I'm going into my second year of physiotherapy at Notre Dame in 2017. I'm easy to get along with, love playing sport and going out. I just wanna learn how to live away from the rents in 2017 so I don't die when I'm an adult :)
Imagine the life you could have in this amazing residence! It is close to the beach, close to the river, two streets from the train, one street to the bus and only 2kms to the Claremont Quarter. It is a quiet, friendly street just waiting for you. This beautifully designed house has lots of light and a beautiful back garden to relax in. There is also a courtyard and two huge living areas. There is reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort, although the clever design means that we very rarely need to use it. There are two bedrooms available. I am looking for a mature (40+) professional lady, as I, too, am a mature professional lady. We have a new cafe 150m from the house! I have a medium-sized dog, who everyone loves. She has a huge fan club in the street.

I'm quiet, easy going and a non smoker. I'm considerate, responsible and reliable - I don't bring drama to a household and I don't want to buy into yours. Just looking for like minded mature individuals to share a home with.
I am a Biology and Sustainability student from South Dakota, USA. I will be studying at UWA in Perth Semester I, 2017. I'm looking for a place starting in early February and going through June. I have a passion for marine behavioral ecology and SCUBA diving. I plan to spend my weekends traveling around, especially to different beaches (I currently live in the most land-locked area in North America) because I love the ocean. I am studious, responsible, and like to keep things neat, but I know when to put down the textbook and have some fun. I'm looking forward to making friends and exploring Perth. Hope to hear from you!
Hello people I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake, though I prefer to live Nth close to the beach and good public transport, hence the suburbs listed. I have to drive to work anyway, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so a parking spot will be required. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music and going to gigs and festivals. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Cheers Dave
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I am a 20 year old student. I am very easy going, and love sport. I study 3 times a week and work 3 days a week so I'm constantly busy. I am a very clean person and have furniture ready to move in.
I'm Danielle or Dee for short. I'm a paediatric nurse from the UK, here on a working holiday visa, looking for short term stay in Perth from around 13th Nov for about 4 weeks. I am friendly, fun, easy going.
I'm gong into my third year of uni at UWA next year and looking for a place close by as I have just had to sell my car - so no hassle with needing a parking space, I just need somewhere to put my bike! I'm heading to Indonesia for a uni trip this Saturday and my lease is up shortly after I get back (10th of Dec), so I'm looking for a place I can move into around that time. I'm really clean and tidy and like keeping pretty busy, so I'm out of the house quite a lot. I've been renting with housemates for over 2 years now so I'm not new to the house-share thing. I'm super easy going and generally keep to myself, especially over the uni semester... that being said I definitely enjoy the odd beer and a good laugh. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hi all, I'm a postgrad student researching faces Mon-Fri 9-5. I came over to Perth from Sydney in 2014 and am at the stage where I'm writing up my PhD research. Lived at a uni college the last few years so I think I'm ready for mostly quiet nights over raging parties. In my spare time I like to swim laps, do art, or just chill out and wind down. I also occasionally pick up odd jobs as a change of pace (from tutoring, data-entry, to gardening).
I moved over from Singapore to Perth on a long-term working visa, currently working as a business consultant so my working hours are from 830-530 Mondays to Fridays. As i work in CBD, I'd prefer someone that is near to city, or at least near to the train station. Ideally wouldn't take longer than 15mins to get to work! I am very respectful and clean person generally, I do not party much but I would like to occasionally have drinks or gatherings with my house mates. I'm definitely open to making new friends! I love traveling, hiking, chatting, animals, and i'm a coffee snob! P/S: I am only looking to move in December/January.
I've been looking awhile now for a nice place for myself and my gorgeous Maltese Shih-Tzu dog Tilly (5kg). Happy to share with 1 other person . I work full-time in an executive position, am considerate, friendly, respectful, a non-smoker, clean and tidy. I would prefer something in West Perth or near by. Fully furnished preferable. An outside area or garden would be a bonus but not essential.
- I am really easy - going and open - minded. - Clean and helpful. - Traveled quite a fair bit and have many reviews on properties I have stayed in as testimonials (if needed). - Good with pets, does not bother me what you have. - Can be sociable / private according to situation.
Hi! I work full time in the city during the week and in my spare time I go to the gym, love watching a movie or two and run my own little small business! I come with a cat who is very chilled, loves a cuddle and is probably more like a dog. As you will learn I love food and in particular cheese and will always have an abundance to share so would love some housemates who enjoy a bit of company over dinner or dessert!
