Hi there, I am a 36 year old positive and relaxed woman who simply enjoys life! I am open-minded, optimistic and rather unconventional. I am a single mum of an 8 year old superboy! After catching up for my A-level a few years ago, I started studying Psychology. I am now a Master student of Organisational Psychology, researching in the field of Applied Positive Psychology. I like all kinds of outdoor activities, but also relax with a glass of wine and a good book/film. I love tasting all kinds of food. I am currenly searching for a room for my son and me for the first weeks when we arrive in Perth, Western Australia. I will spend one year there to finish my studies at the UWA. We'd like to live in a share house with local people the first time, to get connected and used to talk English (especially my son). I cannot confirm lease for 6 months by now, because we do not know which school my son will attend. Later, we are also interested in longstay-teamups to share a house for the full year if chemistry fits :-) Best, Ilka (with Noel)

In November I will arrive with my girlfriend for an interchange at Language Links School for a period of 7 months. We are searching for a home that we can call our own. A cozy place, do you understand? =D We are a cool brazilian couple. I'm 26 and she's 29. I'm an mechanic engineer and she's a journalist. We are friendly, socially and clean. We like to cook, make a new friends and drink a some beers while we discuss about the universe secrets.
Hello! I am a 23 year old girl from Perth, working full time. I'm friendly and easygoing, but also like my own space. I am neat and tidy, and a reasonable sort of person. Easy to live with. When not working, I read, go dancing, go to the beach or catch up with friends :)
I am looking for an unfurnished room in a place close to the city, but North of the river. Ideally, I want to live with likeminded flatmates around my age whose idea of fun involves couch + wine with cheese + food + friends, or sometimes a night out (ending with chips and gravy). I work full time in a professional role, I am easy going and clearly, I like wine and cheese. Can I cook? Not really, but I am often out or working late but if all else fails, I will happily offer you Uber eats when I order. I am quite a social person, I enjoy heading out for dinner and drinks, exercising and doing things with friends etc., so ideally I would like to be in quite an open + relaxed house, but not a messy one... Cheers
Moving to Perth from Townsville and would love to find a place by mid March. I have a part time job for a social justice organisation and will be studying political science at UWA :) wine and cheese nights are good nights
Hi! I'm wanting to find a house with one other female house mate. Preferably with my own bathroom and car space. I keep to myself mostly, but enjoy the occasional hang out/wine with my house mate. I enjoy getting out and about on weekends. I'm not looking for a party house just a nice quiet place to return home to after work. I look forward to meeting you.
I am a Psychology and Languages student at the University of Western Australia, who works in a cafe as a barista. I’m fresh back in Perth after spending a semester abroad in Freiburg (southern Germany), and thus am in need of a room (from August 15th or later)! I have loads of experience living in share houses having lived in one in North Perth from 2012-2015 and then two others in West Perth since then. As a housemate I like to have a nice rapport and socialise over a cup of tea or a glass of wine, but also keep to myself when I have a big essay to write for uni or an exhausting day at work. I think it’s really important to have open communication in the house, with as little drama as possible and keep a positive energy amongst each other. I like to keep my spaces tidy, and I love to get together to cook food every now and then if that’s something you’d be interested in! I am currently looking to rent for four months only. Currently I plan to move to the Netherlands before New Years Eve because my boyfriend lives there- so until late December would suit, however there is a possibility that I might stay longer (by a month or so), and I am happy to cover costs until someone moves in/move out earlier. Looking forward to hearing from you! :)
I'm a super friendly, easygoing, neat and tidy full-time medical student/part-time barista looking for a place to stay long-term (until I graduate). Most days, I'll be hidden away studying quietly, at work, at uni, or at my boyfriend's place - a.k.a. you'll have the place to yourself and will hardly notice I'm there! Having said that, I always make time for housework, and I definitely enjoy a break from work for socialising when I can (10/10 keen for someone to have wine/laughs/banter with). Die hard dog lover, fabulous sense of humour, track record of paying rent and bills on time every time, open-minded and super easy to live with. :-)
Hi guys, Looking for a room to rent in the Cottesloe, Leederville, west Leederville regions. I'm working in Fremantle, with a bit of shift work. Hoping for a quietish respectful place. I keep a busy social life, out most weekends and catching up with people during the week. Love to cook. I play some music also so have a digital piano and guitars which I'd need to fit somewhere. Also studying the Dip-Ed at ECU so will be quite busy for most of this year! Hit me up if you have something suitable available! Cheers, Andy
Hi There! I am looking for a new house mate to come and join me in a beautiful character house just a minute walk away from lake monger. The house is a newly renovated 2x1, features polished wooden floor boards, fire place, high ceilings, reverse cycle air con, big back yard & decking area. You would be sharing with myself, a 29 year old female professional and one awesome well trained, chilled out 5 year old Golden Retriever named Hamish. I am down to earth, enjoy a good laugh and am very considerate. My ideal house mate would be someone who I could have a bit of banter with, male/female between 28-35 y/old, easy going & loves dogs (well at least loves Hamish!) The room is $230 p/week plus bills. I would love to hear from you if you are interested. Toni :)
My name is Haz, short for Hazem, and I'm officially a retired student (I just finished my masters in architecture from UWA). I'm currently on the hunt for a job as an architect, and I live in the city in a beautiful apartment on Wellington street. I grew up in Jordan, and finished my Bachelors degree in England. I lived in a shared apartment for 2 years in the UK, and after coming to Perth, I lived in St. Catherine's college at UWA for a year and a half (an incredibly vibrant community of 400 people living together). I decided to try out living on my own in the city, and have been doing so for 8 months. I love it, but it's time to try something new. I'm quite sociable and enjoy spending time with my friends, I'm also very active and exercise about 5 times a week (I also do calisthenics, gymnastics, parkour, and others at an incredible gym called Movement Co. would be awesome to go with future housemates too!). I read everyday, so i'll come with a great selection of books and book recommendations! I would consider myself very clean and tidy, so I hope that's a plus. I'm really looking forward to hopefully finding great housemate(s) to chill with. I also love movies and TV shows (I do consider myself somewhat of a TV connoisseur), I think that should convince you that I'd be a great addition to your home! Thanks, I should probably add this description to my CV / Tinder profile.
