Hi there, I am looking for a place with someone nice. I work a lot (6 days a week) so I am not home for the most part but when I am I'm fairly quiet. At home I like to be able to relax, I also like cooking up new things when the mood strikes. At home I am quite social and enjoy meeting new people and catching up with my friends. I like to keep my space neat and tidy and have a respect for other people, their space and their things. I have my own bed and bedroom furniture so ideally i would like a place with an empty room. I am looking for a place to settle into and looking forward to meeting the person I am going to be sharing with.
Hi, I am a 28 Irish female looking for a room. I work full time, have study and gym in the evenings so I am always busy. I don't want a party house but I like to be social. I like to be able to have a chat with my housemates or have a BBQ. I would preferably like to live with just 2 people. I was hoping for something modern with build in robes and aircon in the bedroom for the summer. :-)
Suburb next to Mt Hawthorn and Yokine Bathroom to be shared with 1 other person, large room, can come with bed or without. Has a wardrobe as well. Includes all bills as well as wifi and some other incidentals. There is a lockable storage area you are welcome to use. Parking is on the street. Will be three of us in total but plenty of room. Not fussed if you are guy/girl or age bracket as long as you're clean and tidy. Walking distance to bus and train stations. 2 min drive to Mt Hawthorn shops. $170 weekly / $400 bond / stay 2 weeks infront with rent at all times. Basically you need to pay $910 on day you move in then $170 per week after that. $400 will be held as bond and refunded to you on move out date (provided you haven't seriously damaged anything). The two weeks infront gives me 2 weeks notice of you moving out. Also I have a cat, just incase you're scared of them...he is super friendly though. Any questions please feel free to get in touch and have a chat, cheers!

I'm a writer in my spare time, so I'm relatively placid. I don't drink/smoke/do drugs. I like a tidy and happy home and I'm known to be very generous. I'll happily cook for everyone a few times a week. I do have a dog, he's an 11 month old border collie. Fairly small and very easy going around the house and when I'm not working or writing I'm going on adventures with him. I mostly keep to myself but I'm happy to have a movie night with house mates. I've been living in shared accommodation for 2 years and haven't had any issues so far. I just got back to perth after 2 years working up North so I'm struggling with the cold but ultimately happy to be back! I work full time at Nespresso in the city so having me as a house mate also comes with a Nespresso machine and 200 free capsules a month if you like coffee. I'm in no rush to move, more interested in finding the perfect place for us.

I'm a home grown perthian. I spend most of my time training to be an actor, or working to pay for said career choice. I love dancing, karaoke and drinking. Also I love to bake. Which has immediate benefits for anyone I happen to be living with.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I just returned from 6 months of travel through Nepal, India and Sri Lanka and am now looking for a nice clean house that I can call home. Would love some social housemates who like going out together, I love exploring new places around Perth whether it's a bar, cafe, a hike or a mini road trip somewhere. Anything to cure the post holiday blues! Also love a good night in and am a pretty chilled out person and easy to get along with.
Fun, sociable, well-intentioned, well-behaved, driven, clean and tidy health professional girl looking forward to move in with like-minded people. Enjoy hiking, trekking, going to the beach, road trip, travelling etc. anything nature-related, dining out, Friday night happy hours etc. also up for philosophical, current affairs discussion etc. if you like. Generally a well balanced outdoorsy and homebody person. Non smoker and not a party person (doesn't mean I am opposed to party). Like to keep to myself most of the time but Would also appreciate the chance to get to know my future roommates and socialise at times. Love cute pets as well! In short, I am looking for a nice place that can be called home.
I moved over from Singapore to Perth on a long-term working visa, currently working as a business consultant so my working hours are from 830-530 Mondays to Fridays. As i work in CBD, I'd prefer someone that is near to city, or at least near to the train station. Ideally wouldn't take longer than 15mins to get to work! I am very respectful and clean person generally, I do not party much but I would like to occasionally have drinks or gatherings with my house mates. I'm definitely open to making new friends! I love traveling, hiking, chatting, animals, and i'm a coffee snob! P/S: I am only looking to move in December/January.
My name is Amy, I'm 29 and have finished studying (yay!) and am now working full time in the science field. I have 10+ years experience of sharehousing, which makes me a super respectful and considerate person (happy to give references). :) I am past the partying days and much prefer to 'Netflix and chill' - in the literal sense. I have an amazing cat, Mr Chicken, who is part of the package. He's awesome and always becomes the main attraction of any house we live in. He's 10 years old and has been an only cat most of his life, so out of consideration I hope to keep him as an only child - they become creatures of habit and I don't want to stress him out by changing things up too much. I'm looking for something long term, currently living in West Leederville and am loving this area. I also love North Perth, Leederville, Mount Lawley, Mount Hawthorn and surrounds. Send me a message if you think your place will suit or I'm down with getting a new place together, and we can meet up and go from there! :) Thanks for taking the time to read this, Amy
