Hi my name’s Gemma. I’m currently living in a sharehouse in Spence but looking for somewhere a bit more central/closer to work. I work full-time as an occupational therapist. Putting the feelers out early as I won’t be looking to move until my lease ends towards the end of the year. A bit about me: I enjoy bushwalks, hikes, playing sport and definitely get around the footy and some bevs. I’m a clean and tidy person and am always on top of my rent/bills. I’m always up for a chat but also respect other people’s privacy and alone time. Looking for 1-2 other people who would be interested in living with myself and my dog (Roger). Rog is well behaved and I always ensure the yard is kept tidy - can provide testimonies from my current housemates and landlords if needed. (Plus he’s adorable). I’ve also got a fair bit of furniture to contribute to a new rental if that’s what we go for! Looking for house mates who are nice, easy going, clean up after themselves and enjoy some banter and a laugh. Feel free to chuck me a message if you’re interested or have any questions 😊
I am a new graduate speech pathologist moving to Canberra for work. Love animals so all pets a bonus! I love everything music related and I play the flute (though rarely practice). Someone happy to share the internet bill is always a bonus too!
I have a over-size bedroom in a Fantastic share house in one of the best streets in Kaleen, close to shops, Canberra University, Belconnen and AIS. Bus Stop is 5 mins away from home. Room included a bed and mattress. You are going to share the bathroom with two other housemates. Price includes bill which means no more to pay on top.
Fantastic share house in one of the best streets in Kaleen, nice views over the mountains and close to shops, Canberra University, Belconnen and AIS. The bus stop is at the end of the street so you can be in the city or ANU in 15mins, Belconnen in 5 mins or ride your bike to Canberra Uni in less than 10mins. A Coles supermarket with cafe's and the kaleen indoor sports club with a large gym is about 100m away. The house itself is beautifully designed; it is a two story house over three levels. It has a nice lounge/dining with reverse cycle air conditioning/heating with an open plan kitchen on the top level. The second level has a large second lounge room with tv, couch and coffee/side table and the bottom level has two bedrooms (one rented, and this one available) a separate bathroom and toilet with a large laundry. The house is fully furnished including a new fridge, washing machine, dryer and the kitchen has all cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and pans you will ever need. We also have VDSL at 60/30 download/upload speed so pretty much the fastest internet you can get in Canberra. The bills are split three ways evenly and we are very economical. The room itself includes a new bed, matress, side table and lamp, desk and chair and a lowboy for additional storage. It also has thick blackout curtains on the window and door to the balcony. The room for rent is the front page feature photo and the other two night time photos, you get everything you see for the price. I am looking for friendly individuals; Sorry no couples or pets. Call me for more information Thanks for looking!
Easy going 21yr old apprentice electrician. Usually pretty quiet throughout the week and don't tend to do much other than work and like to spend time with friends on weekends and occasionally travel back home to see family. Have been living out of home now for a couple years so am not new to renting or sharehousing. Looking for a place with fun, likeminded people so we can hopefully get along.
The house is conveniently located: close to ANU, UC, ACU, Institute of Sport, Civic, Belconnen. Two bus stops are within less than a minute walk. The house is freshly painted, renovated bathroom and kitchen. It is fully furnished, big new fridge, kitchen pantry, washing machine, all the cutleries and kitchen utensils are provided. There is a new gas heating system. Big established garden in the backyard with barbeque area. Unlimited internet is included into the rent.
I am currently in my second year of university at UC and work in retail on the weekends. Im a kind and easy going individual who likes to socialise and remain active, while still having some down time/quite time to myself. I am respectful and always open for a chat. I am looking for a share house as a way to meet new people (and as a place to live).
