Large and spacious living areas and a large kitchen area. The house is directly across the road from a Post office as well as a stones throw away from Coles and Snap Fitness and right next door to the place is a GP clinic. Its only a couple of minutes walk from West Leederville Train Station (2 stops away from the city) and many neighbourhood bars and restaurants. Leederville is also only a 10 minute walk away for more of a variety with food. Perth City is a 45minute walk away and 10-15min drive from City beach. The only thing that needs paying in terms of amenities is the electricity bill. Other than that, every thing else is included in rental price (including internet). There is one bathroom in the house, though there is an extra toilet out the back, in the laundry. The rooms each come with a carpark, either around the back of the house or on-street parking with permit. We're gutted to be looking for new housemates although our current housemates lease has expired and they wish to find a property with cheaper rent.
A little bit about me, i am Richard i am 34 originally dutch and been in Perth for almost 4 years now. I work full time in IT I am into Kitesurfing, surfing, Diving and Travel. I own and ride a motorbike and i prefer to place it in a garage, my only actual need in a home. The car i can park anywhere, don't really care where to be honest I absolutely love pets, dogs over humans but with renting a house and working full-time solely having a dog is not fair to him or her, so currently holding off on that trip to the rescue. I do love my quite week nights, most of the times u wont even know that i am home unless there is something social going on. I do invite some friends over from time to time for a small barbie gathering but no large parties. (don't mind if anybody else does, but that is not me i don't even celebrate my birthday unless is a big one)
I am easy going, clean and am rarely home! I am socialable on weekends with my friends but would love to get to know my house mate also! I am respectful and always maintain a clean living space. I enjoy a glass of wine and am a keen cook! I run my own business so I am pretty busy but am looking forward to making a new friend in my house-mate whilst also respecting their personal space.
Hi:), I’m Jacob a student studying weekdays and work on weekends. Some say I'm fun to hung on with.I love tennis and football. I’m a very quiet and easy going person mostly keeping it to myself. Looking forward to hear from you. Jacob:)
I'm a reliable, trustworthy and considerate flatmate. Very easygoing. I have been sharing on and off for a few years and understand each others need for space, privacy and co-operation. Looking for somewhere secure with a relaxed vibe.
Hi everyone! I’m a young(ish) professional working full time in Perth. I’m a pretty laid-back and open-minded sort of person who loves travelling, doing new things, and meeting new people. I’d say I’m somewhere inbetween an introvert and an extrovert - in case you were wondering. I try to keep as active as I can through cycling, running, sports etc. and I love good food! I’m better at eating it than I am at cooking it, but it won’t stop me from preparing the odd meal for my housemates. Since GoT ended I’ve been on the hunt for good shows to fill that void in my life. I’d say I’m a bit of a movie buff but I also enjoy board games, certain video games, soccer, beach life and coffee. As a housemate I’m pretty neat and tidy as I like coming home to a welcoming space. Not much of a party-goer these days but I do enjoy Friday after work drinks or a few drinks at home. I’m a friendly person and will listen to all your problems but I’m also pretty independent so I will respect your space if need be. Basically I’m a very low maintenance and considerate house mate! I’m looking for a relaxed, honest and stable household where we can all live happily ever after - well for 6-12 months :) Anyway if you reckon I’d be a good fit at your place or you’d like to team up and find a place together then hit me up for a coffee or a beer!
Hey, I am Anirudh Bhambri, M 25, from India, studying at UWA pursuing Masters of architecture and work part time. Currently living in Swanbourne and will be moving out on 23/09/2019 (flexible). About me, well I'm a sporting enthusiast, fitness freak who loves outdoor and activities and easy going. Prefer something close to UWA. Looking for a team up or a sharehouse :) Thanks Anirudh
Hi :) I'm Inès, 26, from France. Yes I can speak English, not all French people are bad at languages :p I do carry my French accent with me though =D I'm freshly arrived in Perth, with a working visa for 2 years and a contract in a private company. At work I'm dealing with projects / finance / contracts / teams. At home I like cooking and listening to music. I'm looking for roomates who like to share a meal, chat, maybe go out together (a drink, a dinner, a movie, weekend tourism, swing/salsa dancing ...). I've lived with roomates before. A little schedule for organizing the cleaning of the house can be useful ^^ I clean after myself and I'm and rather organized. I'd prefer a house without pets but I'm flexible. I'm just not comfortable with dogs. To finish I'm a positive, open-minded and kind person. I'm looking for nice, open-minded and respectful people :) Oh and I can also speak German and a little bit of Spanish. Australian or foreigners housemates wanted :) Hope to meet you soon :) Cheers
Work Monday-Friday as a community support worker & teach yoga. Huge foodie, love cooking up a storm on the weekend for the week. Enjoy being out and about being active (doing yoga, going to the gym). Getting myself down to the beach whenever I can.
I like to think of myself as a really friendly, outgoing person that’s easy to get along with. I’m quite tidy and like to keep things looking clean. I’m always up for a chat but also enjoy my private time which I think is easy to relate to.
We are a relaxed and easy-going couple from Bavaria, Germany. We moved to South Fremantle in January 2018, because I, Manuel, am doing my PhD at Murdoch University in the field of Geology/Geochemistry. Now we have to leave our beautiful share house as the owners are planning to move in on October 1st and we look for an accommodation for the two of us in either the Freo area or Leederville area. Other areas, which are close to public transport will also be considered. Sophia currently works in Marketing and Web Design for the Evie Grace Foundation. The NGO is working towards eradicating child trafficking in Kenya by providing education, food and a safe home for street children in Kenya. We are both experienced in living in shared accommodations at various places and always keep everything clean and tidy and love to chat or do outdoor activities (basketball, hiking, city trips, etc) with our roomies and friends. We are looking for any type of accommodation that should have a proper garden. We have three chickens which we want to bring with us to a new place. They don't need much space in the garden - just a few sqm and we built a portable coop for them. We know that's a lot to ask for but would be willing to pay up to $300 for the right spot. Ideal would be a shared house with a decently sized room and ensuite but would also consider other options. Please let us know if you have the right spot for us. Thank you! Cheers, Sophia and Manuel
