I am a country kid (Adult actually) originally from Cowell, Eyre Peninsula, currently living in Whyalla doing Foundation Studies (continuing 2018) and running my own retail business (online, for now). My main goal at the moment is to move to Adelaide sometime late 2018/2019, somewhere close to the CBD to study at Uni SA (Bachelor of Business in Innovation and Entrepreneurship). I am currently renting a house, which i have my own furniture, crockery, fridge, organ, wardrobes, desks, books, craft gear, Manchester (towels, sheets etc) etc. I am introverted (like to keep to myself, but also love to socialise with people im comfortable with), bossy, music lover (mostly Thirty Seconds to mars, Breaking Benjamin, Red and other artists). i am a book reader and collector ( when i have money to buy books), i love gardening (when i have tools to do gardening). im pretty quiet and conservative when you first meet me but give me time and i will sass you and give you heaps of shit stirring (i expect the same in return respectively), im used to shit stirring and banter, which will help to open me up (NOTE THIS). i dont have many close or best friends (grew up on a farm, so my social skills are more like a hermit...i aint kidding), i very rarely drink any alcohol (and i mean like 1-5 drinks a year, dont have the inclination or the need for it), i dont do recreational drugs (not interested and they're a waste of time and money), i dont smoke (same as drugs). I will mention that i am loyal, caring, supportive, weird, funny, lovable, adorable, kind, motherly (in terms of if you were to go out to a party i want to know where you are (not that it matters, but it does help immensely if anything happened to my roommate/s) and when you will be home, so that if anything where to happen to you i know where to look/where you'll be, some may find that overprotective, but for me its knowing that you are safe, again this is my motherly/maternal side kicking in). I also forgot to mention that I INTEND to move around 70-80% of my gear to Adelaide which involves my Queen bed, organ, crafts gear, fridge, kitchenware, crockery, glassware, books, clothes, coffee table, linen (sheets, towels etc), mental stability, bookcase etc i hope you pick me.....i'd like to live in Adelaide and get out of regional Eyre Peninsula (basically i dont want to be a country bumpkin the rest of my life).
I am neat, enjoy meeting new people, and clean. I am productive, and easy going. I am an active person that spends most of my time getting outside, doing outdoor activities. I teach yoga, and work in outdoor education, so would consider myself pretty minimalistic and environmentally conscious.
Hey, I'm Daniel | 23 years old | Adelaide | full-time student | casual worker I'm: - studying at Flinders University (and looking for a place nearby) - seeking for an unfurnished room - to move in a queen double bed and accessories - with a car to park - reliable, friendly and neat - down to Earth - valuing of respect and privacy :) I've previously rented twice - with friends. I'm reliable, as I always pay rent and bills on time. I have references to show. I'm organized, respectful and cordial. :) I'm about to start my first year of full-time study in Medical Science at Flinders University. I'm currently working casual at Cellarbrations. I'm trying to find some solace in company. I like living in communal environments; of being around those of similar ways. Somedays, I enjoy creating art in my free time or finding my way out in the world. Other days, I spend a bit of time at home reading or playing games. Living in a household where everyone feels comfortable is important to me. I seek to resolve any issues with diplomacy; I keep an ear open. I'm quite fond of cleanliness, and a bit of peace and quiet here and there. My interests are: sights, outside a box, the shoulder of Orion - for which attack ships are on fire, the meaning of semantics and any teapot in orbit around Sol between Earth and Mars. Oh, and some heavy muses too. In other words: photography, abstract, astronomy, sci-fi, philosophy, metal \m/ and other miscellaneous stuff. I'm a non-smoker, and I drink on occasion. :) Don't hesitate to give me a message or text if you're interested! So thank you! And take care! Team-Ups: If anyone seeking a room wants to contact me about leasing a place of our own, I'd be more than willing to do so.
Fully furnished private room available from 22nd Feb in a two-bed independent unit with all amenities like good speed wifi, gas stove, fridge, washing machine, microwave, air conditioning and heating and TV. The house has two toilets and one shared bathroom. The room has a queen size bed with spring mattress, wardrobe, study table, office chair and lamp shade. There are 2 bus stops on both sides of the house at 2 mins walking each. Adelaide CBD is 4 kms away from the house with direct buses from both the stops. There direct buses to Westfield Marion and Bedford Park too. 24 hour supermarket OTR (On The Run) is across the street and other supermarkets like Coles, Kmart, Liquorland, Foodland, BWS are 1km away. Popular restaurant chains like Hungry Jack’s, KFC, Subway, Wokinabox and Nando’s are 1km away. There is also front yard and backyard in the house and parking is available.
