Hey, I'm George, a 29 year old camera operator and assistant and am Western Australian born and raised. I'm moving to Sydney after landing an amazing job on a national TV show. This production will last 6 months and I have the possibility of staying in Sydney after that. The job includes about 8 weeks on the road away from Sydney (still of course renting) and the rest I'll be working in the studio on weekdays. I'm a very easy going, conscientious and social person looking for a friendly environment. Sadly, as much as I love them, I'm allergic to cats! Thanks for the read.
I'm very friendly (gay friendly)......easy going clean considerate (I'm a smoker but only smoke outside & im not a heavy smoker btw...don't mind a cigarette every now & then).....respectful decent love to have a laugh out going .....don't mind cleaning washing cooking etc I'm somewhat fit(gym a few times a week).....don't mind a night out having a few drinks .......would love to share with like minded guys Please text only or email me
There is very clean and tidy furnished apartment 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms . My place is next to Kingsgrove Station, 1 min walk to wollies, near banks, shops, restaurants. We are all females, no crazy party , non smoking people , and there is very peaceful place.
I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 2weeks - 1 month time.
My name is Jade and i am 18 years old. I am currently a full time student at the Australian Institute of Music and am looking for accomodation that is reasonably close the city with easy access to transport. I am working part time. I am a clean, organised person who is easy to get along with and is a generally nice person. I am a non-smoker and don't have any pets. Let me know if you're interested.
Hi guys, Are you sick of stupidly expensive rooms in Sydney?!?!? Well look not further, I am offering a bargain weekly rent of $170 + expenses or $230 + expenses for a couple. Located about 30 min drive from the CBD this fantastically priced house is perfect for you..... Yes you! I am currently taking aplication for flatmates in a nice 3 bedroom house in Kingsgrove Sydney. This place would be ideal for students/professionals or mature aged or just someone looking for a nice quiet neibourhood. With a large backyard and off street parking this room won't last, get in quick as this won't be on the market for long. Please send me a message on my mobile :) Happy house Hunting
Hey, Im Hannah. I currently live in the inner west and work full time between marrickville and market city. Hi potential housemates! *NEED PET FRIENDLY HOUSE/MATES* -Young professional -Mon-Fri office hours -Cheeky and well grounded -Non-smoker -Clean, tidy and considerately easy going -Brilliant spider-handler! -Simple and drama free-living -Possible car In my downtime, spend wkends generally exploring the surrounding area, enjoy the occasional hikes and camping. I have a soft spot for breweries/wineries. Most relaxed around anyone who can talk about anything and everything and not take life too seriously. I tend to do my own thing but am always up for random board games, banter, drinks and a movie with housemates. Not only me but I'll be joined by, a 7 year old husky boy and Gigi the kitten, his younger domineering sister kitty. Both have and are house trained- they have been purely indoor pets (yes, even the husky!) He gets his routine walks and less so now that his older. If you love pets, especially so ones that follow you around the house, you've hit the jack-pot! As for the move date, I'm flexible. If I/we, sound like someone you can live with and not strangle, please msg away. :)

Dear sir/madam, We are an education company based in Sydney and we have a large group of junior high school students coming from China in mid August. They will study at the public schools for one week in the listed areas and we are sourcing homestay hosts for the students to experience Australian family culture while improving English skills. The students are selected from top students of a large scale school in Beijing. We prefer to place two students (same gender) in one home with around $700 (negotiable) financial reimbursement paid to the host family. Please note all adults of the host family shall have a cleared Working With Children Check and clear criminal record. The host family needs to provide at least two meals during the week and drop-off/pick up from school is highly desired. If you live around these areas and you're interested in hosting our students, please send me a message with your contact details and a brief introduction so that we can follow up additional info and procedures. We have study tour groups coming to Sydney regularly and we are looking forward to long term cooperation with your kind families. Thanks for your support.
