Hey, I'm a commerce honours student enrolled in Clayton Monash this year. I'm new to the area as I lived in the northern suburbs for the past 3 years. I'm generally a pretty quiet and laid back housemate and would enjoy living with other students. I suspect I will be quite busy this year, however I still enjoy a good chill sesh or night. Always clean up after myself and can't wait to start the new year and get to know new people. I don't mind teaming up to find a place and I'm welcoming to all types of people. Send me a message so we can have a chat, thanks.

I'm just in the process of moving back to Melbourne. I'm 24yo, from rural Victoria, tidy, quiet and looking to share a space with people who are approachable and independent. Don't mind socialising or not if that's not your thing.
Hi! I am Akashneel Maiti, a full time international student from India, joining Monash University Caulfield campus for Master of Networks and Security in February. I am 23 years old and prefer people of the same age group. I think of myself as a calm and sociable person who respects others' private space. I do occasionally enjoy drinks and bbq in weekends. My budget is around 180$ pw and my length of stay is flexible. I am also open up to the idea of grouping up with some nice people and renting a whole apartment. I will be reaching Melbourne on 9th feb, so will like a place available from around this date. Thanks :)
I have an upright piano that comes with me. A hammock and stand to put on the verandah and I enjoy cheese, food, wine and good company. I like to experience life and make the most of every chance I get. I'm studying electrical engineering and working as a relief teacher. I can pay the bills (which is important... I once had a flatmate that could not... absolute disaster). I like animals, almost decided to be a vet (till I went on work experience). Not a big partier, but I do appreciate being around people. Would prefer not being strangers with my housemates and I'm looking for a place where I fit and is home. I spend my downtime travelling, camping and hiking with friends. I like to bake (didn't realize how much until I went on exchange to Vietnam where they have no ovens). Have just arrived back from Vietnam and need a place before end of feb. Would also really prefer an unfurnished bedroom :) Deal breakers: pot smokers, drugs and alcoholics. Probable deal breaker: smoking. Cheers Catherine

I'm im going way on exchange leaving on the 13th but can vacate the room earlier if needed!
I am moving to Melbourne from Adelaide to work full-time as a Visual Merchandiser at Chadstone. I don't know many people in Melbourne so would love to make some new friends. I am naturally pretty quiet and will be working Monday to Friday. I'm nice and easy going. I enjoy being tidy and mostly organised at home. I respect others property, belongings and privacy. Looking to live with others similar ☺ For fun I like to catch up with friends, eat delicious foods, try new things, exercise. I'll probably fly back to Adelaide on some weekends. I'd also like if I can have my partner or a friend from Adelaide stay with me in my room for the weekend once in a while, wouldn't be disruptive. My maximum is $200 a week including bills (roughly). I'm hoping to spend less. Plan to extend after three months will commit to 6 months to secure thet right place. Move in date would be Saturday the 21st.
Hello there! I am from Malaysia, currently in my final year of my degree in mecheng from Monash University. I am looking for a place for myself ASAP, and preferably not too far away from clayton campus! Most of the time I would be in the uni, however I enjoy socialising and would be down for a few bevs. I love the outdoors, enjoy going on hikes, camping and on weekends I go to gigs in the city. I'm clean, tidy and respect other's privacy when needed. If you are interested and thinks that I'm a good fit for the household please leave me a message. =)

Don't mind sharing a place with other housemates who are looking for similar accommodation. If this is something you can help with or are interested in then please feel free to get in touch with me.

