I am a bubbly young professional and work as a teacher in Claremont. I live a busy life and enjoy playing sport, going to the beach, travelling, hanging out with friends and cooking healthy meals. I have a Maltese/miniature poodle dog so I am looking for somewhere that is pet friendly. My current housemate Emily is also looking to move out so somewhere with two bedrooms would be ideal as we love living together, however this is not a fixed requirement.
Hello guys! I am Alejandro, I am window cleaner and gardener, also I am studying English. Actually I'm doing house-keeping in a big house in Nedlands however, the owner wants to sell it so I need to move. I have enough time and I can move wherever I want. Thank you!
Hi, I'm from Sweden. Coming to study a semester at UWA and looking for a place till Nov/Dec. Love socialising, laughing, food and wine. Studying marketing and IT in Stockholm at the moment. Like to keep it quite nice and tidy. Just send me a text if there's anything you wanna ask :) Looking forward of hearing from you!
Hi, I work full-time and also dance 6 nights a week, most weekends are spent down south so I wont be around much. Perfect if you want to share a place but also want time to yourself. My budget is up to $200 a week including bills, I don't need internet and I also have my own room furniture. I'm quite easy going and friendly and respect other peoples space. I keep clean and tidy. I have a healthy lifestyle, looking for a quiet place. Close to a train station.
Lovely character home in the beautiful neighbourhood of Shenton Park. It's in a great location; we are 500m from the train station, and a 7 minute drive to Subiaco and Claremont. We also have a 24/7 IGA down the road! We are looking for a like-minded young professional to replace our housemate who will be leaving us to go travelling. The room (pics attached) is unfurnished, and will be available from June 24th. The rest of the house is furnished as shown, however, we do have the room, if you wanted to bring more. The house has 3 big bedrooms, 1 smaller bedroom/study, open kitchen/dining off the hallway, big shared bathroom, and a large open glass living space out the back. Upstairs, we have a cozy attic type space, that we also occasionally use for our laundry when it's raining.
Great, large property just 10 minute walk from Claremont Quarter and less than a 5 minute walk from the Loch St train station, making it easy to get into Fremantle or Perth in roughly 15 minutes. Large backyard area for BBQing or a few drinks in the sun, as well as big indoor living room and dining room - we already have Stan and Netflix for you to jump on if you like to kick back at the end of the day with a movie or TV show. Big front lawn for parking your car off the street. Internet and gardening is included in the rent and the remainder of the bills (water, electricity and gas) amount to roughly $75 per person every 2 months.
A classic older house centrally located in the western suburbs, located close to Claremont Quarter and Loch St train station. The room is big enough to fit a queen bed and has a small built in wardrobe. There is lots of living space with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry as well. There is also another housemate who has a granny flat out the back.

Hello everyone! My boyfriend, Thomas, and I are looking for a place to live in Perth. I think that our best selling point is our story! So here it goes: Thomas and I met at Sziget festival (in Budapest) 1.5 years ago. I fell for his dark eyes, very thick French accent (you'll see!), his humor and his smile. I have no idea what he saw in me, but it might have something to do with the fact that I walked in a bikini all day. Or it might have something to do with my Dutch accent, who knows. Yes yes, we're originally from France and The Netherlands and have been doing the long distance thing ever since we met. Australia is an opportunity for us to be together for more than 2 days a month. Thomas will be studying and working and I'll be working (preferably in my field of work, deaf education). We absolutely love dogs (and cheese)! And unfortunately, my allergies (and hatred, sorry) make it impossible for me to live with cats. Thomas pretty much loves all animals, and humans for that matter. We're both people-people and like to be surrounded by them. We're arriving the 1st of August and we're planning to stay for at least 6 months and possibly even more than a year. This all depends on how it goes with Thomas' study, our job search and on how awesome Perth is. As long as it's affordable, we don't care whether we share a house or live by ourselves. We do prefer a private bathroom if possible. The area isn't that important either as long as it's not too far from the city center and in a safe neighborhood. If you have something for us, or you'd like to team up, please contact us :).
Hi, I'm Nicole :) I am a PhD student at PMH and am currently looking at rental properties in the Subi area. I'd like to rent and furnish my own place but would still like to share with 1 or 2 other housemates, depending on the size of the property. Ideally, I'd like to find a place (either a townhouse or an apartment) by the end of May or so. I'm a pretty laid-back, easygoing person. Enjoy having a chat and getting out and about but also just like my downtime too. I'm pretty busy during the week and on the weekend like to spend time being active or just chilling out. I love travel, music, food, books, movies, beach, sport...the list goes on. It would be nice to find a housemate/s that are happy to hang out now and again but I do respect other people's need for space too. I'm a considerate person and like to keep things neat and tidy about the house. If you would like to live near Subi and would be interested in teaming up with me, please get in touch :)
Hi, my name is Marina and I am an international student looking for fun, inviting housemates who like the beach and sipping wine. I will be studying at UWA, I am respectful of space, and I love to try new things. I enjoy dancing, backpacking and beach days. I would prefer female housemates but am open to living with a mix of genders in the house. Please contact me if you think I'd be a good fit!

I'm a very relaxed Australian guy originally from Geraldton, who likes spending my time with friends. I work in a university and usually get home around 5pm most days. I don't smoke and like my place to be a welcoming place for guests and also for me and those I live with. In other words, a clean and tidy place with character and a homely feel. I lived in Japan for 7 years so I've lived with a lot of different people in share houses over the years I was there.
I'm coming to study at UWA for a year from Bristol (UK) in mid July until the following June. Looking to live with other students ideally. This will be my 3rd year of uni, I'm very chilled to live with and love socialising, so somewhere easy for nights out, work etc and not too far to cycle/bus into UWA would be perfect! Looking for flat/house shares from mid July, until about June - or until mid December as will be travelling over summer.
I am a 25 year old female and Perth local looking for an unfurnished room in a share house. I am easy going, tidy and respectful and enjoy relaxing, catching up with friends and traveling. I work full time and have early starts so ideally looking to live with others who will be having early nights during the week as well. I am flexible with move-in date and length of stay.
Hi! I'm a 21 year old Norwegian biology student, looking for accommodation for my exchange semester at UWA in Perth. I would like to live close to UWA and get to know other students. I like to be social and to hang out, but I have respect of peoples personal space as well. I'm pretty relaxed and down to earth, easy to live with, and in my free time i like to listen to good music, travel and to knit. I'm really looking forward to coming to Perth and meet my future flatmates!
I've just moved to Perth from Busselton for full time employment in the building/property industry in Claremont, after living overseas for the past year and a half. I'm super tidy, love going out for coffee and having a cheeky red wine and chocolate night. I also love staying active. I would love to find a place where everyone is social but still enjoys their down time alone.
Hello - I am 31 and working full time. Easy going, like a good laugh, a gin and tonic and also day tripping around beautiful WA. I am originally from NZ :) I am looking for a sociable and chilled flat to share with 2-4 others (male or female) of a similar age group. Max rent $200 per week. Move in date July onwards.
