Study in the city and work in Narre Warren, hoping to move somewhere between the two. On a pretty busy schedule so probably won't be home a lot, so I'll be out of your hair. Not a fantastic cook, so if you cook I'll do all the cleaning :P Clean and tidy, chill and laid back, but know how to have fun when the situation calls for it :P Small, tight knit friends so I won't be throwing any wild parties, but I'll join in on yours! Game and movie buff. Also my Netflix is at your disposal. This will be my first time out of home, so I'm looking for someone to show me the ropes, or another newbie so we can work all that out together.
I love trying out new things, impromptu stuff are always fun, i love my own company meaning i will not be in your face all the times. I know how to mind my business
Hey my partner, our puppa and I are looking for a lovely place to stay. I am a 26 year of paralegal. I work in the city Monday to Friday 845 to 5. As such, I will need a place close to the train station. I have a house full of furniture if needed otherwise I can give it all to my sister to use which she would love. I am a quiet person but love a good chat. I am clean and don't mind to cook. Dale is 27 and works full time 2pm to 1030pm. He is quiet as well but is very friendly and considerate. He doesn't get that much time to cook because of his hours. Our dog is a small pomeranian x. She is house trained and is a very good girl and gets along with other dogs. She is very prissy but loves her some fetch!!! We both have cars which we don't mind being parked on the street. We are open to living in other suburbs but not straying too far from the selections on our profile, just needs to be near a train station. We would also prefer to have our own bathroom. Please contact if you have something suitable.
Hi! I am an 18 year old girl from Perth studying a Bachelor of Arts at Monash majoring in Theatre and Journalism. I'm friendly, mature, organised and reliable so bills will get paid on time and tasks around the house will always get done. I like to have my own space, but I'm always down to head out to a bar or club and explore my new city. I'm a big fan of drinking tea and bingeing on Netflix, or just hanging out and bonding over food. I'm looking for like-minded and creative people to share a house with so please get in contact with me if you think we could be a good fit!
Easy to get along with but also work 40+ hours a week so out of your hair. I enjoy gaming and cars, and am happy to provide lifts from time to time. More than happy and excited to hang out and make friends! I am clean and will help out with household chores and cleaning and cooking :) In terms of interests i love gaming, programming, drinking and cars :)
24 years old student who is studying master degree in Monash Uni. Used to share a house with Aussies, and people from different places. I want to find a place to live for my last semester. I am polite, responsible, and willing to have a chat...
- First year at Monash - From Japan (I can help you with Japanese!) - Clean & quiet - I love to cook, watch movies/TVshows - Walking distance to Monash (Caulfield/Clayton) or bus stop/train station preferred
I am super quiet, very easy to get along with. I am currently looking for a place just to stay while my place gets sorted out in parkdale (real estate agent screwed me over so now I basically have no where to live until the 31st of march). I am clean and single so won't have any messy or rowdy guests.
We are couple from Hong Kong and Taiwan, aged 27 and 29,both of us are students (English and Patisserie) now. We are non-smokers and social drinkers. We have been in Australia for at least 3 years. After finishing our 2-year Working Holiday visa, we decided to stay here to learn English and more about Australia. We are both easy-going and love to make new friends. In our spare time, we love to play sports, go camping and cooking sometimes. We can move in in early April, with a budget of $300 per week
Hey! I'm Kris - A deferred Uni student(Bachelor of Animation) looking to return study next year. Currently searching for part-time work while I do volunteer work. I like gaming(videogames, boardgames, sports), cooking, health & fitness, and in general just learning new things. Looking for a place to stay in Melbourne's Inner Suburbs or Eastern Suburbs, with reliable, clean, communicative housemates.
I'm currently moving on from my house in Malvern East, which I live in with Uni mates, and am looking for somewhere to live nearby. I'm 21, studying full time at Monash and working part time. I moved up to live at Monash in 2014, living in the Halls/colleges during semester and share houses over the summer break. Have had plenty of experience living with a diverse bunch of people over the last 3 years, which has been great... I surf; I ride a bike; I'm doing an internship at a start-up; I try and read a fair bit; I binge Netflix, namely,House of Cards; I am sociable; on the odd weekend I'll cook up a feast; I am laid back; and I enjoy an occasional beverage. Pretty. Standard. Stuff. Please by all means get in touch.I am also open to sending the details of 'referees' (a mix of former landlords and housemates) your way too if you'd like.
I’m Melanie, a 27-year old PhD student from Germany and looking for a room close to Monash University. I’ll bring several years of experience in living in shared houses with all kinds of different people and love traveling, seeing new things and getting to know new people. I’m looking for an easy-going, sociable atmosphere and love getting together to hang out and cook, enjoy a glass of wine, watch a movie, go for a walk or something like that. Still, I’m not looking for a 24/7 babysitter and it should always be possible to just close your door and have privacy. I don’t mind if an apartment shows that someone is living there, so it doesn’t always have to be spotlessly clean and I can tolerate a certain degree of chaos, but in general I appreciate a somewhat developed sense of tidiness, especially around the kitchen and bathroom. But my general experience is that a common ground for living together can always be found, so I’m a fan of open and direct communication, honesty and respect :)
Hi my name is Courtney I am currently living on the Sunshine Coast in QLD. I start my new job at the Monash Medical Centre at the beginning of Feburary so am looking for a new home in Melbourne. I am a Registered Nurse, when I am not working I am training (for triathlons). I would like to live within a 20min proximity to the hospital, in a safe and quiet area. Prefer to live with 1 other person only but will consider living with more if its a suitable house hold. Ideally would like to live with someone who is into living a healthy, active and happy life. And who is respectful when it comes to a shift worker needing to sleep during the day etc. If there are any other health professionals or triathletes out there that would be perfect. Or just anyone who thinks we would be a good house mate match please contact me.
