The house is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, shed out the back in the yard. The property comes with a split system in the living room that is an aircon and heating system, the house isn't huge so it cools and/or heats the house nicely. The house is literally a 1 minute walk to Oriel road which has the 250 and 350 bus routes that takes about half an hour to get to the city, or a 20 minute walk/8ish minute bike ride to Ivanhoe train station. The house is also close to Northland shopping centre with about a 6 minute drive. Off street parking is available if you have a car, storage for your bike also and a decently sized bedroom. I fit my large desk, double bed and a wardrobe (not built in) that I'd be happy to leave for the next tenant if you don't have one to bring yourself.
Hello there. I am seeking a home to share with community minded, creative beings who are interested in co-creating a peaceful, harmonious, easy-going, tidy, respectful, loving and nurturing space together. I am currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and as well completing my Kundalini Yoga training program. My hobbies and interests are in : spirituality, philosophy, healing, well-being (meditation, yoga, nutrition, kirtan, natural therapies, etc..), conscious dance, sacred music, films, art, reading, being in nature, eating out, travel, singing and pretty much any workshop or book on self-development that allows me to learn more about myself, others and improve who I am as a person. I am honest, mature and respectful of others space, and also seeking the same from others. I am also drug and alcohol free, and would prefer a home of open, authentic, conscious connections and communication with one another. I am not fussed about living with others who enjoy a wine over a meal, but definitely not interested in a party house. I am interested in a quiet space where I can study, as well as, re-charge and unwind. I would enjoy a conversation, meal or outing with fun-loving housemates every so often. As well as a tidy space, where we all contribute in keeping the environment clean and tidy for all. A home near public transport services is a necessity, preferably train and tram services. An unfurnished room and additional storage space would be ideal. I am vegan and would prefer a vegan and/or vegetarian household. I have lived with meat-eaters before though that are respectful and understanding. I also volunteer in assisting with and marketing events within the conscious Melbourne community, as well as activism for the welfare and rights of animals. I am more than happy to live with cats, and the more the merrier :)
I’m Girish, working full-time in an IT company near city. Pretty much quiet, easygoing person and more than happy to have a friendly/casual conversation. Like to keep things neat and tidy. Not a party goer/doer but always up for a drink or couple. Respects everyone and their privacy. Expects the same from others.

We love food (cooking and going out for dinner), travelling and going for hikes, comedy and going out for a game of pool or trivia! Miriam works full- time at a not- for- profit and loves board games, going out for a boogie, reading, Pilates and Yoga. Lachie studies Anthropology and is into music, movies and soccer. Looking for a sociable household where you hang out together but also respect everyone's space. We like to keep our home clean and tidy, so looking for like minded people!
- Me: Hola! I’m Ghanisht, hailing all the way from Mauritius - Languages: English, French, Mauritian Creole but can understand Hindi and Spanish - What I do: I’m currently a first year medical student at UniMelb who’s looking for a place to live between Dec2019 and June 2020. I’ll be studying at the Austin for most of the day, and will also be working part time which means I won’t be in your business at home too much BUUUUUUT - What i’m Looking for: a nice home you know, the kind i’m happy to come back to after long days of work. I love to engage socially over a chilled bottle of something; however I also expect a decent level of quiet at home for some study - What makes me a good flatmate: been sharehousing for 2 years now, keep my space tidy, pay my rent on time, got bants and love a good bevvie and chill! Plus my cooking will definitely draw you to the kitchen and I love to share the occasional meal with friends. - More about me, but philosophically now: easy going and accepting of whoever you might be or whatever you might like. I’m also very driven and can motivate you actively or passively as you require - What I like: I love cycling, working out, futsal, reading, thinking and writing those thoughts down, have some pretty cool Spotify playlists and love meeting new people!

I'm looking for a homely home, hoping to have some housemates who like a good chat and a laugh but also respect my privacy. I'm also very creative so will be working on music alot and going out of the house plenty. I will be working full time. I'm hoping to share with other creative people. Lets catch up for a chat, if you like what I have to offer.

Introverted lefty geek looking for one/two/maybe three other people to live with. I'm looking for a place that can be my quiet oasis from the world, with people who are considerate, appreciate that other people have their own ways of doing things, and value open, respectful communication. I'd love to be friends but I'd also like if we each had our own stuff going on too. I read, write, play video games and sing in my spare time. I work night shifts (til 10ish) part-time but I try my best to be quiet when I get home. I'm proficient in using earplugs and I understand that sometimes a bit of noise is inevitable. I wash my dishes while I cook and thrive when I have a cleaning roster to follow. I don't have a specific diet but I try to eat mostly vegan or vegetarian; this isn't a rule however and meat does happen sometimes. I'd prefer to live in a place that's flexible about this. I'm looking for a medium-large room and to live with a non-smoker (inside, anyway). I'm LGBTQIA/SW/disability friendly and it's necessary that you are too. It's really important to me that we have compatible ways of living and communicating, so I'm happy to answer any questions or discuss in detail what we are both looking for from housemates. Cheers!
I’m looking to either move in with somebody or team up with someone and lease a house. I don’t smoke or do drugs. I’m clean and easy to get along with :)