Hello future housemates! My name is Theresa and I am a 22 year old Arts/Law student at Monash University, in Clayton. I work part time in hospitality on the weekends, and am a mean barista. I love brunch, active wear (especially together), coffee, tea and a whole lot of other stuff - art, fashion, film, philosophy, food (of course), cooking and Netflix (I feel that deserves its own category). Most importantly are my friends and my family - I am a very social person who loves a good chat (or two) but I need some me time as well. I'm a solid cook, pay bills on time, know Melbourne pretty well (with some good coffee hotspots) and relish hanging out and talking smack over a couple of glasses of vino. I'm originally from the Philllip Island area, but have been living in Melbourne for study for the past couple of years. That said, spontaneous road trips down the coast are always up for grabs! Shoot me a message if you think we'd be a good fit, I look forward to hearing from you (and good luck on the search otherwise!) x Theresa
I am an Italian postgraduate student. I'll be studying at Monash full-time and I hope to find part-time job, too. I'm very open-minded and enjoy being with people of all different backgrounds. I love traveling and outdoor activities, I do yoga and love to share my passions with others! Chill and easy-going, I can be quiet whenever needed, but most of the time I am social and talkative! I can cook Italian food (and love to cook for friends), plus I am tidy and clean and I love pets (even though I don't have any)! I don't smoke but I don't mind others smoking. I've been sharing houses and rooms for the past five years, which makes me an expert .. can't wait to discover Australia!
I am looking for a place to share with ensuite or seperate bathroom or granny flat, in quiet and clean surrounds. I am fun to be with, sociable yet like the quietness in the household. Not a party animal. Independent, clean and tidy and respectful of other peoples boundaries and expect the same from others. Friendly, love to cook, have a glass of wine occassionally. In my free time, I go jogging and help with various charities. My adorable cavoodle is very clean, very friendly, & quiet & massively well behaved & professionally house-trained and is the ideal household pet.
Heya :) I'm Wade, a "chiller" type character. Starting uni @ monash clayton and looking for somewhere close(preferably with own bathroom). I'm a real clean person to live with(bordering on OCD haha). Being a creative introvert I like my own space but can be quite social over a few bevies;) Music is what i do, an integral part of my being. Originally from north QLD, have been living in melbourne for the last 3 years and previously lived in london for 2 years.
Hi ! We are two French students who are coming to Australia for a 5-month internship in Clayton. We are 21 and are both studying chemistry in an engineering school. We are looking for a double room from the beginning of April to the end of August 2017. Our ideal location is between Melbourne and Clayton, near a railway station (Pakenham line). We are responsible, clean and easy going. We don't smoke. We are very interested in meeting new people and live a unique experience during these 5 months in Australia. Elodie & Vincent :)
I'm an zoology honours student at Monash University. I moved from Ballarat to Melbourne at the beginning of 2014 and have been renting in a house in Blackburn since then. However, I'm looking for somewhere new to move into to be a little closer to uni for this year. In a nutshell: I ride bikes, play guitar, enjoy animals, am social and don't mind a beer here or there. I am also clean, respectful and always willing to help out, and wouldn't mind meeting some rad people in the process either. Feel free to ask me any questions.
Currently got enrolled in Monash as a full time postgraduate student in Social Work. A tidy, easy going non-smoker from Taiwan. Both a cat and dog person. Not exactly a party person but do enjoy chilling with a glass of beer after work or school.
Hi, we’re Sam (22yrs) and Hogan (20yrs), two Monash Uni students who are currently moving out of our 3 bedroom share house in Clayton. Our third housemate Victoria has abandoned us to travel to Canada after completing her internship here in Melbourne. We’re looking for additional house mates to join us in a hunt to find a nice, cheap, well situated 3 or 4 bedroom place between Clayton and Caulfield starting as soon as convenient. Initially we were looking for two bedroom places however they were really small and expensive. Looking at the 3 and 4 bedroom houses they seemed to be much nicer and less expensive split between 3 or 4 people. We thought by teaming up with some people in similar situations we could all have a say in what house was decided on. We’re both country kids turned Monash students who are social, easy going and love a beer or three on occasion but know when to knuckle down and do some work. We are also clean, respectful and we share the chores equally around the house. Sam is a design/eng student who is into anything outdoorsy, tinkering with old cars and gardening. Hogan is a medical imaging student who loves his cooking and is handy with computers. We are both back in Melbourne at the moment ready to facilitate the process of hunting for a house – And boy are there some cheap, juicy ones out there! Because we are looking for housemates prior to signing a lease, we can all have a say in the location and price. If this appeals to you send us a message back and we can work out a time when we are all free to meet and have a chat! Sam + Hogan
Hi there, I'm Helena! We have a room available in our share house for long-term residence. The space is a furnished bungalow (shelves, clothes hanging, a bed frame and mattress and a fridge) and has two rooms, a shower, toilet and sink and is attached to the back of the house. My housemates and myself are uni students and are working, so we are looking for someone (preferably a female student or working) who will be respectful of noise and is tidy (Sorry no musicians). The house is in Hughesdale and is about a 10-15 minute walk to both Hughesdale and Oakleigh train station and the Oakleigh shopping mall. There is also a bus stop around the corner which goes to Monash Clayton University, so there is plenty of public transport close by. The house is at the end of a no-through road so it is a quite area. The in-house living areas are in good condition, has been recently painted, the bathroom has been renovated and has a new gas heater. It has a good, reasonably large sized kitchen. Rent is $130 per week, not including electricity, gas, water and Internet (Internet is $15 a month each and electricity, gas and water vary). Preferably long term stay. If you wish to make an appointment to see the bungalow leave me a message.

