Hi! I am 25 working full time in banking in the valley. I am really friendly and love to have a chat but can also be pretty independent and want my own space at home to relax. I like having a balance between social and down time and would like to live in that type of home so not looking for a party house as I get up early and go to bed at a decent time during the working week. I also have an indoor kitty, Zola that I would be bringing. He is independent and will spend most of his time in my room as he is not very social so wont really notice him. He has lived well with kittens/puppies, cats and dogs before. If around Newstead/Teneriffe I would be wanting a room that comes with a car park/garage or option to pay additional and rent one etc. Any other areas I would still like a car park with the room though, not as fussed. Would also like aircon in the room though, also not too fussed depending on the property and breeze etc. I would be wanting to move the weekend of Saturday 14th April or anytime after - I can be flexible.
