I like to keep things very organised and tidy. I respect personal space, but also like to cook a feast to share with friends. Bonus is to sip a glass or two after dinner with my flatmates on weekends. I work full-time so I expect similar routine within our premises.
I respect the areas both private to people and shared space in the household, my party days are over and would like to find a quiet room to call home and roommates to call friends. I start work fairly early and work late most days. I don't care the age or gender or the people i live with, as long as they are accepting to me i will get along with them.
self-professed nerd and lover of all things electronics. I'm in the final semester of my Masters at uni and working part time as an Engineer.I could go on about my many fascinating qualities but here's the important bit, I'm a quite guy and mostly keep to myself,I clean up after using common areas and like to keep things tidy and most importantly I pay my bills on time. Contact me if you are interested. Live long and prosper :)

Wonderful loves seek cool cats in a chill sharehouse on the South East side :) Hey hello! Tom and Krysten here. We've done the sharehouse thing a few times now and know exactly what we're looking for. Previous stints include an 8 bedroom 420-paradise roominghouse behind a very happy massage parlour in West Footscray and a 4 bedroom artist house next to the most beautiful parklands imaginable in Alphington. It's great here in the North but we need to be closer to our work and friends in the South East. We're looking for a home for the foreseeable future.. so what makes a house a home? A few things I've fleshed out include: -Honest and open communication -Similar ideology/ways of life -Diverse interests to provide some spicy variety -Good food (we cook and are down to share!) -Couchy chill areas -Furry four-legged friends We're fantastic housemates because we are looking for more than just a co-habit sharehouse. We're looking for a home and "clan" I guess you could call it 8) Now to go third-person on y'all: Tom is developing an interest in futurist technology, music production and gardening. He's going to be putting a band together in the next few months and wants to know what it feels like to play a gig. He's still getting good at guitar but is very determined. He's working at Chadstone in a call centre and you can generally find him hanging out somewhere tranquil with Krys. Krysten finished uni in 2016 and has been enjoying not having the unending workload and stress on her shoulders. She currently works at the same place as Tom and loves to play netball, read a good book and knit rad clothing. You can usually find her being a love somewhere almost as beautiful as her :) We're in a polyamorous relationship of over 3 years and have been living together for at least 2 of those years. It's a wild ride and we're incredibly close, but not disgustingly so. I have heard stories from our housemates where they've lived with gross couples who sort of ruined the house but that's definitely not us; they could confirm that we're great to live with, and will if you'd like to ask them! We come with a couple pieces of furniture including a bed, a rocking chair, a baby basketball ring for some classic papertoss action, some big ropes of multicolour fairy lights and a few musical instruments. To avoid this becoming an essay, I'm gonna cap it here and start contacting all the cool cats on this site! If we sound good to you, let's get the ball rolling with a message! We are looking to move asap but don't have a deadline. Ciao :)

I am currently studying and in my final year of speech pathology. I have rented previously in Melbourne for 3 years,1 year by myself, and 2 with a housemate. I am easy going, tidy, always up for a chat or hangout, and respectful of others privacy. Cheers

Looking for a room preferably in a share house of other students to have a good time with. Looking mainly in Caulfield, Malvern and most areas around the Parkenham train line. Cheers

Room available in Hughesdale, gorgeous house and magical garden maintained by the landlord! Located only a few minutes walk to Chadstone Shopping Centre and Hughesdale train station. Perfect location for Monash and Holmesglen Tafe students! The house includes a great kitchen, central heating, split-system air conditioning, and a security alarm system. The room is available from 22/07. If you're interested please contact us for pictures/more details and to arrange a time for you to meet us all :)
Great place, located in the heart of Hughesdale, minutes away from bus stops, Oakleigh train station and a short drive to the freeway. Within the house you'll find very relaxed, slightly nerdy, slightly sporty guys. We're very easy going, so if you're an edgy person or love drama, please do not apply. We have a loving dog staying with us and she also helps to keep unwanted strangers away. We'd prefer another guy, but it's not a deal breaker :) There is high speed cable internet access available through Telstra. The house is made from brick, so sound tends not to disturb others within the house. Successful candidates will be easy to get along with, prefer close to the age of 30, we are open to couples. Local in the area is the Oakleigh food strip, where all the best cafes in the area are. There is a big jogging park minutes down the road, and it's an all round safe area. We are looking for somebody now onwards. $160 per week + bills.
Hi there, I'm Patrick and I am an electrician. Looking to move into a new place and hopefully meet some new people. I am outgoing, try to make people laugh and easy to get along with. Love the footy and a cheeky few beers or red wine. Say hi if you think you could be my new housemate. Cheers, Paddy
I'm a web developer. Classic type ) - I'm quiet, friendly and respectful. A cultured, tidy and neat person. I like reading and like to watch movies. I also run in the morning. I do not smoke. And, try to lead a healthy lifestyle. I'm interested in the price of $ 180 inc. Any district near the metro (except Footscray and beyond).
I am Kalpana. I just finished my masters. I am from Sri lanka. I was in student accommodation for last two years and since i am done with my studies I want to move out. I am 26 years old. I am a huge sports fanatic. I am a very tidy, organised person. I am also very reliable and helpful. Ideally looking for friendly/ outgoing people who don't mind having a chat after work or uni. I have always paid my rent on time and my student accommodation manager can vouch for that.
I'm a 21 year old med student taking some time off uni to take a break and earn some money. I'm an easy-going, friendly person, have been in a sharehouse for almost a year and previous to that was in university residence. I'm a pretty tidy person - I'm usually the person who tidies rather than complains or nags. I spend most of my time currently studying - but since I'll be taking time off from uni, I'll be investing in some much-needed time going for walks, reading, and watching Netflix. I'd love to be somewhere I'd be able to have a couple of friends over for drinks from time to time too! I'm looking forward to finding somewhere I can feel really comfortable and at home!
Beautiful and sunny apartment! This apartment is a short walk from Chadstone shopping centre, close to Monash university (both Clayton and Caulfield) and is less than 100m from the Hughesdale train station. There is a nature walking track nearby as well. The apartment is fully furnished, except your room. However, a practically new wardrobe is there if you want to use it 🙂 There's a storage room as well, and plenty of parking nearby. If you need a bed, I am also selling mine. The room is available on the 17th of July and you can go on a 6 month lease with option to extend. This place is really lovely, modern and convenient, so please send me a message about yourself and we can organise a time for you to come by and check it out!

Hey flatmates! My name's Radha, and I'm looking for a place to share with friendly, outgoing housemates around the Oakleigh area. I'm looking for a place where I can contribute, and flatmates that will do the same. My ideal housemates would be up for a chat (and/or a drink), but are respectful of space. I'm in my final year of a Commerce degree at Monash Clayton, and I work part time at an outdoor sports store (think of the mates rates!). I was born and raised in Melbourne. I'm a steadily improving amateur cook, and I'm more than happy to make meals for everyone. My speciality is spicy food 🔥 I'm teaching myself to play the guitar (both electric and bass), and my favourite sport is snowboarding. I love to travel and meet new people.
