I am a friendly person who loves a chat but also loves having me time in a quiet space. I have live previously in a share house and understand the dynamics of living with other people. I liked to keep my personal area clean as well as shared areas, especially the kitchen (ie. I always clean up after myself). I do like to be social but mainly outside the household so not to disturb other flatmates. I can cook and enjoy having shared dinners as it reduces waste and is a good time to socialise.
I am a generally clean and tidy person, and I take my fair share of the housekeeping load. At the moment, I'm still a college student, working part-time, and am just fairly quiet in general. I'm very flexible in who and where I would flat with. I do have a dog who is excitable, though, so bear that in mind.
We live on six acres; the place is lovely and spacious. We have paddocks, orchard, chooks, a veg garden, outside cat and a 7 year old gentle dog. The house is big so your room is at the same end of the house as the other person renting. The bathroom you will use is close by. Your room has a queen size bed, bed side tables, large fitted wardrobe and desk/ table. There is a large spacious living zone with wood burner, table and kitchen. You will be expected to pay on time, clean your room and share in the cleaning of common zones.

I'm a really easy going person. I'm neat and tidy, a great cook, quiet, kind, friendly and very considerate. I don't have any pets myself but I like animals and am happy to look after a house mates' animals if needed. I get along with everyone and would be happy to share with people of any age (who have left their party years behind them). I'd be equally happy to house share with a couple or family or with an elderly person who requires some assistance to live independently. I have many family and friends, so am often out, but when I am home I like to have a chat and be social.

Hi! I'm a 25 year old studying Ancient History at UTAS. I'm looking for a new long-term rental as my current landlord has decided to sell at end of my lease. I am pretty laid-back, respectful, quiet, tidy, friendly but introverted (I tend to read, play games, watch Netflix) I would love a place where people are around in the evenings to catch up. I don't drive, so good access to public transport is a priority
