Hi there, I'm from the country (Latrobe Valley) and I've recently secured a job in Clayton. I work full-time as a high school teacher and need to relocate to reduce travelling time and costs. I'm relatively quiet but friendly and can hold a conversation. I'm organised, clean and easy going. I love boardgames, movies and like to ride my mountain bike on weekends. I'd be looking to stay mostly during the working week and some weekends. Able to move anytime in Jan.
I am originally from Perth, studied at Edith Cowan University for my undergrad. Looking at completing my masters at Monash next year. I have previously lived in various share houses, so I am very neat and tidy, super respectful of fellow housemates, happy to chip in for cleaning duties, quite sociable ect. I have a passion for travel (naturally) and would love the opportunity to move to Melbourne.
Hellooo there!! Looking for a roomy who’s fun and easy to get along with! I work full time as a barista so i make a killer coffee and also studying to be a primary school teacher next year! Im clean, friendly and respectful and im pretty chilled with anything so hit me up if you’re looking for a fun pal xxx
I'm a full time student studying Engineering at Monash University. I'm a friendly, easy going and clean person who enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and doing film photography in my spare time! I'm always happy to chat and have a laugh with my housemates whenever I can. At the same time I like to keep quiet during my time at home. Having lived in a share house, I'm respectful and considerate of people's privacy and space. I'm also pet friendly as I've grown up with animals :)
Great place, located in the heart of Hughesdale, minutes away from bus stops, Oakleigh train station and a short drive to the freeway. Within the house you'll find very relaxed, slightly nerdy, slightly sporty guys. We're very easy going, so if you're an edgy person or love drama, please do not apply. We have a loving dog staying with us and she also helps to keep unwanted strangers away. We'd prefer another guy, but it's not a deal breaker :) There is high speed cable internet access available through Telstra. The house is made from brick, so sound tends not to disturb others within the house. Successful candidates will be easy to get along with, prefer close to the age of 30, open to couples. Local in the area is the Oakleigh food strip, where all the best cafes in the area are. There is a big jogging park minutes down the road, and it's an all round safe area. We are looking for somebody from 15th of JAN onwards. $160 per week + bills.
My partner and I are looking for anyone who is wanting in moving to the Oakleigh area next year. We are wishing to move soon and are looking for someone or two people who are interested in taking over our lease within the next 5 months (before May 2018). We live in a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor in a quiet and lovely part of Oakleigh. Our place is only a 5 minute walk from Oakleigh station which is perfect for getting in to the city as well as Monash University Clayton. The Oakleigh town centre is also within walking distance, being 10 minutes away from restaurants, shops and Oakleigh Central Shopping Centre. Both bedrooms are very generous in size and our kitchen is modern with a new dishwasher and plenty of storage. Our bathroom is also large and can fit washing appliances easily. There is a balcony which holds a washing line and is ideal for if you are a smoker. Floors are carpeted and the lounge room is very spacious. Real estate agent has also accepted pets in the past 😊 Please find attached photos of our place and if you're interested please feel free to contact me to organise a meeting to inspect the place and discuss further details. Kind regards, Maxine

My name is Serena, a student from China studying Hospitality in Holmesglen, Glen Waverley campus. I would like to share a room with either English or Mandarin speakers, and keep the house clean and tidy always. All ages / cultures seem to be fine to me, and always better to be near the campus. Prefer a place where the public transport is available to the campus, cos I do not own a car for the time being. And if you have 2 rooms available is better , cos I have a friend (a girl ) want to live with me in same house!
I won't be much at home as I have to be at work form 9 to 5. I respect other people's privacy. I would love to learn, experience new things as I go along. I rarely cook and most often I eat out. I need to go to MonashUni everyday.

Hello future friends! I'm a dude looking for a place essentially anywhere on the Pakenham line between Richmond and Clayton. Why? I'm a medical student going into his Fourth year, with placements in the Alfred and Monash Medical Centre in Clayton. I might have some weird hours during my earlier rotations, but I'm usually often home studying or pretending to. I also study Philosophy on the side when I'm drunk enough, probably on Clayton campus as well. I've lived in Richardson Hall in Monash for two years, and rented a place with a few mates all this year, but had to move because of new placement sites. I'm used to living with people, good with cleaning and other domestic stuff, and having worked in a kitchen for the better part of 4 years, not too bad at cooking as well! I'm Korean, but for some reason hate Korean music and dramas but I like to think I've got a pretty balanced view of the world. My family lives in Adelaide. Always keen to hang, eat, watch a good movie and so forth as all sensible people are. We'll especially bond well if you like gin or a good brew.
Looking for another girl for a 3 bedroom property team up! We are two nice and respectful girls who like a tidy living space and fancy a glass of wine and a Simpsons binge when the day is done. We both work and study in the Monash area. The house will be fully furnished apart from your bedroom as we currently live in a place but are looking for a 3 bedroom to upsize.
Howdy, I work casually as a bar & gaming attendant in McKinnon, and finish at midnight or 1am depending on the night (so hopefully I'll learn the squeaky floor spots quickly, haha). I've moved to Victoria from Tasmania this year to study at Deakin University, but haven't really found myself too many friends yet. So I'm pretty comfortable keeping to myself, or getting involved with whatever is going on around the house! Some of my interests are: reading, writing, music, video & boardgames, soccer (football?), AFL (Fremantle), under water hockey, and most things realistically... ESPECIALLY food, how could I forget my love of pizza & pie! I'm also very interested in listening to others and learning from their knowledge (2am kitchen chats 'ey), and most importantly I adore a good brew or two. My current lease ends on the 14th of January so I am aiming to transition into new accommodation around then! I'm pretty flexible in organising a meet-up as I have most days free until I return to Tassie for Christmas/New Year :^) Thank y'all for your time and consideration of my suitability for your household/team-up!
Hi my name's Jae. I work fulltime as a therapist at a Special Developmental School. I'm from Queensland but have been living in Melbourne for almost 3 years. Love this city and everything that goes on in it. I like to have an active lifestyle whether that's finding a great local coffee or eatery to days out hiking to weekend trips on the Great Ocean Road. But I also like times to stay in with a good book or riveting tv series. I have been living by myself before this so I have most of my furniture already. Looking to see what it's like to live with a roommate. I can cook pretty well and make sure to keep areas neat and tidy. Happy to share a meal and a glass of wine (or bottle!). Looking for a roommate to move in with me at the start of January or earlier if suits. Happy to team up with someone as I look. I am currently looking for 2 bedroom places in South-East Melbourne. Focusing on places within 10 mins drive and/or walk to the train stations along the Frankston or Cranbourne lines.
Hey everyone, I'm looking for a share house with some relaxed, easy-going people. I'm friendly, love a good chat and am respectful of others and personal space. I work as a Swimming Instructor and Program Attendant at a sports and aquatic centre and am currently deferred from my nursing degree at Monash. My interests include music, a nice netflix sesh in bed), catching up with friends, watching/going to Collingwood games and also am a little bit of a self proclaimed foodie. Feel free to message if this suits what you're looking for. Thanks :)
