I'm from Italy and I'm studying at the Australian College of Dance while I'm working in camberwell as a waitress. My boyfriend Rhys is from Australia and he's a bartender. We are a very outgoing couple, very respectful for the other's space and we like to take some times for ourselves. We are very clean and tidy. We like sometimes to have a drink and relax.
Hi there! My name is Karolina. I am a 32 year old professional 9-5 worker who is looking for a new place to call my home. I am a neat and tidy person, who respects the place I live in. I like to do my own groceries, and as I am a vegetarian (I do eat fish) I like to cook my own food, but am more then happy to share. I do have a 2.5 year old foxy called Sparrow , who is a little shy at first, but is full of beans once he gets to know you. He is very house trained and super affectionate. He also loves the company of other dogs, so if you have a pooch yourself, that would be great! If the house has a garden, Sparrow loves to explore, and I have a bit of a green thumb where I grow herbs and some veggies - which I use in my cooking. I am looking for people who like to have a chat over a glass of wine, but also don't mind if we do our own thing and respect each others space.

I'm moving back to Melbourne after 2 years in Mildura. I've got previous experience housesharing both here and in Adelaide and am looking forward to getting back into a share house after renting on my own in Mildura. I'm from the UK originally, moving to Australia at 21. I have a solid, full-time government job and in my spare time I enjoy going out, doing interesting stuff and travelling. I'd be great to live with as I'm a relatively low-maintenance housemate, I enjoy a laugh and having a good convo, but I have enough of my own interests that I won't be a pain. Bills and rent will be paid on time, cleaning will be done and a good time will be had by all!
Hi I'm a 33 y.o. new to Melbourne and originally from Perth but have lived and worked around the world. I'm looking for a place preferably with other full time day workers that's reasonably clean and quiet, but also laid back and friendly. Thanks, and I hope to hear from you soon. (n.b. move date and length of stay are flexible)

Happy with nearby suburbs too. -Dan: surveyor, loves cars, cheeky banter, gourmet cooking and a bevy -Krissy: barista, archaeology student, burlesque dancer, loves puns, gourmet cooking and rum We are both very neat, positive, helpful and supportive people, unless we are hungry. But we also love Maccas nuggets, HSPs and naan bread as much as the next person. We come with two cats, both of them very sociable and highly excellent: Sausage - deaf, albino, bit of a spaz but loves to sleep on beds and sit on your homework Edward - hella fluffy, more personality than most people, enjoys pats, scowling, fancy feast and drinking from the tap Perks of us: -clean, tidy and organised -Kitchen wizards -we work lots (Krissy will bring you home free food) -Dan will fix your car -we're sociable and love to hang but respect the need for alone time -we can out pun ANYBODY Cheers!
Hey guys, So i've recently moved back to Melbourne after a 5 years up north. And have been staying with friends in South Yarra, but now i'm ready to find my own place. I am a professional who works full-time as a Teacher. I'm looking for a place where I will obviously get along well with the other housemate/s. I am someone who loves to share meals with others to give the place that homely vibe and also make life easier for others. However I'm also looking for a place that doesn't see you constantly in the other persons space. I have lived in houseshares for 10 years now and i'm a very respectful, clean and considerate housemate. Who always pays bills on time and does his bit around the house. I love my sport, cooking, and finding new places in Melbourne to explore. If you think I could be a good fit for your place, please send me a msg and I will get back to you. Look forward to hearing from you. Nick
I'm a full time student and studying about remedial massage. I also work as a part time retail assistant. I need peace and quiet place to study. However,I'm a sociable and friendly and happy to have a chat with a glass of wine in my down time. And I'm a very clean and tidy person as a typical Japanese.

Looking for fun and mature people to get a long with and have a sweet place to call home for a while. Down for any place that has animals!

Heya! I'm currently up in Brisbane hoping to move down to Melbourne, I'm in my final semester of university but would be working full time. I like to think I am fun to live with, but keep to myself as well so I wouldn't be constantly in your face. I have a cat with no teeth but not sure if she is coming down with me just yet so that's not really an issue. I'm a big fan of food and I love walking around aimlessly other then that I am a pretty boring person.

Hello all! We are located on the corner of Glenferrie and Toorak, with the number 8 tram beginning and ending just outside our doorstop, and Kooyong station just 7 minutes around the corner. We are just a few ways outside of the CBD and less than 2 minutes away from Toorak Village shops and restaurants! We have a spacious living room with a fire place and all, a great front yard for those summer bbqs, as well as a garage (if needed). We have two rooms available to rent in our lovely Toorak home, both available as of the 1st of November; one of these being the master bedroom with ensuite (Smaller room is $190/pw). We are looking for a 3rd and 4th member to join us for Tuesday night trivia, non stop Star Wars reruns, great banter and a shared love of Motown records. At this point in time we are looking for a female tenans to even out the numbers as we have too lovely ladies leaving us. That said we are more than happy to consider prospective male tenants.
LOOKING FOR A SHORT TERM RENTAL one of our flatmates is going away for three months - looking for someone to take over his room. A beautiful house, that is super convent, located near glenferie rd which has lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. There is public transport super close by and its less then 10 minutes to the city. The house has fully ducted air conditioning and heating, it is also fully furnished.
This is a gorgeous 3-story townhouse on a sleepy cul-de-sac in Hawthorn East. The place has a beautiful courtyard out the back for breakfast/brunch/afternoon gatherings, gets the sun in both the morning and the evening. The house is directly opposite a Stockland shopping centre for all your needs. There is air-conditioning, wooden floors in the large common areas, and the rest of the house (apart from your bedroom) is already furnished. As a bonus, as we have a floral designer living here, there is always fresh flowers in the house! NB. The available room shares and ensuite with one other housemate. There is also a possibility of having a balcony.
Apartment is right next to a train station, a short walk to a tram stop, supermarket (Coles), and a lot of really good cafes. Also a just down the road from a park. We have air con in the lounge room which is great during summer. The bedroom itself has great morning sun and blinds that can block it out if needed. The room also has its own access to the antenna if you want to have a TV in there. The kitchen is fully equipped and we do have a dish washer and we have a large shower, and a bath. We do have a washing machine, and clothes lines outside, but if a dryer is needed there is a laundromat not too far away.
it's a really chilling place to live with 3 minutes walk toward tramp (number 72) which will go to the city by 30 minutes, on your way to the city you can choose to drop by glenferrie road / chapel street which has a lots of bars, clubs, even supermarket and everything is here. living here will give you more time to see beautiful places around Melbourne rather than staying in the city since chapel street and glenferrie road is also famous for their foods and bars. Furthermore we're also only 10 minutes walk to the tooronga station (if you prefer to use train rather than tram). it's a really convenience place to live in every season, public transport nearby, and you'll have a good quiet night. Contact me for more details for couples.

My current housemate is moving out at the end of the lease in November, and I am looking for somebody to fill her spot. We are close to glenferrie road, auburn station, Camberwell junction and an abundance of cafes, parks and restaurants that hawthorn has to offer. Your generous double bedroom has built in robes, heating and is filled with light. You also have your own modern bathroom and underground remote controlled car park. The kitchen is bright with stainless steel appliances and ample storage. There is a split system airconditioner / heater in the lounge room/kitchen, and a large balcony. We also have a large concealed laundry upstairs with space to dry clothing, as well as a washer and dryer. The rent is 285 each per week paid monthly, and you will need to be approved to go onto the lease which is on a month to month deal with our amazing agent. You will also need to pay 50% of the bond per our agent. Internet and bills are split evenly not included in the rent. Our bills to date have been very cheap. I am a 28 year old professional female who works full time, originally from country Adelaide. I like to go out for meals, socialise out with friends, cook and exercise. I enjoy relaxing when at home due to a busy work schedule, but would love someone like minded who I can chat to and even socialise with over coffee or a wine here and there. I am looking for a single 23-33ish year old full time worker or student, who appreciates the need for a quiet home life. I'm looking for a single as our place is only big enough for the 2 of us. The house is fully furnished apart from your room and bathroom, so you only need to have furniture for those rooms, the kitchen is stocked with appliances for us to both use also. There is an intercom security gate, so the building is very safe with only 11 other apartments. If you like the sound of this place, feel free to email me any questions and we can organise to meet and look through the place. Move in date will be the end of the lease November 28th I look forward to hearing from you! Ali
Hi All, Jack (dog) and I are weighing up our options for the end of the year - we're looking for a nice place to call home for the foreseeable future and lovely, laid-back people to share with. Last year I went back to uni full time studying design (Swinburne) so I'm usually either at uni or working from home, I also run a little bakery business on the side. Outside of this, I keep busy with friends/hobbies/life/dog/relaxing. Over the years I've lived in a few different share houses so am well versed in flatmate etiquette and am always reliable with rent. I come with great airbnb, uber and personal references. Looking to either join an existing flatmate family or find people to start one up. In terms of location, I'm really flexible and open to different options - I'm in Balaclava at the moment but happy to consider going more Hawthorn direction and closer to uni. If you have a similar time frame (Nov/Dec move) and are interested in joining forces to look for a place then get in touch. Similarly, if you already have a place and you think we might be the right human/dog combo for you then we'd love to hear from you. Jack Bio/FAQ: Jack (Russell) is around 3 years old and a shy little fella. At home, he splits his time between following me around and waiting for me to come home. He's housetrained and very quiet. He'll bark at the doorbell once he's learnt what it sounds like but he's just trying to help us out. He does have little white furs which sometimes fall out but don't worry because we come as a package deal with an excellent dyson vacuum and take care of it.

Hello future housemates my name is Maria just currently finished my diploma in beauty therapy and now currently working for Endota. I am a very social person love the company of people but I do understand people need there space to chill and relax by them selfs. Hobbie include taking photos, shopping, hanging out with friends and of course going out to eat. Love a good burger or pizza ! I occasionally like to go for a good walk or do some exercising to stay healthy. Just want to live closer to the city because I am finding it hard traveling to get to work from where I am livin at the moment. I am working almost full time hours so won't be home during the day unless I have a day off. I am just looking for a place where I can get along with my housemates.
Looking for long term accommodation. 23yr old female, full time employee at Royal Melbourne hospital, very clean and tidy and won't be at home most of the time due to work. Not into house-parties but love a drink on weekends out at bars or pubs. Quiet when at home, does work on the laptop and love a good night in for a movie or TV shows, and usually spends weekends out at cafes with friends or road tripping. Very easy to get along. Respects privacy and personal space very much. Likes to keep the place clean and tidy.
