I am a 24 year old girl from country Victoria. I moved to Adelaide to go to university and I am currently in my fifth year of law. As a housemate I am a very relaxed and considerate. I keep all of my things in my own space and like my surroundings to be clean and neat.
Hey, I'm Daniel - I'm a 23 year old human (or am I? o.o), and I was birthed and raised in Adelaide. I'm a full-time student studying the Flinders Foundations Program and I'm planning on continuing onto Nursing or Science I've rented twice previously, with friends; I'm reliable, organized and I look pretty good, so that's a bonus~ My interests are: mystics, 8ball, 7 eights, one gram of midget, a second cup, five Star Treks and a Metallica album. I have a car - I'm looking for a single unfurnished room I don't bite; I'm looking forward to meeting likeminded people; thanks and take care~ :)
I have degree in biotechnology but have two jobs completely unrelated. One's at a bottle-o, the other is a gas field technician, and with it comes a work ute, so I have two cars, but am happy to leave them on the street if there is room. Apart from having 2 cars I'm a pretty solid housemate. Generally tidy, happy to wash as you go with dishes or take turns, happy to cook separately or take it in turns. Have always gotten along with my housemates, the last house was living with a couple of 21 yo's but the owner is taking the house over. Spend a decent amount of time in my room but happy to watch the footy or have a few drinks and banter every now and then. I have a girlfriend who is just finishing her physio degree and is aiming to get a job to stay in Adelaide, but if she finds one elsewhere I'll probably pack up and go with, but not hastily, I wouldn't put anyone out. She visits a couple times a week but is bloody delightful and I guarantee you'll get along.
Heya I'm moving to Adelaide from Melbourne at the start of November. I work full time in hospitality and will be studying Biodiversity and Conservation next year. I love being sociable especially on weekends but usually pretty quiet during the week, always down for a chat. Not a neat freak but care about the house feeling like a home (paying bills on time, doing the weekly clean) Wanting to find a house with a good vibe and easy going housemates :)
Hey guys! I have landed a job position in Adelaide and I'd love to stay with you for a long term period of a year or so or even longer. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of your home and your needs. I can show you what other people have had to say about my stay at their homes. I like meeting people and talking about my interests and gaining new perspectives on things.
Myself an Indian national with an Australian PR. I am into the Facilities Management industry and work as an Operations Manager. Will relocate soon to Australia.
Room available across Kurralta Shopping Centre along popular Anzac Highway. This area is very popular among students and new migrants as it is close to everything. If you run out of food supplies and you want to do your shopping or do your banking, feeling hungry and you don't want to cook, just step out of the house and across is the Kurralta Shopping Centre. Coles Supermarket is open from 12 AM to 9 PM. Medical doctors just in the corner street. Few metres away from Bus Stop 6 in popular Anzac Hwy with plenty of public transports. Between the City and popular Glenelg Beach. The house has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 3 toilets.
I am a neat professional very respectful of space and looking for a quiet place to live in. I will only need a place 3 times per week (Tuesday - Thursday nights) as I now live in Melbourne but work in Adelaide during the week. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean and tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide and reasonably close to shops and public transport . I have some furniture in storage. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying.
Mature online nursing student bar tender who is tidy, respectful, easy going lady back non smoker that is considerate of others privacy, space and feelings who chips in around the house where needed; into playing or watching sport live or on TV, night in of movies with a glass of wine, keeping fit and lives a considerably health lifestyle (out of choice) that is down for having a chat where time permits with my house mates.
Hey everyone, I'd like to join or start a share-house, something along the Westside Bikeway (Camden Park to Mile End) would be ideal, but I'm open to a few other areas (see below). I am a project manager in the imported gourmet food industry - basically your great food and wine are actually my job ;-) I have plenty of experience with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates, references available! I have lots of interests: food (it's for work!), cycling, road-trips and anything you can do outdoors, photography, music, movies, reading (I'm a news junkie), new technologies and random nerdy stuff... and more. When I'm home, if I'm not doing some work-related email catching-up, I'm open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces and quiet time. I'm a non-smoker, mostly healthy, social but respectful. Details aside, just feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Cheers! Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico; - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer; - I do cook amazing food, I'd love a foodies' house! - (Apart from Italian) I speak Spanish, and it'd be great to practice my French :) - Eventually in a few years I want to quit everything, buy a sailing boat and go places.
Hi, I'm Jacob, I'm a friendly, easy going guy who has recently moved back to Adelaide from Melbourne for work. I work in the CBD fulltime and in my spare time like to play sport, go to gigs and socialise with friends. I'm a super clean and tidy guy who respects others space. My moving date is very flexible - I can wait as long or as little as needed.
