Hiii, I currently rent by myself but due to personal reasons, the cost of living and for the social aspect, I’m looking to move into a share home, granny flat, studio etc. I don’t really mind. I’m willing to put more towards rent for a granny flat. I am after somewhere in any suburb in central/north Canberra, I’ll consider anywhere close to this area for the right place.

I am looking for somewhere to rent that’s unfurnished as I have all the essential house hold appliances and furniture that I don’t wish to part with, I don’t mind whatsoever sharing these with the right roomies.

I am an extremely clean person and living with like minded individuals is a must.

I work in the APS and as a support worker, around 50 hours a week, working from home 50% of my working week. I enjoy socialising mainly outside of the house, as I am a bit of a homebody and you’ll find me most of the time studying, listening to music or watching tv/movies.
My hobbies include cooking, looking after my plants and herb garden, photography, going to gigs and travelling whenever I can.

I am big on mental health and love people in general, I’m happy to live with couples, males, females, LGBTIQA+ etc. a quiet household is preferred but don’t mind the occasional social gathering whatsoever.

Im happy to sit down and get to know each other, provide photos/a list of the furniture I own, referees, any additional information you may require or answer any questions you have.
