Jake

Hey! I’m Jake, 28, looking to move into a place ASAP around the inner city.
I work afternoon/night shifts so I operate on a bit of a night-owl schedule, but I'm super quiet and respectful around the house. I mostly keep to my own space and do my own thing, but I’m easygoing, open-minded, and always up for a good yarn or coffee when we're both around.
I don't have a car, so no stress about parking spots. I’m big on keeping common areas clean and pulled together so everyone’s comfortable. Bi/pan, low-drama, and very easy to live with. I do smoke, but strictly outside only (always have) and keep it totally respectful regarding the smell.
