hey there :) My name is Jordy, I'm a Canadian trans girl and former student. I'm very respectful when it comes to another's possessions or property and tidy up after myself and just generally around the house when needed. I mostly like to keep to myself although would definitely like to be in a situation where I could be friends and socialise with my housemates. Current goal is to get work by the end of the year. Would love to be living somewhere that is LGBT+ friendly.
Hi I am Gaurav, 28 years, I am a consultant and I work full time in the city. I am usually very busy during weekdays and finish work at 7 pm. On weekends I enjoy socialising so I hang out with my friends, explore new bars/cafes, I also workout at gym and play tennis. I am very laid back and easy person to live with.
I really enjoy living with housemates where we all have our own interests and lives but equally enjoy hanging out and having a drink together. I work as an engineer in a pretty busy job which I really enjoy! Outside of that I love getting out trail running, mountain biking or kayaking and anything outdoors, catching up with friends, going to the markets for brekkie or just reading a book.
I’m a quiet, tidy and friendly 21 year old guy looking for a place to stay for the next few months. More than happy to help out around the place and pitch in with any housework or maintenance. I love the outdoors and music. I play trombone in a jazz band and orchestra and I'm also a Joey Scout Leader (6-8yr olds) at Taringa-Milton-Toowong Scout Group.
Looking to preferably live with a female but open to living with a male. Prefer 2 bed 2 bath in Kangaroo Point, New Farm, Tenneriffe, Morningside, Bulimba, Hawthorne areas. Im pretty quiet but like to also be social at home. I work early starts (7:30) as a Sourcing and Contracts Administrator for a charity so I am pretty homey on weekdays but like to get out and about on weekends. Over my party days so looking for a housemate in the same place. Happy to move to an existing share or house hunt together. I have a couch, Outdoor setting and most kitchen items already, however all of this is in storage at present so can be kept there. Current lease ends mid Feb and as my current housemate is moving in with her man I'm looking for somewhere new. Secure car park is preferred.
Thanks for looking at my profile! I am a young full-time professional in architeture who just finished masters at UQ after 6 years of studies and work in Brisbane and overseas; and now looking for a wholesome new place to move to. I am a low key (but do enjoy being social and going out from time to time) and tidy (but not ocd) person and I like to keep busy. I enjoy photography trips, long hikes, cycling, iceskating, doing personal projects and quality times with friends. I travelled a lot in the recent years and lived in Sweden and Germany for some time until mid last year. I came from a Chinese background with an upbringing in Sweden and China. I can speak Mandarin and understand some German. I would like to be part of a breezy positive vibe in the household. I don't believe that flatmates should be just nice strangers, or necessarily best mates. Flatmates are flatmates: there are boundaries; but there is also an interesting relationship. Let me know if you agree. Looking forward to hear from you!
Clean, professional, quiet, non-judgmental with a car. Looking for a place for 2-4 nights a week only.
