We are an engaged, professional working couple that have just started their own business and are looking for a short term place to stay for the next few months; depending on the environment, our stay could go longer. While we are getting the business started, Rory works part time from home and part time out of home while Sarah is continuing to work at her full time office job. We are respectful of others, their beliefs and values, we are neat and tidy and completely understand the importance of keeping communal areas clean. We enjoy a good chat and a fun time, while also understanding the need for privacy and space. Rory is very out going and sociable, he is always up for a good and friendly debate about pretty much any topic and goes to the gym almost daily, he has a Star Wars sleeve and will not be reachable when GoT comes out. He loves the human mind and how it works and everything to do with sales. Sarah (myself) is an aspiring author, short and awkward and does not enjoy long walks nor the gym, I will also not be reachable during GoT season and read what might be considered an unhealthy amount. When not at work, I will ether be binge watching TV series, writing my book or reading. We have a 5 year old rottweiler that is house trained, harmless and useless but will defend the fridge from any would be food thieves. Disclaimer: due to his large size, Max can easily take food from the bench, though he is respectful about it as all food is left for about 2 hours until he decides you have clearly forgotten about it. He stays out side when we are not home and does not jump on beds until given permission, he has no issues with other pets, including cats, other than interest and loves to chase possums.
Hey! I'm Tasha, I'm 20 and am just about to graduate from my Bachelor of Public Relations so would love a bit of a change (and also want to be closer to my PR job). I'm super into travelling and health and fitness, and am a huge foodie so will definitely not turn down a brunch offer. I love spending time with other people but also love my alone time every now and then. I'm respectful, clean and will also happily do the household grocery shop every week (I literally LOVE food shopping). Looking for a new place with some fun gal pals, so message me if you're interested!
Hi there! Jnar is a second year Engineering student from Singapore and I am a third year Law and Commerce student from Hong Kong at Monash University and we are looking for two SEPARATE rooms in an apartment/house somewhere nearby Monash Clayton or Caulfield. We are currently living in a rented property with another friend but we are planning to move out and thus will require a place from March 2019. We are both very clean and responsible as we have lived in a share house before and will definitely do our part in house-work and maintenance. We are also sociable and love getting to know people so we can't wait to meet you and make new friends! Looking forward to hearing from you guys! :)
Hi, I'm Alice. I'm 18 currently finishing up at school and hoping to move to Melbourne soon from the country for my sport and education reasons. I am an easy going person and love to share a good laugh. 2019 I plan to study, work, travel and train/compete so chill housemates would be great but I can adapt to any living arrangements. Don't mind enjoying a drink or two either.. especially during my off season or after a big competition.
Hi, My name is Kratika Kaushal and I am a student at Monash University currently working on part time basis. I am looking for a room in my budget. Would highly prefer an all female flat (although I am flexible on that condition depending on the location of the house). The budget is around 150-160 including bills. I am from India, a vegetarian and prefer peace and quiet. I am quite friendly and love to go on hike trips and always ready for a chat or coffee.
I'm pretty chill as a housemate and I generally like to keep things clean and tidy. Passive aggression is not my thing, so I approach all issues head-on to avoid miscommunication. I'm a Monash (Caulfield) student, transferred from Malaysia (don't let the American accent fool you). I enjoy listening to music, going to events and occasional drinking :)
I was living in a shared house in Burwood East, however, I am on vacation till the 2nd of January and want to move into a new place when I come back. Was very happy with my previous housemates but felt like I needed a change and maybe lower utility bills. I study and currently work part time in the city which means I don't stay home that much. I'd say my basic requirements are a clean place to stay and reasonable housemates. I'm an extremely flexible guy and always clean up after myself so I would expect the same. :)

My name is Valeria, I am a 20 year old girl from Germany (Bavaria). For my dual study program (I am studying International Business), I will spend 3 months working in a sales office in Melbourne/Mulgrave. It's a full time job, so I won't get on your nerves for too long 😁 I have a loooot of interests and hobbies (riding my motorcycle, playing volleyball, singing, going to the gym, travelling, cooking...) and You can definitely have a good time with me :) Some wine or beer with interesting conversations? I am ready 🙋 Oh, and I loveeeee budgies! Buuuuuuuuut: I also need and appreciate my private space!!! So please don't be irritated if I come from work and simply stay in my room for the rest of the day 🤷
Hey guys! Taylor and I are both students at Monash university, committed to our studies in law (I've almost graduated <3) and engineering (Taylor is 3rd year). We are looking to have a social household where we can hang out and have fun together (we love gin and wine), but we are also looking for housemates that are respectful of others and can appreciate time alone. We are both neat and tidy and would appreciate the same. We have a fur baby - Theo a 2 year old American staffy - who is an absolute sook but we love him anyway. On the holidays we're looking to work, chill in the sun, play video games and have a blast! Would be great to make friends of housemates rather than being on that strict, awkward acquaintance level :P Ideally looking for a sharehouse accessible to Monash Clayton campus. Our move date is relatively flexible until January with a preference for mid November. If you are keen to know more about us, or Theo, shoot us a message :) Cheers
Cean, responsible and respectful, used to living in a dynamic and large household. Quiet and reserved, introvert and tend to keep to myself but also happy to hang out with other housemates.
I am Daniel. A 28 year old Mechanical Engineer and currently for a semester abroad in Melbourne. As I would like to extend my stay I am currently searching for a nice room with great flatmates. I am easygoing and I like to live in a clean environment. In my spare time I like to read, chill, hangout with friends or to travel.
Working full-time as a business banker, massive foodie and always up to trying new things. I have a kitten named Winston. He is a little ball of happiness and gets along with everyone. Looking to team up with some new friendly faces. I come with a house full of furniture and a ton of experience living in share houses. :)
I'm a full time nurse working in Berwick. I am lookng for a house along the Cranbourne / Pakenham line so i can train to work! I love a wine on the couch watching netflix or heading out to eat. I am sociable yet do love my alone time chilling in my room
Hey there, I'm Seb, 28 years old & living on and off in Melbourne for three years now. I just commenced my PhD-studies at RMIT and co-founded a company a year ago. Therefore, I do work long hours, but am definitely a social person. I do love surfing even though i suck at it but am very keen to learn in properly. I plan to head down to the ocean once a week and flatmates would be very welcome to join. Same goes for lifting. Not really into clubs or pubs, but love concerts, hanging out and a fair bit of gaming every now and then. I'm easy going and very adaptable when it comes down to living. Due to studies and work i will almost never have people over in the foreseeable future, but am cool with you have a party every week, friends over or guests staying over - as long as the kitchen and the bathroom stay reasonable clean. I do have a car, off-street parking would be preferred especially if it is a bury area. If you are up for getting in touch please include the size of the room and if - its not included in your listing pictures of the room. I'm looking for a place where I could potentially stay for three years and where I get along well with everybody living there, so when you are down for an inspection it would be great to meet all the people living there or at least have call with them. Cheers, Seb
