The house is three bedrooms overlooking the beach with a large living area, surrounding veranda, a heat pump and wood fire. The house is recently renovated so has new paint and carpets throughout as well as a new dishwasher and oven. Although there is only one bathroom, the toilet is separate and there is a separate shower (two in total). The bedroom is 5x4m but does not have built in wardrobes. The house has a third small bedroom which we have put two beds into for guests, you would be welcome to use them if you have visitors :) We already have all living furniture and kitchen appliances so all you'd need is stuff for your bedroom. We also have unlimited internet so you are more than welcome to access that if you chip in to the bill. Our house is within walking distance of the beach and shopping centre as well as some bars/cafes/restaurants.

The spare room is only available for rent until October 2019, but on the upside I will be away for 6 weeks in July/August so you would have the house to yourself during that time. The house is close to beaches and public transport, has a modern kitchen including a dishwasher, a heat pump, off-street parking, and a shed with storage space. The spare room is furnished with a queen bed and TV but can also be emptied if required. NBN is connected (100 GB per month).
Although Suburb is listed as Kingston it's actually closer to mount nelson. New House with Air con and peaceful views in a quiet location 5 mins from Hobart cbd and 5mins from UTAS with plenty of parking. Public transport is not an option. I live with my 2 cats and work 11 day fortnights, and like to spend sundays relaxing or getting out and about. I'm a pretty quiet bloke who is looking for someone respectable and easy going.
Looking to fill two rooms in a three bedroom share house. It is a new house currently being renovated and ready around the end of June - photos to come. The house in on a main road so super close to bus stops. Kingston and Blackmans Bay beaches both in under 10min walking distance.
Always up for a chat with people. Work part time while putting myself through uni, getting closer to completing my Bachelor of Marine and Antarctic Science. Originally a mainlander but keen to make Hobart home. I'm looking for a room in a share house to lower my cost of living, and be able to enjoy life a bit more. I'm a believer that it's the people that make a home, not the walls and roof. Recently my ex has decided they no longer want our two dogs and I've agreed to take them on, so I'm looking for a place where my two 7yo maltese x shitzu and I could make a home. They are house trained, and also used to being outside when no-one is home. They aren't terrors likely to ruin furniture etc.
Hey, I'm Caitie, I have a kitty who is easy going, very lazy and no hassle. You wouldn't know he is around as he is a bit of scardy cat. I'm a full time student who also works part time. I'm pretty easy going. I enjoy riding horses, watching movies, and meeting new people. I'm not a party animal, so a party house is a no go for me. I just want a nice home with respectful housemates.
I’ve just returned to Hobart and am working from early morning till late afternoon restoring an old classic yacht. I lead a quiet respectful lifestyle without dramas. I’m courteous of other people and their space. Always clean up after myself. Send me a message and let’s meet to see if we are a match. Cheers Gerry.
Hi! My name is Amy and I'm 23 and my best friend and probably best part about me is my 3 1/2 year old rescue dog Popeye! He is obsessed with people and very friendly and fingers crossed is finally starting to mature a bit so he's getting quite mellow and happy to sleep the day away. As for me, I am a 2018 Utas grad (arts) student, just ya good old bachelors and I currently work at the Australian Taxation Office. Before that I was at the Dept. Veterans Affairs and before that I was a Dept. Human Services employee, so I've been in government for over 3 years now and before that I was a bartender in various Hobart waterfront spots which was a little more exciting. Although I sound a bit boring I can actually be quite fun I promise! I love a good drink and a chat, but I am not much into parties so that won't be an issue from me but am more than happy if you are! I also like camping, hiking, the beach, a good tv series, eating and going on spontaneous day trips with my friends and dog. I'm very clean, can cook (if you trust me enough I'd be happy to share meals) and am an overall happy person who loves a good giggle. Am happy to get to know each other well or keep to myself and will do my very best to make your life living with me as easy as possible! :)
Easy going, good listener, ethical, understanding, respectful, trustworthy, community minded, loves dogs ( have two of them that would come with me), good cook, likes watching movies and walking.