I recently moved from Brisbane, before that I was living in Colombia. Easy going, like a good chat and here to stay, Permanent Resident. I need car space.
Fast Wi-Fi connection and Foxtell available throughout the flat. We're steps away from the bus stop, a 10 minute bus ride to UWA, 5 minute walk from the grocery, pub and restaurants. Ideal for student but will be perfect for anyone looking to be close to everything.
1 room available for sublease in Shenton Park on a lovely property. White goods provided to share and common areas including living room, kitchen and laundry as well as backyard and front yard space. Sharing a bathroom with one other person. We are in close proximity to the hospitals ( Sir Charles, Hollywood etc), Kings Park, UWA as well as very short walks to shops, cafes, public transport and community areas. We are all in our mid twenties, with two professionals (one being FIFO four days a week) and one part time student/part time worker who all like peopling enough to share and chat with around the house, but respect privacy and personal space. There are pets here (dog and cats). The rental cost is inclusive of utilility bills, Internet and room rental as well as shared access to common areas that are fully furnished and set up so it is easy to settle into the sharehouse environment (without everyone scraping to bring in a uniquely needed piece of furniture in the house, or 5 sofas). Please feel free to get into contact if you have any questions or would like to arrange to view the property.
Looking for a housemate to join us in our home. We are 2 females 26 and 27 both working and studying. This cute little home boasts 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with and open plan living/kitchen area, lovely high ceilings, wooden floor boards throughout and a little courtyard out the back. Great location! 1 minute walk to Stirling hwy and bus stops that takes you directly to UWA/City or the beach quick walk to Loch street train station The room is small and can come furnished with single bed (will easily fit a double though) and open wardrobe, desk etc. Perfect for student or traveller looking for short term accomodation over summer period or semester one 2017. We are also happy to have a long term housemate move in as well. Available from the 13th December Looking forward to hearing from you!
I now have 1 large modern bedroom left available for immediate occupation. A very large room with Queen size bed, wardrobe, large cupboard, writing bureau and chairs. I'm looking for a nice relaxing, but social space to share. I like cooking dinner for friends once a week, or going out for a bite. I also like to tinker on my toys, so a man cave is important! :) Otherwise I spend my time on adventures e.g. chasing waves and mountain biking. I have been in Perth nearly 2 years, currently living in North Beach, I work in West Leederville during the week and I haven't owned a TV since 2008 :)
Mature - I'm 51. Very interested in Teamup's as I have some furniture. Working in Subi in the TV industry. Looking for somewhere in the Western Suburbs or possibly South of the River like Bicton, Attadale Mt Pleasant etc. Quiet, easy-going, tidy, honest. Perth born. I don't have a pet but I prefer a house with a backyard in a quiet area. If that sounds like you - please drop me a line. Cheers, Steve
I am a friendly, trustworthy, clean and a tidy person with professional background. I have a positive outlook towards life and make the most of life. My interests include reading, writing, art, nature, walking, trekking and travelling.
LARGE DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH FRENCH DOORS ON TO FRONT VERANDAH.. An oasis in Nedlands. Suit students, nurses, doctors as it is walking distance from SCG and Hollywood hospitals and of course, UWA. Lovely nedlands cottage to share with two others: Brenda (Aged Care Worker) and Catriona, Scottish nurse. Also 2 small dogs. Laid back family atmosphere. Clean and tidy but not pedantic. Brenda does cleaning of all common areas and all gardening. All linen is provided if required. Large Kitchen, separate Lounge-room with open fireplace and large TV. I'm Dana and I have a baby girl kittycat, Mishka. I arrived in Perth earlier this year and have chosen to make it my home. Mishka came along unexpectedly but thankfully and chose to make me mum :) she is the most adorable kitty you'll ever meet. Toilet trained, clean, playful and gentle. A delight to have in a home. She takes after mum really. I'm a writer and work from home mostly or wherever creativity strikes. I work part time or pickup the odd contract role as a paralegal when/if required. Mishka had been indoor mostly but is really looking forward to playing outside with other kitties particularly with summer coming up! I live a quiet life, am friendly, reliable, social and outgoing, home is haven not into partying but can enjoy a drink and a meal together but generally stick to myself. I am positive and have a calm energy. I respect my space and privacy and those who I share with and around me would be the same. I'm looking at moving ASAP - today :) only have a couple bags so it's painless, swift and punctual. Happy days!