I'm not hard to live with I tend to mould myself around others, I'm a 19 year old Monash University student in my third year and am just looking for a place to live near the university as I come from Phillip Island and go back their each semester break to work :) About me: I like old music and movies and laugh a lot, I'm studying acting, philosophy and psychology and am looking for similar people to live with. I also like to go out once in awhile or just have a quiet wine night in, so I'm also looking for a friend to make as well.
Listing live again - as I have just returned from overseas trip. Bargain at $200/week, compared to the actual $500/week rent. Come and have a look - available now: New apartment in an excellent location: minutes walk from Oakleigh station and the greek eateries. Few blocks away from Chadstone shopping centre. Around the corner from one of the best Bakeries and drive through coffee places in Oakleigh: 'Perasma'. Also perfect location if you catch the train to work or if you walk or bus it to Chadstone Mall, Monash Uni or surrounding areas. I have a bedroom in a two bedroom, two bath apartment. So you will have a modern bathroom to yourself. Room is unfurnished. Photo with the bed is my room, same size as the one available. This gives you an idea of size. The apartment is fully furnished, so just bring your own bed and feel free on how you want to arrange your room. The building has only a few apartments, so it is a quiet environment. Don't be put off about being so close to Warrigal Rd., the apartment is facing away from the road and all windows etc. are double glazed too. The building also has a small gym with treadmill; exercise bike; mattresses and a weight machine. Great to get active before going to work, plus no-one seems to be using it, so you will have it all to yourself :) There is free on street parking around the block.
18 year old professional working full time 9-5 in the CBD in energy sales. Finished year 12 in 2015. Currently residing in Cranbourne and would like to be nearer to work so I can get a decent sleep in for once. Clean, laid back and friendly. Usually prefer keeping to myself, but don't mind the occasional social outing or get-together. Into the usual things; gaming, skating, keeping fit etc. Love all animals. Would love a laid back house, but don't be mistaken, party houses are NOT my thing. Preferably would like to live with 1-2 other people, with my own bathroom. Potential housemates Must be ok with LGBT. Also I cook pretty darn good.
Hey guys! Im a kiwi, 26, been in Melb for a year and working full-time as a Regional Manager generally Monday-Friday. Looking for a nice modern apartment/house with others, similar age range, 1-3 others and preferably long term. Will need to have easy parking as I have a work car. I'm clean and considerate round the house, keep pretty chilled during the week - work, exercise etc and enjoy a couple quiet wines. On weekends always keen to get out and do something, love heading out for brunch or dinner/drinks. Want to get out, meet new people and explore Melb some more! Thanks, Kels =)
Hi, I'm an easy going relaxed male. I do a number of things that are creatively inspired, mainly behind the scenes as a project manager/producer. I also work in the women's footwear industry. Whilst my daily professional life out of the home is very people focused, therefore requiring me to be 'UP' all of the time, my home life is about being relaxed and taking time out, but don't get me wrong, a G &T from time to time wouldn't go a miss. Being clean, tidy and respectful of people's space is part of the course. My actions speak louder then words! I love the outdoors, especially being by rivers and lakes - It's the perfect escape from the concrete jungle!
Easy going mature minded individual that is considerate of others space and things. Enjoys cooking and the team effort of keeping the place tidy. The home I see as a place to recharge for the day ahead, some social interaction and time out. Tend to be more social out with friends than at home. Preference for unit style accommodation with some yard & Lug. Thanks, Sam
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 27 and live a pretty clean lifestyle apart from the cheeky cigarette at the end of the day. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 4yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a 4 month minimum stay, but could definitely do a long term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.
