Looking for replacement tenant! We have a semi-furnished room available that has a queen-sized mattress – pillows, sheets, and blankets not included (sorry). The house itself is in a quiet neighbourhood; spacious and has a modern, minimalist vibe. There is WiFi, a TV (+ a Blu-Ray player), split-system air conditioning units in each room, an open kitchen + living room area, a dishwasher, and a washing machine – basically, all the essentials! 25 minutes away from Monash University and Chadstone Shopping Center, and 6 minutes away from Oakleigh Railway Station, all by bus. A 10-minute walk leads you to the nearest 7-11. The lease for this house ends in October, but you can totally extend it if you would like. However, my housemates are planning to leave once the lease ends, so the property would be more suitable for someone that would like to stay for a shorter term (3 months max, unless you're willing to extend it and get more roommates to share rent with). Message me for more details about that and I'll help you out.
I work full time and study full time so I’m usually pretty busy but very sociable when I get home! I understand people need their own space but I also think it’s important to have a good relationship with your flat mates! I also work with chocolate so I’ll bring it home every day if that gets me a place!
I'm a Croatian girl, neat and clean, outgoing friendly, I easily get along with others. Have been in Aus 5 years now. I am looking for a quiet peaceful private room with respectful and friendly flatmates. Prefer an all female accommodation and visitors allowed

Currently unemployed as Im not in Australia yet, but when I do I will be searching for a place to work at. That said, I might be a little shy at first depending on how well our first impression is, but after that it should be alrighty. Also am an artsy fartsy, will most likely be drawing a lot on my free time, listening to music working on papercrafts or all sorts haha! Also, I do enjoy getting to know new people, helping them if needed be it listening, or carrying stuff, or randomly talking about how ridiculous stuff, you name it haha. I look forward to getting to being your flatsmate!

20 year old male. Looking for long-term home with good people! I'm currently working in hospatality full time - afternoon and night time hours so I keep pretty busy. I'm always up for a good chat, sharing meals, binging good TV series and hanging with housemates. Have previously lived in a share house with my ex partner for just over 6 months. Very familiar what it's like living in a share house environment. Quiet, not the type to hold house parties, often out anyway. Keen eye photographer, creative and loves to travel. MOVE DATE: I am looking to move sometime in JUNE. However July is also a possibility.
I'm a 26 year old grad student from Taiwan, starting school at Monash University in July. I'm into fitness and live a healthy lifestyle. I will likely be busy with my studies and respect everyone's privacy and personal space/belongings, but would still love to catch up with flatmates over drinks/food on weekends every now and then. Things I enjoy include gym, coffee, hiking, brunch... I'm clean, easy-going and open-minded. I have experience living with multiple roommates from all over the world and we always got along very well.
International fashion student, fluent in English, looking for a place to share in inner South East suburbs, that’s close to the train station, so that it's easy to get to the City (my uni) and Chadstone (where I work) Need to be close to the train station (walking distance) and a bus stop to go to Chadstone Shopping Centre. I am looking for a medium to large sized room, as I need enough space for my things. My budget is up to$200 with bills included. Preferably around $185. Please contact me if you think I would fit in or if you have any questions at all.
We are very friendly Nepalese female students looking for an accommodation. We believe in cleanliness. Also, we do have good communication skills. lastly, we are flexible and we do respect the culture, backgrounds of another person. Thank you
Great place, located in the heart of Hughesdale, minutes away from bus stops, Oakleigh train station and a short drive to the freeway. Within the house, you'll find very relaxed, slightly nerdy, slightly sporty guys. We're very easy going, so if you're an edgy person or love drama, please do not apply. We have a loving dog staying with us and she also helps to keep unwanted strangers away. We'd prefer another guy, but it's not a deal breaker :) We have a cute dog, but no more pets :) There is high-speed cable internet access available through Telstra. The house is made of double brick, so sound tends not to disturb others easily within the house. Successful candidates will be easy to get along with, preferably between the Mid 20s to early 30s Local in the area is the Oakleigh food strip, where all the best cafes in the area are. There is a big jogging park minutes down the road, and it's an all-around safe area. We are looking for somebody cool and relaxed from the end of May onwards. $165 per week + bills.
I am a quiet, very clean and tidy person who is also very friendly and easy to live with. I am an international student from Sri Lanka. I study nursing at Victoria University, so most of the time I will be studying and going to part time work. Also I am very flexible with sharing the facilities of the house.
Hi all! My name is Alberte, I am 25 years and from Denmark. I am in Melbourne to study at Monash Uni, Clayton for 3 months (end of April to end of July). I am hoping to find somewhere permanent to stay at for this period of time. I am very focused on my studies but I also like to go out or staying at home watching movies. I would love to work out while I am here and a workout-buddy would probably make it easier ;) Anyway, I am very openminded and tidy - pretty easy to live with. Hope to hear from you. Best, Alberte
I have qualities such as pleasant nature social but enjoy my own company as well as the company of others. I prefer not to smoke or drink but ok with others. Love reading quiet activities, nature, music and respect others. Use initiative when it comes to my home and surroundings. Happy to help keep the home clean and tidy. Am a good listener as well as love a chat.
We're a married couple from Vietnam. My husband is working full-time and I'm a full-time student at Monash university, working part-time. We're very friendly and respectful.
I'm easy going, friendly people-person who's down to earth and chilled. I work long hours, full-time in retail so I won't be around much during the day. I love to go out with friends but I'm just as happy spending time in my room with a good book. I am tidy but not a neat freak and believe all chores should be shared
Hey, my name is Carolyn. I'm just starting my PhD at Monash Uni, Clayton (plant ecology/evolutionary biology), and I also teach. I'm pretty introverted and often busy, but I want to get to know my housemates and hang out during spare time. In free time I like hiking, reading, gardening, checking out different cafes. I'm clean and tidy, and keep my own things to my own space.
