Tom and I are great friends we are happy, bubbly, busy people who are looking for a place to call home ! Currently looking at 3/4 bedroom houses in the 4551/4575 postcode areas, if you are looking to team up hit us up ! I have a cat called sage very loving, loves most other cats not a fan of dogs :)
This apartment is in a great location with everything a short walk away. Bus stop at your door, but only a short walk into Caloundra. Great coastal pathways for walking or riding your bike. 100 metres to the beach, tavern and cafes. The room has a remote wall fan and a small tv. It is currently unfurnished but can be furnished with a bed and dresser once a flatmate has been found. The bathroom will be 90% yours, just shared with visitors. There is a pool that is always clean and inviting. The complex is a little older than some and the bathroom is dated, but clean and functional.
Hi, I'm a part time English teacher in Brisbane city! Love spending time on the coast surfing, or outdoors and staying fit! Play a bit of guitar. Not a big drinker!! Friendly respectful and clean! Looking for a relaxing home that's peaceful. I hate dirty kitchens!!!
I'm clean, quiet and thoughtful. I work full-time at Australia Zoo. My spare time is spent at the beach and working out. I'm plant-based, and love the idea of living with other herbivores however it isn't a dealbreaker. I have shared custody of my dog River so ideally would like a place with a yard she could spend a couple of days per week in. Keen to live close to the beach with other chilled humans - get in touch :)
Hey! I'm putting out an expression of interest to see if there's anyone (1 person preferably...) who's wanting to move around June-July-August and wouldn't mind teaming up in a share house. The house would include myself: 22yo Social Work student (fourth and final year, woo) who works part-time and studies full-time as well. My partner: Sam, 27, full-time roofer, who works long hours Mon-Fri and occasionally weekends. The property: ideally, we could find an entire house with a yard (even better, close to the beach!). 3+ bedrooms, hopefully an en-suited main room for us being a couple and then the main bathroom for you. We've lived in townhouses and duplex's before and are at the stage where we realise the extra space is really valued plus it's good to be able to make a little extra noise when friends are over. Who we'd gel well with: somebody who is tidy, responsible but who also isn't a stiff! We are ambitious and driven people who live pretty stressed lives so we do enjoy a drink, being social and feeling comfortable in our home, without worrying excessively about noise, mess and ours/your comings and goings. We don't want to worry about chasing up rent, bills and other expenses and would love to live with someone who would contribute without being reminded. Logistics: 1/3's in rent ($450ish range, but willing to go higher for the right house). We have a reasonable amount of furniture but certainly will be open to getting more/making room for anything of yours. Bills would be split 1/3 as they come through. Ideally we'd have NBN internet, not too fussed on pay-tv but you're welcome to add anything like that at your own expense. Some other info: As I'll be doing my final placement for the last 6 months of the year, I'd love to stay somewhere with easy access to Nicklin/Kawana Way, close to SCUH, in areas such as Wurtulla, Warana, Currimundi, Parreara, Kawana Island, BIRTINYA, etc. If anybody is putting their feelers out for a sharehouse/housemates at a similar timeline let me know and we can flesh it out a little more. Heaps of time before June-August but good to see what interest is out there :-)
Hey, We are a 22 and 24 year old couple looking to move into a share house preferably with an ensuite or the master bedroom, we both study and work part time. We enjoy the beach and gym and are tidy, respectful and reliable.
Hey, my name’s Jackson. My dog and I, 4 year old beautiful greyhound cross, are looking for a home. We moved up to the Sunshine Coast in February. I was living with my auntie but I decided living with young kids wasn’t working out for me. I am currently in a share house but one of my house mates has unexpectedly told me they don’t want to renew when the lease is up in a couple weeks. I’m currently studying psychology and criminology full time at USC. I’m a pretty relaxed person, and very friendly. I’m more than happy to keep to myself, but also more than happy to sit around and chat, play board games, or have a a drink. Wilson, my dog, is an inside and outside dog. He sleeps on my bed but can easily stay outside in a fully fenced yard when I’m not at home. He is a big scaredy cat. I’m sure he would be okay with other dogs but we would need to be cautious at the beginning.
Brand new 2 bed/2 bath apartment with pool. Spacious modern design ideal for sharing. Views of the ocean and Glasshouse mountains. Awesome location - 5 min walk to beach, cafes, shops. Rent is $230pw plus bills (electricity, internet, excess water (if any)). Rent for 6 months with option to extend. Avail. 26th January.
I am organized, warm, bubbly but also keep to myself and pretty relaxed. I'm also a great cook. I have two small dogs that are well behaved and looked after. I work full time mon-fri job, mostly from home and I travel to brisbane for work also and domestic travel. Looking for a flatmate to rent a house with us who also works full time. Price is what will pay to join on a lease LGBT friendly. Open to talking about other locations as I need to move into a place by early April.
I can be as social or as chilled as the environment permits at the time. I understand that not everyday is going to be a good one and I wont have a seizure if you don't feel like doing your dishes one day. I appreciate people who appreciate mutual silence.
I'm an easy going house trained mature guy, I have lived on the coast for22 years, l like people, CrossFit and nature. I have the care of two great well mannered kids every other weekend
Looking for a funky little place to reside with even funkier people! I work part-time in retail and usually spend my spare time at the beach or local cafes. I enjoy cooking for friends and will happily sit down for a drink or two on the weekend but nothing crazy. Always up for an adventure with friends, new or old!
I'm Maddy and I'm in the process of moving to the Sunshine Coast. I am looking for a room in a share house with some really cool housemates. I'm really tidy and will always keep the house looking its best, I'm a very chilled out and friendly person and love going to the beach, surfing, practising yoga and going for adventures on weekends. Preferably looking for female housemates (sorry guys) with a good sense of humour, down to earth and like minded people to have a wine with.

I'm 18 about to turn 19, I am relatively quiet but like to have a chat and chill out. I'm currently unemployed because I've had 22 operations in the last 4 years, and probably more to come. I am on unemployment benefits so putting rent won't be a problem. I would love to be able to put my car in a garage and have my tools there too, so I have somewhere to work on it. Ideally I would like top have my own bathroom, but if not it's not the end of the world.

Both of us have traveled a lot and enjoy sharing experiences. We are vegetarian but flexible. Like to play sports and get to the outdoors when we have a chance. We are hoping to find a place where we can make friendships as well as housemates. Hope to meet you soon :)
Hello! My name is Casey, I'm a 26 year old female who has just moved to the Sunshine Coast for employment within the health professional field. I'm a laid back kind of girl, who enjoys live music, casual beers, exploring new places, snowboarding and generally being social. I like to keep busy with work and other activities but would love to find housemates I get along with and can share a meal or drink together at times (though I'm not a fantastic cook but do like experimenting!). I would also love to meet some cool people here at the Sunny coast!
We are both social and enjoy getting to know people. Adiba is doing her PhD and also tutoring at USC and I (Helga) is doing a master in social work. We are both very busy and hardly home during daytime. I also go to roller derby practice twice a week. We both like cooking and usually make dinner together. We also enjoy a glass of red wine now and then.
