Seeking a professional, employed male housemate for a private room in 3-bedroom apartment at 190 Albert St, East Melbourne. Preferably male aged in their 30s who is friendly, house-trained, independent, and responsible. It is a quiet house, not a party house. Internationals/travellers here on a working holiday visa welcome. THE ROOM & THE APARTMENT: The apartment is very bright, sunny and two story with bedrooms above and living space below, so the bedrooms remain quiet, and there is great sound insulation between bedrooms. It has 2 balconies downstairs, and has ducted heating which keeps it warm in winter. The flat is smoke free and would suit a non-smoker only. The apartment is fully furnished. Your room is smaller but has a big north-facing window, queen bed and large built in wardrobe. Would also fit a small desk. LOCATION: The location is amazing. It is 10 minute walk through the Fitzroy Gardens to the City. Trams are right out front (109 and 12) and it is 5 minutes walk to the cafes and bars of Collingwood and Fitzroy. The beautiful complex has a lovely garden, and there is also a pool, spa, sauna, & & a gym area with running/rowing/cycling machines and a weight/stretching area. Conveniently, there is a supermarket, bottle shop and cafe next door. ABOUT US: Living here are a professional local female in her 30's and a professional Canadian Male in late 20’s (not a couple). We have independent lives but like to socialise at home occasionally. It is a relaxed and peaceful environment, not a party house. Internationals welcome. RENT: Rent is $249 per week, paid monthly, bond is $990 (which you receive back at the end of your stay as long as you don't damage anything). Utilities including electricity, water, and internet are split equally (landlord pays gas). Looking for someone happy to stay 6 months minimum. Available to move in on Saturday 13th June (possible to negotiate earlier date). If you are interested, please email me and tell me about yourself. We can organise a time for you to come and see the apartment & meet us

I'm an outgoing guy from Denmark looking for a place to live around RMIT University in the center of Melbourne. I'm an exchange student for 1. semester and I'm travelling with my sister who's 22. We would prefer to live close to each other. I play a lot of sports in Denmark and love working out and being active. If you have the perfect place for me/us or are able to guide and help me in any way, I would be truly grateful :)

Looking for a housemate who is easygoing, fun (I also appreciate alone time and privacy) and relaxed (=home) Please msg me if you have a room!
New to Melbourne, from Canada (but recently moved from living in London). I'm looking for more for more of a home than just a place to stay - I love interior design - and am happy to contribute to make the space homey if wanted! I'm a full-time Graphic Designer, I'm easy going, chill and tidy. Love food, craft beer, gigs and checking out new events in the city. Looking for similar type of flatmates, that wouldn't mind having a wine time to time, but also respect each others space.
Hi there, I’m a 29 year old Melb native looking in the inner north of Melbourne. I work FT in social policy for the state government and study textile design at RMIT in Brunswick. I like to keep things chill during the week but make the most out of my weekends seeing mates/gigs/galleries, the usual. I’ve been sharehousing for quite a while now so get the drill. Overall, up for a laugh & hangs, however am totally cool living in houses where each person does their own thing. Whatever floats your boat! Looking for housemates of a similar age who are working or studying FT - bonus if you’re into arty stuff too!
My name is Chau, i'm a Vietnamese. I am working full time 8:30-5 near Southgate and opposite to Flinder street station. A place closed to train station is preferable, around 15 mins commute to Flinder street station by train, ensuite bathroom and must have an off-street parking space. I consider myself an easygoing girl, clean, tidy and quiet, non-smoking and not a party girl, no pet, good at cooking. I normally read novels, watch movies or hang out with friends when I'm free. If above matches your place and interest, pls let me know. Thanks and regards, Chau
I work in finance in the CBD. Generally dont get up to much after work. But do enjoy heading out for a couple drinks on weekends. Pretty laid back, easy going and tidy. Just looking for some fun easy going and social house mates.
