Thank you for visiting my profile! It's a decent profile, for sure! Hey! I'm Daniel - I'm 23 year old human, birthed and raised in Adelaide - I'm currently working part-time as an Electronic Security Technician and I'm planning on continuing full-time study (not sure if Adelaide or Flinders yet) in 2018- I've previously rented twice - with friends; I'm reliable, as I always pay rent on time. I have references to show. Organized, respectful and cordial :) I'm a laid back guy, finding peace in company. I have a car - I'm looking for a single unfurnished room~ I have a double bed and accessories to fill~ If it's the right place, I can wait to move out to at most late January. So ignore the move date blah. Personally, I'm a pretty active guy and you'll find me to be doing things either around the house or out in the open world. I like to socialise or create art in my free time. Living in a household where everyone feels comfortable is absolutely paramount to me! Can't stand drama :) My interests are: mystics, 8ball, 7 eights, one gram of solar, a second cup, five Star Treks and a Metallica album. In other words: photography, abstract, astronomy, sci-fi, philosophy, metal \m/ and miscellaneous me stuff etc~ :) Don't hesitate to give me a message if you're interested! So thank you! And take care! :)

I'm an international uni student from Vietnam, soon-to-be graduate, looking for an affordable place to live in Adelaide and surrounds in a year at the least, ideally a single room in shared flat or house. I'm also an easy-going, friendly, fairly sociable guy, and it would be really great if we do share something in common as I'm into foods, travel and music, but most importantly, be fair and straightforward when it comes to business as well.

(Only looking for new team ups, not existing room shares) Hey friends, I'm Lucy, I'm 20 years old and currently still living with my family Looking to move out within the next few months for more freedom and independence. (Don't be worried that if you were to get a house with me I'd be hit hard with reality and take off half way through the lease, because when I plan something, I stick to it, and this is me forever, or at least the amount of time I commit too) I work Monday to Friday in a Call Centre, work evenings and weekends part time, and work weekends doing Freelance Makeup. On weekends when I'm not working I party like most 20 year old's do. When at home, I like to lounge around either in my bed with Netflix, or on the couch with a good movie, which will most likely result in afternoon naps or dancing around the house with no pants on (I'll try to be fully dressed when your family comes over but no promises) In a roommate I'd be looking for someone like minded and respectful, it would be a huge plus to become friends aswel rather than just passing in the kitchen everyday (I can understand that becoming friends with your roommate can ruin things but I'd be determent to keep the divide) In a house I would be looking for something clean and low maintenance (not necessarily new but preferably new appliances) , would love a spare bedroom (which we can both use) for when friends need to stay, and a dishwasher for me is a must. (Nice bathtub also preferable for lush bath bombs!) I also wanted to mention first up, I have collected a lot of the furniture that would be required for the shared spaces in our home so I'm not too fussed (would actually be preferable) if you didn't have much furniture already, hence avoiding having double.
I'm friendly, easy going, love dogs (i don't have pet), I like to have an ensuite bathroom so it'll be easier for me to go at night :) , I'm a student (master program at uni of adelaide), prefer female flatmates
Myself an Indian national with an Australian PR. I am into the Facilities Management industry and work as an Operations Manager. Will relocate soon to Australia.
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean and tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide and reasonably close to shops and public transport . I have some furniture in storage. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying.
Mature online nursing student bar tender who is tidy, respectful, easy going lady back non smoker that is considerate of others privacy, space and feelings who chips in around the house where needed; into playing or watching sport live or on TV, night in of movies with a glass of wine, keeping fit and lives a considerably health lifestyle (out of choice) that is down for having a chat where time permits with my house mates.
We are looking forward to meet new people with the same interests, just arrived to Adelaide. We love outdoors, a nice meal and a glass of wine. Ricardo is planning to work full time in business management and Sara is going to study and work part time in hospitality. Originally from Portugal, we are very tidy and clean. We would prefer to have our own or ensuite bathroom. Feel free to send us a message.

