I am Australian born Engineer, working full time in the city, from 8.30-5 and I have recently moved to Sydney from Brisbane. I am looking for a private room, in a place with unlimited and reliable internet as I do like to game online on the weekends and some weeknights. I will require a furnished room including a desk, as I have my own computer. I have lived in share accommodation before so I know how to be respectful of people's privacy and keep tidy. I enjoy watching sports, like NRL, Formula 1, MotoGP, and playing sports like touch footy, squash, soccer. I do enjoy cooking (though I'm no pro), and will generally keep my area, and kitchen clean. I occasionally enjoy a drink socially and I am a non smoker. I also have no allergy problems, so I can live with pets. I also have a cousin, who is a 24yo female marketing professional and is also looking for a room, and we are also looking for places with 2 available rooms. Will require some form of parking.

Hi , We are a young couple having just moved to Sydney seeking shared accomodation. Grace: 22 year old student, studies hospitality full time in Sydney CBD and works part time. Dominic: 23 year old working full time in transport and logistics. We are both from Central Australia, Northern Territory and have moved to Sydney to further our careers. We are easy-going, adventurous and keen to have fun. Space is important to us and we are clean tidy and respectful of privacy. We like to spend our weekends exploring Sydney, eating out, spending time with friends and occasional partying.
Need a separate single furnished room with attached or combined wash room. I'm a Civil engineer moving from Wagga Wagga, NSW. Initially need shared accommodation for two to four weeks and it might be extended depends upon my situation and mutual understanding. Calm, decent and honest guy. Maximum budget $125 to $175 or close to these (All inclusive). Expecting close to train station and bus stop. Willing to relocate last week of July or 1st week of August. Please message me. Many thanks.
Hi, my name is Syt. I grew up in the Caribbean, studied in Amsterdam and have been living in Sydney for the past few years. I am currently working full-time from Monday to Friday. I like dabbling in the kitchen (I make a mean brownie, by the way), binge watching tv shows, a big appreciation for food and having a couple of drinks with some mates from time to time, just to name a few. I'm courteous, easy going, responsible and clean up after myself.
My job is located in Mascot and I would like to move closer to work. I'm clean, tidy, honest, non smoker and non drinker. I would like to find someone to share with who is looking for the same thing. Would like a harmonious living environment where I can become friends with my flatmate.

I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 2weeks - 1 month time.

Hi there I'm very easy to live with, my current housemates will attest to that. I'm friendly, quiet, tidy and very respectful and considerate. Drop me a line for any other info. Currently working with St VIncent's Hospital's Homeless Health Service (shift work) while studying part time. Prefer a share house but will accept a unit if it is spacious and quiet. Feel free to contact.
I lead an interesting full life, as a mature-age student at the University of Sydney; and part-time community support worker in Sydney, working with people who live with a disability/mental illness (health sector). You could say, I am always on the go, either at Uni or work; catching up with friends; hanging out with my brother; or on a bushwalk; cycling; hanging at Everleigh food markets; attending my yoga school; or just going to the beach in Summer. Life be in it, is something I like to do but can easily have a good sleep in when needed. I love my Subaru and enjoy going on weekend drives when I have the time. I am wanting to move closer to my University campus, in the inner West. Home life – includes growing herbs/vegies (I’m a fully trained horticulturalist); cooking healthy fresh food (vego + eat meat/seafood – no fancy diet requirements); weekly cleaning and quarterly Spring clean; looking after two friendly and playful felines who have an indoor/outdoor lives; + watch the odd bit of TV on ABC/SBS + retreat to my room to study/do assignments/exam prep. My character as a person – Love a laugh, enjoying intelligent conversation; Studying health, I like to look after myself – mentally and physically and like to help people who are in need; but I also enjoy the odd beer at the end of the week; and would consider myself a genuine, straight shooter. I like all kinds of music, listen to FBi radio + ABC; Attend art galleries and love seeing alternative movies. I’m also good at playing 500 (card game). My values are based on transparency and fairness – especially when it comes to paying rent and bills. I prefer to play fair and pay my way – what you see, is what you get. Having worked in law, I like things done by the book and prefer to live with people that have the same values such as integrity, honesty and are ethically minded and responsible.

