Hi, I’m Nathan – 32 years old and working full-time in Hotel Administration as a Guest Service Agent down at Suttons Beach in Redcliffe.
I’m clean, quiet, and respectful. I’m hardly ever home due to my roster – and when I am, I’m usually in my room catching up on sleep or relaxing after work. Not the type to bring the party home – just looking for a calm, steady place with good people.
What I’m Looking For:
• A decent-sized room, ideally furnished – but I can bring furniture out of storage if needed.
• Prefer a place with only 1–3 housemates - ideally other males.
• Somewhere quiet and respectful, not a party house.
• I don’t smoke, but happy to live with people who do.
• Drug-free environment is a must.
• Pet friendly is a bonus – love dogs especially.
• Onsite or easy street parking is important – after a long shift, the parking lotto isn’t fun.
A Bit of Context:
2025 started rough – I was unemployed for the first few months and went through a pretty tough breakup that wiped out most of my savings. I’m slowly rebuilding and back on my feet now, working full-time and getting back into routine.
Ideally, I’m looking for a room without needing to sign a lease, just in case the dynamic isn’t quite right. No bond or something manageable would really help while I continue to recover from the mess that was 2024.
