Large room (fully furnished but can remove) in great house in West Leederville. Close to everything (literally). Amazing cafes, pub on the corner, Coles, IGA, Subi, City, Leederville, train, bus. Beach 10 minutes. You have your own living area, TV Etc. It's a share bathroom situation but it's never been an issue. Beautiful open plan living/dining/deck. A/C and heating throughout house. The only thing that isn't negotiable is that you must love dogs. There's a cheeky StaffyX Jack Russell that loses a coat of white hair on a regular basis. I keep the house super clean but if that's the kind of thing that will annoy you, this place isn't for you!! I only need you to be OCD in the bathroom! I'll take care of the rest! I work hard, I'm a self employed music industry professional and dog walker and I like home to be a calm, quiet place so no party people please! This house would probably suit a mature female professional but I'll take inquiries from like minded people. I look forward to meeting you!
Hi there, Forest here. I'm a Melbourne kid that just moved over to become the 2IC of a local medical practice. I love hanging out, watching movies, playing games and going for runs (so any running buddies would be an added bonus). I'm really keen to get into cooking again and am no stranger to getting things done around the house. Coming over to live with me will be my 3 year old American Staffy so the place and more importantly yourself would need to be comfortable with dogs (which I know is a likely deal breaker for most). Regardless of whether you're new to Perth or born and bred I'd love to meet new awesome people over here - and living with one/some sounds even better. Hope to hear from you if this interests you

Hi, I'm Nicole :) I'm looking for a share-house somewhere in the Subi area. I am currently doing my PhD at PMH and would like to live a bit closer to work. I'm a pretty laid-back, easygoing person. Enjoy having a chat and getting out and about but also just like my downtime too. I'm pretty busy during the week and on the weekend like to spend time being active or just having chill out time. I love travel, music, food, books, movies, beach, sport...the list goes on. Would like to find a house that feels like a home. It would also be nice to find a housemate/s that are happy to hang out now and again but I do respect other people's need for space too. I'm a considerate person and like to keep things neat and tidy about the house.

Hi there, I am looking for a place with someone nice. I work a lot (6 days a week) so I am not home for the most part but when I am I'm fairly quiet. At home I like to be able to relax. I also like cooking up new things when the mood strikes. I like cooking healthy food and experimenting with new dishes along with my friend in the kitchen (my thermomix) If you have a dog or any pets that is a bonus to me as I love animals, especially dogs. I would be more than happy to look after them if you are going away. I am quite social and enjoy meeting new people and catching up with my friends. I have an active social life so I'm quite often out socialising and dancing on the weekends. I like to keep my space neat and tidy and have a respect for other people, their space and their things. I have my own bed and bedroom furniture so ideally i would like a place with an empty room. I was hoping to get a place with some storage as well. I am looking forward finding my new home to settle into and meeting new people.

Hi there, I'm 24, working full time in advertising in West Perth. Looking to move closer to the city both for work and for the lifestyle. I work fairly long hours so keep things low key during the week, but enjoy being out and about on the weekends - heading down south, beaching, breakfasts, festivals, a few wines etc. I'm not looking for a party house, but would be nice to find somewhere a few wines can be shared over some music and good food. I like to contribute to keeping a clean & tidy home, and can cook pretty ok too. Other than that, I'm a genuinely considerate and respectful person. Whilst I'm fairly social, I value personal space and downtime. Looking for either an established home to share, or someone looking to start a new houseshare. Not in any rush to move out, would rather meet the right people/right home. Thanks! Shauni
