One room available in this lovely Subi townhouse to share with a 29 year old female professional. All bills included! I've been living here since September and I absolutely love it as it's super close to West Leederville cafes, Leederville, Kings Park and of course Subiaco town centre. Pros: - All bills and NBN internet included - Clean, tidy and respectful housemate - Large modern kitchen and bathroom - Cute courtyard with outdoor dining set - West Leederville train station is a 6 minute walk, Leederville station is a 12 minute walk - 18 minute walk to the centre of Subiaco, 13 minute walk to Leederville - Coles West Leederville is also only 9 minutes walk away - The townhouse is in a row of 10, it's very safe and secure with quiet neighbours Cons: - The room is fairly small: 3.1m x 2.7m - You can hear the trains pass, which is something to consider if you are a light sleeper - my previous housemate wore ear plugs at night - The parking is on street and timed during the day. You can apply for a Subiaco residential parking permit if you have a car and want to leave it at home during the day, or if you drive to work you can park on the street in the evening without a permit. Looks like there are more pros than cons! If you are interested in the room please send me a message with a bit about yourself (age, occupation, interests) and your preferred move in date. Cheers, Liz
I currently work full time and live in an apartment by myself. I am looking for another person who is interested in teaming up to find a new place for us to move into. I do have a dog (a mini dachshund) who I love to bits and will also be a roomie :) As I work full time I enjoy quiet and laid back week nights. I like watching shows on Netflix with a glass of wine and a couple of snackaroos. I love to socialise but am not a big partier. Just looking for a roomie that is chill and is up for some banter and laughs. On the weekends I enjoy taking my dog for walks, going to breakfast or out for drinks with my friends, going to the movies and also just relaxing at home. I am also a very clean person.
Hi, My name is Sofiane, I'm a Parisian student and I'm looking for a room to rent. I'll stay in Perth from July 2018 to mid 2019. I'm very friendly and easy going ! I really want to get to know new people and fully enjoy the Australian way of life ;) I like heathy ways of life, discovering new things, socialising and partying ! I am a tidy person, and would prefer to live with others who are also mindful of cleanliness. Please feel free to message me with any questions! Thank you :)
Hey guys & gals, I'm Johnny for short, 23, very easy going and can get along with anyone! I like to be neat, tidy & organised and I clean up after myself, I don't mind getting together with flatmates for social chats or drinks but everyone needs their own space too :) I am looking for somewhere long term, contact me here if you're keen!
I am a 23 year old female seeking a room around Perth CBD. I work in West Perth as a full-time receptionist from 8.30 - 5.30, Monday to Friday. I am respectful of others privacy and like to keep everything clean and tidy. I like to keep active often and I enjoy sports as well as reading, music and socialising. I am fairly new to Perth so I would ideally like to flat with people around my age or 30+ so I can hopefully gain some new friends.
I’ll keep it short and simple to leave room for questions :) Best part about me is that I respect privacy but very social as well :) I’m an international student on a student visa studying aviation at ECU( finishing next year ) I’d love a housemate With almost if not same values as I do :) Feel free to ask any questions Thanks :)
Love keeping to myself as much as I do sharing a Board game, drink or conversation :) Love pet's. Dog person. Decent cook. Graphic Designer. Will share bathroom with 1 other for 150p/w. If I'm at home I'm probably trying to relax. Not a house party person. Very clean. Likes cooking.
Well, I'm a grown up and a normal person! A HR Manager by profession, I've shared with people around the world for many years before settling in Brisbane and making a home with my family at the time (partner and 2 boys), buying investment properties - the whole box & dice. Don't have any kids of my own but would like them one day. I'm clean and always tidy up after myself. Very respectful of other people's property and privacy. I like to keep in shape, don't smoke and rarely drink - quite boring really! Have been a bit of a gypsy the last 2 years, but I'm moving to WA to start a new, long-term career and wanting to find a quiet, clean place with outgoing and mature people. My plan is to rent / share for 6 - 12 months while I look for a place to buy. I have a group of friends in Perth already but looking to make new connections for sure.
I work as a disability support worker visiting people in their homes around the western suburbs. I'm friendly, creative, musical, honest, neat, healthy, and have respect for all walks and forms of life. I love mixing electronic music, PS4 and running. I have a strong belief that we are intimately connected within and without our universe.
My name's Ben, I'm 25 and I'm a geoscientist working full time in West Perth. Arrived in Perth a couple of months ago from Melbourne, loving it so far. My current place is fine but I would ideally like to maybe find a place that is potentially a little cheaper. I must give a month's notice for my current place, and if that works for you that'd be great! A little about me: I'm easy to get along with, pretty chilled, not looking for anywhere that parties too much, but also don't wanna live in a place where no one talks to one another and spends 99% of their time in their rooms. I am well house trained, been living in share houses for about 6+ years now. I clean up after myself, am respectful of other people's personal space and such. I'm Half Kiwi, Half british, so my accent is a little confusing to some. I'm a former ski instructor, avid SCUBA diver and part-time cyclist. I occasionally dabble in rebuilding old motorcycles and scooters if funds allow it! Message me back if you feel like I'd be a good fit in your share house! I'm free whenever for viewings during the evenings or on weekends. Bonus flat mate points: I can teach you to ski if you ever happen to need to learn how to ski. Can make pasta from scratch. Have a scooter and can pick up food we order in a flash! Haha. Cheers and looking forward to hearing from you soon. Ben
Hi there, I'm a relaxed 32 yr old Australian Male. I work in the Shipping industry and also recently graduated as a Science Teacher (dip - ed). I'm looking for a place to stay with some friendly, active and respectful peoples. I enjoy cooking, beaching, have an active social life and keeping fit. I play a little music (piano - through headphones) and spend alot of time out and about. Clean and tidy and financially sound. I work shift work at times, hence the want of a private bathroom if possible. I am considerate and do let me schedule intrude on others. Let me know if you have something suitable! Cheers, Andrew
I am a bubbly young professional and work as a teacher in Claremont. I live a busy life and enjoy going to the beach, travelling, hanging out with friends and cooking healthy meals. I have a Maltese/miniature poodle dog so I am looking for somewhere that is pet friendly. My ideal housemates would also be very clean and friendly.
