Property Seeker Pricing Promotion FAQ
At Flatmates, we’re always looking at ways to deliver the best value to our members. Which is why you might have noticed we’ve reduced the price of our paid plans for people seeking accommodation. If you’d like to know more about this promotion and why we’re doing it, check out our FAQs below.
The promotion
For a limited time, we will be reducing the price of our plans for people looking for accommodation. Our Full Plan will be reduced from $35.99 to $29.99 and our Basic Plan will be reduced from $25.99 to $19.99.
Why are you doing this?
We understand how stressful it can be to find a home, and this stress is felt double-fold given the current climate of the Australian rental market. To assist with reducing the stress that comes with finding a home, we wanted to offer a discounted plan to property seekers, to help them on their journey.
How long will this promotion last?
This promotion will last until 12 noon on 20 December 2022, with the possibility of extension.
Can I get a refund if I bought a plan just before the promotion started?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds as the benefits of our plans are applied the minute a member upgrades. The promotion will begin at 12 noon on 27 September 2022 and will expire at 12 noon on 20 December 2022, with the possibility of extension.
Why aren’t I seeing the discounted price?
If you don’t see a discount on our Plans page, you are probably looking at our property lister plans (for people offering accommodation) rather than our property seeker plans (for people looking for accommodation). Unfortunately, this promotion is only available to property seekers, not property listers.
Does the length of my plan remain the same?
Your plan length remains the same and our 30-day guarantee will still be applied to eligible members who have purchased the Full Plan.
Does anything else about my plan change apart from the price?
Our property seeker plans no longer include property listings, as they’re intended for people who are just seeking accommodation. If you have a property listing or want to publish one, even if you are also seeking accommodation, you will need to select one of our property lister plans.