Hey friends, I'm Lucy, I'm 20 years old and currently still living with my family Looking to move out within the next few months for more freedom and independence. (Don't be worried that if you were to get a house with me I'd be hit hard with reality and take off half way through the lease, because when I plan something, I stick to it, and this is me forever, or at least the amount of time I commit too) I work Monday to Friday in a Call Centre, work evenings and weekends part time, and work weekends doing Freelance Makeup. On weekends when I'm not working I party like most 20 year old's do. When at home, I like to lounge around either in my bed with Netflix, or on the couch with a good movie, which will most likely result in afternoon naps or dancing around the house with no pants on (I'll try to be fully dressed when your family comes over but no promises) In a roommate I'd be looking for someone like minded and respectful, it would be a huge plus to become friends aswel rather than just passing in the kitchen everyday (I can understand that becoming friends with your roommate can ruin things but I'd be determent to keep the divide) In a house I would be looking for something clean and low maintenance (not necessarily new but preferably new appliances) , would love a spare bedroom (which we can both use) for when friends need to stay, and a dishwasher for me is a must. (Nice bathtub also preferable for lush bath bombs!) I also wanted to mention first up, I have collected a lot of the furniture that would be required for the shared spaces in our home so I'm not too fussed (would actually be preferable) if you didn't have much furniture already, hence avoiding having double.
I'm an energetic and social working professional that loves to meet new people. In my spare time I'll often be exercising, with family/friends or playing gigs on the weekend. I'm also super clean and respectful of privacy - I would live with me!
What to say about me. Well....I'm a decent cook, by no means the cleanest cook while in the process but am certainly very particular about hygiene after I'm done. Probably talk too much, but I pride myself on being able entertain or enlighten (doubtful). This certainly does not mean that I do not listen. Am always willing to help, often to my own detriment. I am currently immersing myself in volunteering activities so I am not currently working at the moment, but I am on benefits. I am in the process of re-assessing my career path, I used to working in the banking sector. More than happy to enlighten over an amber beverage or 2. As I am on benefits, I am able to access some assistance via Housing if applicable. Cheers, Waz
Recently moved to Adelaide and looking for a place to call home. Not into clubbing every night or crazy drug parties. I enjoy house parties and movie nights. The only drink I enjoy is water. Non smoker and clean guy from Mumbai, India.
Nice, quiet, simple. Not fussy. Easygoing. I'm a personal trainer, I don't earn much though. I like crossfit, running and pole dancing. Into health and fitness. Not obsessed.

We’re looking for a two bedroom house (rent) and minimum staying of 12 months. A siblings and one friend. The reason why we’re moving out is because our house contract will end on the 4th November. So we would like to move in by 24th of October 2017 We tried doing with agency but they took too long to get back to us and we only need a yes or no answers. About us: - One of us work full time in School (Mon-Fri) and as Security (Blackbull & DogNDuck) on weekends - Another girl (26) she works in a Restaurant as kitchen hand assistant - The youngest one (19) is studying diploma of children’s services Please contact us through this site.
Hi my name's Afruza and I'm a full time student at Scotch College in Torrens Park. I work part time as a maths tutor at a Kumon centre and I also volunteer at Oxfam on the weekends. When I'm not working/studying I like to keep physically fit at the gym or in local hiking trails. I'm a pretty relaxed and flexible person but I like to keep myself busy and stay in a routine. Currently boarding at a friend's place but need to find somewhere to stay before they go overseas! I'm easygoing and get along with most people and hope to meet new people and make some friends on the way. My budget is around $150 a week, preferably with utilities and a private furnished room. North eastern to inner western would be ideal. :)
You are renting more than just a room! You will have your own room, private bathroom, additional living area and a shared guest bedroom/study. Premium price for a premium property with oodles of space! Read on for more information..... Stunning near new 3 bedroom townhouse perfectly situated between the beach and the city (only 6km from the city). Ride directly on the Westside Bikeway linear reserve only 20 minutes into the city or a short bus ride. Featuring open plan living and a stunning white kitchen complete with dishwasher. 2.5 luxurious bathrooms with floor to ceiling tiling. Enjoy comfort all year round with ducted reverse cycle climate control throughout. Covered outdoor patio area for summer BBQs and relaxing. Security need not be a concern with video entry monitoring, alarm system and auto slide gate entry to the house and remote controlled double garage. I am only looking for 1 housemate; you'll essentially have the entire upper floor to yourself comprising of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and additional living area. My intention is that we will then have our space to retreat to or to watch our own TV shows (though you are always welcome to join me!) so we aren't holed up in our bedrooms. My vision is that the second bedroom can be set up as a shared guest room/study or if you want a little more storage space (hello second wardrobe!!). You'll also have a space to park your car in the garage. If you require the room to be furnished I do have some basic furniture but am happy if you've got your own too. Note: Bond amount is actually 6weeks rent as the total rent of the property is more than $250/wk.
