Hi, Looking to let the 2nd bedroom in large established house. Room is approx 4.1m x 3.8m. Can be furnished or unfurnished and has 2 x BIR. The room has use of the main shared bathroom and toilet, however since the other occupied room has its own ensuite, it essentially belongs to this room. House is in a quite area and has -Off street parking for 3 cars, -Large kitchen and dining area with gas cooktop, electric double oven, dishwasher and double fridge -Two separate living rooms both set up with TV's -Sun room -Large laundry with front loader and dryer -Medium sized fully fenced backyard with BBQ area. -New carpets throughout. Some storage space is available in the garage for each room. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Main living dining has large split system A/C. Current flatmate is male, 40's, with a Belgium Shepard named Odin. He is considerate of others and works shift work. Public transport (bus) is nearby but place would suit someone with a vehicle. Bills and internet are intended to be included, however usage to remain within reason.
Hi, I'm Suzy. I work for Honda, usually finish around 5 and go to the gym 2-3 times per week. I am a Kiwi who lived in the UK for 18 years and moved to Melbourne 18 months ago as I decided it was time to get back to this side of the world. I like chilling at home with a glass of wine (or three) and also enjoy going out for dinner and/or drinks. I am outdoor smoker though I am in transition stage and hoping to have given up completely soon. I like watching rugby (funnily enough for a Kiwi...) plus most other sports though haven't got the hang of Aussie football yet... I love to travel and learn new things from the people I meet and am looking forward to exploring Melbourne a bit more and finding my thing... I have a bunch of stuff but no bed so if you have a room with just a bed perfect!
New townhouse with your choice of 2 bedrooms both with Built in robes. Own bathroom Must be clean, tidy and love dogs as I have a 2 year old cavoodle. 29 year old female professional Bills included This is not a party house
Hello ladies and gentlemen! Not exactly sure how to introduce myself... I work full time as a dental nurse (the one who holds the vacuum so people won't drown). Most of the time, I would be at work, but when I'm not, I would either go explore, eat, play with my cat, Mew (she sounds like the pokemon!), or try to go to the gym.. - any gym buddies for this newbie? My work revolves around infection control, and I plan to apply that to my home too. I have my own car and don't mind making rounds for groceries. I've been told that my foot steps are pretty quiet and light - So you don't have to worry about those loud stomping noises at night. I also don't plan on cooking food at 2am in the morning and would hope people will do the same (unless we're both up, ha!) Bottom line is I'm just looking for people where we can co-exist with respect, consideration, co-operation and fun. I would also like to bring my cat, Mew, along. She's quite a sweet bubs and doesn't scratch. She's also sterilised, toilet trained and very kind to strangers (to the point where I worry she will one day be catnapped....) But anywho, generic info: Female, 25, full-time employee. If you would like to know more, feel free to message me or we can go out for a coffee (or tea) :)
25year old working professional, originally from the UK I’ve been here for 2 and a half years. looking for somewhere fairly close to my work in airport west. I'm looking for a room and hopefully some friendly housemates. I enjoy a good chat and drink but also like my own space to veg out and watch Netflix.
The property is in a cost street that is peaceful. It is in a great location with access to all that is needed and has a nice back yard that is perfect for chilling out. The property has air conditioning and every room has its own heater. Has I nice big kitchen and the common areas are furnished so you will feel straight at home. All it is missing is another personality :) hope to hear from you soon.
24, easy going. Open-minded and reliable. Love video games, social gatherings, movies/netflix binges, food, live music and everything gym/health related. Looking to move somewhere where there is a positive vibe between everyone. I will get along with absolutely anyone as long as there is mutual respect and honesty. Either extremely introverted or very talkative, can respect anyones need for space and likewise can be there to talk your ear off. I’m rarely home at times and you will rarely see me as I prefer being out and about. On the contrary I can be a hermit some weekends playing video games and watching movies for hours on end in my room. Can be extremely spontaneous at times And usually up for anything if fun or worthwhile. -Non Smoker -Always clean up any mess made immediately -Currently studying & working casually -Previously lived in a share houses -Ideally wanting to live with no more than 3 people