Looking for someone to take over the lease on my room in this great house, lease only runs until May 2018. Current housemates would be looking to extend the lease, but entirely up to you. I’m moving out as my partner is moving to adelaide from interstate and we want to get our own place. It’s a pretty big room in a large two story modern house in a quiet street. 10 minute drive to the city and the beach. The house is fully furnished with appliances, couches, kitchenware etc. All bedrooms are upstairs, with a bathroom shared with one of the housemates (the other has their own ensuite). The bedroom comes with a desk and chair and has a large double wardrobe with full length mirror. Downstairs is the kitchen, lounge room, dining area, laundry, second bathroom and a storage room with plenty of space. There’s also a small backyard that gets plenty of sun. Unlimited high speed internet and Foxtel is already connected, costs $40 per month each. Bond is $1000 (the options wouldn’t let me select it).
Close to the CBD and not too far from the beach as well! Rooms are big and spacious. There is also plenty of space outdoors perfect for enjoying the summer weather. The westside bikeway is located across the road and is great for walking running and cycling if you like to keep active. Also located in walking distance to public transport. The house is fully furnished except for bedroom furniture.
I am a respectful decent guy, who own's a Tech Start Up. I have a great sense of respect for others and their personal space. I clean up after myself and happy to help out around the house.. I come from a hospitality and real estate background but quite laid back. Not home a lot, like pets, all topics of discussion, Wine, plus I like to cook, be healthy and active.
27 years of age and I've lived well beyond my years. I have been independent since the age of 15, renting a number of private rentals over the years and prior to moving to Adelaide, a housing trust home. I have a number of references who were more than willing to vouch for me I tend to remain a solitary person however I come out of my shell and mingle when I'm with like minded people. I'm currently studying art therapy and running a small online business solutions company from home. Due to the nature of the business I don't need to have clients come to me so my office space is contained to my desk. My passion is creating awareness around mental illness and I'm working towards becoming a peer worker in the future. I love to create! Whether it be with food, woodwork, painting/art therapy, quirky gifts or something to personalise my space such as unique decore pieces. But don't let this scare you off, I have respect for others boundaries and I like to keep a tidy household. Finding someone to contribute with housework on a roster would be great. My animals are my foundation and I would prefer to be homeless with them; rather than to part from them. Both in their senior years (8/9) and my dog being a survivor of a hit run; needs to be in a secure and preferably a smaller sized yard but this is not a necessity. Turbo is my goofy friendly Ridgeback, who thinks he is a lap dog and is stuck to me like a shadow. Batman the cat always makes friends with our neighbohrs and housemates. He's a cat hater converter! I'm living proof! Haha. It goes to show how well behaved they are when a landlord approved my application in the past, based on how well mannered they were with me. Complementing all of our characters and when the lease expired he thanked us for leaving the house in better condition than what it was originally in. I'm quite a flexible, reasonable and non-judgemental person who can adapt quite easily to my living environment and I'm an advocate for mutual respect and open communication.

Hi all. 55 year old. Full time worker. Totally young at heart. I'm in hospitality, open minded. Now days we have an althabete happening but if your gay, bi, male or female, straight, who cares. Respect, good company when at home, maybe share cooking. I have a partner, I would invite her over for dinner and spend the night now and then. I do however spend most of my time at hers. I'm relaxed but work under pressure so I enjoy my time as well. Seeking a nice clean place to call home for now. Old new, does not matter, just clean. Seen a few places recently run by boarder house operators, over it, in fact boarder house operators should be barred from using this site. That's my 15 minutes, lol. I'm a smoker but well trained, outside. Okay, I don't like wearing clothes at home having said that I don't sleep walk around the house. Really!!! Lol. Decent bloke looking for decent place. boarder house owners give me a wide berth. Not happening.
Ducted air conditioning. Spacious living area. Unfurnished but all kitchen appliances and couch in living area included. Feel free to bring your own furniture if you have any. Excellent location in Ashford - very central for all adelaide locations and destinations. Large outdoor undercover deck. Electric roller door garage. Surrounded with lovely garden and trees - super low maintenance garden with outdoor shed for storage. Set back off the street so is very quiet - ample off street car parking due to large spacious driveway.