This property has just been built and is in a great location with tram and bus access 5 mins walk. There is a double garage where you will be able to park your car and a lovely outdoor area perfect for entertaining. The room we have on offer is unfurnished, modern and has a built in robe. It would easily fit a queen size bed and a shelving unit with room to spare. The rest of the house is fully furnished and decorated in a modern style. Our old house mate provided the fridge and washing machine... Ideally if we could find someone who had those things, it would be amazing... however this is not a deal breaker as we are happy to buy new appliances. We're working on getting the internet....
Master bedroom available for rent with ensuite, walk through wardrobe, private small balcony and garage. The master bedroom is the size of a small lounge room with LOTS of wardrobe space!! Price - $200 per week. Foxtel and Superfast Cable internet 110Mb/s, 1TB quota, - $40/month Other bills – not included in rent – water, electricity, gas – roughly $30 per week. Available - 2nd October
We have been best friends for over ten years and are perfect housemates to live with. Very clean, great cooks, fun to be around and always up for games, movies and drinks. We have both studied and are now working full time around the city. We are heading to Europe for a few months and are looking to sort our living arrangements for when we return in mid-late October. We have plenty of furniture to fill an empty house, and would be happy either just in a two bedroom home by ourselves or teaming up with others to get a bigger place. Ideally somewhere near the train/tram line is handy, and hoping to live with other respectable, neat and social people too.
Work full time in private wealth and risk management and completing my Masters in Feb; so study most weeknights and generally make little noise even when socialising. Clean, great at fixing things / handy, active, healthy eater (but a whisky and wine lover), cook a lot, gym daily, read a bit, and come with a ~9,000gb movie and series collection that makes Netflix look lame and an awesome coffee machine. Flexible on furnishings / appliances etc, happy to sell or store gear, but have almost everything. Keen to hang out a bit, not fussed if you want to keep to yourself. Happy to move as early as December. Listed suburbs are preferences, happy with anything within around 15 minutes drive of CBD. Share housed for about 6 years in total generally with 2 or more people.
Hi, i'm Jake I'm 20 years of age and am looking for some stable share accommodation. I am currently Studying full time at Tafe in Adelaide City and this will continue into 2018. I am quiet and keep to myself most of the time but have no problems with common social interactions. If you are focused and looking for a no fuss housemate, then I am your guy! I am mature and responsible and have no problems cleaning up after myself and sharing household duties. I am looking to live with friendly like minded individuals around my age, who are also responsible, mature and don't mind that I enjoy a lot of 'me' time - it's not anything personal, i just enjoy my own personal space. If a self reliant and slightly introverted, yet friendly housemate is what your looking for then feel free to drop me a line. Thanks for your time, Jake
Hi, we're both relatively mature backpackers (32 and 29) who are working in Adelaide for the next 5 months (until early-mid March). Both very respectful and tidy. Sociable and enjoy interacting with others, although no longer party animals. Enjoy cooking and exploring, and eating! Looking for a nice furnished place to call home for the next few months before continuing our travels up the east coast then back to the UK. If you think we fit the bill then please contact. Looking for a move as soon as available. Thanks, Robin and Becky.
Hi, My name is Alice. I'm a high school teacher and am looking for a room in a shared house. I am very tidy and clean and like to cook a meal each night for dinner. I am always happy to share my dinners with my housemates...they're not a masterchef creation but it is good, delicious and healthy food. I have a miniature schnauzer called Clark. He is only 1 but has completed 5 levels of obedience school. He does not lose any hair and spends the days outside whilst I'm at work. I bring him in each evening for a few hours before he goes outside to sleep. He is also looking for a place to call home and unfortunately he is a non-negotiable for me. Where I go, he comes. You would have the privilege of laughing at his little quirks and if you go for a walk, he's great company. I ride my road bike on weekends and a couple of times during the week before or after school. I really enjoy sports but play only socially. Alice

Because I study full time I receive help from Centrelink :) I like to cook when I AM home but honestly I'm rarely home to do so aha. I love to read when I can but more than anything I just love the charity I volunteer for as I run weekly free food nights for people in need and the best way to describe it is it's my pride and joy.

I am a survivor of psychopathic abuse. I've recently broken free from this toxic situation and am in the process of healing. I am discovering a strength and love for myself that I never knew was possible. I'm excited to be starting a new chapter of my life and getting back to my own interests. I have a new passion for studying personality disorders like psychopathy and narcissism so I am doing a lot of reading and writing. I am a neat, respectful and peaceful person to live with. I love cooking vegan food and training in various martial arts.

Hi! We are two female university students graduating this year and working as Doctors next year. We are looking for a 3rd person to move in with us West/South-West of the city and are looking at properties with 3 bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms and decent living spaces. We are both non-smokers and reasonably neat and clean. We love to cook and drink wine and while we enjoy the occasional night out, we are not huge part girls. We enjoy exercise and the occasional chocolate and Nicola loves to bake cookies and cupcakes. We have both lived in residential student accommodation while at university, so are used to living with other people and are pretty easy-going.
I'm clean and tidy I'm easy to get a long with, 420 friendly . i work full time so I'll be out the house at least 40ish hours a week.
