Hi future housemates! I'm Jonathan I was born in Australia, and grew up in Indonesia. I'm studying patisserie and I love to cook for new friends :) I'm a pretty quiet person and keep to myself mostly but I also love a good chat and enjoy a good session of tabletop games. Between study and work (hospo) I'm mostly in the city, usually leaving ealry in the morning and coming back late. I don't have any pets, but I'd be happy to live with one :) I can pay bond and rent in advance for the first month up front and if the house is in need of a new fridge/washing machine/microwave/dishes etc. I'm happy to bring one along with me! Looking forward to hearing from you!
Busy, clean, private, working male Indian person. Most of the time busy in working and ok for little bit of chat. Very Adjusting and working for 5 days in the CBD. Looking for a clean and private place which is easily accessible to public transport.
There's currently a room available in this bungalow located at mount waverley. There are 2 rooms in the granny flat, one is already taken by a university student, and another one would be available at the start of september. Street parking is available. This granny flat is in our property but behind our house, so you don't live with my family, instead you have your own kitchen, bathroom and livingroom in the bungalow. It is only 10 mins drive to both deakin and monash (clayton) university! 5 mins drive to mount waverley train station and 10min walk to bus stops on blackburn road, high street road and stephensons road. There are few gyms close by, a local park 5 mins walk from home with tennis courts! $150 per week includes all the bill NB: We have 3 dogs in the house, so I really hope you don't mind the dogs, please love them, because they would be running around in the garden and the drive way, or maybe welcome you home sometimes too. Another room is taken by a male tenant at the moment.

I have rented previously for 18 months through a real estate agency and can provide a reference if required. Looking forward to meet you!

I'm a local from Victoria and I study philosophy and literature at Deakin university. But the best reason to live with me is because I don't make a sound and I always clean up after myself, and I like cooking meals for other housemates too.
This house is located in a beautiful neighbourhood with Deakin and Monash uni close by, it is also close the to the tram line, train station and shops. The room I am offering is upstairs with your own walk in wardrobe, bathroom, spare room and also a little upstairs lounge room. If you really wanted to you could have your own little apartment upstairs 😊 it is a five bedroom house that offers the lot at a great price and is in a great location
Hi there! I'm looking for a place to live independently or with up to two other people, preferably women of similar age/maturity and non-smokers. Prefer rent to be inclusive of utilities and internet. Prefer en suite bathroom ideally but I can be flexible with that. I am honest, reliable and will pay rent on time. I work full time, 9 to 5, sometimes work from home. I am social but enjoy alone time too. I am respectful of others. I enjoy the outdoors, bike riding, markets, cafes. Would like to live close to park-lands, bike tracks etc. Any questions, please ask. Happy to have a chat! Cheers, Andrea.
Situated in the heart of Mount Waverley, we are bang on next door to the Pinewood Shopping Centre, home to many of your favourite shops, entertainment establishments and exotic eateries. Located at a convenient three-minute drive from Monash University Clayton, this house promises to offer the convenience and efficiency you require as mid-sems and final exams approach. We are also super close to Syndal station (Glen Waverley Line) at an approximate five-minute drive. There are also several buses leading to Monash University/Syndal Station/Blackburn Station so you can be sure to still be able to move around even if you don’t have a car. The house is well maintained, with schedules in place to keep things organised so everybody pitches in to keep the house tidy and lovely, meaning you will never feel uncomfortable, out of place and not at home. Communal appliances include fridges, washing machine, all the cooking appliances and utensils you will need, so come with just a bed, some clothes and your favourite video game! We also have ducted heating and an air conditioning unit to keep you toasty in the winter and chilled to the bones in the summer. The house is extremely spacious, including a lounge area, dining area and a huge backyard which includes a communal herb garden that is still a work in progress at the moment but for which we have high hopes. There are two bathrooms shared between the four (including you) tenants so two people per bathroom means there is no queues in the morning peaks!
Hey! My name's Faye and I work in the travel industry as an Adventure Consultant. Originally from the UK, I moved to Melbourne in 2011 and since then I have gained experience living in a variety of shared accommodations and now I'm looking for my new home. What I'm looking for: I'm looking to share a peaceful and welcome environment with like-minded people who are laid-back, respectful and great communicators. Low consumers are ideal if bills are to be shared and I'd like to feel welcome to invite a friend or two over every now and again. I'd also like to share with other full-time workers who aren't home all the time either. All in all, I'm looking for a "home". Having left all my family behind in England, a comfortable, chilled environment is very important to me. I look forward to meeting you!
