This is a beautiful modern quiet and respectful home which is cleaned weekly (not by you), in a quiet cul-de-sac. Rent for a single is $250 and for a couple is $300. No contracts, just 2 weeks minimum, and 2 weeks notice required for leaving. Bond is also 2 weeks, which is refundable with a $50 once off cleaning fee.
