I have been living in Melbourne for the past year but I have currently moved back to NSW. I am looking to return to Melbourne ASAP as soon as I get a better job. I would prefer to live in the inner north or the city in a studio apartment.

Hello! I'm in the final stages of completing a now full-time bachelor of health science - naturopathy. I work part-time in an health food store, and sometimes in an office. Loving things extends to comedy improv, hiking, photography, exercise, escape rooms, podcasts, cooking, books and friends. My housemate credentials are some of the best you'll ever come across. Not only can I provide the house with expired health food, but I am also in possession of a fridge, washing machine, and general practical furniture things. I'm considerate, easy to approach, friendly, and can scrub toilets really really well.
Hey! I'm Kassem, a 20 year old danish student I will be studying at RMIT City Campus for a semester, which of course means i have to find somewhere to stay meanwhile. I'm not too picky about the location, but ideally somewhere within reasonable walking/biking distance. I'm a very easygoing and social lad, always providing top tier bants, and I know how to keep things clean and respectful from past housing experience. I love having a good time, and i'm pretty much up for everything you can hit me with! I'd love to live in a house/flatshare with other like minded, preferably also uni students in their 20's who wouldn't mind hanging out occasionally. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Easy going single 29 year old who has been living in East Melbourne for the past year by myself. Just looking to move in with some others. Very respectful of others space, clean and tidy, working full time in the city in HR (travel for work quite a bit) - enjoy a Friday after work drink and weekend surf (try to stay active in my time off). I actually want to consider this place - looking to meet two others pretty quickly so we can go and take a look at it together (15/211 Wellington Parade South, East Melbourne) Let me know
I am a biomedical engineering student from Mexico looking for a place near RMIT. I can get allong with all kind of people and i consider myself an easygoing person. I enjoy playing football and playing videogames. I am a huge star wars fan.
Hi people of the word! How great is internet!? How great is it, to look for something, what happens in the future. I'm blessed about lots of things, which are happening to me. So why not, the perfect roommate/s!? I'm a 25 yo very uncomplicated German. A room at CBD or Southbank would be perfect, because I have to work there but it's definitely not a musst. Under the week I need my time to rest, having some drinks on the weekend is fine but I actually don't need that much party at home. Moving without furniture, that would be a big plus to have a bed already in the room. I will bring a lot of positive German energy into the flat/house. Really like to share lifetime storys with you and just want to spent a awesome time in Melbourne. If you need something to know about me, hobbies, whatever, please give me a pm or text on my phone. Cheers Felix
I am a respectful professional looking for a short term rent whilst I work full time in Melbourne and before I travel back to England for 6 weeks in mid-August. I a looking for a 2 bedroom apartment with a friend in the inner Melbourne area.
Hey guys, I am Tobias - a 28 year old guy. I work in the advertising industry as an art director - I basically think about the visuals of ads and come up with ideas that engage with people. Originally from Brisbane and have been in Melbourne for about 4-5 years. Over that time, I’ve been house trained, where I currently live in a house that I’ve been at for about 3 years. Now looking to move for a good change. I am mindful of housemates’ personal space and can be social as a fellow housemate. Whether it be drinks, movies etc. I am up for getting involved with housemates. I do a bit of cooking when I have time around work. I mostly have a habit of eating out. I clean up after myself and partake in house chores. I like to try out new things each weekend and have been told I am a bit of a yes man to things. I personally enjoy museums and art exhibits. I also do indoor rock climbing as a sport and keeping fit. Let me know if you’re free for me to come by to meet in person and check out your place.
I'm very open to new things and new people (I really enjoy meeting new people with different backgrounds and ways of thinking than my self). I prefer a clean and tidy home, but I don't mind a bit of mess during busy periods. I like to think of myself as fairly easy-going and it takes a lot to piss me off (but it's definitely doable if you try hard enough :)). In terms of lifestyle, I tend to prioritize healthy eating and quite a lot of movement/exercise. One thing I value very highly, is being able to move (play sports, workout, go for a run or walk, etc.) with other people - it's one of the best ways of spending time together, in my opinion. That being said, I definitely enjoy some downtime as well, eg. reading a book, playing guitar or having a lengthy conversation. Occasionally, I enjoy a night out with friends, dancing and drinking, but it's not something I do every single weekend. Although, it's not unlikely that you'll see me with a cold a beer or a glass of wine on the weekends. I'm going to study full time at UniMelb for the second semester (july till november) on an exchange program (I'm from Denmark). I definitely wouldn't mind living with people who are not necessarily studying at UniMelb as well, although it's not a requirement.
We are a friendly couple from argentina, responsable, clean and fun. We been living for more than one year in new zealand doing different jobs and living with other couples on the same house. Now we are going to study part-time while we are working, so we are not going to pass much time at the house, we like more the open air and outside sport such as climbing ciclyng and swiming. we love to share moments with friends specially cooking :D Tati is a great cook!!
