Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have some furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane to Adelaide sometime after the end of 'July 2017'. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide.
Excellent location - Internet included Fully furnished modern 5 bedroom two storey home with 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, two living areas, and an outside courtyard. All single rooms include a king single bed, built in wardrobes, study desk, lamp and chair. Get in quick! Last room - Room 3 available NOW - $170 per week There is a generous allowance for electricity, gas and water included. Internet is also included. The bus stop which goes into the city is within walking distance of the property. Generous Utility Allowance!!! Street parking only unless the allocated spots for the house is not already taken. Please call during business hours 9am-5pm or email/SMS anytime. RLA 182385
Very close to transport with buses on Anzac highway and plenty of street parking if you have a car. Walking distance to Kurralta Park shopping centre which has a Kmart and Coles. The room has a double bed and built in robe. This takes up most of the space but if you prefer to bring a smaller bed and other furniture you are welcome. Room is $160 per week and bills (power, gas, water, internet) are approx $40 per week. The lease ends early Feb 2018 and the possibility of extending will be determined closer to this date.
I'm a 24 year old individual with an Indian background, but have been raised in Australia for most of my childhood. I'm moving from the Gold Coast to Adelaide next week, with a preference to shift into a property that is 20-30 mins away from the city by public transport. Looking to have all bills and internet included in the rent. I'm (1) simple (2) organised (3) friendly and (4) honest individual that is looking to make some cool friends along the way. If you are offering any rooms with the description listed above, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Hey everyone! Let's start with the buzzwords: open minded, relaxed, positive, healthy, fit, social, non-smoker, respectful, active. Lots of interests: food (it's my job), cycling, road-trips, camping, fishing, photography, music, movies, reading (I'm a news junkie), technology and much more. I have plenty of experience with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates, and multiple enthusiastic references are available. When I'm home, if I'm not doing some work-related email catching-up, I'm very open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces :) My budget for the perfect place is $150-$170 bills included. If there are more people, or bills are excluded, etc that would be reflected in the rent I'm prepared to pay. I have used this website recently and it was a success, hoping to replicate! Now my current housemate just landed a dream job in Brisbane and is leaving by end of July. I don't want to take over the lease so I'm considering other share-houses. Details aside, just feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Cheers! Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico. - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer. - I do cook amazing food, I'd love a foodies' house! - Apart from Italian and English, I speak fluent Spanish and it would be great to live with someone who can help me practice my French :) - Eventually in a few years time I want to quit everything, buy a sailing boat and go places.
Older but nice two floor, two bedroom townhouse just meters from the local shopping complex, meters from public transport and only 10 min drive from the city! The townhouse has been newly refurbished on the exterior and there has been a new aircon unit installed downstairs. The house is furnished excluding the room available. Tonnes of storage space throughout the house and in the kitchen. Small but easy to clean bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no washing machine on premise (a launderette is a 5 min drive away), and the fridge currently owned is only a bar fridge. Rental of a washing machine and fridge can be added on to rent for up to an extra $5 a week. The room available is fairly small. It will fit a double bed and a desk however there would not be much more space in the room. The ceilings however are fairly high. Fortunately, the room has a built in wardrobe and cupboards. All bills including unlimited internet are included in the rent. (Sorry I can't take any good pictures of the house, I do have some videos that I am able to share). NOTE: This room is for sublet.
This house is located 10 mins from the city on a major bus route (or if you're the conservative type a small bike ride) and then 10 mins the opposite way to the beach and Glenelg precinct. This house is perfect for students studying! There is a shopping complex a 2min walk around the corner. The house is fully furnished and there is a bed and built in robe in the room. The bedroom is on the small size, however that's why the rent is low. Common areas are nice and for all to share!
