Super friendly, bubbly personality. Will have rent paid in advance where possible, if not will always be on time. Extremely neat and tidy, love to cook and clean. Love animals and a quality conversation. Early education student.
I work full time in admin and go to the gym for 2 hours daily so Im not in the house much. I love having fun and going out with friends. I was recently studying social work full time but decided to work for a while instead. I'm very clean, very considerate of others space and belongings, and always clean up after myself and am usually happy to clean up after other within reason.
We're all from Papua New Guinea, and are here at uni studying full time. We're fun people, we love sports and FOOD! :) Always open to meeting new people, and learning about new cultures
I'm currently in my 3rd year of Veterinary Science at JCU, I consider myself easy-going and sociable. I do enjoy my own space for study and don't consider myself the biggest party-goer as uni is pretty full-on during the semester, but I certainly enjoy a drink or two after exams! In my spare time, I like exercising, socialising, and binge-watching tv.
Really easy going couple. Just looking for a new place to live that's closer to work & uni and feels like a home not a just a house. Want to live with people who are as neat as we are, and don't mind having a couple of friends over ever now and then. Preferably looking for a team up to start a share house that suits what everyone is looking for, so I'd love to chat with you. My partner and I both study at JCU and work part time. We're not home often, but when we are I like to garden, and my partner enjoys video games. We are open to having pets. Budgeting for $200/person/week, but we can all aim to make it as economical as possible.
Hey, I'm moving to Townsville to study an MSc in Aquaculture at JCU sometime in January/February. Originally from the UK, I love to travel, be outdoors, go diving and anything to do with the ocean. I'm easy going, laid back, clean and happy to live with pets.
Hey there, I'm Orchid (as in the flower), Left in photo. I'll be stating a new job at the Townsville hospital on a temporary contract from 23rd October, moving from Brisbane. I don't like writing about myself, but I'm nice, helpful, clean, tidy. I like meeting new people & socialising, happy to keep to myself also. I have a car and enjoy exploring new places, events (eg, gigs/festivals, beaches, lakes, mountains/parks, cafes/restaurants/bars) Don't worry, I do cook. Unfortunately, sorry I can't accept living with smokers. Thank you. Looking forward to hear from you soon :)
Hey guys :) I have recently moved from Sydney to Townsville to study full-time at JCU, and am looking to move into a share house shortly to meet new people. I am very clean and quiet, and keep quite busy most days thanks to uni/work/gym. I do like to socialise though and occasionally go out on weekends, enjoy a bevvy or two but am not a crazy party animal and respect everyone's privacy. I also happen to have two friendly dogs who are moving with me, they are both purely outside dogs and I clean up after them religiously.. I know it's a big ask to move into an existing house with dogs but they are very well behaved and would be solely looked after by myself.
I'm studying full time at JCU so I would like a room that is within a 10 minute drive of JCU. I only want to share with females and preferably have my own bathroom, but I am open to options! If I'm not studying or at uni then I will be working, I work most days as a babysitter/tutor. I enjoy going for walks along the river and going to the gym. I'm friendly and easy to get along with but I definitely need my own space.
Hi! Just moved to Townsville. I'm an electricain starting work in a weeks time. Excellent to live with. Neat, tidy and easy going. Spend my spare time either at the gym, jamming ps4 or relaxing with a beer.
I'm pretty laid back, enjoy watching sport and having a quiet beer after a long week. I'm coming to town to work full time at the Townsville Bulletin. Moving up from Melbourne but have lived in North Queensland before. I'll pull my weight with chores and am reliable with rent and bills. Am keen to socialise but will respect privacy. Arriving in town around October 5!!!
I'm a pretty easy going person, will be mostly working at the hospital. I'm into fishing, 4WDing, dirt bikes and love a good cocktail/wine night. Ideally wants to live with working professionals not students. After own bathroom if possible. Swimming pool would be great.
Just moved to Towsnville because i got work with Eagle Drilling in Charters Towers. Currently on a working away roster doing 2 weeks on 1 week off. I'm tindy, laidback and reliable. Preferably looking for somewhere in the Douglas area or close to the Uni.
Hey everyone, Im Tremmer. Im 22 years old. I work full time as a pharmacy assistant and have been in that workplace for 7 years now. Im a little shy at first but once you get to know me im a fun bubby person. I like to have my party nights but i also like my quiet nights in and have respect for others. Im looking for somewhere to stay for roughly 4-6 months. Thanks :)
"UniView" is a near new house designed and build for student accommodation, it is walking (50m) distance to JCU - just across from Western Hall college, fully self contained and fully furnished with all rooms individually lockable, there is a choice of room with shared bathroom from $180 or with own ensuite and WIR (walk-in-robe) from $210, all utilities (electricity, water, aircon, internet) are included, also free of charge bikes available to tenants.
The house is 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms (so you would have a bathroom to yourself). There is also a pool, new furniture throughout the house, plenty of fridge space and a dishwasher etc. I also have a 10 month old lab puppy so you must be good with dogs! She is very cute and still a little bit of an inside dog when I'm home, so you would have to be ok with this :-) The room has an aircon, a queen bed and remote shutout blinds (great for sleeping in)! Or there is another empty room if you have your own bed.
