Live opposite the beach with panoramic views. Watch the sunrise over the ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Centrally located in Caloundra, walking distance to cafés, bars, shops, beaches and more. There's a swimming pool too. Internet and bills are also included. It's a two bedroom apartment with one bathroom. Very quiet area and I am pretty quiet too. I am working full time and am often out evenings too. I do like to host couchsurfers sometimes, so ideally looking for someone who is okay with that.
I am a pretty easy going guy who just got back from some overseas adventures. Currently working full time as a plumber. When I’m not working you will usually find me catching up with mates, at the gym, at the beach, or hiking. I’m looking for some chill housemates that won’t mind having a drink and a laugh and can still respect personal space/privacy.

Hello, My name is Daniel and I am 27 years old, I have been working as a disability support worker for over 9 years, I also run my own business that is also in the same industry. I am looking for an - Unfurnished - room in a home that has a friendly, mature, drama free environment with access to a NBN connection (more info below), I would prefer a longer period of 12+ months, I would prefer living with other men that have similar interests, but I am open to living with couples or possibly females if the situation fits. I always clean up after myself, I have no allergies to dogs/cats, I do not smoke tobacco at all, but I do not mind being around smokers, I am 420 friendly, I have never missed a bill, I do have a rental history, but I prefer to live with homeowners so I do not have to deal with real estate annoyances. - I do not mind sharing the cost of basics. A little about me, I'm a bit of an introvert that enjoys time to myself, seen but rarely heard type of bloke, I'm pretty reserved until I get to know someone, but I of course do not mind having a drink/socializing occasionally, I spend most of my time on my PC gaming (I am not loud), watching Netflix/Stan or just reading, but I realized I needed to get out more so I bought a NP300, camping maybe? I plan to buy a Dirt Bike as soon as possible for another Hobby (More than welcome to come/bring yours if you have one/want to get one), I'd also like to learn new skills such as gardening etc Please note: I would need an Ethernet port in my room which I would of course cover the cost of it to be installed or by just running a Ethernet cord to my room and then strategically covering it with tape/nice looking carpet mat, I'm just a gaming nerd and Wireless is not suitable. Budget - $180 Inc all bills. $150/Split bills. - Willing to pay $180/Split Bills for Main Bedroom/Own en suite. - Dedicated parking in Garage or on property parking would be a massive plus for my Ute. If you have any further questions, feel free to get in contact. Thank you for reading.
My partner and I both work full-time in outdoor education just inland from the Sunshine Coast, running camps and expeditions, leading activities such as hiking, canoeing, rock climbing etc. As such, we often have weeks working away Monday to Friday, without coming home in between. During our off time we're hoping to be spending a good amount of time by the beach and training for long distance running, along with our many other hobbies, including baking, boardgames and anything outdoors. If we sound like we could be a good fit, we'd love to hear from you. In terms of our availablity, we are currently in New Zealand visiting family, but would be interested in moving into somewhere the first week of January through till November. Though we would be happy to video call, this does unfortunately mean that we would be unable to meet you in person and view until the beginning of January. Cheers for reading, have a great day! Rachel and Connor
I'm a very friendly, bubbly, cheeky, happy person and I am always thriving to have a positive attitude to life at all times. I am a neat person and I'm also a firm believer in the 'clean as you go' theory if using shared areas in a house. It just makes everyone's lives happier and easier. I enjoy a good chat over a good glass of wine! I love to share good times and good vibes with the people I live with. I Ike to go out occasionally when I have time in my highly busy schedule but I'm generally not a party person. You will always get a high level of respect from me in regards to your space and privacy. As I have a highly busy work schedule, I'm hardly at home during the day time and on my occasional day off, I'm probably passed out asleep or out running errands. So you won't see me very often.
Hey! Im young professional (27) with a trade back ground. I have a partnership in a realestate/property business located in Moffat Beach where i work full time. Im sociable and like a good time, trustworthy, super flexible, easy going, i surf almost every day. I'm into good well being and staying fit and healthy. I feel like 2020 is the year i really want to hook in and kick some goals. I am looking to align with some great people. Ideally searching for a chilled out living space. Ultimately i am searching for a self contained studio or granny flat set up with own bathroom, although i am very open to everything. I would also consider linking up with some one cool and taking a lease on a home through an agency. Feel welcome to message me any time! Thank you :)
Looking for a housemate or team up between anywhere from Coolum to Caloundra. Move date between 18th Dec to 20th Jan. I have a 2yo cat named Nelly who is an indoor/outdoor boy so I’m looking for a pet friendly place with a small yard. Ideally I would like to have my own bathroom and either a large bedroom to fit a desk or access to a seperate study space. I’m transferring to the coast as a a teacher so I’ll be working most of the day and working at home some nights. I’m looking forward to making the most of my weekends socialising, cooking up a storm, having a few low key drinks and hitting up the beach. I’m pretty easy going and have been doing this sharehouse thing in a small rural town for the last three years.