I've lived in the country all my life and I'm really enjoying exploring Adelaide and all it has to offer. I love cafes, eating out, watching the odd bit of bad reality tv, music and art. I have two jobs. I work morning shift (6am - 2pm most weekdays) in a manufacturing role and I also work as a Retail Assistant a couple days a week. I am a very easy going person. I like to have a friendly chat and maybe a coffee with my housemate but am equally happy to keep to myself if that is appropriate. I like things to be clear and transparent around expectations/ chores in the house - so everyone knows what they have to do. I would consider myself to be friendly, generous, very reliable, trustworthy and respectful of other people's space. I am ready to move now and keen to find a new home asap. Let me know if you think we are a match. Cheers, Billy
Newly renovated, fully furnished home (except spare room). Built-in robes. Ducted air-con. 10 minutes to the city, 10 to the beach, 3 minute walk from bus stop and Kurralta Park shops. I work in the city 4 days p/w with homeless youth. I'm really laid back and easy to get along with. Like to keep my place clean'n'tidy but don't mind if it gets messy every now and then. I like chillin' after work. Music, movies, cooking, chats. Sometimes I'll just chill in my room if I need downtime. Looking for someone that I can share my home with that will chip in with keeping it nice and pick up after themselves. I'm happy to hang out and respectful if you need alone time. Hit me up if you're keen to come and check the place out :)
I am looking for a furnished room in a share house or larger apartment, rent should be max . 150 $ . including all bills (internet included). If any possibility I prefer no bond option but if it is needed, it should be no more than 2 weeks rent. Prefer to live in an all female flat, but am open to a mix gender place as long as we have common living expectations. So about me: I am 30 years old, international student from Europe. Have been in Adelaide for a year now, I am studying commercial cookery and work part time in a restaurant as a cook. I don`t smoke and not a party person but am very social and talkative, have a good sense of humor so you won`t be bored around me. I do like my private time as well so also keep things quiet around the house. I am tidy and take care of things that don`t belong to me so the place will for sure stay in the same condition once I leave ;) . I like to cook but always clean up after myself so the kitchen is spotless once I am done using it. Paying rent is always my priority and you will never have to worry about that with me. I am reliable and easy to get along with, also very considerate to others and respect other peoples privacy. Other than that, I love animals (don`t have any but don`t mind them being around the house - it is a bonus actually ), love going to the beach and enjoy swimming in this gorgeous ocean, like to watch movies and reading. I am also very interested in healthy cooking and keeping fit (I go to the gym as well and take long walks). I would really like to find a place that is somewhat close to the beach, Camden Park, North Plympton, Glenelg etc. would suit me most. I really hope there is also a nice outside area in the garden where I could have my morning coffee ;). If you have any more questions, feel free to contact me and I will reply shortly. Cheers, Katarina
I am not your average 55 year old. I am open-minded, quiet when required, tidy, love EDM, red wine, art house movies and travelling. I am adaptable, a great listener, and basically just love finding out how people tick.
Neat and tidy couple, we are both currently looking for work and I'm slowly enrolling in study, we enjoy the occasional wine and beer and just enjoy life really. Jake loves technology and manages to take apart anything with technology in it and I (lucy) enjoy a good book and sitting down to netflix.

I'm quiet, friendly, polite and considerate of others. I work fulltime and lead a fairly busy life. I enjoy quiet nights in as downtime but also sharing a meal and movie on the couch with housemates from time to time. I am respectful of each others privacy and space requirements.
Welcome to our home! Hey:) Molly (23), Lucy (25), and I (30) have a small room in a lovely big house. A little about us; Molly is studying Medical Science and working hospitality, I work 9-5 with the RAA, and Lucy works for Telstra and is studying floristry. Our house is very homely, we enjoy home cooked meals, and when the weather is warmer the backyard is our favourite spot. We have two dogs, a Kelpie X Collie called Mungo and a Kelpie called Cujo (dog lovers encouraged). We are looking for a a friendly, easy going person. While the room is small, there are numerous large shared areas and we're keen to find someone that is social. We like cleanliness, dishes done after you cook, and once a week the shared spaces are cleaned. Someone who enjoys a few laughs, good conversation, quality tv shows, decent music, and a weekend beerski would be perfect. The room would suit an exchange student or someone travelling light! We've had 2 European exchange students live here in the past and it's been great. The house is full of character, huge rooms, high ceilings, and a massive backyard. Perfectly located between the CBD, beach and public transport. There are buses close by to get to Adelaide Uni and to Flinders. Unlimited internet is included but water/gas/electricity bills are split between all. If you feel this place could be your next home feel free to contact me. :) Kate Note from Kiera: This is the best house with the best flatmates you could ever wish for!! I came here for a uni exchange semester from Austria and living in this house is the main reason why my stay here has been so memorable. Kate and Molly made me feel so much at home & if you love skiing, food, dogs and wine you're allowed to replace me ;)

We have been best friends for over ten years and are perfect housemates to live with. Very clean, great cooks, fun to be around and always up for games, movies and drinks. We have both studied and are now working full time around the city. We are heading to Europe for a few months and are looking to sort our living arrangements for when we return in mid-late October. We have plenty of furniture to fill an empty house, and would be happy either just in a two bedroom home by ourselves or teaming up with others to get a bigger place. Ideally somewhere near the train/tram line is handy, and hoping to live with other respectable, neat and social people too.

There's a great cafe for brunch on Sundays , 5 mins walk away The house has 3 bedrooms but only 2 bedrooms are rented with 2 bathrooms , there is also two living areas so you can enjoy time on your own or be social The bedroom has a built in wardrobe so all you need is a bed the rest of the house is fully furnished, however there maybe be room if you have some furniture Outside has an entertaining area and the back garden has a veggie garden and friut trees to enjoy
Hey there. I´m Diego. I´m a brazilian guy looking for a some place to stay during my studies in Adelaide I´m a simple guy, easy to live with, polite and quiet. Im graduate in gastronomy and wine businnes in Brazil. I love cooking , have a good time with friends, listening music, doing some sports. That`s it ;)
I am quiet but friendly. I enjoy gardening, playing around with clay and I own a trumpet and an accordion (although I am a little play shy.) I work in the Adelaide Central Markets and love to go out for a drink and game of pool after a long day.
