Hi There, As I am off to start the next chapter of my life pursuing a career opportunity in the UK, I have to give up my room in my apartment, and am trying to find a match for my two housemates. As I am moving out, you will be living with two young (Mid Twenties) professional ladies, Naomi and Mary. The apartment is always clean and tidy, with a decent sized lounge/dining room. There is a pretty cute balcony off the lounge, for those sunny morning coffees. We are really lucky with the location, as the apartment is incredibly accessible. Its a three minute walk from Kooyong Station (Glen Waverley Line), and a short 13 minute ride into Flinders Street. There are two tram stops, Route 16 (at the front of the property) and the end of Route 58 (just one street over). The Toorak Rd/Monash Freeway is also a minutes drive away. There is a small strip of shops just down the hill, with a post office, milk bar, pharmacy, really decent wine cellar, and a few stereotypical amazingly "Melbourne" cafes to choose from, for that early morning caffeine fix on the way to the train station. There are three shopping precincts within a 10 minute tram ride/drive. (Glenferrie, Malvern and Tooronga). Really good internet (Avg 90mb/s), Dishwasher, Gas Hot Water, Washer/Dryer. Gas heater for lounge/living area. Bills (Only Elec/Gas and Internet) are all split three ways, and are in addition to the monthly rent of $730. Bond is $700. The room can be unfurnished when you move in.
My name is Nicola and I am 27 years old. I am currently working in Prahan and studying in the City. I love a good chat over a wine after work. But also am aware/ respect peoples space. I am tidy and considerate. Would love a friend as a housemate rather than only a housemate.
27 year old working the 9-5 grind in Richmond. Stable and consistent job. When I am not working I like to wind down at home either watching Netflix or chilling out at home. I'm usually fairly social on weekends, so never against having a few drinks at home and going to bars/restaurants. Love to live with more social people who like to have a chill out after work. Not really looking for a party house. I'm the guy on the right!
Hey! :D I'm Kish, a psychology student who wants to move closer to the city! I would love to share a flat/house with someone clean, like-minded and laid back. I'm a very tidy person, and I make amazing meal preps and cocktails. I love cooking, watching TV shows together and motivating your lazy ass to work out. I currently study at the Australian College of Applied Psychology, and I have previously worked as an Analyst with the Victorian Government as well as international ones. I was a Product Expert at Dan Murphy's, and I realized I was a natural at making/choosing awesome draanks. I'm not an alcoholic, unfortunately. I want to design streetwear as a side hustle. I'm happy to share, I'm a super-social person and I love meeting new people. I speak with an American/Canadian accent, so I hope that you don't mind. If you're down, please hit me up so we can really make this work! You know the drill ^_^ (If I'm early bird, please feel free to look me up on facebook)
Hey, I'm Zarif, 24, an expat doing my Masters at Swinburne University of Technology. I am a laid back person who loves to talk about music, movies, tv shows, sports, photography and all things interesting. I am tidy and organized, polite in nature but love a good chat now and then. I'm independent and respect people and their privacy but always willing to socialize. In need of a good accommodation near my university if possible. Hope to hear from you :)
I have a project based job in the SouthEast so I'm looking for a private room close to inner city train stations on the Glen Waverley line for a bit less than 2 months period (between 30th September and 20th November). I'm tidy and I'm working full time (8-5). Other than that I spend time doing my podcast, teaching languages and hanging out with my friends. I especially enjoy food/wine/coffee and the outdoors. Please message me if you have a listing that fits the location and the dates. Thanks!
Hi, I`m a Ph.D. student at the Swinburne University of Technology. I am a highly considerate, tidy and clean person to live with. Most of the times I would be at my office so, I just need somewhere to sleep.
I'm currently doing a research degree at RMIT, so i spend most of my time at uni. I like to experiment in the kitchen but make sure clean up after myself. I'm kinda introverted so mostly keep to myself, but would love to hangout sometime. I tend to keep my place clean owing to OCD tendencies. I'm responsible, cooperative and can easily adjust to changes.
Hey! I’m a 29yo radiographer, have just moved back from 2 years in the UK so looking to settle back in Melbourne again! I have previously lived inner south/east so keen to stay around where I know. I’m friendly and tidy and would hope to have housemates who are similar! I love having housemates who become friends. I tend to keep myself fairly busy, but do love a good brunch, family dinner or night out to the pub. I’m a fairly active person as welI, so spend a bit of time going for jogs, to the gym, or trying out some new sport. I will have a car, but as long as there is street parking or ability to get a permit I’m happy with that.
Hi! I am a 25 year old lawyer working full time in the city. I am a social and easy going person. I am also neat and tidy. I will usually go out to see friends on weekends and have a few hobbies, including piano and pottery, that I try to get to when work/life isn't too busy!
Hey everyone! My name is Lara, I’m 23 years old and currently working full time in retail. I’m looking to move out preferably around the eastern suburbs for work, towards the end of September. I’ve lived out of home for three years so I have had plenty of experience with paying bills, rent etc. I’m friendly, easy going, reliable, responsible, sociable, tidy, always up for a good chat and live a healthy and adventurous lifestyle. During my spare time I’ll either be at the gym, catching up with friends, exploring a new place or immersing myself in a good book or guilty Netflix binge. Hope to hear from you soon! Thanks, Lara :)
