I'm Danielle or Dee for short. I'm a paediatric nurse from the UK, here on a working holiday visa, looking for short term stay in Perth from around 13th Nov for about 4 weeks. I am friendly, fun, easy going.
Hey guys! Im 26 yo, Thailand, moving in Perth for staying up to 6 months (or maybe more). I am easy talking and respectful person, and also like to keep spaces in tidy and cleaness. ((:
Hi We are looking for a new housemate to share our contemporary home. We are friends only, both social and enjoy quiet times too. We are offering the double bedroom as unfurnished and it has a wall to wall 3 door built in wardrobe. Our place is opposite Lake Monger, close to bus routes, train, supermarkets, cafes and gyms, Unlimited wifi is available. Room is $240 per week, and bond is $600. We look forward to meeting you soon! Cheers Sharon
Location House is in a very quiet safe street. Boasting: 5min walk to Leederville Station. 5min walk to 24hr gym - Snap Fitness 10min walk into Leederville cafe's and shops, Lake Mogumber, Coles, and 24hr IGA. 10min drive to City Beach (20mins by Bus) 15min walk to West Perth (Watertown) Northbridge, City and all the nightlife all very close either by 20min walk, $10 Uber or 15min by train (door to door). Easy access to both train lines going North or South and/or Fremantle. The House House has everything you need, including all the kitchen and cooking needs, laundry etc... NB - the oven is brand new and the gap in the shelving will soon be fixed. The bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower. The toilet and laundry is separate again (no need to wait for someone to finish washing if you need the toilet). The lounge has American Netflix, attached hard drive (all your usual downloads), YouTube and also PS4 connected (PS4 only really gets played when someone is home alone). Lounge also has air-con. Street parking is available (with parking permit) or if available out the back in covered car port. The Bedroom Decent double bed size that gets ample sunlight. The room currently comes furnished with double bed, double wardrobe and high chest of drawers. NB - this rental is through a real estate. Unfortunately our beloved housemate has to move back East due to being made redundant. Therefore whoever moves in would have to take over what is remaining on the current lease - which is appx 7 months. Both myself and Keith (current housemates) are on the lease and intend to stay its full term with no intention to move on. Rules Rent to be paid via bank transfer. Bills to be paid shortly after their arrival (not expensive - can discuss during visit). Shared purchase of amenities such as : toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, washing rags etc. (discussed during visit).
I'm a relaxed person, respectful, clean up after myself, enjoy socialising with new people and enjoy cooking for others. I'm 26 male from Scotland, moved to Perth on a working holiday with the view of staying here long term. I worked as an autism support worker in Scotland so hoping to get a job along those lines.
Hey I'm easy going, social, clean, work full time in West Perth. Preferably I'd like to live with people who are open to a chat of an evening/when available and not just an extra body in the house. Obviously I'm also respectful of people's privacy and do like my own quiet time as well. I'm certainly not a party person but I do enjoy a good glass of wine or a Matsos ginger beer. I like to cook/bake and my key passion in life is travel. I recently got back from living and working in the Oz Embassy in Bangkok. I'm looking to live in a place long term but would consider at least 4 months for the time being if the place was right. If your place is not in one of my preferred suburbs then please do not message me!! :)
I am easy going, respectful, tidy, but also social and enjoy a glass or two of wine and a good laugh occasionally after work or the wknd. I'm creative and like to keep active. I'm looking for an easy going flat mate who is like minded. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I am a very quiet, clean and organized person. I like a good chat and make friends. Bqq weekend also like. I love pets and nature. I'm English student and seek companions to split apartment that can help me learn and have a more friendly atmosphere with English. I'm not going to many parties. I lead a more healthy lifestyle and love to the gym, yoga, and meditation. I'm smoker but I'm trying to stop.
I work full-time in an executive position, am considerate, friendly, respectful, clean and tidy. I also have a small dog (less than 5kg) Tilly. I'm looking to find a nice clean place in West Perth (nearer to Colin St). Prefer fully furnished. A courtyard would be a bonus but not essential.
My house mate has moved back to his home Cambodia before moving to Sydney - after studying and working in Perth . The room is free to move in on Sunday the 23rd of October. It's a great complex off a pretty quiet street and very central. It's Close to West Perth, West Leederville, Leederville and City West train stations and a couple kilometres walking distance to the CBD. Coles and IGA are both located within walking distance and there are several coffee shops on railway road, as well as open spaces and parks. Lease has been running consistently for 2+ years and there is currently a queen bed in the room if required and has a built in robe. I'm a working professional in my twenties and this place would suit a working professional or student who likes to be close to the City, UWA, Kaplan and transport. There are parking spaces available, electricity is pretty cheap and there is internet There is A/C , a balcony and common garden/courtyard area if you would like any more details or pictures let me know Thanks, Ben
I'm a full time filmmaker who works like a mad man but always down to have a chat and a drink when I get home :) My life is full of Mexican food, movies and Elton John. I'd love to start a veggie garden but I cannot guarantee it won't die a sad death...
