Mature & respectful guy currently living in Mandurah , started a new job on June 11th in ‘Perth’ ,looking to move closer at the right time. Here’s a bit about me and some of the things I would be like as a housemate : It’s likely on weekdays I will need to use my blender as early as 6-6:30am , of course I use it for the shortest time possible to save power & reduce noise, if you are a light sleeper like me and this noise would disturb your morning then we probably would find that hard to overcome. I know how to clean throughly & am also not afraid to pay for a particular job to be done by someone with real skill , such as oven detailing. You can expect me to ask how you are , respect your privacy , Do clothes wash on a Saturday morning. I’m a non-smoker & am after a quiet household but not afraid to play music or have a relative over for dinner on a weekend from time to time. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Im a quiet individual that usually keeps to herself but will come and have a chat and hang out every now and again. Im clean, tidy and organised and I like to cook. I'll be studying full time in Northbridge and am currently looking for work outside tafe hours. I’d prefer a location close to the train line or public transport as I’m in the process of getting my learners and rely on public transport. I like to play video games and go out to gigs in my spare time. My partying days are over so I usually like to take it easy and am very laid back. I respect privacy and boundaries and wouldn't like to make anyone feel uncomfortable.
I currently work full time and live in an apartment by myself. I am looking for another person who is interested in teaming up to find a new place for us to move into. I do have a dog (a mini dachshund) who I love to bits and will also be a roomie :) As I work full time I enjoy quiet and laid back week nights. I like watching shows on Netflix with a glass of wine and a couple of snackaroos. I love to socialise but am not a big partier. I also enjoy some time to myself so I am looking for someone who is similar to me in that sense. On the weekends I enjoy taking my dog for walks, going to breakfast or out for drinks with my friends, going to the movies and also just relaxing at home. I am also a very clean person.
Hey I'm Andre, ideally I'd be living with under 40s though if you're a chill person no dramas ;) . I enjoy being around people so I'm easy to live with and super chill. My ideal housemate is quiet friendly, positive clean tidy respectful of privacy and boundaries like myself. I'm not shy nor too outgoing I'm just doing my thing and would like to live with someone who is always up for a chat on weekends or whenever. - I don't drink smoke or party that much - I haven't got a car but do have a motorbike that would need to be in a secure parking complex. (It got almost stolen at my last house in joondalup). Working as a personal trainer and masseur - possibly will start teaching guitar again but for now all about the fitness. cheers! Andre
Looking for a chill, organised, hygenic household. Interests: I'm putting most of my time and effort into completing my studies to be a certified Make-Up Artist. I hope next year to get into University to study fashion, too. Collaborating the two seems like the best option. As for hobbies I switch between different arts, such as, creative writing, sketching, lyric writing, make-up (although that's more or less like work now so haha) and fashion design. I enjoy; cardio/working-out, coffee (cheap pre-workout, if you really heap it), comedy movies, art festivals, my herbal teas and music. Perks: I live by a budget and a schedule. (Let's discuss yours and mine so they don't clash.) I love my privacy, so, I don't hover but I've been told I'm bubbly and friendly by previous house-mates. Requirements; -WiFi. -Aircon. -Fridge. -Toaster. -Stove. -Laundry facility. -Vaccum/broom. -Bed (would be nice but can buy my own haha) -Somewhere to put my clothes away. (Preferably bills included) Quitting cigarettes and I don’t do drugs but am not judgemental toward people who do. Income: Centrelink.

Happy go lucky, easy going Looking for a new place to live for a change of scene, flexible on move date. Love travelling, team sports, board games, reading, films, dogs and have an on-again, off-again affair with the gym. Work as a hospital pharmacist. Respectful of others and their space, I diligently clean up after myself and I enjoy cooking for myself and others; but prefer baking. Wanting to meet people who are semi-professionals who want to relax and catch up after work, explore the city and surrounds some nights, or just laze about and chat. Keen to get out for some walks in the national parks surrounding Perth with the weather being cooler. Happy to live with animals
Originally from Adelaide. Will move to Perth in Mid-August working full-time as a radiation therapist at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital. Friendly and outgoing person. Looking for a room to stay for a minimum of 6 months with the potential of contract extension. As I work full time, I enjoy quiet and laid back week nights watching tv and netflix. I love to socialise but am not a big partier. I also like to have my own time, and hoping to find someone with familiar sense. Will willing to contribute to cleaning the house as well as my own room.
I am a 23 year old female seeking a room around Perth CBD. I work in West Perth as a full-time receptionist from 8.30 - 5.30, Monday to Friday. I am respectful of others privacy and like to keep everything clean and tidy. I like to keep active often and I enjoy sports as well as reading, music and socialising. I am fairly new to Perth so I would ideally like to flat with people around my age or 30+ so I can hopefully gain some new friends.
I have a good sense of humour, am easygoing and tolerant. I own an indoor beach volleyball centre in Osborne Pk and have a post grad in tax law. I have worked for the United Nations in Timor and have led a pretty reasonable life. Things have become less than perfect in recent times for me, but I have a positive outlook, like to meet new people and look forward to new challenges.
