I'm about to start my PhD in marine biology at UWA, so am looking for a place to live that's not too far from there. I'm pretty easy going and quiet during the week but still appreciate a wine or two on the weekends, so not looking for any party/typical share houses! Have lived with housemates for 5 years now so I'm well aware of the common courtesies that come with share houses. I would prefer an all female household and living with 2 others would be perfect!
Hey guys! I am a 26 year old Australian male professional working as a full time travel agent. I am also a landlord, I own an investment property in Butler, but for myself to live I like to rent closer to the city. I just got back from a 6 month trip through Europe and now that I'm back im looking for a nice big house i can share with some cool people that have good banter. Preferably the less people living there the better (e.g 3 people including me) so its less congested but if everyones awesome i would consider a larger houseshare. I'm quite outgoing so I’m not really home a huge amount of time as after work I'm generally out doing things with friends or rehearsing with my band or at the gym. I’m a really open minded relaxed person so I’m pretty chilled out, I don’t want a party house, but I like to party at other peoples houses haha or go out on a Saturday night and come back to our own quiet clean environment. (I am interested in team ups) What I am looking for- -A quite large room size (Possibly even the Master bedroom) -Has Air conditioning in the room (I die in the summer heat lol) -The room can fit my King size bed and TV -The room can fit a desk with my PC or if i could possibly put that somewhere in the house -Garage parking space for my subaru liberty -Generally looking for other Aussie professionals in the 20-35's age bracket I can come for a viewing of your place after work hours or on my rostered days off just slap me through a message Thanks swaglords look forward to meeting you :) -Joel
Hi there, I'm a pretty easy-going 27 year old. I work full time as a graphic designer in the travel industry, so am out of the house 9-5 on week days. The lease on my current rental is due to run out at the end of the month and I am looking for a change of scenery and an opportunity to meet some awesome new house mates. I'm clean, tidy, relaxed and easy to get along with. Love the beach, live music and riding my recently purchased bicycle. I enjoy going out for a drink on the weekends, but am in no way a party animal and am more of a nanna on week nights. I have all my own bedroom furniture - but can also contribute a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine to the household (if needed)

Hey future housemates, I am a 27 year old med student looking for a share house in the Perth area. I'm in my final year of med and therefore tend to study a fair bit. But I'm keen to find a house that balance study/work and relaxing together, i.e. sharing a beer or having dinner together at the end of the week. I also love exercise, touch rugby, tennis and surfing. When I get a chance I enjoy going to gigs or music festivals, travelling and discovering new cultures. And I really enjoy cooking- especially chocolate baked goods! :) I've been told I'm easy to live with and I'm not a fanatic about keeping things super tidy but I do keep things neat and clean. Look forward to meeting you! :)

Kiwi girl who enjoys being out and about. I'm not often home which may suit you just fine! But when I am home, I'm sociable and enjoy my flat-mates' company. I stay at my boyfriend's house about 3 times a week and would ideally like to be in a housing situation where he is welcome to stay once or twice during the week too. I enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle but don't mind a few glasses of red wine on the weekend. However, I'm not the type that will be stumbling inside at 3am after a huge night out ;) I work in West Perth at a small law firm and have my own car so parking would be a must. I have no pets but looove animals so 100% accepting of anyone's furry friends be it rats, birds cats or dogs and anything in between. Looking for comfortable, long-term accommodation in a tidy, modern home NOR for no more than $180 per week inclusive of bills. I'd prefer my own private bathroom but would be willing to share with one other person. I require quite a large, unfurnished room with space for my queen bed, bed side tables, drawers and a desk. A walk in robe or large cupboard wouldn't go amiss - a girl can't have too many clothes and shoes! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I'm a generally pretty chill person and more or less keep to myself. Just got back to Perth after being overseas and I'm looking for a fairly lowkey place to perch up for a fair while (6+ months). Into music, camping and reading.

