Two traveling friends from Denmark looking for a short-term solution that we can call home for the next 6 weeks, before our next adventure! We´re both in our early 20s, respectful, tidy and outgoing people. We enjoy going out for sunday sessions however we respect and value our quiet down time, as well.
Hey everyone, I’m looking for a room near Hawthorn or the CBD- flexible with length of stay/suburbs, so long as I don't need to go over an hour to get to Hawthorn/Glenferrie. I don't really mind who you are or what things you like doing, the only traits i'm really looking for are people who are laidback, open-minded and considerate of personal boundaries like privacy and comfort zones- if we get along well, nothing else is a concern for me. ...and punctuality with rent/housekeeping, but I suppose that's a given. 😌 I'd like to establish a cosy home atmosphere where everyone can feel genuinely "at home" and not just staying somewhere, and where there's no constant pressure to socialize but the opportunity is always there- it'd be great to live with people who can give you space but also have a good chat with. I love doing things that involve film, music, games and outings such as live events- and especially love it when there's other people to do it with, so flatmates who'd like to do those things are a bonus. If those things aren't really your cup of tea, i'm also open to new things and don't really drag people into my personal hobbies anyway. I don't care if you're alternative, sporty, artsy, introvert or extrovert, it's all totally fine- anyone that's kind and open-minded is good in my books. :) If you think we might get along, send me a message so we can chat- and possibly make plans if we do get along well. :) (Oh, if you're worried about my age and capacity for living independently- i've already adjusted to adult life so i'm fine in that regard, not a big spender.) I also have an excellent rental history that I can provide references for upon request.
I just finished uni in Canberra and I'm moving to Melbourne in February to start a job at a law firm in the CBD. Love to travel, been to around 40 countries so far. I love to play sport and try to get to the gym (but to be honest it's more of an ambition than a habit). I'm a good cook but awful at planning meals. I'm also a politics junkie and enjoy some good political satire on abc. I've previously leased an apartment in Canberra, stayed in student accommodation in the UK on uni exchange and made my way through countless hostel dorm rooms. I'm looking for housemates that are keen to hang out and chat/eat/drink but also realise I sometimes need my own space too. Regular house/family dinners wouldn't go amiss! Location is important but I'd much rather find the right group of people who have similar values to me. If you like binging tv shows, exploring the city, going on walks and bike rides and want someone who is friendly, clean, low maintenance and easy to live with, then I could be your guy. It's a cliche but I'm looking for a home not a house. "It's the vibe" - The Castle
two Colombian friends looking for new flatmates, we are easygoing, respectful, and like partying as well. both students and working part time.
Hello! Me and my partner are both looking for a place/house/apartment and planning to move somewhere in the last week of Jan, we both are working full time and mostly will be out from morning to eve, we like to relax in the evening when we are back and do some cooking . We both are fairly social and respect privacy as well. We keep our surroundings clean and can easily get along with people.
Hi all, my name is Dylan. Recently graduated uni, and working hospitality 4-5 days a week in the city. I've been a part of the sharehouse game for quite some time, throughout uni, and am looking to make the jump from the southeast to the wonderful northern suburbs! I'm a Tasmanian, and go back a few times a year to visit the trees and endearing bogans. I enjoy a few quiet beers, bbqs, gardening, vegging out with a book on a comfy rug or patch of grass, hiking, roadtrips and tacos. I also like to tinker with things and am a real fan of the versatility of milk crates. I have a decent lot of experience with sharehousing, and can be social or quiet as the house mood calls for. Currently looking for a place in the vicinity of a year, but I am flexible in this regard. To have a new place arranged around the 4th Dec would be great, but not essential. Hit me up if you think I'd make a good match for your place!
Hi everyone! I moved from Perth to Melbourne for a job in radio. I'd like somewhere that's easy access via transit to Richmond and ideally, a place which would allow me to move my cat in at some stage next year. Budget for a room is approx $250 per week. I'll be working long hours and am not home often. 😊
Hello, I’m moving to Melbourne for work in January and will be looking for a place to call home for a few months. I’m 33 and love to travel, nice food, spending time with friends, good coffee and keeping active with yoga and running. I work as a lawyer, I’m friendly, easy going and like to have a laugh- I am clean and tidy and am very practised at living in lots of lovely share houses over the years in Australia and overseas.