I'm a clean, organised, low-key person interested in a teamup (the two of us find a house together) with a female non-smoker. I work full-time in East Perth as a Marketing and Administrative Assistant. It's a salaried position and I am very good at managing money so there is no risk of late bill payments from me. I work 8-5, Monday to Friday so someone on a similar schedule would be ideal, but is not essential. Besides perhaps the occasional birthday, halloween or new year's eve, I won't be throwing any massive house parties. If I do have people over for drinks it'll be on the weekend, you'd be more than welcome to join us or keep to yourself and I'll always run it by you first to make sure it doesn't interfere with your schedule. I'm currently looking for a share house to rent in/near City of Vincent. I love furniture shopping so would prefer somewhere unfurnished. I don't have much furniture that I'll be bringing other than a shelving unit which houses my books, record player, TV and PS4 (with Stan and Netflix). I'd happily add any of that stuff to a lounge room to share if need be. I have a small dog, a 9 year old Poodle x Maltese. He's an inside dog but because of his breeding he doesn't shed. He'll bark when you get home or when he meets new people but once he gets to know you he's very friendly. (Perhaps a little too friendly, he loves cuddling up to people). I love music festivals, standup, travel, film, museums and the Arts in general. If there is anything else you would like to know about me, just let me know.
27 year looking for an afforable place reasonably close to the city as i am renting out my own place as an investment. Work full time as a pharmacist, am clean and like to socialize however like to have my alone time! Like minded people looking for a roomie, hit me up ! (Ive got barely any photos of just me; im the blonde :) )
I'm a 20yr old part-time Gov worker making my way through a biomed degree. Looking to stay in Perth for at least the next 3 years so would prefer somewhere permanent. Pretty quiet during the week (always happy to hang a few beers after work though!) and love going out on the weekend. Happy to live with anyone, you may have to put up with me learning the violin though!
Fully furnished double room in the heart of West Leederville! * 10 min walk to Leederville, IGA and Leederville train station. * 10 min walk to Coles, Post Office and West Leederville train station. * 2 min walk to Lake Monger. * 20 min walk to Subiaco. * 10 min walk to Snap gym and F45 training. * 5 min driving (or catching the train) to the city. * Super safe residential area and friendly neighbourhood. The room is: * Fully furnished * Double bed * Outside area and a barbecue for summer * Unlimited internet * Parking permit * Exercise area * Air conditioning and heater We are two laid back people (not a couple!) who like to look after the house and have a meal and a drink together. Not the type of house where people are expected to live in their rooms. This is our home and it feels like so. =) We are looking for a mature student or professional who is friendly, sociable, clean, easy going and considerate. Bills come roughly every three months and are split between everyone. Internet included. YOU MUST TO LOVE DOGS! WE DO NOT TAKE COUPLES! Thanks, Ariadne
My name is Amy, I'm 29 and have finished studying (yay!) and am now working full time in the science field. I have 10+ years experience of sharehousing, which makes me a super respectful and considerate person (happy to give references). :) I am past the partying days and much prefer to 'Netflix and chill' - in the literal sense. I have an amazing cat, Mr Chicken, who is part of the package. He's awesome and always becomes the main attraction of any house we live in. He's 10 years old and has been an only cat most of his life, so out of consideration I hope to keep him as an only child - they become creatures of habit and I don't want to stress him out by changing things up too much. I'm looking for something long term, currently living in West Leederville and am loving this area. I also love North Perth, Leederville, Mount Lawley, Mount Hawthorn and surrounds. Send me a message if you think your place will suit or I'm down with getting a new place together, and we can meet up and go from there! :) Thanks for taking the time to read this, Amy
My lease in a beautiful big house in Subiaco has just finished so I'm on the hunt to find a new place to live. I'm an easy going, active person who likes to get out and about but also loves a quiet weekend in. Looking for one or two other females preferably, happy to team up and find something nice within budget. Contact me if your interested! Maddie.
Hey I'm a journalist looking for a new place close to work in Subiaco. I work full-time, but in my spare time I enjoy going out with friends, finding new places to eat, cooking and reading. I'm easy going and have lived in share houses before.
The house is an old weatherboard ex-bakery, so has plenty of character. Each room has a fireplace and both the kitchen and bathroom are of fairly large. Your room is 3.6 x 3.8 m. The house is in an excellent location, only a block away from Coles and a gym and walking distance from both west Leederville and Leederville train station.