I am very much an extroverted person who loves to talk and be around people. With that being said i am busy quite often with uni work so im not always going to be up in your grill. I love pets so im good with any pet that may be at the house. I have lived out of home for a year now and have had no problems with rent or bills or anything. I am vegan and would love to live with other vegans or vegetarians (hit me up), but i am very mellow vegan so i defs dont make a big deal about it. i am often happy and enthusiastic and have a good sense of humor. i am also up if people want to bind forces and establish a house together. If you think we could live together, get in touch!
Hi my name is Meg, I am 26 years old, have a psychology degree and currently work in Government. I am laid back, tidy, respectful, open-minded, generally keep to myself and I love a good laugh. I have a pup Labrador who is absolutely beautiful. I grew up in Adelaide but traveled a few times after finishing my degree through Europe and the UK, love traveling! Also love food. In my spare time I like to draw, paint and craft in general. Unfortunately I am a Netflix addict so that is also a great pass time of mine. P.s. sorry for he Snapchat filter picture. I have no photos of me independently except for this one. #shame
The Place: The house is in a block of units but is a stand alone house in the block (14 units). The unit is quite big. One dining area, medium sized kitchen with dishwasher, huge lounge area with a little study off to the side, compact laundry with washer and dryer, plenty of storage, 4 bedrooms (1 small, 2 medium and 1 large) and one bathroom. We also have a small backyard with a lemon and orange tree and a little area for a table and chairs. We have ducted reverse cycle aircon/heating in all rooms. All bills aren't included in the rent. The internet costs $17.50/month, water about $50 every 3 months and electricity about $150 every 3 months. Your room: Your room will be the biggest in the house. Total rent is $400/week for the house and as you will have the biggest room, your portion will be $110. The room has a huge built in wardrobe and is carpeted. It comes unfurnished. The area: Where the house is it is super quiet and a bit off the side street. The Black Forrest tram stop is a 50m walk from the house, 15 minutes to the city by tram and 15 to Glenelg. You can't hear the tram from the house. We only have 3 car spaces so one has to park their car on the street. Who we're looking for: We're looking for either a male or female, preferably around the same age. Someone who is going to be respectful to the rest of the housemates. We want someone who is looking for a long term stay. Bond is $600
Hi there potential roomie! I am currently looking for a roommate who is interested in a team up. My friend and I are currently on the lookout for a house located somewhere between Glenelg and the city, but are also looking in areas such as Colonel Light Gardens, Goodwood, and Daw Park. We are also happy to join someone who may already have a place and is looking for roommates. The essentials: We are both very clean, organised, and reliable. Rent and bills are always paid promptly. I personally have a maximum budget of $150, but I am happy to go up to $170 if it includes internet. We are both wanting to move in February as that is when my lease ends. We want to take up a years lease as I will be backpacking abroad from February 2019. About me: - I currently work full time as a barista on King William Road (free tea/coffee is on the cards!), whilst also studying a Bachelor of Education and Languages at Flinders University. I finish my degree in June 2018. - Non-smoker and not a heavy drinker. - I'm extroverted and like to get out as much as possible but very partial to chilling on the couch binge-watching series' on Netflix (I have an account with free spots). - Love cooking and creating new recipes. I am vegan but happy to live with non-vegans. - Massive gym-goer down in Glenelg. About Corbin (my friend) - He is 27 years old studying the same degree as me and will also finish at the same time. - He also works full time running gym supplement store. - He is a non-smoking and not a heavy drinker as well. - He is incredibly friendly and gets along with everyone! He is built like a brick shithouse and looks intimidating but he is a big softie and loves a good laugh! - He has a girlfriend that will spend time some at the house but she will chip in for utilities. If you're interested, message me and we can meet up over coffee soon. We know February is a while off yet but would like to start looking asap :)
Outgoing, friendly, clean and easy going. Enjoy the gym and out door activities with friends in my spare time. Currently studying nursing full time at Adelaide uni and working 3 jobs equating to full time hours. Main job is in Goodwood, secondary job in Plympton and occasionally work club shifts in the city over the weekend at my third job. Uni is also in the city. Due to this and my family/friends living in the Glenelg area I would prefer to live in-between Glenelg - city. Drama free easy going people who clean up after themselves and respect each others property/space is what I am looking for! :) Previously rented rooms and happy to do so again however would prefer to do a team up for a more secure and thought out living arrangement.
Hello! I am looking for a place in a relaxed environemt with friendly people. I grew up in Canada and have been living in Adelaide for the past 5 years. I am studying at Flinders and working at Adeliade Airport. When I'm not swamped with school or work I like to make travel plans, chill, etc. I enjoy playing sports, music, running, riding bikes, hiking... I hope to live in a stable environment with reliable, level headed people. Off street secure parking and non smokers would be ideal!
I'm a friendly person, quiet and considerate of people's privacy. Always clean up after myself and always pay my rent on time. I have 2 friendly, well behaved kids: Aaron, 16, and Caitlin, 13. They both live with their Dad, but stay with me every 2nd weekend. They are happy to share a room. We are looking for either 2 rooms in a share house, a granny flat or a huge room that we can share, a rumpus room or anything really that can accommodate us. The time we spend together is precious so we don't mind being in each others' space when we're together.

My names Ben, im 26 years old. Im looking for a fun easy going person to move in with. I’m friendly, funny, clean, always up for a chat although I can appreciate alone time. I work full time 7 til 3:30 Monday to Friday. Reason for wanting a flat mate is because all my friends have partners and Are not in a position to move in with their buddy’s.
quiet, considerate, friendly. I am looking for a quiet place with good vibes. I am a non-drinker, so I'll be happy to share a cup of tea at the end of the day. I am sociable, up for having a chat but not as a must. I like to live in a clean environment, but don't keep tidying up obsessively. I like to do quiet things in my spare time, like reading, meditating, watching films with my headset on, so places where the TV is the central 'altar piece' in the house and is always on, don't really suit me.
