I love a good laugh, and to cook for others. I can be social, but I do enjoy some down time too. I work normal hours from 9-6pm most days, and I can get some sweet discounts for any electrical/tech products. I have lived with flatmates before in Double Bay for a few years, and have some good references if you need to confirm. I am very tidy and never leave my belongings around (always cleaning up after myself). I do like to do fortnightly clean of my room/common space areas. I am single at the moment, and enjoying the life! I especially like being close to the beach and relaxing with some meditation down at Gordons bay. I cannot wait to put my snorkels on and jump into Summer 2018!
We live on a quiet street in a cosy house with yard. It is less than 5mins walking distance to UNSW, hospital and 5mins walk to bus stop to city and beaches, great with transport. Close to restaurants, beaches and supermarket. The house has washing facilities and a furnished kitchen. We like things tidy, so after someone who also likes to keep things clean. There is 1 bathroom, but an extra toilet in the laundry. The bedroom has a builtin and a balcony off the room. It is large enough to fit a double or queen bed. There is currently a futon couch in there that can be used or taken away.

Hi! If anyone decides they want to live with me, they will get a person who is very very thoughtful (that means clean) and also quite friendly and very open to new experiences and living with people from all kinds of different backgrounds (as I am not originally Australian myself). Only problem I foresee is that I will be a minor for the first 4-5 months of when I first move in 2019 so if there is anyone who can accommodate for that, I will be so thrilled and forever grateful :D
Hi, I'm clean and always keep my room tidy. Eeyyyoo all, Shaun here :) I am 24 years old, currently and have lived in castle hill for past 2 years - before that Goulburn NSW. I work full time as a Training Consultant so looking for a place closer to the airport as i travel for work alot. I have a beautiful 6 year old cat Sam, so i am really hoping to find some new cool housemates that will help me embrace to continue being a cat owner feeding him when i am away for work ( usually monday - friday, sometimes i dont travel ) - its alot to ask, but i can see someone helping me out. P.s. he is a free roamer so does his own thing though the day, loves cuddles at night. About me- I am a down to earth gay-guy that always focuses on the positivity. I am clean, caring, organised and down to make new mates so i would also love, positive house/flatmates. I enjoy a drink, cooking up a feed ,adventures, chats and days out with my partner ( would have to be cool for him to come stay 1 max 2 times a week, usually go for dinner movies etc ) I am excited to move closer to the city so a house with personable , outgoing fun people is what i am looking for. Flexible with the move in date, i have a house full of furnishings out here so also keen on teamups 🙌🏼👌🏼🌴🌻😁
Hi there! My name is Siddhi, 19 y/o. I am from Mumbai, India. I stayed in Melbourne for a year, actually transferred from UniMelb. I just started my first semester at UNSW. I have an experience of roommates from almost all parts of world, I have lived with Vietnamese, Chinese, kiwis, Australians, people from France and India. I am sociable. I will be up for conversations. I am also respectful of others private space and privacy.
Hoping to do visit rooms at the 21st of August. Minimum stay is 3 months. *Looking for private room with shared facilities, preferably a house with (only) students*. Dutch guy looking for an active and fun time! Trying to get the best out of any spare time I can get. I am a clean non-smoking and not party-only but more a party-once-a-month type of person. Ps. In the Netherlands I lived in a student house of 9 people and would love to join another house filled with students, not for the parties, but for the activities and fun.
Hey! I'm a 25 yo bloke working full-time as a carpenter as well as studying my Cert IV in building, and I do a fair bit of volunteer time in the entertainment industry. I've been out of home for a while, done the share house thing for a bit so I know the drill, happy to take the lead with housework etc etc. I'm a bit of a workaholic, so I like having my own space to crash, but I'm totally up for social times as well. Board game nights or movie marathons could be a thing! I'm looking for a home, not just a room. When I'm home I tend to be more an artsy person, I listen to good tunes, I design sets for theater, or watch movies (yes Disney and Marvel, I'm looking at you). So I'm keen to live with similar minded people! I have a cat, he's an adorable 6yo ginger short hair, very affectionate! As far as I know good with other animals, he definitely makes friends wherever he goes (just like me)! I'm looking for some humans to share a house. Non-smokers preferred, mainly for the kitty's sake. Other pets cool, if you're keen shoot me a message and we can go from there! Also looking at joining someone else's share house if possible. Keen for people about my age, guys girls couples, wherever you're at in life is totally cool! Looking to move towards the end of Sept, and looking for until January for now as I'm studying for the year, but not sure whats happening next year just yet. Any other questions let me know!