** Please Note, I am just browsing for now and making inquiries for future reference, I plan to move out in May / June / or early July after my lease expires in May. ** I an easygoing, clean, responsible, sociable and reliable. I really like places with bills, internet, a lockable room and even possibly a cleaner included all inclusive in the rent. As I am a bit more mature ( yet young at heart ), I am looking for a more self contained style room as much as possible, with it's own bathroom, even a studio, granny flat or just the type of room ( large bedroom ) that gives you your own privacy, or even on my own in a studio style place. Having said that, I tend to work mostly afternoon/evenings, so it might work well if I shared with a normal business hours professional. Don't get me wrong, I like to socialise, but I also like my own space too, if that suits you then great. I am also considering student accommodation style places if you're ok with me staying there and the room is lockable, and preferably with the room big enough to create a self contained space with it's own bathroom.

I have a partner who lives at home with her parents still I am only looking for a place for myself although if it’s not a problem to have her stay here and there that would be nice. My hobbies include anything to do with console gaming I play Xbox and ps4. I love movies and am a massive marvel fan. I am 24 years old and I enjoy a night out every now and then but I am trying to save so my massive party days are definitely behind me. Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean and tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide and reasonably close to shops and public transport . I have some furniture in storage. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying.
Hi potential housemates! I’m Angus and I'm moving out after my lease ends. Non-smoker, no pet. Having lived in the shared house for two years. Engineering uni student. I'd love to play basketball if some courts nearby or do some water sports on weekends. Otherwise just watching some Netflix, catching up some racing events. It would be great if you guys want to go outside and try some activities out together and get away from being bored all day. Hope it’s not a party house but definitely would love a beverage to finish the day, have a chat and share some laugh. Some place not too far from city would be ideal as I cycle to school most of the time. I'm tidy and clean. Always trying to keep everything organized. I’m flexible with moving in dates. Look forward to seeing you!
I'm responsible, friendly and organized. I love to play the guitar, football, and filmmaking. I´m half Peruvian and half Venezuelan, and I have moved a lot during my life, so I have developed a nice skill that allows me to get along with different kind of people. Respect is everything and I´m very aware of that. Overall, I will be a nice and easy going flatmate.

Super tidy in my own space and communal! Massive Netflix fan, I binge quite often. When im not at work or watching Netflix I'm at the gym or eating! Currently have two jobs, the first being Mon-Fri 9-5 in Marleston and the second 4 nights a week over the weekend in the cbd so will barely be home. I am a quiet and respectable individual not a partygoer, but I do like a glass of red at home. I own a small sports motorbike which will need to be undercover and also a car which is preferable undercover but not mandatory. I Have a 3 year old who will stay with me a few nights during the week, I hope that is okay. Any questions, shoot!
Hi, I'm Peter, i have a 3 year old boy who is the apple of my eye. i work full time and have a professional job and career. I am a very easy to get along with and enjoy most sports, a good laugh and a few drinks with friends.
My name is Ella and I am a relatively laid back and friendly person. I am also quiet and I try to keep to myself. I am also a fairly clean person I am a hospitality worker with two casual jobs. I work about 15-25 hours a week mostly at nights so I am a bit of a night owl. I enjoy red wine and eating, drinking at the local pub. I am also fairly energetic and regularly exercises. I dont have wild parties and I am a non smoker.
Hi my name is Ash! I am currently working part time and also have a casual job! I am studying a bach of education and UNISA. I have previously lived out of home with an ex partner and have been back home for the last year but would like to move out again! I am quite outgoing, but also enjoy just relaxing at home and spending time with my siblings! I have a younger sister who I spend a lot of time with and would prefer someone to live with that can tolerate kids! I am looking to move out relatively soon as I also plan on going on a holiday later in the year! Thanks Ash
I am pretty easy going, I'm friendly, I'm quiet, clean and organised, i like a bit of structure in a home. I like a good chat or laugh but like my alone time also. I work full-time in an office in Thebarton. I like to spend time with my family and friends but I like to give them the option of coming over to my place to hang out without feeling like I'm stepping on housemates toes. I have lived with housemates previously who have been completely disrespectful of me. They have invited people over without giving me a heads up (which is the considerate thing to do), they have had "relations" shall we say whilst I have been in the house which I think is quite rude considering we share a wall, and guests outstaying their welcome. I will make and effort if the consideration is done properly, do you know what I mean. The last thing I want to feel is uncomfortable in my own home. I would like to preferably live alone, but financially that's a bit hard right now so I'm happy to have a housemate (male or female) around my age preferably, preferably employed and if you have pets I would prefer them to be outside pets as I get allergies real bad. Houses need to be aired constantly when you have indoor pets. Someone social who would maybe like to go out and do things. I like sports, theatre, comedies, music. (not much of a drinker, and my party days are definitnely behind me but I like a good dance) I know it sounds very specific but Ive had enough bad experiences to know what I am after in a housemate. Oh and I need unfurnished.