Hey, I'm Kai! I'm currently studying at QUT and work casually in a hotel in Brissy. My lease with my current housemates is ending early February and I am looking for a place to live for 4-5 months near the end of June as I'll be doing some traveling after. Somewhere closer to the city would be ideal, but not too fussed on that. I'm friendly, open and pretty chill so I'm easy to make friends with and hangout. :) Some days I like to have some down time by myself and other days I like to have fun and socialise. I can balance personal space and social times pretty well so no worries on that! I work as a housekeeper so I know a thing or two about cleaning. Not obsessed over cleanliness, but I do like to keep spaces clean and tidy so you don't have to worry about dishes left in the sink or toothpaste smeared on the basin. I like the outdoorsy stuff like cycling and kayaking, don't mind a cheeky drink or two and I'm always up for a boogey as well as video/card/board games. If not, I'll just be lazing around with a mate or two. I'm looking for responsible, good-natured, sociable and respectful flatmates who wouldn't mind making a new friend! Looking forward to meeting you. :)
Hi, looking for a chill place to call home. I'm pretty active whether it be gym, martial arts, hiking or anything that gets me off the couch and outside really. I'm easy to get along with very clean you won't see a trace of me and probably forget I live there haha. I'd prefer someone who is clean as well and not lazy as nothing worse than coming home to a messy place! I'm a chef by trade but work mon-fri 6am-1pm and normally in bed by 9 during week so appreciate a quiet place. Not a big drinker or party person would rather be out creating memories. Would rather live with only 1or2 people. Not really wanting to pay more than 2 weeks bond as have had an issue in past with someone running off with bond after lease being up!! I do have my own bedroom furniture and I also have large TV and cabinet, leather 3 seat couch another 2 seater which I'm happy to put in common room otherwise would prefer somewhere with storage if not needed in house. Definitely need somwhere to park but Street parking is fine.. Hit me up 😁
I'm a young working professional who enjoys yoga, gym and eating healthy. I'm a clean person who, for the most part, enjoys my own space but I also like to socialise and go out every so often. I'm moving up from Melbourne with work. I'm excited to meet some new people who are like-minded and wouldn't mind giving me some tips on what's good in Brisbane! Ideally I would like to live with females who also work full time and don't mind a glass of wine and a chat every now and then :)
I work full-time in Brisbane my work is located near the Brisbane City Botanical Gardens. I've just moved out of my place at Kangaroo Point so I do have kitchenware and my own furniture if needed (everything I won't need in a new place will just get left at my parent's place). I'm looking for a private room, I don't have many prereqs other than that. As most people do I prefer a clean place, I'm happy to cook and help out where I can. Adore animals but don't have any of my own - not particularly a party person I drink very rarely and don't smoke.
Nice Spanier, new at the city( and Australia 😋) starting a business certificate in Brisbane and ready to explore this country and live the Australian life! Im a registered nurse in Spain, and can speak Spanish, English, German and Italian. Non smoker
I have lived out of home while I worked as an Au Pair overseas for 2 years. I'm moving to Brisbane from Central Queensland to study Interior Design at QUT. I'm a pretty great cook and like to keep organised. I also tend to switch between being introverted and extroverted so I'm either down to party or have chats or I'll be in my room watching Netflix.
Hi, I'm Tamara; Dutchie moving to Brisbane. Easy going, loving board games, creative and vegan. (No, this doesn't mean that I will force everyone around me to be vegan as well or giving long speeches about why I decided to become vegan. I'm cool with whatever you decide to eat.) Last but not least, I love cats. I have a cat here in Amsterdam (she's the cutest), but unfortunately I have to leave her behind :( I always lived with room mates, so I can say I'm pretty familiar with the whole room mate atmosphere. In general I always try to make sure that I'm considerate of my room mates and also leave a nice environment for them. I love having drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and couch sessions with my roomies, altho I can also enjoy some alone time to recharge my batteries. Sharing houses has always been a nice experience for me. Currently I'm working as a product manager for a sustainable fashion brand, but I feel like a new challenge. That's why I decided to leave my job and country to start fresh in Australia. Please note my intentions are not to back pack, I would actually like to try to built something in Brisbane.
Hey! I am about to start my first year at QUT studying primary education after 5yrs of ski instructing here and abroad. I currently work as a casual for a promotional company. When I'm not there you'll find me rock climbing, at the beach or hunting for the next amazing vegan cafe/restaurant! Currently living in the Redlands but am wanting to move closer to the CBD for uni, to be closer to friends and to my climbing gym. I'd love to live in a tidy place, that feels more like a home than a house. A place where everyone gets along and is social with one another but also allows me quiet time to study.
Spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Available room is a good size with a walk in wardrobe and your own balcony. You would also have your own bathroom. Parking will be on street. Close to shops and transport. Walking distance to QUT gardens point. Rooftop pool and BBQ area with an amazing view and communal herb garden.
Hi my names Morty I'm 26 year old shop fitter looking for a place to call home. I’m a clean and tidy parson that always cleans up after myself and keen to help out where I can. I work away a lot as well you’ll hardly see me much Love a good beer and having chat but at same time very respectful of others space. If you have any questions please feel free to massage me
