Hey everyone! Let's start with the buzzwords: open minded, relaxed, positive, healthy, fit, social, non-smoker, respectful, active. Lots of interests: food (it's my job), cycling, road-trips, camping, fishing, photography, music, movies, reading (I'm a news junkie), technology and much more. I have plenty of experience with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates, and multiple enthusiastic references are available. When I'm home, if I'm not doing some work-related email catching-up, I'm very open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces :) My budget for the perfect place is $150-$170 bills included. If there are more people, or bills are excluded, etc that would be reflected in the rent I'm prepared to pay. I have used this website recently and it was a success, hoping to replicate! Now my current housemate just landed a dream job in Brisbane and is leaving by end of July. I don't want to take over the lease so I'm considering other share-houses. Details aside, just feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Cheers! Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico. - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer. - I do cook amazing food, I'd love a foodies' house! - Apart from Italian and English, I speak fluent Spanish and it would be great to live with someone who can help me practice my French :) - Eventually in a few years time I want to quit everything, buy a sailing boat and go places.
Hello potential future housemates! After graduating uni last year, I went on an overseas adventure for a few months. I recently returned and currently work a couple of casual jobs as an occupational therapist, which is fabulous. I like to live a balanced lifestyle, enjoying a bit of work, exploring hikes, going out for a dance, doing yoga, relaxing at the beach or at home with good company. I appreciate being able to hang out and have a chin wag with housemates but also appreciate quiet, chill time. Hoping to find a home with like-minded people and preferably close to the train or tram line. Feel free to send a message if you think I would fit what you're looking for. Cheers!
Kurralta Park is a fantastic location (right neat K-mart!), it's a quiet off-street property with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. All gas appliances and continuous hot water. Amazing reverse Cycle air-con and heating. 3 separate living spaces and all bedrooms have built in robes. Cute little outdoor paved backyard with low-maintenance garden bed.
Very close to transport with buses on Anzac highway and plenty of street parking if you have a car. Walking distance to Kurralta Park shopping centre which has a Kmart and Coles. The room has a double bed and built in robe. This takes up most of the space but if you prefer to bring a smaller bed and other furniture you are welcome. Room is $160 per week and bills (power, gas, water, internet) are approx $30-$40 per week. The lease ends early Feb 2018 and the possibility of extending will be determined closer to this date.
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have some furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane to Adelaide sometime after the end of 'July 2017'. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide.
A beautiful house in a quiet area. It's half way between Glenelg beach and the city (~15 mins drive to both). We have a local shopping centre nearby (Kurralta Central with Coles, Kmart, a pharmacy and Nando's restaurant). Lots of bus stops around the house (closest is 2 mins walk) as well as the tram station (15 mins walk). Speaking of your room - It's a furnished room with a queen sized bed with plenty of natural light from some big windows. As well as a ~32 inch TV. Storage wise there is a walk in enclave as a wardrobe/closet. You have your own spacious bathroom (ensuite) with a shower. The rent includes the adjacent room for use as an office. All utility bills incl. internet (unlimited NBN fibre to the premises) included in rent. You will have access to the common areas of the house, living room and kitchen. The house is fitted with a central evaporative cooler (Summer is coming !). There's also a veggie patch, apple and lemon trees if you've got a green thumb. If you have a car, we have a remote controlled garage. If you're more of a two wheel type of person like myself, there's space to store your bike. Ideally, I’m looking for students and professionals who are not too noisy, neat and tidy, non-smokers to stay at least three to six months.

