The available bedroom is carpeted, gets plenty of light and has a built in wardrobe. We're looking for someone who is chill, neat and tidy, well organised, and respectful. This isn't a party house. This very bright and stylish, 2 story home is an almost new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse. It has ducted heating and cooling, a modern and wide kitchen with all the mod cons, a private courtyard with lots of plants and it’s located in a quiet court, near supermarkets, and public transport. The place is fully furnished (except your room) and your room has floor to ceiling, wall to wall mirrored robes and your own private ensuite as well. It’s a half an hour train ride to the city if required. Holmsglen Tafe and the train station are both in walking distance and Deakin Uni is close by as well. Chadstone shopping centre is about a 5 minute drive.
Hi, I'm Ash! I am a really fun and outgoing person. I am generally really easy to get along with and love spending time with people. I don't go out often, but I do take latin dance classes and attend socials once a week. I work shift work at the moment so I am constantly in and out, but enjoy spending days off at home watching netflix or reading a book. As a housemate, I am respectful, tidy and considerate of others. I would like to live in a place where all public/shared areas are kept tidy. I don't mind hanging out with a glass of wine from time to time or watching a movie. Ideally, I would like a housemate that will grow into a friend as I'm from Queensland, but also have a mutual respect for personal space. An important thing to know about me is I come with an additional being. Her name is Jazzi and she is a Shihzu. She's a really calm and placid dog. She doesn't bark (ever), she sleeps alot and she's more than happy to get lay near you (or on you) while you do your own thing. She is really well trained and will listen to anyone who gives her a command. I am looking to move anywhere within 20 minutes from the city on the Eastern side of Melbourne and wouldn't mind starting up a new sharehouse. I'm looking to move in November, so plenty of time to get to know each other before making a decision. If you're interested, please shoot me a message :)
Hey everyone! My name is Yinghan and I am a neat, friendly and responsible 23 year old. Currently I am finishing up my final year in civil engineering and also working part time as an engineer, and will be joining my current company as a full time urban engineer as soon as I graduate in November (can't wait to get out of uni!) I can be a bit quiet and do like time to myself sometimes, but I also really want to team up to form a house where we can have house dinners and chats - I absolutely love cooking so I would really like to live in a house where that is possible! Although I am trying to be alcohol-free, I make some damn good cocktails and have been told by many people that they go pretty well with my food. I'm vegetarian but cool with whatever your dietary choices are! I have lived in share houses since 2014 so I am definitely house trained; references from current and previous housemates are also available if you need them. I like classical and jazz music, watch perhaps way too much Netflix. I am looking to move in to the new place any time before Dec 2018/Jan 2019, but I am flexible on that as finding like minded people is so much more important. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi my name is Tyler, I am kind ,caring and fun to be around. I currently work casually at a hire company that hire out lighting, sound and stage gear for events. I usually keep to my self, I have a partner as well. I enjoy gaming and going out with friends too.
Friendly, clean and Quite and like own privacy
Hi! I am Sancha a full time Social Worker (working Monday-Friday between 8-6 on most days). I am easy going and love keeping my space clean, tidy and well maintained. Love trying new social activities (always down to go to the night noodle markets or to the local cafes when friends are playing live music), baking, travelling, reading, watching movies and listening to music. Not a party animal but happy to have an occasional drink with friends. Love to socialise and hit the gym in my free time so rarely at home during the week.
I'm a chilled guy with no drama. From Sri Lanka , Studying product design engineering at Swinburne, Hawthorn campus. I do like to socialise as well. Not looking for much luxury but for a place with friendly people and a cozy atmosphere. Need parking for my old beater car :)
I am from northern, rural NSW and am intending on moving to Melbourne in January for work and to start university. I am fairly tidy, fun and quite the MasterChef if I don't say so myself. I love to cosy up to Netflix (s/o to the sister for covering the bill), going out with friends and travelling. I am a self-diagnosed sleepaholic- I love a good sleep in! I would love to have you come onboard and start these renown 'glory days'
Hi :) I’m Andy, in a nutshell: - Domesticaed Sound Engineer/Musician - Work full time, weird hours - Chipper, but introverted. - Coffee addict. - Funny, sacrcastic (but the good kind) caring, open minded politically lefty. - Non smoker/not into substances I once wrote on a job application that I could fit five marshmallows in my mouth. I once drew a cat on a VCE exam in an attempt to gain extra credit. I've lived out of home for about a year, so I know how to make my own toast. I pay my rent on time and as a techie I can fix your internet and tv when they break. If there's a message thread for house business I may flood it with cat and dog memes, fair warning. Move date and budget are somewhat flexible. Cheers :)
Presently working three days a week in the office of an MP, one day a week at the Australia Indonesia Business Council and studying Law at Monash, I am almost like an invisible tenant! All I need is a place to rest my head and prepare food. Studious and respectful of privacy, I pride myself on cleanliness.
I work full time as a dentist. On my day off I enjoy cooking, keeping fit, reading, yoga, hanging out with friends and having a drink or two. I am quiet, friendly and respectful. Happy to socialise with housemates or keep it to myself. I prefer a room with wooden or vinyl flooring, has air-conditioning and secure carpark. I am Aussie, Taiwanese and Canadian, calling Melbourne my forever home :)
ABOUT ME I'm 26 years old and work full time as a Social Worker with DHHS. This generally keeps me pretty busy during the week and I prefer quiet evenings on week days as a result. P.s. - I come with Nextflix and a yearly Costco membership. MY PARTNER My partner, Hashan, is 25 and works full time as a mechanical engineer. He's generally up for a good chat after work but can appreciate alone time as well. AS A PAIR My partner and I are pretty social people and enjoy a good chat or regular catch ups with family and friends - we tend to keep this away from home but for an occasional BBQ or dinner and drinks. We are both respectful of personal space and we don't argue. We like having straightforward conversations and working things out for the best of everyone (collaboration is key!) As we both work full time, our weekends are generally spend out with my dogs or doing other life stuff... Or sleeping in... We both enjoy the outdoors and exploring new places (you will most likely be invited to join in!) and are an active, healthy eating kind of couple (I like to bake sweet things and brownies occasionally though). Both our families live in Melbourne and we generally go to family events 2 or 3 times a month. THE DOGS I have 2 dogs - Vespa and Nox - both girls. They are both purebred boxers whom I compete regularly with in dog sports. Both dogs are fully house and crate trained and they don't bark unless there is need (or, occasionally, when they play). Vespa and Nox are very affectionate, friendly and enjoy the company of people. Nox loves playing fetch with a frisbee and Vespa would play tug-o-war all day if she could! Both girls also love a good cuddle and will happily Netflix and chill all day. Vespa and Nox generally spend their days in the yard, but I tend to have them inside with me when I'm home. They are walked/trained for 30mins every morning and on weekends my partner and I like to take them on adventures.
So, i live in Sydney at the moment. I have done a Masters Degree in Engineering from UNSW and i have got a full time Engineering job in Melbourne. I have a joining date of 8th October, so i should be flying around 4-5 October. I am very sociable, love to chat and hang out with people. Discussions can happen on pretty much anything. I have been living in Sydney for more than 3 years and have lived with so many people from around the Globe, that i have lost count. So, i am good with people to be precise. I am looking for a clean house because i like to be neat, tidy and organized especially the kitchen and bathroom.
Hi I am a Business Analyst, work in CBD and usually finish work around 6 pm. I am friendly, helpful and polite, and have a good sense of humor. I am a quite person, not noisy and I respect other people's privacy that are present in the house. I cook as well and overall a good house mate. Thanks