Hey! My name's Lachlan, and I'm a 25yo professional on a six-month placement in Perth with the Commonwealth Government. I'm a big fan of pop music, cappuccinos, tennis, hiking, drinking red wine and watching horror movies. I know literally *nobody* in this city, and am looking for some chill, pretty social housemates who can show me around! I'm especially looking for housemates who are LGBTQI or LGBTQI-friendly.
I'm an academic working full-time. Early 30s, I teach film studies at one of the metro universities. Obviously I'm into films and that sort of thing :) I spend a fair amount of time teaching on campus but I also work from home writing & doing lesson plans (1-2 days a week, depending on how many classes per semester I teach). I'm quiet and neat, enjoy cooking and a nice wine on occasion. Non-smoker, and I like both cats and dogs. Would be great to have a housemate who enjoys a chat - I think it's nice when flatties can talk & socialise on occasion. ps. I'll take this ad down when I've found a place :)
I work 5 days a week from 7-5 and so will be out of the house a lot. But I’m clean and organised and won’t take up heaps of room. Just need a place north of the river so I’m closer to work. i play hockey on the weekends, live a pretty social life. But when im home i usually like to keep it pretty low-key and chilled
Hey I enjoy being around people so I'm easy to live with and super chill. My ideal housemate is quiet friendly, positive clean tidy respectful of privacy and boundaries like myself. I'm not shy nor too outgoing I'm just doing my thing and would like to live with someone who is always up for a cheeky joke or two here or there. - I don't drink smoke or party that much - I haven't got a car but do have a motorbike that would need to be in a secure parking complex. (It got almost stolen at my last house in joondalup). I'm a nutrition coach, guitar teacher, massage therapist...and looking more ways to keep busy! cheers! Andre
I am an American PhD student in Archaeology studying at the University of Western Australia. I am coming back to Perth after a 3 year stay in Germany to finish my PhD, so I will be working quite a lot during my stay. I'd prefer somewhere quiet but in a cool neighborhood where it is easy to get around as I will not have a car. I'm open to live with both men and women but please no crazy party houses. That being said, I do enjoy a beer or glass of wine while watching a movie or evening chat and I sometimes go out on the weekends but I prefer to have a clean and comfortable place to live. I enjoy cooking and wouldn't mind setting up a share-dinner thing, I also like gardening, yoga, movies, going to live music events, board games, wine-tasting, and meeting new people. I'm generally easy going and communicative with my flatmates. I don't need the house to be sparkling clean every day but I like to keep things tidy and maybe do a deeper clean on the weekends. At the end of the day, I would just like a nice, pleasant, friendly place to live with cool and drama-free people 😊 I should add that at some point my partner might come and stay with me for an extended period (ca. 1 month), since I will be away for ca. 6 months in Perth. We are happy to pay more rent if that is required. He is also an archaeologist and is from Norway. We are pretty similar (he prefers a clean place, semi-quiet but definitely not anti-social), I think your only issue might be that we're nerds and will talk about our joint profession a lot. That being said, if you want to learn more about archaeology, look no further!
Hi everybody 😁😁 I am Romy from Italy and I m looking for the sharehouse of my dreams. I work 50/60 hrs per week, so I don t spend much time at home but I need a quiet place for my resting hours. I prefer to share with no more than 2 tidy and clean ppl, and I am ok sharing the bathroom. Top consideration for the flatmates so I expect the same. References available. Although I am a really easy going person, I can't live without civility and good manners. I work in hospitality and I have my food at work so I won't mess up the kitchen 😆 No smoker but smokers friendly. In my spare time I like to go out with friends, and I generally meet my flatmates more out than in 😀 but I don t have parties at home. I also have a moped that can't be left off street, so a garage or a locked gate will be required. Thanx for reading 😎😎😎 Please don't contact me if you don't have space for a moped or if the suburb is not on the list.
22 year old student working part time in West Perth. I’m easy going, clean and tidy, friendly and don’t mind a cheeky wine on a Friday. Looking for a room in an existing sharehouse or even open to teaming up and starting a new one :)
Hey, I'm Nick. I'm from Brazil, but I've lived here most of my life. I work as an exploration geologist, and I'm looking to move closer to my office in North Fremantle. I work away quite often, generally between two - three weeks, but I don't have a set roster. When I'm back in Perth, I spend most of my time in the office, but in my free time I love to keep fit, surf and enjoy a drink. Coffee, too.
Hi I’m Emily, I love travelling and discovering new things. Super chillled. Happy to chat over a wine and also be by myself. When not working on my business I love yoga and being out eating and drinking w friends. Let’s chat!
