What's up :) I'm Dylan, a 27 year old friendly and outgoing guy, labourer. Interests include coffee, music, fitness, beers, banter, 4x4 adventures and the beach. As far as a housemate goes I see myself as trustworthy and respectful of privacy and property, and might have a touch of cleaning OCD haha. Happy to share meals and socialise with everyone. I would love to find like minded housemates to get along with and share a nice drama free household. Looking forward to hearing from you, Dylan
Looking to move coastal. I work for myself running a solar and electrical company. The majority of my work is in Melbourne so i will be commuting however i also try to get work in Geelong and on the surf Coast when i can. My two main interests at the moment are surfing and the wim hof method. Ive lived in a few share houses of the years and so i know the ins and out of whats involved.. Pretty easy going in general also generally up for a beer or yarn whenever. Ive already got a fair few friends and family on the surf coast and theyve been hassling me to get down there for years! ive finally decided to listen!
Hey there, I've just arrived back to Vic and I'm looking for a place to lay my head. I'm 31 and studying occupational therapy at Deakin full time. I think I'm pretty cruisey. Always up for a chat and some banter, but like time to myself too. I spend a fair chunk of time studying, but love to spend my 'spare' time rock climbing, playing ukulele, riding my motorbike, going to gigs. I love to cook and am always up for a shared dinner with housies and friends. I don't really like drop in centres, I prefer to set myself up in awesome environments with good people that contribute to a sweet vibe in the house. I have a cat Roo <3 He's jet black and super affectionate once he gets to know you, but he'll be a bit skittish when he first moves in. That's just him. If you have a room that fits the bill I'm excited to meet you and check it out :-)
My name is Adam, I'm 29 and I'm from England. I am currently doing my farm work in Torquay and I am looking for a place to stay for approximately 3 months. Currently I am living at bells beech backpackers but I am looking for somewhere cheaper and with a little more privacy. I'm chilled out and can clean up after myself. if the room is still available you can message me on here o thanks
I'm currently living in a share home in The Basin (been there for 10 months, prior to that I was at a share home in Ferntree Gully). I'm in the process of securing a job in Anglesea, so I'm looking for a place that's a little bit closer! I'm a qualified Nurseryman and have been in the industry for 6 years now. I'm right into my camping and anything adventurous, when I get the time of course! In my spare time I like to relax and watch movies/TV shows, write/play music, and hang out with mates. I'm a very tidy person and make a habit of keeping everything as clean as possible. I'm always up for a good chat, though I do like my alone time as well. I'm a big fan of animals so I have no problem with a few cats and dogs running around the place!
New Zealander. I tidy up after myself and tend to get along with everyone. Always pay my bills and try to live a reasonably active lifestyle. I will be doing work placement and intend to get a job out of it. Initially need 3 months accommodation but after work placement I plan to stay put. I am still on course in New Zealand and will be finishing up and moving to Aus in mid June
Heya! My names Britt, I'm 24, working full time hours at a cafe on the Bellarine. I'm about to start a sports development diploma at VFA. I've just come back from travelling and working in the US. I'm friendly, easy going, social. I've lived in share houses before and understand the principles of respect like doing your own dishes! Looking to move into a homely place with like minded people for a length of 12 months while I'm studying. I enjoy my own space but also enjoy the company of my roomies.
Our sharehouse has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a spacious open-plan living area. We have two rooms on offer: * Bedroom (now available): the second-largest bedroom in the house. Has a large wardrobe, and comes furnished with a queen bed, couch and rug. $110/week. * Master bedroom (available from May); with own ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe for $130/week. The house also has plenty of storage space in the garage, as well as a surfboard rack if that's why you're in Torquay. We're located about 1.5km from Fisherman's Beach in Torquay, and 500m from the nearest supermarket. The bond is $575. Bills are divided evenly between all housemates, which typically works out to about $10/week.
Breamlea is a stunning and secluded coastal village nestled between Torquay and Barwon Heads. I am seeking to share this home with a lovely local or someone Melbourne-based who's seeking a sea change or flexi-time between coast and city. ** FYI, Breamlea is only 15 minutes drive from Torquay or Barwon Heads; 20 minutes from Geelong; and 1.5 hours from Melbourne. It feels very remote and natural, yet it's easily accessible from commercial centres.** The house is freshly renovated and has easy access to a surf beach and tidal river, both are two minutes walk away. All spaces are light-filled and features of the house include: - 4 bedrooms for mixed use: bed, guest room, study, etc - spectacular views to the horizons - full-sized bath tub - 5000w solar panels - a large yoga and rumpus room downstairs with a pot-bellied stove - undercover parking and garage - a burgeoning vegetable garden
Hi, I'm Ada, 24 years old from Italy. I'm in Australia for 9 months, working as Italian Assistant Teacher. I think I'm pretty easy to live with, I'm pretty social but love doing my thing too. I'd love to travel in my days off.
The house is located in Warralily Coast, 10min from the surf in Torquay and 10 min from Geelong, with quick access to the Ringroad, close to Deakin University and Marshall Train Station. The rent is 150$ p/room (inc. bills) for the right person. We have a humble home gym, which you are welcome to use and there are plenty of parklands to enjoy a breath of fresh air. We have a majestic cat that pretty much sleeps 23h/day. If you have further questions contact us...

This is a newly build home (2015) in Armstrong Creek, in a nice, quiet and friendly community. It's a 10 minute drive to CBD Geelong, 10 minutes to Deakin Waurn Ponds University and 15 minutes to Torquay. Waurn Ponds shopping centre only is minutes away. There is a large shopping centre within walking distance, to be operational from September / 2017, with ALDI and Woolworths, plus many speciality shops. There is a good bus route to Geelong and surrounding areas and public transport travel time to Southern Cross, Melbourne just over 1.5 hours. I have just back to Australia after living and working abroad for two years. It is a cool 4 bed room, dual living, with large kitchen and open dining area. There is a patio area and garden and large area of grass. It features heating and AC. I am planning to create a cinema room out of the second living area and a gym in the garage. On street parking also. I am advertising the master bedroom with en-suite and one double room. Short stays of two months are welcome, will consider shorter stays on request. Bills are all inclusive, including unlimited WIFI (NBN to the premises at 100mbps download). I have had lots of experience with house share and inclusive bills make things so much easier for all. I am happy to re consider if you wish to bill share. The house is fully furnished apart from the bedrooms. If you have furnishings that you wish to move in with, that can be easily accompanied for. I want to make this house fun, extremely likeable and liveable to all. Move in date is any time. Please see photos :)
The house is only 18 months old with clean and stylish fittings and finishes. Located in Armstrong - Mount Dunned, the property is just 10 minutes from Torquay and 12 minutes from Geelong. Own bedroom with built in robe I do have a dog (Beagle) who is very loving and will love anyone who gives him pats. House is already furnished so you would just gave to bring your own stuff for your bedroom. Rent would be $150 with 3 of us in total in the house or $115 if 4 of us in the house. Bill would just be split evenly. Potential housemates would have to be placed on the lease with estate agents approval. Any other questions, feel free to shoot me a message!
