Our home is a very new, modern, three-story house. It is fully furnished and the room comes with a double bed, study desk and wardrobe (however, if you have your own furniture, we are able to remove ours from the room). We have a big fully-furnished lounge room and kitchen, as well as a deck and a closed in double garage. You will have your own toilet and parking spot in the garage (Yayy!), but you will share the bathroom with one other person. It is a 5 min walk to the bus stops, a 30min bus trip to Monash University, Clayton and a 15min bus ride to Monash University, Caulfield. It is a quiet area located next to beautiful scenic walking tracks. The rent is paid monthly and is $782.25 (not including bills- these will be shared between all tenants).
I'm a PhD student in literary studies at Monash University. Really easy-going, clean, don't mind housemates who are a bit quieter or more sociable. I come with two very friendly young cats, Chelsea and Charlotte. I enjoy gaming (Overwatch and Switch), going out or just spending a quiet night in with a glass of wine.
Heyho! We are four german students from Leipzig University and we'll come to Melbourne from Feb till Aug 2018 to study at Monash University. We are looking for accomodation somewhere close to the main campus or with easy access to public transport. We'd be very glad to find accomodation for all of us in the same place, but we don't mind sharing it with more people or to be in several apartments close to each other. We look forward to making new contacts and exploring Melbourne and Australia! :)

Preferred Length of Stay : 6 months - 1 year Move in Date: 1st January - 15th January Looking for an Unfurnished Room. I am currently on holiday in Malaysia until January 1st. I am looking for a place to move into as soon as possible once I arrive back in Melbourne. I will be working full time at an architecture firm until February. Then I will be beginning my Masters of Architecture at Monash University while working part-time. I am originally from South Africa but grew up in China and Malaysia. I am passionate about Architecture, Rock Climbing, Running, and anything creative. I love to try maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am usually very busy and keep to myself but also enjoy being social and going out. Unfortunately I will be unable to do any inspections until I arrive back in Melbourne on January 1st. Since it is unlikely I will find a place by this date, I will arrange accommodation for the beginning of January until I find a place. I would prefer to move in to a place by the 15th of January the latest.
I'm a full time student studying Engineering at Monash University. I'm a friendly, easy going and clean person who enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and doing film photography in my spare time! I'm always happy to chat and have a laugh with my housemates whenever I can. At the same time I like to keep quiet during my time at home. Having lived in a share house, I'm respectful and considerate of people's privacy and space. I'm also pet friendly as I've grown up with animals :)
Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I am also looking to get back into repairing musical instruments for a bit of extra cash. I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you won't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park or Rick and Morty, or stand ups like George Carlin, Russel Peters or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke or do drugs besides the occasional drink. My limit is $200pw including bills and internet connection. I've been saving for a house for about 2 years now, so paying rent will not an issue. I'm a Libertarian, so I hold personal responsibility over forcing others to pay for ones lack of responsibility, poor life choices or just outright laziness, therefore I will not be teaming up with people who rely on centrelink or those who live off the money that mummy and daddy spoon feed them each week. The only exception being disabled people. Anyway please contact me if you want to team up, have a spare room, or have any questions.
I am a hard working 23 year old! I work full time and am studying early childhood education online. I am very quiet and keep to myself however I do like the occasional quiet drink and love to catch up over good food or morning coffee. My hobbies include camping, hiking and music. On a typical weeknight i like to chill and watch some tv or read a book after a good walk. I do also have a therapy dog who is fully registered. He is not like your average pet dog and mostly comes everywhere with me. He is an 8 month old Kelpie still in training but is fully house trained and has wonderful house manners. I can provide references for him.
Hello, I'm a mature, neat and tidy professional who recently started a job in Melbourne and will move down permanently (from Sydney) in late 2018. However, until then I need somewhere to live in a convenient, central location for between 6-12 months. I'm easy-going and enjoy work, exercise, getting outdoors and meeting people. I'm sociable, but also enjoy having my own time and will respect yours too. Looking to live with either male or female students or professionals who don't mind a flatmate who's only around 3-4 nights a week (I'll be in Sydney most weekends). If you have a suitable place and would like to discuss or meet up please contact me.

Hi I’m Shivani! I’m looking for a place to move into from approximately 21st of Jan 2018. The place will need to be pet friendly as I have an 8yo mini dachshund (6.0kg). His name is Jono and he’s the most awesome dog you’ll ever meet. But best of all he’s 100% house trained. I will be commencing full time employment at Monash Medical Centre in Feb 2018. So ideally I am looking for a place that’s a maximum 30minutes from there. I will be doing shift work, but rest assured you will not be required to look after my dog. I'm a quiet person and I'm looking for a quiet and clean (ish) place to live long term.

Hi there, I'm from the country (Latrobe Valley) and I've recently secured a job in Clayton. I work full-time as a high school teacher and need to relocate to reduce travelling time and costs. I'm relatively quiet but friendly and can hold a conversation. I'm organised, clean and easy going. I love boardgames, movies and like to ride my mountain bike on weekends. I'd be looking to stay mostly during the working week and some weekends. Able to move anytime in Jan.
I am originally from Perth, studied at Edith Cowan University for my undergrad. Looking at completing my masters at Monash next year. I have previously lived in various share houses, so I am very neat and tidy, super respectful of fellow housemates, happy to chip in for cleaning duties, quite sociable ect. I have a passion for travel (naturally) and would love the opportunity to move to Melbourne.
