Hi I'm Penny. I've been living on the coast for a year now and looking to find somewhere closer to the beach. Ideally I would like a room in shared accommodation or a Granny flat. My maximum budget is $180 a week. I'm originally from rural NSW and have travelled for 3 years overseas. Having travelled for a few years I feel I am an easy going person that likes to meet new people. I am currently studying at the Newcastle University whilst working part-time. I also play basketball on the weekends so I am often out and about. I am a tidy person that loves to cook/bake whist procrastinating about assessments 😂 If you feel you have a room for me please don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks!
Hi All! I'm Brooke and I am a 29 yr old single mother. I have a beautiful 4.5yr old daughter who is my whole world. We are currently looking for temporary accommodation as we get settled here on to the coast and find our own home. We are a fun duo. Very kind and caring and reliable. Happy for flatmate to have children also, and also happy if not too! We are respectful and like our space. I work part time as a nanny. I'm wanting to be on the coast to be closer to family here and in Sydney. So please hit me up if you're able to help us please! Can pay up to $180- 200pw :) Cheers Brooke

Easy going South American. Great personality and fun to be around or can very well keep to myself. Easy going and a great cook. Clean and tidy, some may say I am a little OCD. Currently caring for my father who is moving up north so at present I think this is the best option for me. I have my own room furnishings though I definitely need a built-in robe.
I am a recent graduate and moving to Central Coast to work full-time. I easy going, clean and friendly. Happy to interact with housemates and have a drink on the weekends, but also respectful of their privacy.
Have your own lounge room fully furnished with TV. Has inground pool and plenty of fresh veg from the garden. Close to the beaches and Bay Village, Bus at end of the street, Quiet street. Netflix available if you have your own box.
I'm a very clean and tidy person with a GSOH. I am a permanent employee with the Australian Federal Government and I work 4 days per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri) from 11.15am to 6.45pm. I enjoy listening to music (have eclectic taste in music but prefer most house genres) and most often will have the music channels on my TV. I enjoy cooking. I also enjoy a few drinks to wind down most days after getting home from work. I have a lot of friends who live down in Sydney so I regularly travel down there on weekends to go out and catch up with friends and socialise. I love spending time out in the garden and also enjoy home renovation / DIY - I'm a Jack (or rather Jill) of all trades, Master of none lol Anything you want to know just ask, I'm an open book and wear my heart on my sleeve - what you see is what you get! Look forward to hearing from potential housemates. Cheers Beck

Hey Guys! I am relocating from Melbourne to pursue my studies in dentistry at the University of newcastle in Ourimbah. I'm extremely excited about this next chapter of my life and looking for a fun household to reside in during this adventure. I would say that I'm an extravert, but do like the quiet of my own personal space to reset myself. Light, fun, easy going guy!! Ultimately, i'm looking for housemates that i can get along with and socialise outside of my studies where I will definitely need a break from here and there. I love being able to come home and chat about our days with my housemate over a glass of wine (the best). People that are keen on the outdoors would be excellent, but not essential. I love a drink and a party of course, but study does come first these days. I'm clean, tidy and super respectful, and want the same in my housemates as well. I'm not really sure what else I should write, so I hope to meet you soon. :-)
I am a creative type that works full-time in Wyong as a Photographer/Videographer for a Media Company. I typically work M-F, 8-6 during the week and generally have a routine of gym, dog walks in the morning and at night, cooking dinner, and sleep. During the weekends I like to get out and be active, hikes, beach, kayak, surf, camping, exploration, or just generally laying low. My dog is a sweet Blue Heeler and pretty chilled for a cattle dog, but he does love the beach, walks, swims, and any form of catch/fetch. He is well mannered inside, (used to being inside or in my room based on previous places lived) but would be great if there was a secured yard for him but not necessary. We like to be social but also like personal time. I'm not much for the party scene, but do like drinking socially and occasionally. I'd pay rent monthly. Looking for a good comfortable room/house with good and chilled roommates that enjoys some conversation but also enjoys some alone time.
I’m 29 and work full time as a shift worker for the NSW government. I come as a pair with my 8month old Aussie Bulldog Frankie. I’m very clean and respectful of other people’s space and things. As a shift worker I’m very aware of my noise levels at night time (but hardly do any super late shifts). Frankie gets regular baths and has adapted to be an outside dog during the day however she does sleep in my room at night. I’m looking for a friendly, fun housemate/s who are respectful. Maybe occasionally have dinner or drinks when everyone’s schedules tee up.
Hey im Kat :) Im originally from South Africa but have lived all over the world, predominantly living in Asia my whole life until I came to boarding school here. I work full time at the northern beaches hospital, and I start nursing full time in June. Im heaps relaxed, outgoing and friendly. I basically live at the beach and I love live music and festivals, i also enjoy taking surf photographs and I love crossfit. I've got a pretty sweet group of friends and a good set up here, just looking to move out of home and do my own thing. Im looking for a room mate or a shared house, something fun and relaxed.
I’m Til, a 31 year old moving to Gosford to start my fourth year of medical school at the hospital. I’m pretty neat and tidy, and will probably spend most of my time with my head stuck in a book, pretending I can bake, or exercising, but when I’m not I’m always happy for a chat and a cup of tea. I also come with a cantankerous coffee machine and a well behaved dog named Greg. We’re both well house trained, and he’s happy entertaining himself while I’m at school during the day.
31 year old working full time at Gosford hospital. I have a 3 year old female staffy she’s so beautiful and loves everyone. We are out a lot but want a safe environment for my pup while I’m at work
Hay I'm Bella, I'm 36 & work for my father. I'm a fun & social person, but i also like to keep to myself. I don't do drugs or drink a lot, but I enjoy a social drink every now & then. I always pay my bills/rent on time & clean up after myself, i like to keep things clean & tidy. If this suits you as a flatmate, give me a call or text Bella.
Easy Going, Professional Tradesman/Musician, Im easy to get along with not too noisy at home, play mostly in venues, looking for a cool space where I can chill out, I'm clean and pull my wight with the basics.
I'm a down to earth person with a sense of humour, I try not to take things too seriously and I am always up for a laugh. I'm respectful of others, their space and their privacy and I enjoy spending time with people just as much as I enjoy a bit of time to myself. I love the outdoors and animals, and I am currently working at a cafe while I study veterinary nursing which I do work placement for twice a week.
