Hey guys, I'm currently looking for a place to move into, extreme friendly and easy to get along with, don't mind a casual chat when I'm home and enjoy being social with everyone in the house. I like to keep things clean and respectful other peoples spaces, on a rare occasion i might have friends over a catch-up but would always give you plenty of notice before. During my spare time you'll find me reading a good book, watching a good movie, cooking something up, studying, working out at the gym or even just having a quiet nap. Currently I'm studying at VIC university in Footscray and I'm casually employed at Crown Melbourne, I work night shifts so you'll often see me coming or going.
Neat and tidy, punctual with rent, pretty chill and easy going, I have a ragdoll which I love more than myself, Uni student, I play games occasionally looking for a somewhat homey and peaceful atmosphere. LGBT and culturally friendly.
- Bus’ 20m away - Split System boxed air con in lounge - BUilt in wardrobe - Study has been made up in the third bedroom - Woolies/Coles/7-11/fast food all close by - Washer/Dryer The room you’ll be renting is big enough for a queen bed and other furniture, but comes unfurnished. It has a large window backing onto the yard. The room also features a built in robe. The TV in the living room have access to Netflix which is already set up and paid for :) The internet is unlimited and costs $60 a month for the house so only $30 for you. Large back yard that’s occupied w/ my two non-paying lodgers Winnie and Mac (German Shep X and Golden Retriever). They generally live indoors, and are very friendly. But very good guard dogs! And remember ... we’re only 15mins away from the airport!
I'm very easy-going & love to do housework. im very respectful of others privacy. When I'm at home, I spend most my time watching telly in my room, but love to have a chat here & there as I'm a hairdresser by trade (:
hi my name is faye im a 32 yr old single mother with a 3 & half yr old girl, we also have a small indoor kitten. currently we are living in a rental property which is due to end September 17th. SERIOUS BOARDERS ONLY! The location of Avondale Heights is only 12 kilometers from CBD. It is a 2-minute drive to Milleara Shopping Centre or a 10-minute walk. At the shopping center you will also find a bus stop there, 8 min (5.1 km) via State Route 39, that will take you to Highpoint City major shopping and Aquatic/gym center in Maribyrnong. There are other buses that will take you down Barkly street Essendon train station too. This is also a 10-minute ride. We have a great spacious lounge and undercover veranda with tables and seats to have BBQ in the summer, a decent size yard, and you will be living with female and male housemates. The bedroom is reasonably spacious also and comes with a study desk.
Very busy with work so hardly ever home but when I am, I’m a very clean person who likes a chat but also like to have my own quiet time. I umpire sports so keep quite busy on the weekends. Enjoy a quiet wine or gin.
I'm 22 years old and live with my beagle, Alfie. I work, go to uni and play soccer a few days a week. We're pretty quiet and tend to keep to ourselves but are always keen to socialise. I'm generally very tidy, and am more than capable of keeping communal areas tidy too. Alfie is full of love and is great with other dogs and humans. He doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body and with lick anyone and anything to death. Please don't hesitate to message me if you have any further questions. :-)
I'm from Brissy and have just been offered a new role in Melbourne and will be looking to move into a room for 3 months until my partner joins me down south. I work fulltime in aviation and will be working in Tullamarine, so looking to base myself in easy distance to the airport. I have a social nature, but also like to have my own down time and respect everybody's space. Love wine, cheese and coffee so will happily fill the kitchen with these goodies at any chance. I will be rotating flying to Brisbane on weekends to be with my partner, and every other weekend he will fly down to stay with me for two nights so we get to see each other, happy to discuss this with potential roomies.
Hey im Sam , 24 year old male that has just moved to Melbourne (Airport West area) Looking for someone who is clean and respectable that Myself and 18 month old border collie to move in with. Hi, I’m 35 years old and have been back in Melbourne a year and half! I’m quiet, clean, respectful, fun, happy and all round great housemate! I am looking for a unfurnished room or for people to team up with to rent a place. I also have a small dog that will be with me. He is great and everyone falls in love with him at first sight!
Hi my name is Federico and I just returned to Melbourne after one year spent in Perth. I have a full time job in aviation, and I'm frequently traveling around the country and overseas for work. Relocating with me there is Lola a 5yrs old Female Boxer. She is the most respectful and chill dog you will ever meet. She always lived inside with me, in either houses and appartments without any issue. Lola doesn't bark or eats your furniture ( unless you live in a gingerbread house ), and she goes well along with other dogs, cats, lizards, lions, rhinos or any other fancy exotic animal you might have. I have been sharing house in the past so I know well about duties and respect of others, and I'm very fastidious about cleaning.
I am a private person who is neat, reliable and easy to get along with. I like a good conversation and can socialise with people but mainly an introvert who keeps to myself. I am passionate about travelling, reading and am a big foodie who enjoys cooking and trying new cuisines.
My lease is about to end so im looking for a new room. I'm very clean, reliable and respectful. I work and study a lot so im not home too often, but im still up for for having a chat with my housemates.
Hey I’m Jack, I’m 21 years old, I work at the airport with Virgin Austraia. I’m a hard working person who is passionate about health and fitness. When I’m not working I tend to most likely be at the gym training. I also enjoy have a few drinks every now and then. I tend to fit in with all types of social groups with ease.
Hi, I'm a full time working profession who has recently moved back to Melbourne after living in Sydney for about 18months. I'm easy going and don't mind a bit of socialising with my flatmates but also enjoy my own company. Im looking for a place for about 6week's to 2months but could be longer.
Hlos, I am Rahul, a super friendly and relaxed IT person from India, who is looking for a new/ share room in the suburbs of Melbourne. Ideally, I am a borderline health freak with a desire to experience many more adventures as hobby. But it is equally true that I am also occasionally a foodie. I love watching Netflix with chips after a long day and cooking or going out during the weekends. As such I am looking for a new place to stay from last week of June and would love to have a face to face chat for a more personal understanding. As I had previously lived in both hostel and share houses I was fortunate enough to make many friends across the globe & also hope to make many new friends in future as well. I would prefer a relaxed and cool house as even though I like to hang out over a glass of wine but I am not a crazy party owl. If you find me good enough as a potential housemate, then please do reply back so that we can chat further Thanks, Rahul
