Hi there, so am planning to move to your beautiful part of the world from Victoria. I wish to rent for a year before buying to get to know the areas. I have horses and will be agisting in Pomona so would like to be no more than 25 mins away from them. I do have 2 well trained, sweet outside dogs that will be coming with me. I work as a disability support worker and also used to chef. I am easy going, non smoker, social drinker and considerate. Am looking for either a whole house to rent or to share with others. Looking forward to moving towards the end of Jan -Feb and discovering the Noosa trails, enjoying the beaches and getting to know the area. Thanks for reading my long message. Cheers Katharine :)
The natural and peaceful environment on a large private property is really totally opposite to suburban living. Surrounded by the sounds of nature, fresh air and wildlife is what this property is about. And still so close to everything and the local shops at Cooroy. There is a relaxing pool, good Internet, good airflow, verandas and great views over valley. The flat is private, bedroom with beautiful views, large balcony, bathroom, WIR, media room and spare office/bedroom.
Situated on 40 acres bush/rainforest setting, 12 minutes drive to Cooroy/Pomona. 2 story artistic built home with resort style pool, paths to dams and creek. There are also 3 small cabins (rented out) on property. Verandahs with bush views, and amazing kitchen, fireplace and common areas. You would have 2 bedrooms (1 with private veranda) and your own bathroom downstairs. Rent includes power and gas (hot water/kitchen) .
Im looking for a place I can call home. Where I'm able to have my down time, which would include cooking, yoga, tending to a vegie patch or just enjoying nature.. and if I'm lucky, the company of some additional furry friends. I am a qualified hairdresser studying another hairdressing course and soon to be working back in the industry. I am independent, easy going, maintain a good level of cleanliness and respectful of others' space. Also love a good banta and laugh 🌞
Large yard/ vege garden and long verandah facing the sunset and mountains. Quiet area. Shops and public transport nearby. 30 mins to Noosa Beach, 10 mins to Cooroy, 20 mins to Yandina. Hinterland lifestyle: bushwalking trails and Farmers Markets.
Hi everyone! I'm an easy going person who loves to relax most days when I'm not working. I enjoy reading, dancing, colouring in and putting togeather jigsaw puzzle in my spare time. I work 2-3 times a week as an OSHC educator in noosaville and work weekly as a school crossing supervisor. I also study full time, while volunteering at the noosa country show. I own 3 lovely guineapigs, a rainbow Lorri, some hermit crabs and a loving turtle. My partner (Andrew) enjoys fishing, camping and all the outdoor stuff. He is currently unemployed due to back issues which he is currently getting fixed. Though be does hope to go back into nursery production work as previously. He also is a smoker (smokes outside) and loves enjoying a few beers, a few times a week.
Situated in the magic Coolabine valley. 25 mins from Eumundi and 17 mins from Mapleton on horse and cattle property. Large sand arena and horse agistment available. Sorry, no air conditioning in the cabin. Only ceiling fan. Limited storage area available. Only small pets will be considered. Prefer no dogs because it's a horse agistment property. Room for at least 2 horses is available ($20 ea PW) to the tenant and includes generous well-maintained sand arena and amenities. There are three dwellings on the property and the en-suite cabin shares an under-cover concrete slab area with another accommodation cabin. Area has outdoor cooking facilities, at least 6x3 m sitting area for chairs and table and a fabulous view. We all prefer someone who enjoys living a quiet life but also likes a small community where we all lend a hand to fix things and keep the area well maintained. We also prefer someone who is familiar with the important things in rural living such as septic tank and rainwater tank usage. Minimal alcohol, no parties, and no drugs or marijuana, please. This may be perfect for someone in Brisbane who would like to come up for horse weekends. Electric and water included in rent. We can probably have internet hooked up if you request.
Im a down to earth guy, friendly and easygoing... tidy, respectful and consider myself as a hard working person. Occasionally I like having BBQ and a few drinks with my housemates...always down for a banter too...best way to socialize I guess, hey!! :) Cheers!!
I'm finishing my Masters at USC and am looking for a great place to come back to after uni and work. Enjoy social chats and down time for studies (not a TV person). Loves are songwriting, guitar, meditation, and nature.
Friendly, tidy, respectful. Looking for short or longer term accommodation with small dogs. Mini Spoodle, and Mini Pomeranian. I am willing to team-up for accommodation in most areas of Sunshine Coast and Hinterland. I am a professional single, enjoys the outdoors, traveling. Must Like Dogs
I am 26, I have just completed my studies in Horticulture and am working at a landscape suppliers in Coolum. I love the beach and gardening, with a focus on food and sustainability. I am arty, kind, considerate and semi-social. I have a cat, she has lived with other cats and dogs, she's inside sunset to sunrise. Unfurnished room preferable.
Open and friendly, honest and sociable. I stay healthy and eat well, love getting outdoors and playing sport/keeping fit. Conscious and aware of others and self, interested in good communication and discussion. I'm a nutritionist and will be moving from NSW. I have my own business and am quite active in developing it. I'm looking for someone to live with who has similar interests to myself, and can have good convos with when needed 😊
Hello my name is Tristan, currently working at Noosa Racv Resort as a chef, i have lived in melbourne for 3 years recently only been back over a year an a half now. My parents live in noosa hinterland about 40 minutes drive from my workplace, makes it difficult to live so far away with my work hours, so i now have lived on the sunshine coast close to work for over a year. looking at moving into a nice one to two bedroom property with either one other person or by myself it has been tough to find something suitable, not looking at living with any party animals and want to have a peaceful home to come home from work to, I'm super flexible to live with, clean and get along with a majority of people. (:
