Hi my name is Elise. I am currently working in hospitality and going back to study next year to finish my Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice. I am looking for a place closer to my current work and future University placement and job opportunities. I like an equal amount of quiet time and socialising. I am friendly, easy-going and hard-working. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I've just recently moved over from New Zealand. I work in an organics store in Balwyn, so I often bring lots free tasty organic food home. In my spare time I like to do parkour, and I read quite a bit, lots of non-fiction, about things like; gardening, philosphy, sociology, autobiographies, etc. I also used to be a chef, so I'm pretty keen on cooking. I like to think I'm pretty good to live with :) Cheers, Theo
I do shift work for a living so not always around, clean and respectful love a drink or 10 but can also drink 10 cups of tea if it's that's kinda night and enjoy being sociable with housemates
I'm currently studying a bachelor of Laws/Commerce at Deakin University in Burwood and am in my fifth year. I am looking to move closer to university to focus on my studies. I am easy going and respectable of others privacy but also enjoy a good chat. I'm extremely clean and tidy. I enjoy my own space but also love to socialise around dinner and a few drinks. I am looking for a friendly and inviting share house, so please feel free to contact me if you have something like this available!
Hey there! My name is Elly and I'm a friendly, down to earth, (nearly) 26 year old looking to move closer to my workplace. I work full time and enjoy being social, having a cheeky drink and chat with housemates but also respect others' own/private space and appreciate my own as well when needed. I don't smoke but don't mind if others do, love pets but won't be bringing one of my own. There's about a 99% guarantee that I'll want to bombard you at some point with photos of my adorable family dog though. I do drive so somewhere with parking would be ace (happy to obtain a council permit). Hoping to find a place with a balanced, easy going and social bunch of rad housemates! I'm organised, tidy and pay bills on time. Move date flexible. Looking forward to meeting you!
I'm Louise, a 27 year old Dietitian whose been living in London the last two years. I got back to Australia in November, and am starting a PhD in March so am looking for a place to call home. I love food, cooking, sports, the outdoors, reading, a good beer/wine and a good tv show/movie. I'm clean, tidy and respectful as a result of living in share houses for the last nine years or so.
Hello future flatmate!! My name is Nick and I am looking for a place to move into around Glen Iris, Malvern, Caulfield areas. I'll be finishing my studies at Swinburne in Feb 2017 (double in Aviation and Commerce (finance)). I'm a farm kid so someone who has pets is not an issue for me (I don't have one personally). I'm very laid back but always pitch in with cleaning. I can cook but also enjoy eating out, going out and experiencing new and exciting activities. I fly aircraft for fun and like to fly away for a couple of days to different parts of Australia (when I actually have the time and money!!). This will hopefully be a career the future. The accommodation I'm looking for is a house with 2-3 other housemates between the ages of 20-26 (either male or female I don't really mind). Looking for good, relaxed vibes while having respect for one another's privacy and study/work commitments. If you think I could fill the spot that you have, feel free to message me or send me a text! :)
Hi there, I’m Jess, a mid-twenties woman seeking a new abode to call home for a year, getting back into the health industry professionally after travelling a bit in 2016. I love a good laugh, having great conversations with others about experiences, philosophy, science, systems and nature. I like getting current with my housemates world and am a low maintenance kind of person, humble, clean and respectful of people’s belongings and personal time as well. I like to practice yoga and dancing, am into art platforms such as dancing, documentaries, paintings, sculptures, colour, nature, journalism publications, film and food. Heavy metal music is not my cup of joy personally, but like all other music genre. I am looking to move into a nice private room (whether existing or starting up a share-house) in the inner North and/or inner East suburbs by early Feb. Max budget $180 per week including bills, or some bills. A place that has space to move around in, some greenery, friendly people to co-habitat with that are independent, enjoy establishing good connections with those they interact with, and are considerate of others time, habits and ideas will be suitable. I am open to teaming up with like-minded folks interested in establishing a chill, easy- going environment to live in as well, so message me if you’re searching for a new place also with the suburbs I’ve tagged, and think we’d make a good fit. [I’ve minimal furniture to offer (only bedroom furniture, crockery, a blender and a table) but willing to resourcefully set up a house with others for the things we each require] A bathroom with a separate toilet will be a bonus, including a gas cooker, and a green patch nearby the property, or within it. I also do not have a car, so looking for a place close to PT, 15 minute walk max to a train station. I've share housing experience also and always proactive with paying rent and shared bills on time, and will continue at the next place I move to. Thank you for taking the time to read my description. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting good vibe people, Jess
I am a French student and I am going to do an internship in a consultancy agency in Camberwell. I will work Monday to Friday. I am looking for clean and neat flatmates but I am also looking for fun flatmates to have a chat and go out on weekends.
I am currently busy studying in Hawthorn and working casually in Camberwell. Looking to move into a shared environment. I'm not much of a party animal but I love watching Netflix and chatting. I also love to cook (and bake) and am both neat and considerate. I also have furniture to contribute if needed.
My name is Lorena, I am a student from Mexico in exchange for a semester in Swinburne University of Technology. I study communication and media, so I love watching films. I am also a ballet and contemporary dancer. I really like traveling and hanging outdoors. I take care of the environment. I am not loud, but I'm also not boring :)

Ideally, I am looking for a place where I can park my car as I drive to work everyday. Also, I would live best with housemates who help keep the common areas clean and are non-smokers. A little about me: I am a 26 year old student currently attending Uni during the week and working at MCAS on the weekends. No quirky behaviors or hobbies. Just a straight forward human that enjoys motorcycle riding, outdoors, game of thrones and suits; pretty ordinary bloke, oh and beers and footy and many other activities, especially places in Melbourne I have never been before. However my dark side is, I cannot promise I will not steal your precious ice cubes from the freezer, but I will fill up the tray back with water :) I am looking for easy going room mates that have an established house already, as I do not own any furniture and minimal possessions. I am looking for a place on the southern side of Melbourne, whether it be west or east. I am not fussed at all. Hopefully I have represented my personality in a manner you find a suitable addition to your household. Cheers Rhys
Hello,I am fahim from Bangladesh and religiously i am Muslim.I am jolly and cool minded.I am a student of Deakin college melbourne campus.I do not drink and smoke infact ,i never did these.but i not have problem with people who do this.I do not have problem with people from any country and any religion infact i will love to have a cultural diversity.Male and female both are welcome .Those who want to have fun all day and dont want to stop laughing they can join me without hesitation. if i found my roommates good i would like stay with them until i leave Australia.
I'm an easy going Swede who keeps her mess in her room and is always up for a chat. I Would prefer to share with one or two people but I'm open to anything that's relatively close to the city. I keep pretty busy with work and uni so I definitely enjoy my personal space but still want to be able to hang out with my roommates. I'm a bit of a night person so I'm usually up very late and sleep until the afternoon. But don't worry, I'm very quiet and respectful.
I'm clean, easy going and I like to cook. Looking for something cheap near the city, don't need much space, location is more important to me than anything.
I'm a 26 y.o. From the U.K. currently here on a student visa. I like my own space from time to time but equally like my social times too. I like to hike, camp, canoe, rock climb and other outdoorsy stuff. I am a smoker but I have no problem smoking outside, I'm actually trying to quit anyway. I like to go out with my friends to dance and laugh, though a house were I'm more than happy to have a night in on a weekend would save my wallet hahaha. I've been described as funny, intelligent and polite......as well as lazy, loud and takes nothing seriously. Which I tend to agree with, I do have my faults but I'll never defend them. If I'm being too loud, just say. If I forgot to tidy my dishes away, just say. I'll never argue about that stuff.
We are a friendly, open-minded American couple looking for a flat in Melbourne. :) We're on an extended working holiday in Oz, and we love making new friends. We'd love to find a place near public transportation since we don't have a car. In our free time, Austin plays video games competitively (Super Smash Bros) and Bethany loves volunteering. We've both started learning Japanese in hopes of traveling to Japan soon!

Hi, I'm Steph. I enjoy cooking and watching quality movies. I am allergic to cats, and have grown up around dogs my whole life. My weekends are generally made up of relaxing, catching up with friends for dinner or drinks and going for walks. Love finding new books to read and I love my coffee. I'm a property valuer in the city and I work the typical 8am-6pm. I have family in rural Victoria who I like to visit overnight occasionally.
Hi, I am looking for a place to live in January 2017 when my current lease finishes up. Looking to live with similar aged people (young/mid 20s) who are fun and up for a laugh. I enjoy having a few drinks with friends but I also love taking it easy on the weekend! I'm into cooking, going to the beach and I love going out for brunch! I work full time in accounting. Thanks! Sam
Hiya! I'm a student studying science about to do a year of fulltime work through my course. I'm pretty open minded, social and find it easy to get along with others. I do also like my downtime and understand others' needs. I usually keep pretty busy throughout the week so I'm not a huge party person though I will go out occasionally. More often than not, I'm either gaming, baking stuff or just hanging out with a friend :) If you're friendly, relatively tidy and have a room or are looking for someone to rent a place with, feel free to message me and we can take it from there!
Australian - currently overseas returning on the 20th January - looking to get on the job of finding a new place to call home on my return. I'm friendly, easy-going and respectful of those I live with. I will be working full-time as a carpenter on my return to Melbourne and I'm looking for a clean house to come home to with a clean kitchen. I'm always on-time paying rent and bills. Being a tradesman, I own a vehicle so an off-street car park or option to get a parking permit is preferable. I'm an active person - passionate about rock climbing, snowboarding and all things outdoors. I love the city of Melbourne for it's thriving music scene, nightlife, great food and coffee. I enjoy socialising, a drink on the weekends and meeting new people. Cheers!
26 year old world citizen, born in Darwin, educated in Adelaide. Quiet to live with, witty like Mila Kunis, meticulously cleaner, occasional wine and whisky drinker. Wild Spirit. Hungry Learner. Everlasting Dreamer. Professional Giggler. Expert Pillow-Fort Maker. Curious Bookworm. Social Entrepreneur. Compulsive Explorer. What I am looking for: A quiet, clean place I can come home to after a long days work. Housemates who are respectful and equally share the cleaning and care of the house/apartment. A double bed. No shared rooms please. What I can offer: Great intellectual conversation. I am a fantastic cook! My dad jokes are legendary. Easy going person who you can have a glass of wine with at the end of the day. Brilliant storyteller. Ridiculously clean person and very respectful of other people's space. If you want to know more, please feel free to message. I would love to hear from you!
I am currently kept busy studying full time and working part time. Skills include; being handy in the kitchen, assembling ikea furniture like there is no tomorrow and not knowing what i am going to do with my life. I am pretty chilled out, a bit of an introvert yet love sharing a meal and drink whilst having a chat, and going out every now and then. I am happy to live in a sociable house or one where everyone does their own thing as long as people are respectful of space, and have a humorous side... Looking to move in some time during Feb.
Hi my name is Nicole and I'm 25. I'm a recent Textile Design graduate who just got a full time job in Dandenong. I'm moving from Geelong so looking for somewhere near the city close to the M1 for easy travel to work. Looking to move early-mid Jan 2017. I'm clean and respectful and easy to get along with. I'm very active, love fitness and the outdoors. Love to explore, travel, and socialise with friends (whether that be out for drinks or movie nights in). Nicole :)
Hey there, I have recently returned back to Australia after 12 months of living and working in Sweden. I am friendly, bubbly but also respectful of others and their space. I make a very tidy and easy going house mate and I am looking for a comfortable home to share with like minded people. I am a Business student and starting work in Melbourne mid January, so will require a place then. I am currently in Brisbane temporarily until I move to Melbourne so I will probably not be able to view the room in person prior to moving in, I am however happy to organise a Skype or FaceTime session first so that you may get to know me better. Most likely during the week I will be busy working and studying, but I don't mind having a nice chat in the evening or cooking meals together of a weekday and being more social of a weekend. I am a very social person who enjoys coffee dates, meals out and the occasional night out but I am not a massive partier. I am a non-smoker myself but I do not mind if others smoke, I am also a drinker occasionally of a weekend or special occasion. I am looking for an already (preferably but not necessarily) furnished room within the Eastern and South Eastern areas of Melbourne, as I'm used to this area but other areas considered. I have no preference as to the age, gender, sexual orientation etc of potential flat mates. I am a very open minded and accepting person. Just people who are friendly, respectful and welcoming is all I care about. I also would like people who are social and would be willing to hang out. I look forward to hearing from some lovely potential house mates soon!
