A recent graduate who works part-time as a salad artist until she finds a full-time job. A senior but not expensive housemate, featuring: • 5+ years experience in house-sharing • Always clean, respectful and responsible (My housemates hardly find the evidence of me cooking) • Above-average friendliness • Hosted 1 garage sale, 3 birthday surprises and 2 welcome parties for the housemates • Owns a 50" television, a wireless printer, a bike, 2 frisbees and a ukulele • Fluent in English and Mandarin (I'm from Taiwan) • Loves to talk about politics • Not a party animal but enjoys dancing in an appropriate environment • Overall, a very likeable young woman Looking for a sociable and mature (everyone cleans after themselves and refills the toilet paper) house/flat, preferably with lots of natural light as I enjoy reading during the day when I'm not working. I also like to stay in the living room and greet the housemates so I hope my future housemates are comfortable with that. My ideal length of stay is 12 months before I finally move back to fight for my country. Feel free to ask me anything as I really take my 100% response rate seriously.

East Melbourne is one of the most livable neighborhoods in Melbourne with super quick access to the CBD, Fitzroy, Richmond and Collingwood. Despite of being so close to the hustle and bustle, East Melbourne is a quiet little pocket with parks, cafes and beautiful houses and apartments around. The flat is fully furnished and gets a lot of natural lighting during the day. It has two bedrooms, one shared bathroom with washing machine and dryer, living room area, small balcony and the kitchen. The rent includes electricity, water, gas, and unlimited wifi. The place is set up beautifully and with good quality furniture and fully equipped. It is expected that the new roomate is respectful and makes good use of them.
I've just moved from France! I'm ready to settle down in a cosy place shared with several housemates. I'm used to shared houses but I'm independent since I also used to live bu my own. I'm curious and easy going.
Looking for a quiet, peaceful place, preferably close to City (where I work 3-4 days p/w) as I settle back into Melbourne life after living interstate. Length of stay is flexible but prefer a few months at least. Prefer on my own but sharing fine if compatible and there's enough living space. I practice meditation, a bit of yoga, like to read, see films and live a reasonably healthy life - definitely not into partying and late nights. Having access to outdoor space, parks or beach nearby would be great as I like to be in nature and get out and about. Thanks for reading my profile.

Hi my name is Alannah. I'm starting a new job in Melbourne on 23/04/19 but will come down sooner. Job is permanent full time shift work. I need a quiet and secure environment in order to help me settle into the city. I'm looking for flatmates that are quiet, respectful and clean. Not a party person. Not likely to ever bring other people over. I prefer to go out to socialise. No kids or pets, although I don't mind animals. Is quiet, clean and respectful. As a flatmate I generally keep to myself but I don't mind the occasional chat every now and again. I need a suitable place asap. Ideally somewhere more permanent.

Hi! My name is Ivan, I am 29 and I am from Spain. As an architect I am, I like design and photography. I love travelling and doing sports and I also enjoy going for a walk and having a beer with friends from time to time. I was living in Cairns for the last 6 months where I completed the farmwork to extend the Work and Holiday Visa one year more. Now I am looking for a full time job as an architect in Melbourne and meanwhile I am working as a UberEats delivery rider. It would be perfect to find a place to live where calm and cleanliness can go together. If you have something that may suit me, I look forward to hearing from you. Please, do not hesitate to contact me if you need some aditional information.
Hey, I'm Bonnie and I would say I'm a fairly easy going person to live with. I have lived with my current flatmate for three years and have had very few issues. I work full-time for a fashion head office, plus also work two other hospo jobs on the side for fun (I like to call it my paid socialising haha). I take pride in how where I live looks, and have been the sole cleaner of where currently live for three years! I am very respectful of other peoples property and personal space and am generally a very quiet person to live with. The only thing that I love is my music, and tend to have it playing on the weekends when I'm home. I am an avid gym goer and am there 5 to 6 nights a week! crazy I know. So basically what I'm saying is that I would never be home much except for the weekends. I work 8 till 5pm and then go to the gym nearly every night. Does she have time for a social life you ask? of course! When I'm not doing my bartending jobs, I'm out most weekends at various mates houses , or off gallivanting throughout the city. I am a lover of meeting new people, creating memories and not putting things off until tomorrow. I love just chilling with good people and having a cheeky bevy or two! Now down to the technicalities. I am after a two bedroom house/apartment that has enough room to move (you would understand if you saw how tiny where I currently live is). It would be great to get off street parking, however, on street is fine also. A shared bathroom is totally fine and I would love access to high speed internet. Added bonus if the place has air con, as I currently struggle with my Kmart fan during the hot Melbs summer! The room doesn't have to be furnished with anything, a built in robe would be handy, I have my own bed etc. Cheers!