Looking for a place to move into in the next couple of weeks, I'm in no rush. I'm currently working full time but will be changing to part time later in the year to then study part time next year. Tall guy, gay, personable, with a whacked sense of humour sometimes :/ Love to go out as much as I love to stay in and have a quiet night...early nights and early mornings :) Swimmer, golfer, and causal Tennis Player :) Love music, it's my life! Clean freak and very house proud.
Hi, I'm a really easy going, laid back person. I work full-time in Subiaco in the digital marketing industry, so would preferably like to live in Subi or it's neighbouring suburbs :) During the week I lay low, you'll rarely see me. I'm usually up and out of the door before the sun is up to squeeze in a workout before work. In the evenings I'm usually in bed reading by about 8pm (nana life haha). On the weekends I love to check out new restaurants and bars and catch up with friends. I'm always down for an adventure and am also a great cook, I can guarantee you runny poached eggs every time :) Would love to live with someone/some people that are similar to me, in that that work full time and enjoy a quieter week but enjoy relaxing, hanging out on the weekends, chatting over a glass of wine or two.
Hello people I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake, though I prefer to live Nth close to the beach and good public transport, hence the suburbs listed. I have to drive to work anyway, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so a parking spot will be required. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music and going to gigs and festivals. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Cheers Dave
I'm from the country town of Geraldton. I am doing my gap year at the moment so I can earn enough to get financial support to help me in uni. I am neat, responsible, mature and reliable. Although I'm young, I think that I am just as capable of being a great roommate as someone 6 months older (18) than me. I have my pup, Gus, he is an absolute gem, he is very social with both people and pets, he hasn't got a mean bone in his body; he's also house trained. Would prefer a house with another pet as he is a social butterfly
Fun, sociable, well-intentioned, well-behaved, driven, clean and tidy health professional girl looking forward to move in with like-minded people. Enjoy hiking, trekking, going to the beach, road trip, travelling etc. anything nature-related, dining out, Friday night happy hours etc. also up for philosophical, current affairs discussion etc. if you like. Generally a well balanced outdoorsy and homebody person. Non smoker and not a party person (doesn't mean I am opposed to party). Like to keep to myself most of the time but Would also appreciate the chance to get to know my future roommates and socialise at times. Love cute pets as well! In short, I am looking for a nice place that can be called home.
Creative, Easy to get along with. Working Fashion Retail. Gym and Eat healthy still enjoy going to events when i have time. Looking for somewhere close to the city and easy public transport + WiFi. Message me if your interested :)
Super easy going. Never a dull moment. Work life (PR, marketing, events & graphic design) is pretty hectic so looking to move city side pronto and free up some time without the dreaded commute every day ! On the flip side, my personal life can be everything from totally chockers to super chill : into all kinds of activities (yoga, camping, touch rugby, squash...), over the "party phase" but love attending events/gigs and trying all the best drinks & noms. Anything else...just ask...
I'm a generally nice guy I'd like to think . I'm pretty friendly I think and i'm very clean and tidy about the house. I'm hardly in Perth, I'm an engineer on a mine near Geraldton and work a week on, week off. Usually on my week off I head abroad. I basically need a bedroom where I can store my collection of records and turntables (don't worry I'm not going to be having raves in the house 😂 I will barely be there). Not really sure what else to put. Originally from the north of England, been in Australia 5 years
Hey! My friend Hannah and I are looking to start a share house. We are two 22 year old girls (friends from high school) and are fun, respectable and would love to meet new like-minded friends. I recently started a PhD in cancer research at UWA and work part time as a piano teacher plus am a casual lifeguard. Hannah has a degree in communications however is currently working full time at a cafe to take a bit of a break! We love to go out as much as we love to have a quiet night in. We would love to live somewhere close to leedy/subi/the city and have a budget of $200/week each ($400 together). We don't have gender preference, but we would prefer someone around our age. If this sounds like you - feel free to message :)
Easy going couple look to move in to a bigger place then the current studio suite we are in. I am from Victoria and Danielle grew up in Canada. Both love our sport, Danielle playing a little more and Lexi watching but pretty active. Like to stay active and fairly social, without overboard partying. Looking for someone laid back and friendly to share a place with.
Hi :) I am Ála (Alena) , I am a physiotherapist from the Czech Republic. I study a language school in Perth and have a part-time job. I am looking for single room. I 'm clean, tidy , I love sport and fun. I like to meet new people :)
I'm looking for a nice relaxing, but social space to share. I like cooking dinner for friends once a week, or going out for a bite. I also like to tinker on my toys, so a man cave is important! :) Otherwise I spend my time on adventures e.g. chasing waves and mountain biking. I have been in Perth nearly 2 years, currently living in North Beach, I work in West Leederville during the week and I haven't owned a TV since 2008 :)
