Hi, I’m Mehrdad 👋

I’m in my mid-30s, originally from Tehran, Iran, and have been living in Melbourne since 2015. I work full-time and hold a Master of Teaching in Early Childhood Education from Monash University. I lead a structured lifestyle and pride myself on being clean, respectful, and reliable—especially when it comes to rent and shared responsibilities.

I’m currently looking for either:
• A large room with a private ensuite, or
• Someone like-minded to team up with and rent a 2-bedroom apartment together

I also have a car, so access to parking is important—either off-street or reliable street parking would be perfect.

I also have a cat named Burrito 🐾
He’s 9 years old, very calm, affectionate, and fully house-trained. He mostly keeps to himself and is happy staying in my room. Because of this, having an ensuite is important to make things comfortable and practical.

I value a peaceful, clean, and respectful home environment and am always happy to contribute to keeping the place in great shape.

Ideally, I’d love to live with someone who is considerate, tidy, and easygoing—someone who enjoys a relaxed home rather than a party house.
