$215 includes all the bills, normal stuff like netflix, foxtel, nbn internet, plus all elec, gas, water, insurance, ect plus we get a cleaner that comes once a fortnight to clean the whole house! If you’d like I have a copy of most bills which make up about $45 a week just for your interest sake:). This awesome little town house in valley lakes/keilor east is in the perfect spot as long as you have a car. It’s sheltered from the hustle and bustle at the bottom of a nice relaxing valley, surrounded by a large lake, nice greenery and countless running tracks. It’s only a stones throw from the lake and has ample spots to chill and relax through summer. As soon as you’re up and out of the valley you find yourself on keilor rd to one side, full of restaurants and shops in nth essendon/niddrie and to the other side you find yourself in keilor east with heaps of popular cafes. Dfo is just across the highway and the 59 tram on keilor rd is not far away either making a trip into the city pretty easy! Tullamarine airport is only abot a 10min drive away. There’s currently two of us living here and we’re looking for one more easy going, happy, fun housemate to try and get a fun, social house going. The bigger of the two spare rooms on the ground floor is up for grabs, it shares a large size bathroom with one other housemate on the ground. The room can be furnished or unfurnished whatever suits you best. There is also a single car garage which is mostly free, we use it to store a few tools and have a bit of a small gym setup. I'm upstairs with my own bathroom. Upstairs is the main communal room with the kitchen/dinning and lounge with a large balcony that over looks the valley and lake which we often use for bbq’s or afternoon drinks. We are not in a huge rush to find a housemate but definitely looking for someone who is looking to stick around atleast 12 months. If you think this house would suit you please give me a call or message, it would be great to meet you!

In saying this, I also keep to myself, am very clean, and work full time as a retail manager so won’t be home a lot. I’m really interested in moving out of my current home soon and am excited to meet some amazing new people!

Hi, I'm Suzy. I work for Honda, usually finish around 5 and go to the gym 2-3 times per week. I am a Kiwi who lived in the UK for 18 years and moved to Melbourne 18 months ago as I decided it was time to get back to this side of the world. I like chilling at home with a glass of wine (or three) and also enjoy going out for dinner and/or drinks. I am outdoor smoker though I am in transition stage and hoping to have given up completely soon. I like watching rugby (funnily enough for a Kiwi...) plus most other sports though haven't got the hang of Aussie football yet... I love to travel and learn new things from the people I meet and am looking forward to exploring Melbourne a bit more and finding my thing... I have a bunch of stuff but no bed so if you have a room with just a bed perfect!
I’m wanting to move to Melbourne potentially mid this month (May 2019) or early next month (June 2019) and am looking for a room (preferably with my own bathroom/en-suite) in a modern clean and bright house. I’m a clean freak and own a business (of 4 years) which takes up my entire day so rarely will be home but when I am home I’ll always be hidden in my room. I love reading all sorts of books and enjoy writing scripts. I own a digital design and marketing company and I am also a UI/UX designer for a Payroll and Immigration company. I’m 27 years old and gay (if it wasn’t already obvious). I’m a little cheeky and enjoy having a laugh. I don’t take life seriously except for work. I don’t smoke or do any sort of drugs and don’t go out much. I will go out once in a while and enjoy a few bevy’s with friends or dates and come back to cuddle in bed. Im originally from Dombarton in Rural Wollongong and moved to Sydney in 2002. I’ve struggled to fit in and have moved back and forth between Melbourne and Sydney a few times. Now that I’ve got a successful business and a great career I want to live in Melbourne permanently as the people and atmosphere and overall vibe is where I belong. I’m sure I’ve bored you with my boring life story but I felt best I introduce myself as much as possible so that you have a little background on me. If you’d like to know more about your new housemate send me a message and let’s become friends.