Welcome to our home! My Partner Jimmy & myself live in this lovely secure 3 bedroom home in North Plympton . We take pride in the way we live, and keep a clean and tidy house, we are looking for a short term housemate who is also clean, tidy & considerate. The bills are included in the rent, this includes water, gas, electricity and internet. The room would be best suited for a student or full time worker who is looking for a short term stay. Your room is a spacious master bedroom that is fully furnished with a large walk in robe and your own private ensuite. There are two other rooms in the house, one of which is an office and the other is our bedroom. The remainder of the house will be yours to share, we have a fully stocked kitchen, dining, lounge, laundry, guest bathroom and toilet and a nice outdoor area.
This property is a 2 story town house located just behind Ashford Hospital. Rent is $130 a week, paid fortnightly. Parking is available on street, however there is only 2 hour parking available Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, which adds to our preference for a full time worker or student who works part-time/casual where this wont be a issue. This property would be perfect for bike riders or people whom catch public transport who work/study in the city as it is a 15 min ride to the centre of the CBD. The property is fully furnished. The bedroom comes with a double bed and built in wardrobe and split system air con. There is 1 share bathroom upstairs and a extra toilet down stairs. We are looking for a female full time worker, or student who works part-time in their 20's. There is a fur resident at this property, her name is Cassie and she is a labrador pup, so you must feel comfortable with dogs. Bills (electricity, gas and water) come quarterly and we divide them up equally. If you would like internet it is a $23.33 per month. The applicants must be a female full time worker, or student who works part-time/casual in their 20's.
I clean up after myself , just kind of something I’ve been brought up with I guess. Just moved here from South Africa and need a place to stay . I’m very sociable but also understand the need for down time by yourself. If you need a drinking buddy I’m your guy .
Hey, I am originally from Canberra but have lived in Adelaide for the last 5 years. I have recently finished studying at the University of Adelaide and am now working as a dentist. I have a friendly, outgoing personality and love making new friends. I get along easily with all types of people and am looking for someone to share a home with! In my spare time, I enjoy time with friends, going to the gym, finding new places to eat, and occasionally going out for drinks! I think it makes moving in with someone a lot easier if you get along as friends which is what I am looking for. If you think we would be a good match, shoot me a message. I'd also love to meet up in person to have a chat as that's probably the best way to get to know someone :)

Hello there, This is Galib & Tahan from Bangladesh. Currently we're living in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Moving in to Adelaide soon. I'm working as an IT project coordinator in here and my wife, Tahan, is also working in an IT company. We're coming to Adelaide to complete our masters of IT in Flinders University. We're very easy going people. Don't have any habit of smoking or drinking. Don't have any pets as well. We're together for like 7 years and got married in May'17. We never interfere with anyone's personal space. We always try to keep the place neat and clean including the kitchen or common space cause we're kinda allergic to dirt, you can say, can't sleep in peace if the place is not cleaned up properly 😜 We believe we possess the very good practise of paying the bills and rents in time, you don't need to ask twice. I guess this clarification helps most to choose house share partners or tenants. We're available for team ups as well. About us: I'm Galib, 26 years old, currently working in an IT company which I already mentioned. In my free time, I like to watch TV series amd loves to play games on PS4. Also like to play cricket or football in the weekend. Trying to lose weight now, let's see how far I can go. My partner, Tahan, she's 25 and a half years old, she also likes to watch movies, series in free time. But mostly she loves to cook different dishes. Actually she has a knack for cooking I believe. What ever she cooks, always have a great taste. She also loves to travel a lot. That's all about us. cheers!
I am an international student and will bring new ways of thinking, eating and living. While my presence may feel like a novelty at first, you’ll quickly realise how positive the diversity I will bring is to your home dynamic. Exposure to new cultures will also make you and your flatmates more open-minded and accommodating.
I'm easy to get a long with, pride myself on keeping a clean house, have a great interest in movies and other home activities, appreciate alone time and ensure the utmost courteousness and etiquette when living with another person (being quiet when others are trying to sleep, cleaning up after myself). I work full time on a rotating roster. My work is open 24/7 and so sometimes I may be required to sleep early / during the day as I may not finish or get home until 6 am after doing an 8 hour shift. I live a healthy livestyle and pride myself on keeping fit. I passionate about cars, Marvel and video games. I can be a little shy when first getting to know someone but enjoy helping others reach their goals. Living with a stranger or someone you don't know well can be hard. It's important to keep open channels of communications and try your best to respect other people's wishes. I make sure I am flexible and try my best not to make living with me a smooth and stress-ree process.
