Close to the CBD and everything you need is near by, coles, bws, post office, cafes, 24hr gym, local pub, bus stops and both Fremantle and Joondalup line stations are all within very easy walking distance. The house itself is tidy, functional and welcoming. It’s two story which helps separate our private spaces from the communal ones. My personal favourite area of the house is our back patio, it’s the perfect place to just chill out with a cup of tea. The room we have available has a built in wardrobe and is very functional, if you would like a double mattress we have one spare (however a frame and sheets would be yours to supply). A queen bed does fit in the room.
Looking for somewhere not too far from the coast to call home with my two little furballs. I work full time doing shift work in the city (2 days 2 nights 4 off), but don't worry, I'm not asking anyone to tip toe around on the days I'm sleeping, just have to bear that in mind before you get the drum kit out. My days off are usually pretty chilled out. Usually spent hanging out with my doggos, going to the beach, keeping fit, getting cosy with a book, seeing friends and family, little crafty projects, gardening and relaxing. I'm an absolute plant lover so bonus if there's a bit of a garden to tinker around in. I'm respectful of others personal space and property and I hope the same in return. I'm tidy, try to be conscious of my power and water consumption and recycle where possible, would be nice to have someone like-minded. I have my bedroom furniture, a tv, a washing machine and kitchenware (currently in storage, but i have all the cool gadgets like slow cooker, rice cooker, juicer, bake ware etc) so flexible on what I bring to the table. Oh AND I have a hammock. It's heaven. Happy to share it! Doggo lover a must as my two can be very cuddly. They're tiny, only a few kg each so need a secure yard. They stay outside while I'm out and about but I let the inside when I'm home. They are well trained and I ensure they cleaned up after. If I sound like someone you'd like to share with please flick me a message. Not looking for a party house but rather a relaxing yet social space we can be comfortable to be ourselves in. Be nice to share a couple of bevvies here and there too
Hi I'm Peri! I'm a recently graduated creative writing student working part time at BP. I love reading, writing, watching movies and taking care of my plants. I'm a pretty quiet and respectful person, but can be really sociable and am always keen to go out. I’m also a trained barista, if that helps (😂). I'm looking for a small place where I can stay for the next 12+ months. Just seeking a bit of independence and would love to share a nice place with a nice person.
Hey! I'm an environmental scientist working in contaminated sites remediation and assessment. I'm active and social with a passion for running, music, languages, and the outdoors. I tell jokes of questionable quality but am quick to laugh and smile.

Looking for a place with fellow easy going enjoy people. I like to keep active particularly the outdoors. I am neat & tidy and enjoy personal time as well as interacting with others. Enjoy music, Comedies and healthy eating =). Length of stay TBC ideally 8-12 weeks at this time.
Hey! We’re Alex and Lucy, a couple from Cambridge in the UK. We’ve just started our trip to Aus and are keen to stick around in Perth for a while. We’re currently securing office temp jobs and we both love the gym/outdoors, animals, the beach, bbq’s and getting to know new people. Non-smokers, easy-going, like a beer but no longer your fresh-out-of-college full time party animals. Looking for a double room in a place for about 3 months+.
I'm a 24 year old social, fun loving chemical engineer/soccer player who is looking for a room to rent as my lease is up on the 30th November. I like to cook, work out and hang out with friends on the weekends. I would say I am a really easy going and low maintenance person to live with. Hoping to find somewhere that is furnished, has somewhere to park my car and feels like home.
Hi my names Michelle - I work full time for a retail company in the CBD. Have previously lived with people and alone in apartments in Northbridge and West Leederville. As my work and social life is in the city I’d prefer to stay around this area. I'm looking to join up with someone, fun and social yet clean, hygienic, mature and respectful. Love making dinner, have a few wines, keeping fit with F45, heading out on the weekend or spend the night chilling out relaxing.
Hi! I'm 29 and I'm returning to Australia after an amazing 3 month trip around South America. I have lived in a few share houses in the past and I am looking in or around Subiaco preferably. I like coffee, wine, coffee, yoga, trashy reality TV and travel. I'm a non-smoker. I'm originally from the East of Australia, but have fallen in love with Perth! I will be starting full time work again in mid January. I'm a shift worker, so will work some strange hours. :-)
