I work in a part-time role as a craft spirits rep three days a week and usually Dj most weekends. Sun/Monday's my 5yr old boy stays with me. (He's chilled and behaves, but is still a 5yr old & starts school in 2019) Any other free time I ride my mt bike for exercise, check out bars, food spots and try to hang out with friends as much as possible. Happy being lazy sometimes too after a busy working week, getting takeaway, watching movies and always have music around me. I travel fairly regularly and work a lot too. *Off street parking is necessary. I have taken temporary accommodation until the end of January. I am willing to secure a more long term solution sooner than later to ensure a smooth transition.

One block to the kangaroo point cliffs lookout. Easy to get to the city (I usually walk to the ferry- but uber is about 8 dollars) I love the location being so close to the river and I walk most places (Southbank, City) and love going for runs along the river. It is a 2 bedroom flat with each room having its own ensuite, however the main bathroom also has the laundry, public entrance and tub (my room). The room also has a large built in closet and they are on opposite ends of the living space. There is an air-conditioner in the bedrooms and living area. A nice size balcony is available for lounging or eating and gets lots of sun and breeze. Main area is small which suits me as I prefer to be out and about during the day. No internet at present as I have 30gb on my mobile but would be willing to get it to share for a long term tenant. There is also a pool and a place to lock a bike in the car park. On street parking is usually easy to get with a parking permit (my last flatmate almost always got a spot right out the front of the building).
