I'm quiet, clean and considerate as a person and housemate, I am an introvert and like to stay to myself and always clean up after doing the cooking, laundry etc so i am not noticed around the house much. Most of my hobbies are online such as sports forums, youtube, chats with friends and I enjoy doing the weekly shopping and cooking for myself and keeping organised. I am retired early with existing savings/investments allowing me to be reliable with payments.

Love music and seeing live music also enjoy bushwalking and photography. Huge animal lover and can easily live with any . Always up for a chat and drink but not a party animal .
This property is a large unit (it really feels more like a house). It is a 5-10 minute drive to Water gardens shopping center and to two train stations. It has a small decked area out the back with a BBQ, large lounge room with big TV and well equipped kitchen. There is a sliding door which kind of separates the unit in to 2 sections. The person who moves in would have their bedroom in this separate area which also contains the 3rd bedroom, the laundry the second toilet and the 2nd bathroom. We only really use that end of the unit to use the laundry. The third bedroom has a bed in it and is used as a spare room for guests. We're happy for the housemate to make use of the spare room for their guests too :)
FREE ADSL 2 INTERNET!!! Located in a quiet street in the sought after St Albans East pocket area, this three bedroom home is only minutes walk to local bus stops, Foodworks Supermarket, Hairdresser, Butcher, Fish and Chips, Pizza shop and a play ground for kids.... A short minute drive to St Albans train station or catch a 4mins ride on bus 418 to St Albans train station or alternatively a 15mins walk to Keilor Plains train station for those exercise enthusiasts, 15mins drive from Melbourne Airport and 30mins train ride to Melbourne CBD. House is comfortably furnished with a cosy kitchen and the required necessities to share. You get an individual key for your own secured bedroom. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, wardrobe, tall boy, study desk and chair. Therefore looking for a clean, considerate male to share this lovely home with 2 other share mates. Must be working full time. Bills equally shared with all tenants. It’s a minimum 6 months stay, however shorter stays are negotiable but at higher cost. Please provide your contact number when messaging. Thank you.
The house is well located, literally 500m from the Alfrieda street shops, and 700m from the St. Albans train station and Buses. I'm looking for students and part/full time tenants who could benefit from the location of this property, ideally you'll be sharing this house with other female tenants as I believe this pristine family home could be better managed and maintained. Inspection is highly recommended and you will not be disappointed by the excellent condition and what this warm and inviting home has to offer. - Excellent condition - Large comfortable house: 3 beds, 2 baths, 2 living areas, enclosed sunroom and pergola. - "Refrigerated" central cooling, perfect for the summer season throughout the house. - Central heating - Very secure, electric roller shutters. Sorry no pets. Please leave your contact number when you enquire, it is more convenient for me and I will respond quickly.
I enjoy my quiet time alot by playing games, reading but I can be social too and go out for a boogie. Honestly just looking for somewhere with good internet and some positive people to be around. I am very tidy, always clean up after myself and that's all I expect from other house mates too.
Hello to my potential roommates! I'm from India and am currently studying and working. I'm friendly and very neat, love pets and am also open to have a good long chat if you feel like it. I respect your privacy and space and expect the same. I can help around the house on my days off as well. I do love friends but I don't party or have sleepovers.
Looking move to Melbourne, after the western suburbs as to near enough to my job in Melton. I'm a quiet person with a tendency to keep to themselves and with interests in the nerdier things.
Hi there, Starting university close to end of July, was looking to move down in the area while simultaneously looking for a casual position for work. Hardly smoke only on occasions looking for somewhere near vic uni or 20 mins from vic uni. Currently working full time.
I am from India, 25 years old female. Loves to read and watch films. I am cooperative and flexible as I come from a joint family background, hence patience is my middle name. I will be pursuing my masters from Victoria university in Public health and global nutrition. So, i will ensure TO BRING healthy options at our dining table.
Hlos, I am Rahul, a super friendly and relaxed IT person from India, who is looking for a new/ share room in the suburbs of Melbourne. Ideally, I am a borderline health freak with a desire to experience many more adventures as hobby. But it is equally true that I am also occasionally a foodie. I love watching Netflix with chips after a long day and cooking or going out during the weekends. As such I am looking for a new place to stay from last week of June and would love to have a face to face chat for a more personal understanding. As I had previously lived in both hostel and share houses I was fortunate enough to make many friends across the globe & also hope to make many new friends in future as well. I would prefer a relaxed and cool house as even though I like to hang out over a glass of wine but I am not a crazy party owl. If you find me good enough as a potential housemate, then please do reply back so that we can chat further Thanks, Rahul
I am very tidy, organized, discrete, I love cooking and will take care of the flat as if it would be my own. I am communicative and outgoing, non-smoker, non-drinker and I value privacy. By profession, I am an experienced nurse, so I can revive you if you have a stroke or if you fall down the stairs! :D Currently I am in a process of getting a higher degree of nursing here in Melbourne. I am originally from the Philippines but moved to Melbourne 6 months ago from Dubai where worked as a senior nurse for 6 years.
Seeking a house mate who also works full time. I work long days/ nights and on my days off I will generally be sorting out the house, out and about, gym, shopping, or relaxing and watching Netflix. Ideally I am looking at a spacious property where I can have my own bathroom and lots wardrobe space 😊 . I am happy to take on a new lease with someone and furnish most of the house if required. I am not looking for a party house but am happy for my flat mate to have friends over or their partner and host social gatherings as long as they’re mindful that it is a shared space. I’m easy going , friendly and would like to live with someone with a good sense of humour. I’m happy to socialise, eat together, watch movie’s and be friends so that we feel comfortable in our home but obviously I need my alone time too, as I am sure everyone does.
