In my spare time, I like to watch TV shows, draw, sow or go for a walk, finding unique spots. I'm often found fixing or mending something, as I rather try to restore it, than waste money on buying new, when it may be a simple fix.
My past rental was flawless, due to never missing a payment, and the bond was returned in full, with the appreciation of the landlord. I'm willing to provide records if required. My friends are happy to give personal references.
