Hi there, I'm moving back to Townsville from Brissy and am looking for a room for a few months while I set myself up. I'm a clean and tidy guy with a full time professional job. I'm in my late 30s so can't handle partying anymore, it hurts the knees 👴 but I do enjoy an occasional drink and a bit of banter. I'm pretty easy going and relaxed and am as comfortable hanging out in common areas for a chat as I am keeping to myself in my room. As well as work I am doing a psychology degree part time so there's plenty of periods where you will wonder if I even exist anymore, or was I all just part of your imagination 🤔 I have a young daughter (8) that would be visiting me every other weekend. We would just share the room while she is with me and would likely be out and about most of those weekends.
