Hello hello everyone! Nice meeting you ;) My name is Jorge ('George'). I came from Spain 7 years ago and I quit my career as an engineer to build myself a better life. I'm currently working in a supermarket and developing an idea for a business on the side. I also work as a freelance stripper on the weekends (no, I'm not joking, haha), although I've been out of it for a while now. I live a sporty, healthy life and I've always been into self-improvement. I love camping and nature, and my biggest passion is windsurfing, which is why I'm looking for a house close to the beach. My housemates said I'm easy to live with (self-tap on the shoulder). I'm clean and organized, but have a laid back personality. I like socialising and I'm preferably looking for a mixed gender house (ideally 2 and 2, but flexible on this). Oh! And... I respect people's sleep! Talk soon! Cheers!
Me and my partner we are looking for a place to stay near the cbd. About us: We are both working in Perth center and we are looking for a nice place where we can relax after work. At the weekend we are happy to spend some time out. Kind Regards Kira and Chris
This house is great. Its modern, well organised and well equipped. Its 2min to the bus, and 5mins to the train station. Two stops one way takes you to Subiaco, and 2 stops the other way to Claremont. You only have to clean your own mess, the cleaner takes care of the toilets, showers, floors and general house cleaning. You are welcome to use the lovely garden spots to sit, the barbecue and pool. The house is air conditioned and in a lovely quiet street with a cul-de-sac at one end and a park at the other. House rules are common sense: respect fellow house mates, and take a normal length shower. Singles only, sorry no couples.
Well its a great house, well equipped, modern, comfortable, well organised. Everyone cleans their own mess, and the cleaner comes for 4 hours every week to do the showers, floors, kitchen and toilet at no additional cost to you. Its a 5min walk to the train or 2min to the bus. Claremont or Subiaco just two train stops away. Theres lovely garden spots to sit, a BBQ, a pool, air conditioning, dishwasher and a nice big modern kitchen. Theres a separate entrance for people to come and go as they please. Looking for single people only, sorry no couples.
Large old house in Claremont, 100m from Loch Street station. One stop to Claremont Quarter, a leisurely 10 minutes to the beach, and nearby deli/ bottle-o/ coffee joints. The house is on a giant block - good for summer barbecue's and winter warmers. There is plenty of off-street parking, and a shed for bike storage. Included in the rent is a large, attached room for your own use as a private study/ lounge, and unlimited NBN 100 access. Bills are reasonable and we split household shopping evenly. Netflix and Foxtel is available in the main lounge room. The attached study has a built-in wardrobe, but the rooms are otherwise unfurnished. The queen-sized bedroom is carpeted, and the study has a wooden floor. New blackout curtains have recently been fitted in the bedroom.
Large, fairly old house in Claremont, in a quiet street with friendly neighbours. Close to train stations, Claremont Quarter and bike-riding distance to UWA. Heaps of living space, decent sized kitchen and laundry, and a good sized backyard as well- we enjoy having people around for a barbie or dinner. Plenty of off-street parking and a shed for bike storage. House is fully furnished, but the bedroom is empty- there's an old bed frame available in the shed but you're probably better off bringing your own.

Hi, looking for a new housemates to share with 2 guys in their 30's and a couple. Nice old character home in Nedlands near the Captain Stirling IGA. 50 meters from the nearest bus stop and within walking distance of lock St train station. Very suitable for UNI students as the rent is cheap and it's close to UWA but anyone down to earth, honest and reliable is welcome. NBN is due to be contacted shortly but currently we have unlimited GB broadband. We are all friendly and social but mostly do our own thing and respect each others space. Please don't hesitate to message if you have any questions
Please message me if you know me! I'd be excited to team up or move into an existing share house. Very excited to move out into a chill house where I can enjoy my own space. I'm a final year Juris Doctor student at UWA with 2 weeks left until graduation, and I start full time work as a lawyer in February 2019. I've lived with two sisters my whole life so I am certainly clean and tidy. Ideally the home needs to be very close to public transport as I use that everyday for work, but I still need a car space as that is how I get around on the weekend! Unfortunately allergic to cats. I can also provide a fridge and a couch if anyone needs them?!
Running an online business and also studying website design, sales and marketing. Electrician by trade so handy around the house and used to work as a dive instructor. I Like the gym, bike rides, occasional wakeboard should practice more, bbqs, few drinks on the weekends, looking to get back into kitesurfing this summer. I’m social, but also like my own space sometimes. Love a bit of banter, so looking for fun people. Also clean up after myself, I never leave a mess. Need off-street parking, room has to be big enough for desk, wardrobe, chest of draws, I have my own, but we can work something out if your supplying. Also a little storage for camping equipment.
