Hi friends, I’m currently looking for a place to call home north of the river (within the next 1-2 months), ideally within 30 minutes of the city. My budget is up to $450 per week, and I’d prefer a larger room as I tend to work from home on Thursdays. I’m 29 years old and work full-time in recruitment for the state government. I strive to live a healthy and Christ-centred life — I don’t smoke or drink, and I value peace, cleanliness, and a welcoming home where I can rest and recharge after work. On weekends, you’ll usually find me at the gym, spending time with my church community, or catching up with friends. I’m always happy to have a chat and enjoy building meaningful, respectful friendships with those I live with.
