Hi guys, I’m Sophie and I am studying science at Monash University. I’m looking for a room near Clayton campus with a nice environment and friendly housemates. I am clean and friendly, like to have a chat but respectful of others time commitments. I am very active and enjoy rock climbing, cycling and cooking. My budget $200/wk included bills and utilities. I will be at Monash for the whole year, so looking for something longer term from early February. If you have any questions feel free to send them through, I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, Sophie

I am a 31 year old female who is currently looking for a new place to stay due to a sudden change in circumstances . I am respectful of other people's space and belongings, I am quiet and generally keep to myself, & i'm neat and tidy and always clean up after myself..
In Feb 2020 I'll be returning to Melbourne after 15 months working in the USA, and I'm returning to my position as an English teacher at Monash College. I grew up in Queensland, but I've called Victoria home since 2014 and can't wait to be back. I love travel, languages, bubble baths, camping, weekends in the countryside with my family, reading, and going out with friends for a drink or two. I'm tidy without being a neat-freak. I like it when housemates become my friends, and I also love alone time in my own space. I shared a house in Footscray with 3 housemates from March 2015 - Oct 2018 and loved it and the area, but sadly while I was gone the lease ended. Now I'm looking for a place either in that area again or closer to where I work at Monash Uni Clayton. Being on the train line is important, as I also work occasionally at our CBD campus. For now I'm looking for something short-term (3-4 months), as it's possible I'll be heading overseas again from Jun - Aug.
Hi, I'm Alireza, a 27 year old international student undertaking my PhD visit program at Monash Uni in Feb 2020. I consider myself an amiable and outgoing person and would love to be part of a household with a similar mindset. I am quite an active individual and am hoping to continue bouldering when in Melbourne, as well as trying out everything the city has to offer. I am at home with a chill night in but also up for a night out as well. Humour, kindness and cleanliness are the big three qualities I look for in a housemate. I cook a lot and am always more than happy to share a meal or five. I'm always up for socialising and I'm fairly extroverted but conscious of other people's social preferences, giving people the space they need when necessary.
Neat and tidy open minded spiritual man, I don't smoke am an avid lover of animals and work full time renovating homes and labouring for a builder. Recently separated after several years and would love to find share accommodation in a friendly like minded house/appartment. I don't judge or have any qualms regarding gender or personal religious beliefs. Just a simple do unto others as you would have them do unto you belief system and attitude.
Hi, I’m new to Melbourne area I’ve just started a traineeship/study at St. kilda football club and am looking for a place to call home, I want a place that is welcoming and will be for a long time 12+ months. I am a country boy so I was bought with mutual respect, I am aware of my surroundings I respect everyone and pay my way of course. No late payments. I love sport and doing activities, I have a social life so I will be in and out. As I’ve said I just want a warm home feeling not a temporary guest. I also want a good connection with landlord not to have someone act like my parent. I will be good company and also ways respectful. If your looking or interested please get in contact with me. *** PRIVATE ROOM***
I'm an Aussie girl looking to relocate to Melbourne from Cairns with my fur child Biscuit (a jack russell x red heeler). I like to keep active playing sport and hiking. This means I'm not really one for being at home much but do need a bit of space for sporting equipment etc. At the end of a long week, I enjoy kicking back with a drink or two and nibbles and am quite social but don't party at home. I also love cooking and food shows.
Quiet mature aged guy, very easy going, Super clean and respectful I spend a lot of time online and on my computer so most time will be spent in my room, I am interested in e-commerce and youtube, I also write music, produce, and record as an artist. Prefer new-ish styled properties, modern and very clean, furnished with quality furniture. I really appreciate a peaceful quiet home that's relaxed!
I work in intensive care and normally live in Geelong. I'm looking for a place to stay in Melbourne for the days nights and nights that I'm rostered on to work. On my days off I'll be commuting back home. As I work long hours I'm mostly looking for a small place to sleep and cook meals. A quiet place is ideal particularly if I'm trying to sleep after a night shift. I'm respectful clean and friendly but I'm afraid I wont be around much so perfect if you're looking for your own space.
