Hi, this is a great house 5 minutes walking to the train station (Bexley North or Bardwell park), and 20 minutes to central with 2 very chilled house mates. The room is close to the bathroom and away from the rest of the house and offers great privacy. It is a single room It is close to Earlwood, Bexley north and also to a small reserve. Unlike other places in the inner west, it does not have airplanes noise on top of you, so it is very quiet. Because I like cooking I have a lot appliances in the kitchen that can be helpful if you like cooking too. There is an Internet flat rate and it is shared amongst us. The room in Bardwell Park which is only 10 minutes from Marrickville. The place is also really close to the airport line train station, which translates in 20 minutes train to the city. I live there with Anna who is spending most time working or in his room although she can be really social on the right evening. Both Anna and I are clean and friendly and respectful of others space. The days of partying are gone for me although I love a nice gathering of people for dinner once in a while. There are fairy lights and a disco ball in the back yard. About me: In a past life I was a musician full time but now I am a professional working in digital in the city and Paul is working on various sites. I lived in share houses forever and I really like it. In my free time I play or listen to music, cook or go to some live gig, netflix or some Fifa on my xbox the odd red wine or scotch.