The room is quite large and we can supply some basic furnishings including a trundle single bed OR a queen size mattress only (no bed frame). It has extensive built in wardrobes (see photos). Please note the furniture in the photos belongs to our outgoing housemate and we can only supply some basics. You will have access to the following shared facilities: - bathroom - kitchen - laundry - lounge and dining areas. Off street parking is available. Double Room, 320.00 pw Includes Electricity only. A range of towels provided, Linen, Doonas and pillows. Internet, can be acquired with a prepaid hotspot. The ability to be able to use and TURN a door handle is important. Turning on both opening and closing. Its a noise issue in an old building. Stipulations: Dishes are done, rubbish bin gets emptied regularly and the toilet seat and LID are down when finished. You break it - you replace it. New Stove/oven, new microwave, new washing machine. Im easy going. I am respectful of the other party(ies) space and do not intrude, I expect the same. I have several interests and this is perfectly located for all of them. I am fairly quiet when at home. I have no issue if you want to have house guests as well, real life occurs. I occasionally have previous flatmates stay over as they pass through Sydney, or family from Overseas. I travel often and am not home all the time. Can be like living alone. Lovely neighbours no strangers. Close to transport: trains and buses. 20 Minutes easy walk to either station. 31 or 36 minutes on the train to the city. If you are interested - please display a photo and some information about yourself. I would like to know your age (and place of origin. If you are traveling to Sydney) - when you would arrive and how long you may wish to stay. A little bit about your interests and employment. Be warned. I can be messy. Just tell me to put my stuff away. For an extra $130.00 per week there is use of a small pocket rocket: Suzuki Swift. Vehicle is a manual. Rental cost does not include tickets received by drivers, or tolls not paid, nor excess/deductibles if you have an accident. That said its a great car. A bit about Sydney and transport, and how far to the city: In Sydney you need a car. Public transport is not as fantastic as other cities around the world. Sydney is 110km in every direction from the GPO; in Martin Place in the CBD. Traveling by public transport, it is nothing to travel an hour in each direction to work, often more. It is much cheaper not to live in the city. There is enough public transport to get in and out easily. From Lakemba Railway Station to the City 36 minutes, up to 43 minutes From Kingsgrove Railway Station to the City 32 minutes to 36 minutes 14 Km in a straight line to the city centre. Slightly longer by train. It can take 20 minutes to drive – but not in peak hours. My place is 1.4km from either railway station – Lakemba or Kingsgrove. Lakemba has a whole street of interesting cafes and restaurants and supermarkets, as does Kingsgrove. Roselands has a large tri-level shopping centre. Everything you can find in the city is right near me. Without the city views and nightlife. Be sure to send your email address. On street parking available walking distance to railway and buses Your own fridge Im straight, with person not residing here Tri bunk, as previous flatmates destroyed bed Air Conditioning Big new wardrobe Secure location to live lovely neighbours, not strangers dishwasher Other resident is me Top of bunk great storage area own TV and set top box Potential for use of 2008 Suzuki Swift Manual
For single people: $280.00 per week. Older block of units in a very secure location. Easy walk to railway stations at Kingsgrove or Lakemba. Rent to be paid one month in advance at all times. You are not required to live in your room. WE all have lives and people in them, I have previous flatmates stay when passing through, and overseas family now and then. I like to think I am considerate of other peoples' space. I strive not to intrude. Your room is your own personal space and will be treated like that. The same respect is expected from the person staying. I am fairly quiet at home. When at home. I travel a lot. So it can be lonely sharing with me. I would like to think the cat would be safe staying home with the new person, but its not an expectation. When I travel the cat can go to boarding My partner is overseas - which is why I travel so much. I have a few stipulations: Dishes are done - please use the dishwasher for health reasons. Rubbish bin gets emptied before overflowing and taken out. Toilet seat and lid remain DOWN. Especially before flushing. You break it - you replace it. Quite reasonable as you didn't have to find additional funds for a bond. I have several vehicles, so the potential to use one is there for additional cost - covers the insurance servicing and registration. For an extra $130.00 per week there is use of a small pocket rocket: Suzuki Swift. Vehicle is a manual. Rental cost does not include tickets received by drivers, or tolls not paid, nor excess/deductibles if you have an accident. That said its a great car. If interested chat with me about it. Furnished with bedside table Lamp, bedding, blockout curtains, AC included Balcony nice for the glass of wine Other resident is me Room has a tri-bunk in it, Db on bottom sgl on top Provided: A range of towels, Linen, Doonas and pillows. Air Conditioning, Big new wardrobe, bedside table, tv. Heater. Wall unit with some containers. Double cupboard in kitchen. Own Fridge. Im easy going. I am respectful of the other party(ies) space and do not intrude, I expect the same. I am fairly quiet when at home. I have no issue if you want to have house guests as well, real life occurs. To be discussed before occurring and by mutual consent. Lovely neighbours no strangers. Close to transport: trains and buses. 20 Minutes easy walk to either station. 31 or 36 minutes on the train to the city.
