Large living area with Pool table and Outdoor area. Bills are additional to rent (Power/Water/Gas/Internet) are about $35-40 a week, Foxtel/Netflix available in main room. Lawns are maintained by a friend so that's one less hassle for everyone. While the main living area is pretty full - we also have a closed of entrainment room which current only has a futon in it. So there is room to store or set up your own space outside of your own room. We are also needing a fridge (as this is going with our 3rd housemate so this would be an advantage if you have one). I’m very bubbly and outgoing but also tend to do my own thing. I have an amazing pup who is very loving but also very energic so she needs space outdoors. She’s a husky so she’s big in nature and energy so anyone who can’t handle dogs probably wouldn’t be best suited as she isn’t a small dog haha I love open minded people and I’m super caring and understanding. I work big days and I do shift work so that’s why I need a big yard for pup so she’s entertained while I’m not home. If you have dogs too she gets along with all types once settled. She isn’t desexed either of anyone has any male dogs.