My name's Ben, I'm 25 and I'm a geoscientist working full time in West Perth. Arrived in Perth a couple of months ago from Melbourne, loving it so far. My current place is fine but I would ideally like to maybe find a place that is potentially a little cheaper. I must give a month's notice for my current place, and if that works for you that'd be great! A little about me: I'm easy to get along with, pretty chilled, not looking for anywhere that parties too much, but also don't wanna live in a place where no one talks to one another and spends 99% of their time in their rooms. I am well house trained, been living in share houses for about 6+ years now. I clean up after myself, am respectful of other people's personal space and such. I'm Half Kiwi, Half british, so my accent is a little confusing to some. I'm a former ski instructor, avid SCUBA diver and part-time cyclist. I occasionally dabble in rebuilding old motorcycles and scooters if funds allow it! Message me back if you feel like I'd be a good fit in your share house! I'm free whenever for viewings during the evenings or on weekends. Bonus flat mate points: I can teach you to ski if you ever happen to need to learn how to ski. Can make pasta from scratch. Have a scooter and can pick up food we order in a flash! Haha. Cheers and looking forward to hearing from you soon. Ben
I am an American PhD student in Archaeology studying at the University of Western Australia. I am coming back to Perth after a 2 year stay in Germany to finish my PhD, so I will be working quite a lot during my stay. I'd prefer somewhere quiet but in a nice neighborhood where it is easy to get around as I will not have a car. I'm open to live with both men and women but please no crazy party houses. That being said, I do enjoy a beer or glass of wine while watching a movie or evening chat and I sometimes go out on the weekends but I prefer to have a clean and comfortable place to live. I enjoy cooking and wouldn't mind setting up a share-dinner thing, I also like gardening, yoga, movies, going to live music events, board games, wine-tasting, and meeting new people. I'm generally easy going and communicative with my flatmates. I don't need the house to be sparkling clean every day but I like to keep things tidy and maybe do a deeper clean on the weekends. At the end of the day, I would just like a nice, please, friendly place to live with nice drama-free people. I should add that at some point my partner might come and stay with me for an extended period (ca. 1 month), since I will be away for ca. 6 months in Perth. We are happy to pay more rent if that is required. He is also an archaeologist and is from Norway. We are pretty similar (he prefers a clean place, semi-quiet but definitely not anti-social), I think your only issue might be that we're nerds and will talk about our joint profession a lot. That being said, if you want to learn more about archaeology, look no further!
Hey, I’m a 28 year old professional who works full time in the city. I kayak and don’t mind watching a comedy, which at times are one and the same. I’m a clean and tidy housemate who enjoys a bit of banter.
Hey, I'm Nick. I'm from Brazil, but I've lived here most of my life. I work as an exploration geologist, and I'm looking to move closer to my office in North Fremantle. I work away quite often, generally between two - three weeks, but I don't have a set roster. When I'm back in Perth, I spend most of my time in the office, but in my free time I love to keep fit, surf and enjoy a drink. Coffee, too.
Hi! Good day! My name is Rachelle. i am looking for a flat or flat mates to live with. I am friendly, kind, neat and responsible person. I am currently a student, finishing my final year in Nursing. Working part-time in an Aged Care. I enjoy hanging out with friends and sometimes up for drinks on week ends.
Hi, I’m a 27 year old lawyer looking for a sharehouse around Leederville (preferably with only one or two housemates and with own bathroom). I’m pretty quiet during the week; on weekends I like to get out and go for a run/yoga/brunch/beach/dogspotting/etc. I’m always keen for a few wines or dinner (ubereats) after work, but not looking to join a party house. I am clean, respectful of others privacy and pay my rent on time. And I know how to (legally) get out of your parking fines! I’m looking to move around mid-July, but keen to organise something ahead of time. Let me know if you have anything suitable!
Plenty of Privacy and own space. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Neat shared areas, plenty of space in the fully equipped kitchen. Furnished bedroom and office plenty of storage. Close to Bus and Train Walk to Leederville Café strip Close to Lake Monger Close to City
I am a single female that is working full-time in the CBD. Looking to move into a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment/unit/flat in or around the city. Preferably with good public transport around. I love my music. I spend most weekends going and seeing live music and going out adventuring with my friends through the day time. Looking for someone who loves a beer after work and has good banter.
I'm currently managing a restaurant in the CBD part-time and studying Professional Writing & Publishing full-time. I'm relaxed, creative and get along well with people from all walks of life. I'm looking to move somewhere city central as I currently live south of the river when most of my life revolves around the CBD.
Easy going from Bunbury. Love cooking, exercising and socialising as well as exploring the city. Work full time in the CBD so after something close by. Love dogs and missing mine down south so if you have one that's a bonus! After a room for 6 months due to my work. I'm very respectful of my housemates and keep things tidy.
