The rest of the house is spacious too, with a massive kitchen, a good bathroom with both a bath and a shower, a separate laundry room, and a large sunny living room. There is brand new hydronic heating in every room of the house, so you will never get cold. The living area is also equipped with A/C for the hot summer days. There is a great little front garden and a bigger back garden with the best lemon tree ever! We are looking for someone, with a similar outlook, who is searching for a home rather than a room.