Hi, I'm Steve - I'm 24 - I study Osteopathy - I'm a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Strength and Conditioning Coach - I work with KX as a Pilates Instructor - I'm super domesticated - I love a good coffee, Sriracha and the odd wine - I enjoy reading, playing chess, lifting heavy things and a good pun I've spent a good portion of my adult life backpacking, so I get how to live in a share house. I can offer good banter, stories, and thoughtful discussions, and will probably need your body so I can practice my Osteo techniques and massage skills. I'm looking for something more long term. I like a tidy home, and enjoy when people are around. Like any student, there are times when I need some space to hit the books. I'd love to meet you and see your place! Coffee?
Me and my cat Buzz Lightyear are trying to find a house that will make us both happy. I am seeking a new adventure somewhere fun and new/ I am a home body and generally keep to myself. I like to read or chill out with a tea or wine. I am practical, sensible and organised.
Allo everyone, I'm Niko! Journalist and Part-Time Worker Currently undertaking an International Politics Honours degree at Monash, looking for a bayside base when not at uni or the office :) A charming conversationalist, I get along well with almost anyone, I seem to get along better with the more mature working type of housemate. It's good to be around professionals, because it reminds me that academia is ultimately a fruitless ploy. Proven property lease track record with real estate agent references. You're more likely to find me on the footy oval than on the couch. If I am on the couch, at least I could show you some extremely humorous published pieces :) Niko x
I have been working since the age of 15, very kind hearted person with a lot of wacky jokes and a weird personality that everyone seems to love. Modest and love being around people.
This is only a few minute walk to the bus stop then a short trip to Monash Uni clayton campus. It is also only about a 5 min walk to Huntingdale station. We have Optus cable internet with a high speed upgrade to 100mb/s (we both enjoy online games and streaming movies) There is a front yardwith garden beds with nothing currently in it if you wanted to grow your own plants and a long but thin back courtyard area(really just a clothesline and a walkway). Ducted heating. Living room A/C New curtains will also be arriving within 1-2 weeks to fit all windows The room is 3mx3m with a built in robe. The unit is fully furnished, you only need to bring everything for your bedroom. We are not neat freaks but not slobs either. We would want you to be easy going, clean up after yourself and contribute to the weekly household chores, other than that anyone is free to apply.
My name is Omar, I am an IT PhD candidate at Monash, FIT -Coalfield. I am interested in renting a privet room. I am easy going, clean, tidy person and i highly value the privacy of others. Hi All, You can call me Shzad or Shiraz, whatever is easier for you. I'm pretty calm and quiet, respectful of others rights and privacy and usually keep to myself. Can be helpful when asked. I'm quite particular about cleanliness specially in common areas, trying my best to keep the bathroom and kitchen tidy, dry and pest free. I prefer and have also noticed, that its best starting off with a short term stay and extending if things work out well. But that is obviously negotiable. When I leave, I try my best to leave the room as I found it. I do a good job cleaning up. I'm a qualified metal fabricator and I work for a company in Dandenong that deals in the restoration and refurbishment of antique car parts and metal artifacts. For a hobby, I research and reproduce historic and medieval armor. I'm a non-smoker, non-religious, drug free, I do drink occasionally. I dont have any pets of my own, but I get along fine with animals.
I am a 25 year old New Zealander living in Melbourne working at Monash University. I am a biologist with an interest in mosquitoes! I thrive on outdoor adventures (rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking, yoga). Meeting new people is something I really enjoy doing and have been described as very easy going, caring and courteous by my friends. I am courteous and respectful of people's space and time. I strongly believe in creating a positive atmosphere in which people are free to express themselves in doing so we can learn and share from one another. Living In communal settings I know the importance of having a clean and tidy environment, of which I endeavor to uphold. I can also make a legendary butter chicken dish! :)
Hey everyone, I am looking for a house to call a home. I am a very active bubbly person who is tidy clean and respectful. I enjoy music, movies, cooking, keeping fit, sports and oddly cleaning, won't lie love a nice clean house. I work full time in sport administration which I love. I am looking for a place with like minded people that I can enjoy living and even have a few drinks and dinner with if we are all home. If you would like to know anymore about me hit me up :) I have some furniture (bedroom, sofa bed, fridge and outdoor setting) so would need unfurnished rooms only
Hey I'm Steph :) I'm 22 and i am a hospital worker who loves gym and food, i eat very healthy raw fresh produce as I have intolerances so I'll prob take up half the fridge with veggies and fruit, but I will cook grouse dinners for you as well. I run on semi-routine and wake up early and get to bed relatively early during the week, kind of wing it most of the time and hope for the best. In saying that I can be a total grandma or party animal, there's no in between. I love being outside and adventuring, going out for food and drinks with my mates, shopping (what female doesn't) pretty laid back and open minded. wanting an unfurnished room or people to move out with around my age (22) so 18-30 female male doesn't really bother me as long as you're not a creep :)
