The biggest issue you may have with me is that I am a content creator so if we were to find a place having thick walls or seperated rooms may be the best idea (I can and will be loud sometimes). I'm no night owl and work during the day but that (understandably) may still be an issue to some people. Rent is paid via bank automatic payment so it will always be on time (and have years of evidence to prove this). Fast internet (500/40 minimum) is vital for me as it directly involves my business and how fast I can work. Currently paying and could still pay up to $350 a week bills included.
