Katerina and Patxi
$800/week•27-34 year old woman and man
Pet friendly rental needed - ready to move NOW Hi 👋 Me (34yo), my friend (27 yo) and my two mini dachshund girls (3.5 & 7yo) will be looking for a place to call home in Sydney. Dream home 🏠 * Private rooms * Garage parking as we have 2 motorcycles * Fenced backyard for the dogs Happy to start with 2 weeks and extend if we find each other the right fit We know our perfect home is there somewhere, just need to find it 🙂 I work full time (Wed-Sun) in Mascot. I am a very clean and organised person, respect everyone's privacy, pay bills on time and as much as I like to hang out and watch TV with my flatmates occasionally, I like to just keep quiet and relax on my own (as that's my way to recharge after all day of talking at work). Patxi will be working full time as a barista for next 6 months and after that he will start his studies in automotive. He is the same as me in terms of keeping and wanting the house clean and tidy. The girls 🐕 🐕 : Careful around strangers at first but very affectionate and loving once they get to know you. No destructive behaviour at all, only bark if there is someone at the door. They usually just get in my bed and sleep all day when I am gone and noone is around to keep them company (had a camera set up multiple times to watch them). Never had any complaints from neighbours or strata. If you think you may have a place where we would fit in, we are listening 😊

$300/week•34 year old man
I'm a 34-year-old guy who recently moved to Sydney from Melbourne. I'm into running, tech, and road trips. When I'm not working full time or studying, you can find me binge-watching my favorite shows. I prefer the simplicity of living in a clean studio and enjoy staying active with fitness. Socials and good food are my go-to for relaxation - i don't have any pets or kids but don't mind if you have a cat. Open for team ups if we are on similar wave length.

Rent paid on time, a neat, tidy and hassle free flatmate/tenant. An easy-going fellow. Sense of humour. I like a mix of my own space, and sociable too. Looking for a nice somewhere to live for 6 months: I'm temporarily in Albury at the moment, but Sydney would be ideal for me to be moved to. Planning to be located there very soon, and hopefully be established in a homebase within a couple of weeks (end October-early November), ideally a granny flat or similar. I'm living out of a suitcase at the moment, so the sooner the better it would be to find a new home. General Cronulla, Brighton-le-Sands etc. areas, or perhaps Ryde etc. Longer term (a good 6 months or more up the track) I plan to relocate to England. But for the time being I'd like to be more organised, settled and productive here in Oz (Sydney, as said). And have a home base to launch from for an occasional few-day trip, e.g. to hometown Adelaide, or over to Coober Pedy, where I've worked in the past (plan to do a video and poetic documentary on Coober Pedy -- the opal capital of the world. An interesting place.) Currently career changing from teaching to professional photographer, published poet, mathematician, writer and researcher, but meanwhile, until these are viable, probably will pick up some relief teaching or bus driving work in Sydney. I'm an outdoors person, active, have many interests. I'm an easygoing fellow. And have a good track record as a tenant (e.g. full bond refunds). Hope to find somewhere to live in Sydney soon. Best regards, Craig T