I completed a Bachelor of Arts (psychology/philosophy) & Bachelor of Science (Developmental Biology/Molecular Biology) at Monash in 2017. I have recently come back from Germany where I did an internship at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory. I am soon starting part-time work at a lab. I'm also doing a 6-month visual arts course at RMIT - I'm working on a creative project with a friend. I like visiting art galleries, museums, biking, hiking, reading, travelling, film festivals, classical music concerts, electronic music concerts. Don't mind a drink once in a while. Perks: I'm flexible with move in date. I'm very clean, and like to have a routine (e.g. vacuum & laundry every Sunday). I cook delicious Mediterranean food and make awesome salad combos (I'm vegetarian). I don't watch TV and like to keep myself busy so I'm quiet. I'm a book nerd, and so I come with a small library (mostly philosophy & literature classics). I don't own any pets. I'm respectful and try to be non-judgemental, but I also expect cleanliness and safety at home. I like putting an effort in making a place feel like home (candles/incense, pot plants, etc) - but if you prefer I keep this to myself, happy to do so. Also, I don't need a car space! About you: Clean & tidy. Able to give me my space and allow me to feel at home. I love animals so I don't mind pets, but routine hygiene care is a minimum. Also a student or working professional. Sorry don't want to live with backpackers, but don't mind living with international students/expats. Also duration is minimum 5 months. I can work around something less than 12!
Hello guys! I am a 23-year-old Brazilian girl moving to Melbourne in July to do a Graduate Diploma in Government Law at the University of Melbourne. I intend to have a part-time job and to be at the University most of the time, but I am a very easy-going and clean person. I am always up for chatting but I won’t bother you if you are not into! I am willing to explore the city and would be a pleasure to have your company! In my free time I also love running, cooking, watching Netflix series and going out at night 😊 If you are similarly easy-going and friendly, please do not hesitate to contact me! Looking forward to meeting you! :)
Hello! My name is Tennessee. I’m 19 years old and I’ve been living in sunny St Kilda after moving to Melbourne from Sydney back in January. I am looking for somewhere to live where I can feel at home. I am clean, respectful and a friendly person to live with. I am working starting a career in acting, auditioning for various film and stage productions. In the meantime, I work full-time in hospitality to pay he bills. Other interests include music, exercise, cooking and exploring this wonderful city. Hope to be living with you soon :)
I'm moving to Australia; prefer to live in Melbourne of all places; and looking for an affordable living quarter while I job hunt. Then we'll see :) I am 38 years young :) married with 2 boys. But I will be on my own for time being. No current plans to get the family out here.
Hey! My name is Laura and I am 20 years old, originally from Tasmania and am studying full time at Monash University. I am extremely social and bubbly with a generally positive personality. In my spare time I read, go shopping, catch up with friends for lunch and am always up for a fun night out. I am a huge lover of horror movies and music from the 1990s and beforehand, so you may hear anything from Elvis Presley to Nirvana coming from my room. I'm very respectful of other peoples' space and always clean up after myself. I have experience with living in a share house and understand the importance of living in a nice and tidy environment. I am someone who loves to go out with friends and maybe share a drink or two, but am not one to make a lot of noise if I’m home late. Feel free to contact me if you're interested!
Hi I'm Tom. I'm a Melbourne Uni masters student from the US. I'm Looking for a place fairly close to uni. I will be working part-time as well as studying full-time. I am hoping to find somewhere to stay for the next six months and would be willing to extend my stay as I am beginning a 2 year program. When I'm not busy I like to run, play basketball, travel, and watch Netflix. I also love American football so I will most likely be awake early Monday mornings to watch it. On the weekends I like to go out, but I also love a quiet night in.
I am a 26 year old photographer originally from Brisbane, and have spent the last year living in Noosa after graduating from university. I am moving to Melbourne in July to progress my photography career. I am super friendly and always up for a chat/wine/coffee/walk - but by no means a party animal. I am clean, tidy and respectful. Being a creative person I have a lot of time for home decor and the little things that make a space, including indoor plants (multiple)! My interests include surf, fashion, music and Pilates.
Hi. I work full time in the city. I’m looking to live walking distance to work, theatres, my gym, markets, restaurants, pubs/bars etc while saving for my own place. Available from 28/29 July (some flexibility). I can start before/after this date if need however. :) Currently sharing and have previously shared. Please note preferences are in relation to a team up not short term sharing. Flexible with this :) I’m easy going, normal, clean (not OCD) looking for a comfy chilled home while I save for my own place. Love to cook too so bonus :) And I love pets especially pups :) For my own place - I have furniture in storage if need except white goods and your bedroom so good to start. Great if you have furniture too or not. Flexible :) Not a party house person. Dinner/bbq for friends every now and again in my own place. Nice to share a beer or meal and a laugh, but also respect each other’s space.
Professional, house proud, easy going and funny! Not the worlds greatest cook, but love to have a go! Enjoy a glass of wine, unwinding after the working day, gym, a good movie and chat.
Hello, we are a couple who are 22 and 23 years old from Sweden. We will both work full time and are looking for a nice home with kind roommates. We respect each other's private space and value a clean home. In our spare time, we like to travel, work out, but also appreciate chilling at home.
I'm a considerate housemate who likes to live in a clean and positive environment. I'd love to live with housemates who like to socialise, but also appreciate some good old 'me-time'. I've moved to Melbourne to live a more creative life but still work part-time in an office. Ideally I'll be looking for a furnished room, but am flexible. I'm vegan and would love to live with others who share the same way of life. I'm into yoga and boxing (like boxercise but with all the good technique ;) and love being surrounded by creative people, just so I can soak up all those good vibes and be more creative myself. My husband works away so would love to live with kind, considerate people and/or pets :)
