I’m friendly, tidy and clean up free myself. I like a chat, enjoy cooking and a good coffee. I’m abit of a nerd and also have my own small IT Busines doing web hosting and web design that I’ve run since 2005. I have 2 children (10m & 7m) who attend Blackman’s Bay Primary where I’ll be volunteering and wishing to stay resonably close to them. I’m not looking for a room to house myself not my children.
Hi I am Ash and I am a very considerate housemate, I believe in sharing the chores and responsibilities plus just being a genuinely easy person to get along with. I prefer a quiet night in watching my favourite shows over parties. My hobbies are fishing, kayaking, gardening, reading and cooking for the most part. I have a 4 year old kelpie cross who is fully trained and for the most part a ninja (unless someone is at the door, then he will bark 2 or 3 times), he gets along well with other dogs.
Two rooms available in a large comfortable house on ten acres of native forest with a babbling stream and great views of Mt wellington. Walking distance to bus stop and shop, easy to get to Hobart, UTAS, IMAS etc. My son is studying at UTAS Conservatorium of Music and I work at IMAS. The property is a great place to relax with lots of walks and native flora and fauna.
Hi there... I'm a yoga teacher in Hobart, currently renting in New Town, but desperate to be back by the sea.. I'm easy to get along with, responsible, always pay rent on time, good communicator, and quiet... : )
I’m a travel consultant at Flight Centre and I have a little dog named Narla. I’m working full time and have excellent references after renting with Harcourts. I would be looking for a place that’s unfurnished as I already have my furniture + appliances etc. I’m super friendly + outgoing and very clean + tidy. I would be looking to rent with 1 - 3 other people :)
Hi - Move time is flexible - I have a share house on Huon Rd (listing on here), but unless i find two great women, I want to simplify and just share with one (either gender) somewhere else. I would love to just share with one other person and pay less than $200 per week until I get more work (which hopefully will be soon - in which case budget can go up a bit) I would love to find someone to apply for places with, or move into existing house (could be more than 2 of us if I don't have to manage it all!) (NB: I have lovely old male cat). I am open-minded, green-minded, in my 40s, love music, like questioning the status quo, and care about people and the world we live in :-)
I am a young professional from Canada taking some Business Studies in Tasmania for 6 months. My boyfriend was born and raised in Tasmania & is in the final year of his University degree. We are a quiet couple who are very respectful and friendly. We will be busy studying and working and traveling around Tasmania during our time off. We both have jobs lined up for when we arrive in Australia at the end of January. We are very easy going and clean! We both love to cook and also love meeting new people!
I've just finished year 12 and am moving to Hobart area to start studying languages at UTAS this year. I can cook and clean and am a tidy person. My interests are music and the arts as well as worldly culture.
We are close to the city yet private and quiet, close to the bush and native birds and animals. You can often see wedge-tailed eagles on the property and there are wallabies every morning and evening. The views are also stunning. This is a quiet and peaceful home with nice furnishings and ambiance. The owner is nice too! Netflix, new TV, WiFi, en-suite, warm and comfortable home.
I'm studying Psych at UTas with a major in neuroscience. I'm a volunteer scout leader who works part time at Sustomi, making me a super environmentally friendly person. I keep to myself but if you want to have a chat i'm always more than happy to hang out :)
I am currently struggling in my current place of residence, and am trying to get on my own feet, anywhere I can, to be able to get better and find employment. I'm a kind and caring person, and have a passion for computers & games. My preferred pastime is spending time with friends.
Hello! Myself and a friend are looking for a place to rent in Hobart or the surrounding suburbs. We will both be studying in 2019, myself at UTAS and my friend with Foundry. Preferably looking for somewhere with 2 rooms available. We are super easy going, clean and enjoy a good chat. Please contact me if you have anything available!
Hi my names Mat I’m an electrician from country Vic. Moving back to Hobart early January and will be working at the hospital. When I’m not working I enjoy sports, weekends away, camping and hiking, catching up with friends. I’m great to live with because I’m quiet around the house in the mornings, respectful of housemates things and space, keep common areas clean, pay bills on time, always up for a chat, beer/wine or a Netflix binge and have a positive outlook. Non smoker, love pets and don’t mind doing the lawns/gardening.

I am respectful, considerate of others and keep tidy. I work mostly in security, a little in fitness (PT) and some retail. I can usually be found at work or in the gym or asleep though I am not averse to a little conversation or company. I don't smoke, rarely drink and all animals like me, except maybe small terriers and chihuahuas. I am currently in North Hobart and my lease runs until the end of February so I will be trying to time a move near then.
Hi, Currently I am a Student Nurse and I work in a pharmacy on the weekend. I'm also an artist/jeweller (when time allows) I do happen to have a fat cat but he can be fostered out if the home doesn't accept pets. Friendly and easy going nature, studying most of the time so would prefer a quiet environment, respectful and enjoy a good conversation. Open to anything and team up's especially. Thanks for reading :)
I am a 26 year old health professional. Relocating in late February 2019 Clean & easy going. I enjoy the occasional drink / social night but mostly keep to myself.
