Spacious room with massive built in robe and own private bathroom up for rent. What’s great about this property is not only it’s modern new house feel, but it’s location! This house is only 10 minutes from the city but at the same time a rather quiet area. Is close to public transport, House is on top of a hill right in the heart of Valley Lake with some pretty views as well as its close to some of the best cafes, food spots, and gyms in the western side of Melbourne. Also close to freeways and the airport!
I'm a young 50 year old, who is starting a new life. After caring for all and sundry, I'm putting myself first, and taking a leap into shared housing. I don't smoke or take recreational drugs. All my vices are legal: music, reading, cinema, music, tea, cheese, Bowie, food, music. Did I mention music? I'm happy for us to become friends and hangout, but I also enjoy being alone. I can be quiet, and need timeout to recharge. I'd like you to be left leaning, clean, a non-smoker, and like animals. I'm a meat eater and wear leather shoes, so I won't be a fit for a vegan. I'm unemployed, but financially frugal, and debt free. I'm nearly 7 years in remission from cancer, and have some physical hurdles as a result of my treatment. I live within my means, and hope to return to work some day. I believe I'm a kind person, and would make a pretty good housemate.

Hi there, My name is Taylah, I work full time as a Legal Secretary and out of work hours I compete in ballroom dancing and train most nights of the week. I am polite, respectful, tidy and keep to myself but also always down for a chat.
Hey! Just a little bit about myself: I’m a 21 year old female student in my final year at Uni, currently finishing my Bachelor’s degree at La Trobe Bundoora. Since I am full time I spend my week days on campus for classes/studying. When I am not stressing out over assignments on weekends, I do love to let my hair down and have a little fun. I currently operate and DJ Friday and Saturday nights at a night club on Chapel street. My hobbies are very much involved with my work, as I spend a fair bit of time also working on music production (this does mean I can be a little loud sometimes but with good reason). I’m a very laid back and easy going person, always up for a chat and spreading good vibes. I like to keep my spaces organised and tidy, as it should be.
My name is Ali, I'm 38 and working. Although I'm not home most times, I do enjoy good company (I love to discuss any topic, controversial or otherwise), cooking and maintaining a light mood all around. Most of all, I take great pride in keeping my immediate living quarters clean and presentable. I wish to be somewhere more centralised where public transport and amenities are more available, not to mention be closer to family and friends.
Hi! Im Loz. I am looking for two people to join up with for a rental property. I am looking for my own place as I am wanting to start rescuing a few dogs and cats a month to foster/adopt them out. I work casually for a pet supply store, run my own business and am looking for another casual job which I can work from home with so whilst I am generally pretty busy I am home a lot. I have lived with flatmates before and found the most important thing to me in a flatmate is a genuine and friendly person. I would love to have a friendship with you but also understand the requirement for ones own space (which I will also need). But I think its important to look out for the people you live with. I am not a clean freak but have two OCD (legitimately) parents so I do have a standard thats been beaten into me over the years that I like to keep but I would not expect you to keep that up as long as you are respectful and generally tidy. Saying that I already have two dogs, if you have pets thats awesome too so there is always going to be a bit of fur around but I tend to vacuum once a day or at least once every two days. I need a place with a large back yard for the dogs space to keep the rescue animals in if they are not fostered out or adopted. I think that covers the major things. Message me if you think you can handle all the fur haha! Loz
