Looking for a housemate, or two. Looking to live in Kilmore or Seymour. I work full time as a physiotherapist. I'm a friendly guy who likes his own privacy, but I'm always up for a chat. Usually out and about a lot! I'm clean and respectful also.
Room available to the right person on a small farm. Beautiful environment with a big garden and great views. Lovely, quiet retreat from the city. Environmentally conscious household producing most food on the farm, tank water and solar power. Horse facilities including round yard and arena. Would consider a well behaved dog (poultry friendly!) or one horse to be kept on the property. Comfortable mud brick cottage with air conditioning and wifi access. 10 minutes out of Kilmore. Regular train service from Kilmore - 1 hour to Melbourne. Great little country neighbourhood with tight knit community. You would have a small furnished room downstairs in the cottage with your own bathroom. Rent negotiable if you're willing to help out on the farm.
I am a 31 year old single Male, non smoker, social drinker working in the CBD but occasionally travel for work to regional centres in Victoria. I am looking for a place to move to in Early February 2017. Ideally I would be looking for a place on acreage away from the city to share with other people. I currently live in a share house with three other people and two dogs. My pet dog is a Kelpie Border Collie cross, she is three years old and friendly with people and other dogs, also very well behaved. I also coach sport occasionally at my old school in Melbourne and like to play golf when I have time.

Hey, I am pretty quiet. I am also very clean and tidy. I do not smoke or drink, so I will not be partying the nights away. I am very respectful of others and their things. I am currently living in Sunbury and would love to stay in the area but obvs will move wherever is needed. I do have a unit at the moment that I am renting and I'm also searching for a roomie, but I understand that Sunbury is a bit too far from the city for some so I may need to move out. I like to cook but only vegetarian food. I'm pretty easy going and go with the flow but I also like my routines and things in order.

We are quiet and respectful people and very tidy. We have a little dog who loves other dogs and he is both inside and outside. I'm studying part time on campus and part time at home.I will also be working full time hours at domino's (free pizza all the time) and Priceline. My partner Kris will be working at woollies but is looking for a different career. We are 20&21 and have stable incomes. We both work a lot so like to come home to a quiet house, but we also want to be able to socialise have a laugh with any room mates. We both have cars, happy to park mine on the street but Kris's is quite new and would like a garage if possible - but totally fine without one. Please contact me if you would like to know anymore! Oh, we are from Wodonga!
Hello so myself and my girlfriend are looking to move out, we're really just looking for one bedroom to share in a laid back household. We are smokers and both looking for full time work, myself in mechanics and Aged care for Crystal. We would have to pay rent fort nightly as that's how our pays are set so it would be $300 a fort night. I have a dog named Freddy (staffy X blue heeler) who loves everyone and can't get enough pats aswell as a lizard which is kept in tank. More than willing to help out around the house.

I'm a 20 year old, female. Studying to be a youth worker. Not long until I start diploma course.. My partner’s name is Jordan Hyde, 20 years old, looking for full time work. He has his heart set on being a contractor but will settle with any full time job. Every second week for exactly the whole week, Jordan has his daughter. Who is only 1 years old. We like to be neat and tidy and we don't have problems with paying and keeping up with the rent. I'm renting a 3 bedroom house in Campbellfield, $340 per week. I love this house but I'm finding myself struggling and getting worse each day. I'm still very young and studying. It's a struggle to afford both our basic needs lately. I am currently looking to work on the 3 days I have off. Though there aren't many jobs that want to hire someone to work for only 3 days. We are both outside smokers, smoking inside only causes the worst smell through the house. We realise that there are neighbours and we have consideration for others. We respect them and we know they have a routine and we won't disturb it. We aren't loud and noisy at unlawful hours, we do like to make new friends. We both like to treat people exactly how we would like to be treated. We are really interested in finding something smaller, more affordable and more suitable for us both! We're very easy to get along with and like I previously stated, we both love making new friends. “We have our fingers crossed"
I am a mum of a 5 year old but she will only be with me for parts of the school holidays. I don't smoke I am quiet, respectful and reserved I am extremely tidy I am honest Have a current police check and working with children's card
Hi there😊 What I would like to find: -house or property to share with easygoing male or female (no neat freaks) -enough room for me to have some of my furniture around. Have my own bed and bedroom furniture I would need a wardrobe. -off street parking -I have a very small dog who is an inside/outside pet and very well behaved and is house trained. He gets along well with other dogs and cats. I am an easygoing person clean and tidy. I enjoy my own time and and peace and quiet but don't mind a bit of socialisation or chit chat now and then. Enjoy watching TV when home. I work as a Support Carer part time so am at home on and off throughout the day. When I'm not at work I do go out & take my dog with me and sometimes will be gone for a few days visiting friends. I'm an animal lover and into horse riding and horses in general , enjoy low maintenance gardening. I would want long term arrangement as I am so over moving. I prefer to share with only 1 person. It would be nice to share with someone around the same age but not essential. I don't mind sharing with a smoker if it's only outside, I keep quitting but am currently back on it but will be quitting again. Thanks for reading if you got to the end! :)
- Train station in Craigieburn 6kms away - The new Craigieburn Central shopping centre close by - Brand new leisure centre, Splash, opening up - Gym and supermarket close by - Highlands Hotel 1.5km away - New petrol station opening up near the supermarket soon - Plenty of places to play sports with close by ovals, hockey pitch, tennis courts and so on
Situated in a quiet, peaceful street, this is a brand spanking new, brick-veneer home. Consists of 5 bedrooms, generous-sized entertainment area, generous-sized kitchen with large island bench, dishwasher, 5-burner gas cook-top, under-bench electric oven, ducted heating & cooling, double garage with remote-controlled panel door, and keyless entry for front door as well as the rented room. Walking distance to bus-stop and close to local shops & supermarket. I have 3 flatmates living here, occupying bedrooms 2, 3, & 4. The available room is actually the former study which has been converted into a fifth bedroom. As such, it does not have a built-in wardrobe, but it's partially furnished with a large four-draw tallboy, along with a corner unit providing a further three draws. The same corner unit also has a matching shelved hutch sitting on top of it. I can provide a bed if necessary, but that would be based on a long-term stay (6 months or more).