Hello! I'm an exchange student from Finland looking for a place to live while I study at Monash Uni. I'm an easygoing and calm person who likes to socialize but who also appreciates privacy of others. I like to keep things tidy and participate in housework. I'm hoping to find a room where utilities (e.g. gas, internet) are included. Looking forward to meeting great new people!

I'm an Architect, recently returned to Melbourne after a long period away. I am quiet, respectful, love cooking, traveling and film, art and cultural pursuits. I am very tidy and would like to team up with like minded people.
I will be moving back to melbourne at the start of 2017 to start my full time job, I have one beautiful cat and pride myself in keeping communal areas clean and tidy. I see myself as an easy going, open minded person with a social yet sometimes quiet personality. I do enjoy cooking for myself and have lived out of home since I was 16! I love getting out of the house and exploring or walking around so if you have a pet dog I will happily bring them along with me. If you think we could work something out please don't be afraid to send me a message!
Hi, I am super easy going with strong values - integrity - honesty and respect. I am involved in a startup and as you can imagine that takes basically all of my waking hours :) When I do have sometime to myself I would make good use of it by heading to the gym or listening to friends playing a gig somewhere in Melbourne. I do need pet friendly accom as I have 2 elderly cats 20yo and 15yo - their only requirements are to sleep on my comfy bed and have some supervised outside time - balcony - courtyard is fine.
I am a fun, and friendly person to live with! I love to cook and clean, and although I tend to be quiet during the week I like to go out for a g&t at the weekend with friends. I'm a big film freak, and if I'm not at home watching movies I love visiting the galleries and museums around Melbourne. I am returning to Melbourne in January 2017 after spending Christmas at home in the UK, and will be working full-time at Southern Autistic School from 27th January. I'll be in Melbourne until August 2017, when I'll be heading back to the UK to complete a doctorate in Educational Psychology.
Hey I'm Janeaya! I am a 24 year old graphic designer working full time and looking to move into a friendly share house. I enjoy travel, music and cooking, as well as other fun and creative activities that pop up. I'm a clean and considerate person and while I like my privacy some of the time, I also like to socialise and have fun :)
My name is James I grew up in Melbourne, I'm friendly, tidy and easygoing. I'm currently working full time at a restaurant in South Yarra over the university holidays and will be going back to university next semester to finish off my degree in Accountancy/Tax Advisory & Fraud Investigation (whilst still working full time). At the moment my schedule puts me at home for most of the day and working the late afternoon/night. I'm a bit of a coffee fanatic, I'm in the midst of getting into cooking and I always enjoy making cocktails in summer! Enjoy unwinding on my days off either by seeing friends or by playing PS4, watching TV shows, Movies, or by listening to music. I come with a Large TV and sound system. can be put in storage if you already have one in the apartment. I also have experience with a 2-bedroom and how to use common areas, looking to move into somewhere established or team up and find a room in South Yarra area. Love to hang out over a glass of wine, meal or a drink out on chapel street. But also have my own interests and am respectful of each others space.
Hi there, I am a 29 yo female and just moved to Victoria from rural Queensland. In February I will begin studying my Masters Degree (Journalism) at Monash Caulfield and I am looking for a room in a share house/flat with some nice housemates and a space to park my car off the street. I am an easy going, responsible person, who respects others privacy. I enjoy photography, good books, keeping fit and active, good food and coffee, a chat over a glass of red wine and travelling. I grew up in Germany and have travelled through most of Northern Australia and other countries around the globe. So apart from exploring the city life and all that Melbourne has to offer I am also keen to explore the surrounding areas for some outdoor adventures. Ideally I would love to live close to the beach so i can escape the city landscape for a run on the beach in the afternoons but more important than that are lovely housemates. Age is not an issue so I don't mind living with someone in their early twenties or in their 30s, 40s, 50s. Important to me is respecting each others schedules and being an honest and open communicator. I am happy to supply references if required and I am going to be working alongside my studies. Looking forward to meeting you!