I am 23 and have just landed my first full time job working for a pharmaceutical company in clinical trials. I like going to the gym and keeping active, but I also enjoy a good donut or five. Love yoga. Enjoy traveling (who doesn't though?!) and have just gotten back from three weeks in Africa! Like trying out new restaurants and going on adventures! Looking for a house where the housemates enjoy spending time together, maybe watching netflix and sharing a bottle of wine, but of course also respectful of people's privacy. I'm looking for housemates who like to keep the house clean. I'd like to think I'm easy to live with, pull my own weight around the house and always up for some fun. I have lived in share houses for the past five years. Happy to pay around $200 per week. Flexible with move in dates although ideally early-mid jan. Message me if you'd like to know more, looking forward to hearing from you :)
I am an graduate architect, planning to move from Tassie to Melbourne in mid Jan. Originally from Hong Kong, I have been in Australia for 6 years and enjoy mingling with different groups of people. I am easy going, obsessed with design, plants, cooking and anything creative. I currently manage my own share-house.
Hi I'm Thea! I'm from Sydneys Northen beaches and I'm following my heart down to Melbourne to finish my diploma in Interior Design. I'm clean, tidy and organised on a millldly compulsive level and enjoy being creative , live music and a good old fashion cook up. I will be in Melbourne on the 14th-17th Dec before I move down permanently toward the end of Jan. Let me know if I fit within your criteria, I'd love to meet you and see your place! :)
I'm from Japan. I came here as an exchange student. I'm currently studying at Deakin University. I'm looking for a private room with furnished. I need to stay by the end of February or beginning or middle of March.
Hi, my name is Daniela, I'm a chilean lawyer, 30 years old and I'm working in hospitality. I'm looking for some private room and private bathroom and flatmates to share. I'm easygoing, respectful and clean. I'm a non smoker, non drinker, dog friendly (I'm sorry, I'm allergic to cats), Griffindor of course, movie geek, tea lover, that enjoys reading, music, sharing a meal and go touring the city. PS: I have another friend that is also looking a private room. She is a student in Melbourne University, so if you have 2 rooms in the same house, so we can live in the same place, I will be great.

Also, one carport spot and 2 residential parking permits will be available if needed. Rent is $869 per calendar month. Bills on top. Bond is $1000.
Pretty chilled out, as long as you respect me we will get along fiiiiine. 20 year old, country town gal (NSW), studying Marketing/Graphic Design at ACU. I am working at a bookstore in my spare time, and when I am not at uni/work there is a good chance I am at home. I enjoy reading, art and graphic design - and of course a good netflix binge when feelin' a little stressed. Love a good laugh and good coffee. I like to go out to bars and cafes (not much of a club person though). Just looking for someone who cleans without having to be 'asked' and isn't a reflection of my last roomies *cries*. I've had fairly horrible experiences in the past with bad roommates, so if you know you are that person please don't let me move in!! I would appreciate someone who cleans up their shiz, respects their space and has their head screwed on slightly. If you've read this far and I haven't scared you off, hit me up! I swear I am not an annoying person, just sick of people who don't/won't do their part and make living in Melbourne hell for me 💕
I'm a 22yr old female working full time, I enjoy getting to know my flat mates and and very social. I also enjoy alone time and am generally pretty quite during working week. Not a party animal and looking for a place to settle for the next year or so.

Seeking a furnished room, bills and internet included in rent. I recently moved back to Melbourne after a few years in Brisbane. I commence full-time on 18 December and hope to study counselling part-time in 2018. I am generally quiet, easygoing and respectful of others' space. I am a bit of a "neat-freak" so am more than happy to do my share of cleaning, etc. I don't mind a drink, enjoy a chat, cooking, eating out, listening to people's stories, playing the guitar, music generally, reading and am a keen runner.
Hi! I work in the AFL with Richmond Football Club as a Educator and Strength Coach. Fun fact: I competed on Australian Ninja Warrior. I'm great to live with because, I am reliable When it comes to rent and will pull my weight regarding house duties. Looking for something more long term
We are a chill couple looking for a place to stay while we explore Melbourne. We plan to be in the city for 4 to 6 months. I am canadian and my boyfriend is irish.
Relaxed, friendly and normalish dude. Looking to meet interesting people for a share house or apartment in or around the city and to join a long term lease. Currently doing a PhD in science / engineering and working part time as a cook at the pancake parlor. Enjoy a beer some music or to play games in my spare time.
Personally I am pretty easy going, am Australian but have lived in the Netherlands, Oman, Scotland, France and Sweden, like music, travel, reading, vegetarian food (I don't care what you eat, though. I mean if it's really weird I might judge, but I promise I'll do it silently), podcasts, trying to keep up my French, running and entertain myself by following the trainwreck that is American politics right now. Professionally I'm an electrical engineer (but one of the ones who talks to people, I swear!) going to be working at Telstra next year - if you've had a terrible experience with them I am so sorry, please don't hold it against me! I've previously house-shared with one other person and 9 other people before so have a decent range of experience, am now looking for either a room in a household where vacuuming happens at least sometimes and people clean their dishes before leaving the kitchen, or to team up with someone and rent a place nearish the CBD. Prefer no pets with free rein of the house as sadly I have allergies.