This is a beautiful relaxed place close to absolutely everything you could need. Some of the best cafes in Perth, everything within walking distance, you almost don't need a car!! There's 4 major shopping hubs including the city close by. Two gyms and the beach and Lake Monger are minutes away. The best Irish pub in Perth on the corner of the street! West Leederville train station 2 minute walk. This situation would suit a mature female professional but I will consider all applicants. You must love dogs (yours would be welcome if it got on well with mine). There is occasionally a second dog on the property as I'm a dogsitter/walker. I'm a mature but young at heart small business owner and part time music industry professional. I work really hard, so home is for quiet time not party time. I have my own living space at the front of the house. So you have your own lounge and TV area. There's only one bathroom but it's never been an issue. Im looking for an easy going, 'borderline OCD in the kitchen and bathroom' housemate. The house is already furnished so not looking for any more stuff but you are welcome to store anything in the back shed and fill your room with anything you like. It's currently fully furnished but it can be removed if you would like your own stuff. Great open plan kitchen living space with doors to back deck and BBQ area. Off street parking available plus permit on street. FIFOs welcome (depending on roster, bills will also be included in rent). I don't even mind airport runs if pre-arranged. I know the life well, I did it for 6 years; those early morning flights are killer. Short term applicants also not a problem. I've helped loads of people relocate for work. So if you need a safe place to land while you find your feet in Perth, I'm happy to help you. This place WONT suit you if: you are annoyed easily by a dog watching you while you eat or if you Like to party for two days on the weekend. The room is free now. We look forward to meeting you. Sim & Boo
Hey y'all ! I'm 22 and I work at restaurant. I am easy going, tidy, friendly and decent. I used to be a bartender in my country so I am good at making drinks lol. Like outdoors, traveling, and drinking. I keep my area neat and tidy.
Hello everyone! My name is Sara. I'm 27 years old and I'm half Italian and half Spanish. I'm looking for a long term accommodation as I'll be studying in Perth for 1 and half year at least. I'm studying early childhood at Leederville and for this reason I'd like to find a place as close as possible to TAFE. I'm a quiet person and during my free time I practice lot of sport. I hope to hear from you :) Sara
My name is Jess, 24 yrs old currently studying full time at UWA. I am looking for a place close to uni in the preferred suburbs. I am at uni from 9-5 most days and additionally a support worker. I am always keen for an afternoon beer and catch up on everyone's days! I like painting and catching up with friends. I am really friendly and happy person who enjoys a comfy and clean home.
Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december. So im still semi-new to perth and what there is to do! Im a very fit and active person, yet I too have my lazy days where you'll find me in my bedroom watching a movie and ordering a pizza. If you like the movie choice I'll be happy to share my pizza! I train at the gym 6 days a week and work in sales in belmont, I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person? Or maybe I just like to make sure that everyone on a specific day gets in and cleans the whole place and then we can enjoy a nice meal out somewhere I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. As well as a furnished room due to only moving here with my suitcases - However I have started looking at bedroom furniture (it would be about time to get my own things over here) I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane in December i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around
Hey guys, i'm a mechanical engineer studying my masters at UWA. I also work part-time from anywhere with an internet connection as well as occasionally driving for Uber. I'm easy going, clean, responsible and friendly. Happy to help out around the house and with any tech problems. Have sharehoused since i was 19 so know the drill with cleaning and am happy to share meals etc if thats the go. Smoking doesn't bother me aslong as its outside only. A house with secure external doors is a must as I have two fur babies that can't go outside (2 cats, 3yrs old, one thinks he's a dog so be prepared for licks and demands for pats). Enjoy hitting the gym, beach, and anything outdoorsy. Enjoy most types of music, always open to new things and a cold beverage! Less relatable/energetic hobbies would be finance (stock and futures trading) and the occasional computer game. Need to find a place by the 19th aug or or not long after.
Very domesticated and tidy, easy to get a long with and handy in various trades. I love food, music and art! I can cook just about anything (owned a restaurant). Most importantly I maintain myself in a positive nature 🙂