Hola 👋 My name is Grady and I’m a 31yo urban planner who has just moved back to Perth after living in London for the past 3 years. I’m a clean, considerate and easygoing guy on the lookout for a few likeminded individuals who are looking for a place to live. I’d like to consider myself a fairly sociable and friendly person who is happy to have a conversation with just about anyone. I enjoy having a few drinks with my housemates be it a beer or a glass or a wine after work or something on the weeeknd as think that household dynamic is important. By the same token I keep fairly busy during the week with work and exercise and respect the need for individual space and privacy. I love travel, the dog beach, and enjoying nice food and drinks with quality company. Historically more of a festival goer but these days you’re more likely to find me enjoying the sun in beer garden with friends or down at the beach with Astro (family pooch who lives in freo). I’m working in the city but also a big fan of freo so ideally would like to locate somewhere along the Fremantle line but not really looking to go any further north of Perth (refer previous comments about Astro and the dog beach). So, what’s the long and the short of it you ask, well, I’m like to find two housemates who are interested in finding a place together. Preference is for a house with a nice outdoor living area for summer. If you’re interested, feel free to drop me a line and we can catch up for a drink and take it from there. Many thanks, Grady
Im a happy and cheerful student who works part time. I have a strong interest in fashion and fitness, and am easy going. I am neat and quiet, but always up for a chat! :)
Hi! My name is Josh. I am currently working full time in pharmacy but from 2019 I will be studying full time and want to move to somewhere affordable, closer to UWA, with great people :) Clean, tidy, easy-going.
Hey dudes!! I’m moving to WA from Adelaide at the end of December and am looking for a place to call home. Ideally after a joint close to the beach between Perth City and Freo, but totally open to whatever is out there! Gender, etc not an issue. Preferably wanting to live with people around the same age however, sorry grandma. As a housemate I’m very tidy, super easy going, really enjoy my alone time but am always down for a yarn/drink/whatever. I’m respectful of shared spaces, house rules, quiet hours, etc. I’m currently working as a technician for a healthcare company, although undecided what I want to do once I’m over there - Maybe sling beers or start that landscaping business I always talk about, who knows. I spend my free time adventuring, watering plants, finding groovy new cafes, hitting the beach, hanging out in the sun, skating, going for bike rides, going to gigs and spinning records. I’m a musician, so I’m always writing tunes, strumming and singing (but know when it’s not the time, don’t worry). All about that vegan power, but not a ‘preacher’ as the kids say. Loves the memes. Hmu if you’re on my level. We can conduct an interview over FaceTime or something for a laff. Peace!
I’m a 20 year old student at UWA taking a semester off to work. I’m looking for a room to move into short term (roughly 3 months) until the end of semester. I’m a active person, love my sport, very easy going. Happy to keep to myself, but have lived in share houses before so know how it works. Tidy and self sufficient.
We are two friends/housemates (accountant and nurse) that have been living together for 3 years. Looking for 1-2 more people (males or females) to rent with. Miki and I are both quite social and like getting out in our spare time. Ideally we'd like to live with people that want to do the same! We are both tidy but appreciate a 'lived in' house as life can get busy sometimes! Send us a message if you're interested! Looking for a 4 bedroom house with max rent $200 each per week. We are also open to joining people who have an existing house. Our current lease is up in JAN 2019
I am a clean and friendly 28 year old looking for a place to call home with my puppy dog, Aria. Aria is 2 years old, super sweet and gets along well with other dogs. Working 8-4 Monday to Friday in the CBD, currently in procurement for a resources company. Weekdays & nights for me are all about keeping fit, getting outdoors as much as possible with Aria, cooking vego meals and baking chocolate brownie (far too frequently!). Some of my interests - beaching, bush walks, triple j, cooking, reading, brunch, pot plants (obsession!), house decorating, catching up with friends and board games. I'm not a big drinker or party animal, my life focus is being balanced, healthy & happy. Looking for a place with a decent outdoor area, near a park and it would be ideal to find someone who also has a puppy dog so they can be best friends and hang out all day when I'm at work :) I'm originally from Busselton (moved up for uni) and my folks still live down there so often visit them on long weekends.
Hi everyone! I'm finishing up my final weeks of university at the moment and will be moving to Perth from Melbourne in December for full time work as an Orthoptist. I'm super friendly and easy going and love to keep active by going to the gym or heading to the beach. Although I like my quiet time, I am always down for a chat over a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. I'm keen on living with some like minded people. :)
Hey guys! Looking for a room with own bathroom to rent in a sharehouse in either Leedy, West Leedy, Subiaco, Wembley, Wembley Downs, Mt Lawley, Floreat, Shenton Park, Claremont, Mt. Hawthorn. Work full time in the CBD and live a pretty active/social lifestyle. Do enjoy hanging out as a house but also can appreciate privacy. Definitely like being social and having a drink on the weekends! Looking to move in around mid-late October but pretty flexible with dates. Budget is around $200 to $250 not incl. bills Also, happy to have pets! Thanks :)
I enjoy lively conversation and a laugh, cooking and eating good food, good wine, kayaking, camping, bushwalking, French language, literature, theatre and a wide range of music. I'm tidy, do all housework, and like growing some herbs and veggies when possible. I'm a lawyer interested in polite discussion of social and political issues. Seeking a clean, environmentally-responsible, non-smoking house.
I can cook, clean and fix stuff. I'm pretty easy going and will be out of the house a lot, either working or being active. I'm quiet but enjoy hanging out with friends over a beer.