I'm a hard working gal with a fun loving dog who loves a drink or two on the weekend (with a cheese platter in tow of course), socializing and adventures. Finley is an energetic pupper but loves a cuddle too. He comes as part of the package but I assure you it's a sweet deal. I don't watch tv much so you can have full reign of the remote. I also cook a mean chorizo pasta. I don't have a specific time to move out, just would prefer to be closer to the city and work. :)
Hi I'm Tobi from Stuttgart, Germany. I'm Currently studying International Business undergraduate. I decided to study 2 semesters abroad at UniSA, starting in the end of July, and am now looking for a place to stay during this time. I plan to work part-time, to earn some travel money. I'm an easy going, tidy, helpful person and hope to find a place with flatmates that share these characteristics. Ideally they also like to hang out together from time to time. I don't mind pets, smokers or some house duties. What I'm looking for here: - Furnished room - Unlimited internet - All bills included - Near public transport - Well sized room - Min. 3 bedrooms house - Ideally with Smart TV in the room If you have questions, hit me up. Greetings Tobi
I'm friendly, able to get along with everybody - I like to socialise with housemates but also like my downtime just as much. I'm clean, respectful and considerate of others. I'm pretty adaptable, so if the house is quiet I am happy to live like that but if there's something going on I'm happy to get involved. I have a small inside Maltese shih-Tzu, Pippa - she is very quiet; doesn't bark (postman excluded) but very playful and loves a cuddle.
I'm 22, currently working down at Glenelg. Im bubbly, respectful of others property, love watching movies and TV shows. I also love going out for a few drinks every now and then :) I'm planning on moving overseas next year so looking to live at the house for 6months, possibly a little bit longer. I have a bunny rabbit so he will have to be welcomed. He loves outside and live head scratches. I'm looking to live along the tram line anywhere or within a 10minute walk to the tram line as I don't drive :) I have a bit of my own furniture (fridge, small dining table, room furniture, outside entertainment table, washing machine, coffee tables, and a few more bits and pieces), but for the right place I might sell a few pieces considering I'll be moving overseas next year :)
I am looking for somewhere where the bedroom is unfurnished. I am happy to put my other furniture in storage if you have stuff already. Whilst I would prefer a place on my own this is not a viable option for me at the moment. I would like 1-2 housemates ideally. I have lived with both male and female housemates, unfortunately towards the end they all became disrespectful and selfish so I have no choice but to leave. I'm a great housemate, I'm tidy, im funny, im friendly, introverted and extroverted. I'm educated but not in a snobby way, I like to read, I like my sports, I like watching movies and have an occasional reality TV binge (don't judge me on that). I can cook but not a Masterchef level or anything, just basic level. I like to get to the beach in summer and curl up in bed or on the couch with a blanket in winter. I like to get out to markets and catch-ups with friends, or go to some shows or watch some bands when they are around. I like to go for walks and I love to visit my family and friends and hope that any family or friends are welcome at my new home with my new housemates. I work full-time monday to friday as an office administrator for a GPS Fleet Tracking company in Thebarton. I'm not sure what else to write here, so if you have questions just ask. Also my moving date is actually a little later than what is suggested in my ad but that's only because it wouldn't let me post the ad without an earlier date. So if you want to know when I am available just ask.
Hey I'm Tim :) I'm Friendly, social (but do my own thing), clean and tidy, 27 year old male. I study part time (youth work) and work part time. My ideal house is with one or two others that are also busy, and easy going yet clean. I have a border collie x kelpie who is staying with family at the moment. If he is permitted he is a friendly dog who gets along with other dogs, kids and all people, and an outside dog except for really cold winter nights when he will sleep in my room. Open to anywhere in Adelaide that accepts dogs. I have bond ready to go and my lease is up 11th of June so would like somewhere asap. Thanks ☺
Coffee professional. I will be a great addition to any house that enjoys caffeine. Work full time in Stirling, and have very active life outside of work between dance classes, theatre rehearsals, and hospitality events.
20 year old Flinders student looking for a team up ideally. Have got a couple of places in mind, and looking to move out sometime soon. Wanting to live in a townhouse or unit with just one other person/couple. Happy to live with males/females/whoever and preferably people under 30. I'm a chilled person who likes to socialise but also have time to myself, i'm a vegan but open to all kinds of people. Not too fussy with cleaning, just clean up after yourself. Feel free to swing me a message if you're interested :)
Recent country girl who moved to the city for new opportunities. Easy going, friendly, social and usually gets along with almost anyone. I spend my pleasure time working on my writing/blog, reading, learning guitar, sight seeing and hoping soon to get back into sport and fitness. I'm usually a rather quiet housemate, but definitely up for Netflix nights, social drinking and hanging out in general. My spaces are always well kept and I'm in no way lazy. Looking for housemates with similar qualities. I have two black cats, one male and one female (Alpha & Violet). Both are de-sexed, microchipped and fully house trained. Mainly outside cats, however are required to come inside at night. These will both be coming with me, so pets accepted is a must, sorry they are my babies ^.^ Feel free to message me at anytime if you have any questions or are interested in rooming with me!
