Hey potential housemates! My name is Brad, my girlfriend and I (20 and 23) are looking for a room or to team up with people to find house a we can rent together. I have a couple of places in mind that I reckon look like sold options if you're keen. Ideally I would like housemates around the age myself and my girlfriend. I like to be social and have fun although I'm not home a lot as I own a solar sales and marketing company that keeps me pretty busy. Hmu! :)
Hi guys, Alanah here. I’m a quiet, clean, neat person. I’m a baker so I work early mornings and sleep days. Easy going, friendly. Don’t mind pets. I don’t have any of my own. Very punctual with rent and bills. What I’m looking for in a housemate ideally would be quiet, neat and tidy and puts their fair share of time in house duties. Thanks guys!
Hi, my name is Lucy and I am looking to move into a new place to call home with friendly housemates. I have recently moved to Adelaide from Newcastle, NSW and am currently looking for full time employment in retail as i have 3 years experience in NSW. In the meantime i have a stable Centrelink income and am financially responsible so there will be no problems with rent :) My hobbies and interests include playing and listening to music (I love the piano, guitar and violin), singing, going for walks, going to the gym and reading. I am outgoing and easy to get along with and always up for a chat. I am hoping to live with a minimum of 2 housemates and preferably females who are close to my age. Would prefer a furnished room but this is not essential. I can afford a max of 160pw inc bills and am ready to move in when convenient! Thank you for taking the time to read this, hope to hear from you soon. Cheers Lucy
Study turned into single bedroom in a modern home less than 7 min walk to the Churchill Centre (including supermarkets Aldi, Coles and Costco), takeaway (KFC, McDonalds) and specialty cuisine (Middle Eastern, Asian supermarkets). The Adelaide city centre is a 20 min bus ride from either Prospect or Churchill Roads at the end of the street. Room includes single bed, desk, chair and storage space. Room is key lockable with a ceiling fan and refrigerated air-conditioning/heating available throughout the house (never be too hot or cold!) Common areas include a modern kitchen with gas stove top, electric oven and all utensils (pots, pans, cutlery) included and a laundry with washing machine. The tenant would share a bathroom with 1-2 other people. Shower water pressure is excellent. The rent includes unlimited NBN internet and all utilities (gas, water and electricity). Only pay one weekly bill.
I am current student in TAFE SA Regency and I work as a travel consitant in Island Travel in Prospect Road. I’m hoping to find a room to rent with easy commute to either locations with a maximum of $170 AUD per week including bills. I love travelling, heading outdoors, cycling, spend some quiet time, singing, and crafting.
Hi my name is Centisha and i'm looking for a nice quiet environment to call home. I'm a currently studying Civil Engineering and working part time as a customer service representative at Coles express. I'm an easy going person, not fussy. I love trying out new restaurants as well trying out new recipes, going out for fun activities... like ice skating, miniature golf, bowling just to name a few. I enjoy home movie nights. I also love to read and enjoy quiet time. I'm neat and I clean after myself. I'm friendly and easy to get along with. I'm willing to make new friends. I'm looking for a furnished room with bills included. I wouldn't mind living with 3 other females preferably under the age of 30. I don't mind house pets as long as they aren't aggressive or animals that are to be in the wild. thanks for your time, hope to hear from you soon.
A large two story home with large living areas. All Bill's are included in the rent, except food and consumable. A very short bus ride into the city of 10 minutes. Best aspect of this property is that it is so easy to get around Adelaide. 5-10kms from the city, with a 20minute drive to the beach or 30minute drive to Mount Lofty. In addition there are great cafes near by with a local cinema. The property is fully secure and has on-site parking.
Hi there, Mature aged adult who respects each persons privacy and knows when to keep to himself. Need to find a room as where I'm currently staying is being demolition on the 6th March for the South Rd upgrade at Croydon Park. Need off street parking for car and motorbike. Thanks for looking Andy
The house is kept clean and tidy, I generally manage the yard stuff. There are outdoor areas to hang out and enjoy the gardens. There is one main bathroom, and a second toilet and basin in the laundry. There is reverse cycle heating and cooling. The house is very secure. Bills and internet included in the price. We use a roster to sort out house chores. It works well.

Life's too short to get worked up about little things, I take live with a sense of humour. I'm re-locating from Melbourne to Adelaide and am looking for temporary accommodation. I'm starting a new job at a clean tech company (solar batteries). That's my 5th job since I came to Australia in 2007. I was born in Germany. I'm looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed, I'm not interested in partying hard.
I'm 30 and have lived in a few different share homes over the years. I work in retail, and am pretty relaxed, friendly and easygoing. I do bring with me, an eleven year old Tibetan Spaniel named Phoebe. She is well behaved, and more of a lazy lapdog than anything. I've had her in two sharehomes with me before. I am looking for a nice, safe place for my pooch and i to live!
Hello, I'm Meii, a hospitality student looking for a cosy crib for myself and my friends to live in for 6 months. We occasionally cook asian food and can bake for you too :) haha
Professional female, quiet but sociable with one or two others, busy and working full time. Easy to live with and have a full suite of furniture. Looking to team up with someone preferably female, similar age, working professional to find a decent reasonably priced house to move into together on a 12 month lease. Let me know if this sounds like you!
First off, excuse the slightly messy picture of the advertised room. The previous housemate is in the final few days of moving the rest of his things out and tidying up! Have my day off so i thought i'd make like peter parker and take some pics and advertise the room The property itself has a huge backyard! I find that the rooms are spaced out perfectly enough to be able to enjoy your own privacy. Plus, the room advertised is definitely bigger than my own, and the aircon actually works
Hello there I am a chef by trade working in the central markets. My current house is being demolished and subdivided. I am very clean and tidy, considerate and compassioniat. Sociable yet enjoy my own space and respect others also. I enjoy a quiet cider or two but my party days are behind me. I have all my own bedroom furniture and can contribute much more furniture which is stored at my aunt's. I am a family man however my parents are now travelling around Australia since retiring. My current house has a early twenties lad and a female social worker from Tanzania, and we all get along great but unfortunately have to go our separate ways. 4-6 weeks bond at the ready and two weeks rent withub my budget of $175 per week. I enjoy a good chat, cooking for others and love all sports and music. My lease, although not binding is over in four weeks so I'm certainly not overly fussy about my new residence but would like to be within a hour by bus to my work in the city. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon. Kind regards, Rodney
Hello, I'm Suzy. I study accounting at UniSA and I also have a part-time job. I'm nice, understanding and seek the positive aspect of everything. I'm tidy, neat and prefer the fair in doing chores. I love chatting, making friends but still respect the private life. I'm looking for non-smoker flatmates/roommate, who will be my friends and share our sweet home.