Hi, I'm Bec. 23, full-time Geologist based in a central Perth office although I can be away sporadically. I've been in share houses for the last 3 years and enjoy living with others. I like relaxing and having a chat after work and being out and about on weekends. I like living with people that enjoy a more homely household. It's great to know the people that you live with, but also have your own space sometimes. I'm tidy and easy going and have found living with similar people to be a lot of fun.
I Love "Everything about Leederville" as described below: The location The townhouse is located in the leafy suburb of West Leederville and is just a two minute stroll to a footbridge that takes you to the train and bus station and across to neighbouring Leederville, just a few minutes further walk. The main hub of Leederville is Oxford Street with its many delights. Leederville is the most vibrant, cosmopolitan and friendly neighbourhood and shopping area in Perth with most shops and restaurants open late on weekdays and weekends. This centrally located modern townhouse is very appropriate and suitable for a student aged 20 to 40 years. Some of those delights to be found in Leederville include to: See: visit the beautiful art deco cinema, Luna, and watch the best of arthouse cinema. Eat: choose from tapas, Mexican, Italian, Malaysian and Vietnamese. Leederville is also home to the institution that is the Re Store where you’ll find some of the best rolls and Europeans foods. I'm Danielle or Dee for short. I'm a paediatric nurse from the UK, here on a working holiday visa, looking for short term stay in Perth from around 18th January, for about 6 month, possibly longer. I am friendly, fun, easy going.
Super easy going. Never a dull moment. Work life (PR, marketing, events & graphic design) is pretty hectic so looking to move city side pronto and free up some time without the dreaded commute every day ! On the flip side, my personal life can be everything from totally chockers to super chill : into all kinds of activities (yoga, camping, touch rugby, squash...), over the "party phase" but love attending events/gigs and trying all the best drinks & noms. Anything else...just ask...
We are looking for a flat mate to join our house of two flat mates from approximately the 28th Jan. The house is fully furnished as pictured, (excluding your bedroom) and has an open and fresh beachy feel, which is close to many great cafes, Lake Monger and the Leederville area for socialising. The house has air conditioning and a very relaxed and comfortable feel. If you have any interest in the house or area, please do not hesitate to contact me.

We have the main master bedroom with ensuite up for rent as I am moving overseas. The room is north facing, large, bright and airy. You will also have your own private balcony, ensuite and very large walk in robe with plenty of storage space. Alternatively, if you'd prefer, we have also for rent a smaller room across the hallway that has a large walk in robe. The bathroom for this room is shared (very tidy). You will also have an undercover car bay in the garage. There is one large living area downstairs, smaller living area upstairs and a fully kitted out kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone! The house is literally a one minute walk to West Leederville train station (a 5 minute train ride to Perth CBD), or a 7 minute walk to the free Green Cat bus stop. Lots of Cafes nearby, and an awesome local pub just round the corner. Coles supermarket and a 24 hour gym are also literally round the corner. All bills are included - just move straight in!
Hello :). I'm a student studying anthropology and sociology part-time at UWA. I recently transferred from engineering. Ideally, I am looking for a place to live and study for the next year, and would be happy to stay for longer if we get along well. I'm friendly and easy-going. I like reading, animals, computer games, food, nature, and art. I like having people around to talk to, and I enjoy hanging out from time to time. I like to think I'm pretty tidy, and I'm happy to share in house-cleaning activities. My course hours are pretty low, so I'm likely to be around the house a fair bit. I tend to keep to myself though, so I won't bother anyone who likes to have their space. I don't drive, so I use public transport a lot, and walk or cycle short distances. I like to laugh. I don't mind if your jokes are bad, I'll probably enjoy them anyway! I don't mind pranks, as long as they are relatively harmless. I'm comfortable with LGBT+ people, and I'm happy to get to know people from different cultures. Respect is important to me, and I do my best to respect other people. I enjoy with small social gatherings, and I may invite people around for board games or Dungeons and Dragons if there's room, and it doesn't bother anyone. I cook, although most of my meals are very simple. I don't eat takeaway much, but I like pizza. I prefer places that are not too noisy, especially at night. I like to sing, albeit only so rarely. I'm not superb, but I'm not terrible, so hopefully that won't bother anyone. Otherwise I'm pretty quiet. I'm happy for people to light scented candles, although I'm not a big fan of incense. I don't drink, but I'm used to being around housemates who do. I would prefer to live in a place which is non-smoking. Ditto for marijuana. If I do have a problem for some reason I will do my best to communicate clearly, and let you know about it. I'm happy to listen to other people if they want to talk to me for the same kind of reasons. If there's anything else you'd like to know, feel free to message me or send a text. I will check in here regularly.
