parent for most of their lives. My children are currently in New Caledonia with their mum until the end of the school year so I am own my own. I am looking to get back to the gym once I am settled. I am working full-time, Monday to Friday, for a government department in Civic.
I'm 25 have work full time, my border collie dog is my shadow and he needs a home too :) looking for a house with a backyard. I enjoy the gym, adventures, running my dog, napping and having a good laugh :) don't mind a drink or 5 every now and then.

first of all, we are Indonesian and we are a very neat person, we realize that we are quite far from our country so we really understand how to adopt with the culture in australia, how to act as a foreigner and we will keep our manner as good as posible.
I'm clean and tidy, easy to get along with, considerate of others, know how to respect privacy but enjoy being social with house mates. Interests are hiking, photography, live music and I'm fairly good at trivia. I am from Wollongong and starting a permanent full-time job in the near future. Looking to move in the next two weeks. I have rented in both Australia and Canada in past :)
We love to keep our spaces clean and if you choose to team up with us, you will be coming back to a clean and fresh common space everyday. Basic hygiene will be well taken care of. You might even be in for home cooked food (baked, grilled and steamed) and the occasional pan-fried. Socially, we can be both self-contained and sociable, depending on your preference. I am into social sector and will be actively volunteering in Canberra. David has a background in writing, IT and policy and will be reentering the Australia workforce.
