Absolutely love this location. It's so good to be right beside the Fremantle train line so close to Perth city, beaches and Claremont Quarter and Fremantle. Close to UWA and Hospitals. So close to shops all you can need.
Imagine the life you could have in this amazing residence! It is close to the beach, close to the river, two streets from the train, one street to the bus and only 2kms to the Claremont Quarter. It is a quiet, friendly street just waiting for you. This beautifully designed house has lots of light and a beautiful back garden to relax in. There is also a courtyard and two huge living areas. There is reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort, although the clever design means that we very rarely need to use it. There are two bedrooms available. One is huge and the other is a double-sized bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe. The larger bedroom has two built-in wardrobes. The whole house is fully furnished. I am looking for a mature (40+) professional lady, as I, too, am a mature professional lady. I have a medium-sized dog, who everyone loves. She has a huge fan club in the street.

I'm very tidy and laid back, I am easy to live with and I love to cook (and share it of course). I love going out with my friends and discovering new places. On my free time I also like writting, and watching movies / tv shows. I'm currently studying business and I'd like to work in the tourism industry.

I am a Psychology and Languages student at the University of Western Australia, who works in a cafe as a barista. I’m fresh back in Perth after spending a semester abroad in Freiburg (southern Germany), and thus am in need of a room (from August 15th or later)! I have loads of experience living in share houses having lived in one in North Perth from 2012-2015 and then two others in West Perth since then. As a housemate I like to have a nice rapport and socialise over a cup of tea or a glass of wine, but also keep to myself when I have a big essay to write for uni or an exhausting day at work. I think it’s really important to have open communication in the house, with as little drama as possible and keep a positive energy amongst each other. I like to keep my spaces tidy, and I love to get together to cook food every now and then if that’s something you’d be interested in! I am currently looking to rent for four months only. Currently I plan to move to the Netherlands before New Years Eve because my boyfriend lives there- so until late December would suit, however there is a possibility that I might stay longer (by a month or so), and I am happy to cover costs until someone moves in/move out earlier. Looking forward to hearing from you! :)
I'm a very relaxed Australian guy originally from Geraldton, who likes spending my time with friends. I work in a university and usually get home around 5pm most days. I don't smoke and like my place to be a welcoming place for guests and also for me and those I live with. In other words, a clean and tidy place with character and a homely feel. I lived in Japan for 7 years so I've lived with a lot of different people in share houses over the years I was there.
Hi I am a 25 year old woman from Denmark. I am studying for a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology at Copenhagen Business School, but I am now beginning a semester at UWA. Therefore, I am looking for a room in Perth from now until the end of November. I have always preferred to live together with other people, but I also like to take time for myself sometimes. I have lived in Copenhagen for some years, but before that I lived in England and Norway for a while. I am very tidy and a non-smoker. As a person, I am very social and I like to spend time with friends and family as well as meeting new people and exploring new countries and cultures. I spend a lot of time doing sports – in Denmark mostly badminton and running. Here in Australia I am looking forward to trying out some of the many outdoor sports. I have just arrived in Perth, so I would like to come by and see the room as soon as possible. Best regards Line Thøgersen
I am a 26yo research assistant working full-time at UWA and I am currently looking for a room for the next 12 months because my current housemate is selling the apartment that I currently live in. I am a clean, respectful and easy-going person and I enjoy many outdoor activities including kayaking/diving/windsurfing/attempted-surfing.
I am pretty quiet and spend a lot of time at my computer working on electronics projects while at home. Otherwise, I sing in the WA Opera and in a bunch of concerts around Perth meaning I'm out a lot of evenings till ~9:30pm. I sail most weekends and cook quite healthily. I'm happy to share in meals and hang out otherwise.
I am a PhD student in the UK and will be spending just over two months (late Sep - early Dec) in Perth to do visiting research at UWA. I am originally from Germany though I have lived in several places - I've lost the accent but, don't worry, kept the famous (and wonderfully endearing) German sense of humour. I am outgoing and like socialising, chatting (from the mundane to the #deepandmeaningful), and a good drink here and there, whether out or in. I respect other peoples' privacy (and property) and enjoy the occasional time to myself. Ideally, I would love to live with people I can hang out with in my time in Perth, as well as live with.
I work full time throughout the week/weekend. I've got a partner, I'm social, enjoy a cheeky drink and also time to kick back and relax. I play footy occasionally when I'm not working, go to the gym, and I'm looking for a place that's got a good social vibe as well as respect for privacy. Looking for the right place ASAP
Hi all I’m Alex and I’m an easy-going, friendly, chilled 31 year old human. I’m a former high school teacher, now working full-time in Subi in a job that pays the bills without the stress… I’m looking to move into a new place in late September / early October. I’m happy to move into an existing place or team-up with someone for a new lease. Min 6 months - longer term. My budget is around $200-250ish a week. I can furnish my own room. I have kitchen gear, plus I can bring a fridge, 2 x sweet couches, and TV cabinet if need be. I'd be wanting to have my own bathroom and to live with one or two other peeps max. I’m looking for a place that’s either close to the beach or within 20 mins drive. I especially like city beach and scarbs, so any suburbs in that general area are a win. As I work in Subi I’d be keen to stay within about 20-30 mins drive of there as well. So any of those inner-city suburbs will work. A place with a backyard would be ideal as I’d love to grow some food (or even just herbs would be a plus). When I’m not working I like to practice yoga, walk/jog in nature (parks, lakes, ovals etc), swim at the beach (in summer…), hang out with my mates on the weekends: going to live music gigs, kicking the footy around, couple of drinks, that kind of thing. I am a clean and social housemate: I’m into cooking (and cleaning after), chilling, watching movies (I don’t really watch any TV… besides GOT). I like the occasional drink but don’t party like the old days very often. And I do take time to myself to read, write, stretch and meditate as well. Please get in touch if you reckon we are a fit. I’m more than happy to meet up and chat.
Hey guys, i'm a mechanical engineer studying my masters at UWA. I also work part-time from anywhere with an internet connection as well as occasionally driving for Uber. I'm easy going, clean, responsible and friendly. Happy to help out around the house and with any tech problems. Have sharehoused since i was 19 so know the drill with cleaning and am happy to share meals etc if thats the go. Smoking doesn't bother me aslong as its outside only. A house with secure external doors is a must as I have two fur babies that can't go outside (2 cats, 3yrs old, one thinks he's a dog so be prepared for licks and demands for pats). Enjoy hitting the gym, beach, and anything outdoorsy. Enjoy most types of music, always open to new things and a cold beverage! Less relatable/energetic hobbies would be finance (stock and futures trading) and the occasional computer game. Need to find a place by the 19th aug or or not long after.
Hi there, I am a 36 year old positive and relaxed woman who simply enjoys life! I am open-minded, optimistic and rather unconventional. I am a single mum of an 8 year old superboy! After catching up for my A-level a few years ago, I started studying Psychology. I am now a Master student of Organisational Psychology, researching in the field of Applied Positive Psychology. I like all kinds of outdoor activities, but also relax with a glass of wine and a good book/film. I love tasting all kinds of food. I am currenly searching for a room for my son and me for the first weeks when we arrive in Perth, Western Australia. I will spend one year there to finish my studies at the UWA. We'd like to live in a share house with local people the first time, to get connected and used to talk English (especially my son). I cannot confirm lease for 6 months by now, because we do not know which school my son will attend. Later, we are also interested in longstay-teamups to share a house for the full year if chemistry fits :-) Best, Ilka (with Noel)