If you run out of food supplies and you want to do your shopping or do your banking, feeling hungry and you don't want to cook, just step out of the house and across is the Kurralta Shopping Centre. Coles Supermarket is open from 12 AM to 9 PM. Medical doctors just in the corner street. Few metres away from Bus Stop 6 in popular Anzac Hwy with plenty of public transports. Hi Future Housemates, Justin here, 29, single, looking for a fun house to join. I am easygoing, social and respectful bloke who enjoys the odd drink and a good meal (I can cook, ex chef). I work as a baker so enjoy an early night as I am off early for work, this also means I come with heaps of free baked goods, all the time. I am not looking for a party house, my party days are over. I get the housemate thing, I have done it before. I will gladly share a meal and chats, but also know how to respect your privacy and can pay rent and bills on time. Let me know if you’d like to meet and chat further or have any questions. Cheers, Justin

My wife is very good at cooking Indonesian food. Wanna try? anyone? By the way, My sons are still considered babies, so please expect a bit noise from the crying or the yelling. Just started a new job on Richmond Road. Looking at the possibility of cutting down my new commute by moving close by or into town. Preferably looking to live with one other person. My housemate(s) will preferably be willing to put up with (or join in) a friend or two coming around sometimes and 3-5 people coming around for a board game afternoon/night once a month or so. Hey there. I´m Diego. I´m a brazilian guy looking for a some place to stay during my studies in Adelaide I´m a simple guy, easy to live with, polite and quiet. Im graduate in gastronomy and wine businnes in Brazil. I love cooking , have a good time with friends, listening music, doing some sports. That`s it ;)
I'm friendly, able to get along with everybody - I like to socialise with housemates but also like my downtime just as much. I'm clean, respectful and considerate of others. I'm pretty adaptable, so if the house is quiet I am happy to live like that but if there's something going on I'm happy to get involved. I have a small inside Maltese shih-Tzu, Pippa - she is very quiet; doesn't bark (postman excluded) but very playful and loves a cuddle.
I am looking for somewhere where the bedroom is unfurnished. I am happy to put my other furniture in storage if you have stuff already. Whilst I would prefer a place on my own this is not a viable option for me at the moment. I would like 1-2 housemates ideally. I have lived with both male and female housemates, unfortunately towards the end they all became disrespectful and selfish so I have no choice but to leave. I'm a great housemate, I'm tidy, im funny, im friendly, introverted and extroverted. I'm educated but not in a snobby way, I like to read, I like my sports, I like watching movies and have an occasional reality TV binge (don't judge me on that). I can cook but not a Masterchef level or anything, just basic level. I like to get to the beach in summer and curl up in bed or on the couch with a blanket in winter. I like to get out to markets and catch-ups with friends, or go to some shows or watch some bands when they are around. I like to go for walks and I love to visit my family and friends and hope that any family or friends are welcome at my new home with my new housemates. I work full-time monday to friday as an office administrator for a GPS Fleet Tracking company in Thebarton. I'm not sure what else to write here, so if you have questions just ask. Also my moving date is actually a little later than what is suggested in my ad but that's only because it wouldn't let me post the ad without an earlier date. So if you want to know when I am available just ask.
Hi, I'm Lara. I'm 26 yrs. old and I just recently moved here in Adelaide (only 2 weeks ago). I lived in Perth for two years, prior to moving here to complete my Master's degree. I am originally from Philippines, which is known for very friendly people! I am currently working full-time and looking for a place which I can rent. I like to keep things tidy (but not to OCD extent) and if I am not working I like to make the most out of my free time by being outdoors or simply just by relaxing. I am definitely hoping to hear from you soon! Lara
howdy, my dog and I are looking for a place to live. I'm a chef, I like to garden, and always have little projects on the go. I make my own beer and like to ride my bicycle. very environment conscious, so I try to keep the bills small. Willie is a 3 year old grey hound who spends 18 hours a day laying down staring at people. I was thinking I'd prefer to find a room in an existing house, but will settle for setting up a new one. I have pretty much everything needed to start fresh, but very much welcome other's things and make a nice home.
Hi! I'm Sarah and I'm searching for a room for my cat Mouse and I. I'm looking for a sharehouse with a friendly communal vibe - I don't want to live with people I never talk to so let's be friends. I'm also looking for housemates who are considerate and tidy. I'm very clean, love cooking, and going to the gym (Goodlife members: let's work out together). Ideally, I'd like a decent sized room with floorboards (because asthma) and plenty of light, a backyard for my cat to chill out in (supervised of course), and that's pretty much it. Vegan housemates would be a bonus. Chuck me a message if you have somewhere you think I'd like. Thanks! (:
I'm 30, clean, tidy, and work full time in retail management at Mile End. Not a party person at all - I prefer to spend my free time outdoors kayaking or hiking, or on the couch indulging in a Netflix binge or destroying you at Mario kart haha. I love animals and do come with a dog. He's an 8 year old pure bred Siberian Husky, and he's an absolute gentleman - friendliest Husky you'll ever meet! He loves humans - kids and adults alike, and gets along with other dogs great. He can be an outside or inside dog depending on whatever you prefer :)
