While the house is a bit old, it’s plenty spacious, heated and has decent storage. There’s also a massive backyard- perfect for socialising in Summer. The house is situated a short walk from Oakleigh station so there is convenient access to public transport (buses and trains), Chadstone Shopping Centre, Monash Uni (Clayton and Caulfield campuses) as well as lots if delicious greek food!
Love to travel! Just returned from backpacking the Mediterranean! I work as a pharmacist assistant and will be studying Science. I’m very clean, don’t smoke and I can cook butter chicken!
I am studying at Monash University. I'm looking to live in a quiet, clean and somewhere fun to live with easy going housemates. I keep everything tidy and clean and expect the same from my housemates. I am also open for teaming up and looking to move into a new house. I am also flexible with the duration of the stay and move in dates and can consider short term as well.
Friendly and easy going, happy 49yo guy, work as a NPD-Operations Manager for a food manufacturer, looking for a bedsit, granny flat, bungalow, for up to 6 month lease, two week bond.Looking to spend up to 300 per week including bills..
I am a well rounded individual finding an accommodation for my stay in Melbourne. I will be studying at the Monash University Caulfield. I like swimming and have an interest in outdoor activities. I enjoy playing board games and am open to different adventures.
Hi, I’m an Engineering graduate, soon to be working professional. I’m easy going, clean & tidy, non-smoker, love swing dancing, travel, history, music, lacrosse & I play lacrosse every weekend. I often spend my weekends out of the home either playing lacrosse or spending time with my daughter (who lives with her mum full time). I’m a considerate flatmate who will respect your space but also like to hang out. I have two cats that I would like to bring with me. I am starting a new job in a few weeks and ideally would like to be moved in and settled prior to my start date. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Cheers
I am working full time. I have been in Melbourne for a year now and looking to move to a new place. I am happy to checkout places to start a new share house. Looking to rent close to public transport and in the inner suburbs. I am mostly quiet. Friends might visit once in a while. I love getting out. If you are outdoorsy, you can tag along. Or have the house to yourself on weekends.
Hello people!!! My name is Patrick. I'm 28, queer male, eccentric who studies a Bachelor of Science at Monash. I love lots of cooking, a social drink, a delightful discussion over a coffee and I'm super reliable and friendly (clean too!!!) What you get with me? A great housemate who is looking for a longterm place to call home, lots of food (I super duper love making challah bread, scrambled eggs, French toast, rice pilaf, ratatouille and moussaka), and tons of obscure pop culture references including a lot of Simpsons (I can do a killer Mr Burns impression). Funniness aside, I have been the primary leaseholder of two properties previously and have receive full bond reimbursed in both instances.
I'm a giving sort of guy -- I give people their own space, put the rubbish out, do my share of cleaning, live quietly, etc. Currently in Frankston -- too remote! I've mostly lived in boarding houses, but have experience in share situations. I'm financially reliable, and live frugally, but I'm on the disability pension. Australian-raised (born OS to Aust. parents.) Have mostly worked in factories, years ago -- and half of a carpentry apprenticeship. Must be a non-smoking household.
Hey, I'm Charlotte! I'm 24 and currently working fulltime in childcare. I come with a gorgeous almost-three-year-old black cat named Mowgli, who is growing out of his crazy kitten phase and into his lazy cat phase. He loves lounging around, and so do I! I'm relatively quiet and like to keep to myself, but I'm also friendly and easy to get along with. I'm tidy and respectful of where I live, especially shared areas. When I'm not working I'm usually playing the Sims, or binge watching reddit youtube videos. Or napping. Ideally I'm looking for somewhere that feels like home. Somewhere that I can feel comfortable to have my boyfriend come and stay, or my mum over for dinner. Somewhere that I can get along with my housemates, possibly even become friends.
I'm a Zimbabwean guy (its in Southern Africa for those who may not know) who recently moved to Melbourne. This is my second stint abroad after spending 5 years in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I'm a Monash grad, working full time as a mechanical engineer in Keysborough. Quite tidy, I do a spot of cooking & baking, love my sports (F1, MotoGP, cricket, soccer...willing to try footy lol). I'm quite social but definitely respect personal space. I love a good burger/steak and my poison of choice is a good whisky. Socialising in the city or working out/adventuring outdoors are my pleasures. Looking for a flat/house share with an open minded person/people. A fully or partially furnished 2/3 bedder with max shared bathroom for 2 would be ideal. Open to an existing place or a team-up.
