Hi there, I am a qualified carpenter working 55-60 hour weeks. During the weeknights I will be at training and on the weekends I like to get out of the house. I like to socialise although I am the type to do so out and keep my place as my down time.
The apartment complex includes a pool, BBQ with a beautiful garden and a tennis court. The apartment is fully furnished by the current tenant except for the bedroom that is for rent. The room has sliding built-in wardrobes on both sides for plenty of storage, a window and a small private balcony. The bathroom is shared with only one other tenant. The apartment itself is surrounded by a large balcony that is sunny during the day, but doesn't make the apartment too hot in the summer. The apartment is located very central to the city, a short ferry ride (approx. 10 mins) will get you to Eagle Street Pier. City Bikes are available just around the corner as well. Parking is available off-street, but on busier days on-street. We have a local IGA that is open from 6am - 12am every day, with a great Sushi place, cafe and liquor store surrounding it, a short 5 min walk away.
I'm easy to get along with, enjoy keeping busy and socialising but appreciate my own time and space and allow others theirs. I work full time and enjoy being creative in my spare time :) I'm clean and tidy, and reliable so paying rent on time wouldn't be any issue.

While the apartment is relatively small, there's still plenty of space given there's 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, living area, kitchen and balcony. There's really nice city views from the apartment, but the rooftop bbq area is amazing! I moved in as the first resident just over 12 months ago so it's basically brand new and modern.
