I'm looking for a place to stay in North Canberra for myself and my small collection of pets. I am a gamer, a bookworm, and a bit of an all-around nerd. I'm a tidy person who works 20 - 40 hours a week (varies each week) in hospitality. Happy to be social or keep to myself during my time off. I have a lovely English Springer Spaniel dog, he is 5 years old , well behaved and house-trained. I also have three rodents that I keep in my room. For fun, I play games, go out to the movies (or netflix) and read a lot! Hoping to find a place for myself and my pets soon. :)
The place is positioned in a highly desirable location close to bus stop, shops, tennis court and gym centres. The room is fully furnished with double bed, desk, chair, built-in wardrobe and air conditioner/heater. Rent is $180 per week (include electricity, water and wireless broadband). Clean, reliable and friendly housemate Available Sunday 21 August 2017

I've been here in the ACT for 18 years and used to drive for my job, so I know all the secret great spots in nearly every suburb. House photos are from when the house was empty, the verandah now has a BBQ and outdoor settings. A great place to relax. The lounge has a wall of bookshelves and a neglected gym set. There is also a wall foldout queen bed to host family/visitors. Located right next to a major bus route, there are 4 routes which go to Belconnen via College St, so it's easy to cross the road at University of Canberra, to catch a 300 to the City for ANU. Swimming pool and gym in the complex. The location is a very short walk to Kaleen shops. From the balcony you can view through the trees to a cycling track. Uni of Canberra, Australian Institute of Sport, Calvary Hospital are all very close. Ad is current, I will remove the ad once the room is rented.

Hi there :) I'm a 25 year old female working full time. I'm clean, friendly and considerate of my roommates. Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, going out for breakfast (best meal of the day!) and hanging out with friends and family :)
Hi, I am looking for a room for myself and my partner who sometimes comes to Canberra for work in the week for a few nights. I am usually away 2 weekends a month also. I have a small, well trained dog who stays outside during the day. I have lived in a number of share houses all over the world and am easy going, tidy, clean and happy to share meals/ drinks/ chores. I am into health and fitness and am a non smoker. I train a number of times a week, study and work full time. Happy to share house sitting/ animal sitting duties if people are going away. Really well travelled and have lived with internationals from lots of countries. Do snowboarding and have had a go at most sports in the past. Looking for somewhere relaxed and clean. Thanks. Melanie
I'm friendly, easy-going, conscientious, neat and tidy and pretty quiet. I work full time as a vet nurse, a job I absolutely love. In my spare time you'll find me relaxing, watching a movie or TV show, going to markets, out for dinner or walking my dog. I'm in no way a party animal, though I'm not opposed to a glass of wine or two. I like to keep a clean house and nothing annoys me more than people who can't clean up after themselves. I really have no huge preference to suburbs in Canberra. So yes, I have a dog. I also have two cats. Tommy is a 6yr old DSH who does nothing but sleep. Maxie is about 1.5yrs, also DSH. She's very sweet and a bit of a homebody. Roy is a small poodle mix, 7kg, about 1yr old, quite timid when he first meets people but a real character once he's happy and comfortable. The cats are outside during the day, inside at night and, being a vet nurse, I'm lucky enough to be able to take Roy with me to work every day! Both cats are litter trained and Roy is house trained. All three are up to date with vaccinations, worming and flea treatment. Can provide referees.
