Hello, my name is Jens. I am a 28 years old guy. Originally from Germany I have moved to Australia about 4 years ago. I recently started working full-time at the Bayswater Power Plant as an engineer and am looking for a place to live. During my last years I gained a lot of experience in shared living and think I can call myself fully trained and compatible. Apart from that I would describe myself as laid back and easy to get along with, but this is maybe something a quick chat and inspection shows best. Cheers, Jens
Hi there, I'm Steph and I'm 26. I quite recently got a new job working in the Hunter Valley at a hotel full-time, and am looking to re-locate from Newcastle to be a bit closer to work. Looking anywhere from Maitland and beyond! I'm friendly, respectful, quiet and tidy and would like housemates who are the same. I'm looking for a place to relax and unwind after work. I usually keep to myself, love playing video/computer games, watching Netflix and reading, but I'm happy to have a chat too! Please feel free to send me a message :) Thanks!
You won’t even know I’m there, unless you need me to lend a hand. I’m a musician so I love music, I love riding my motorbike, I’ll be at work all week and probably won’t be around on the weekends.
My girlfriend and I are looking to move out as soon as possible and are looking to stay for at least 6 months. I am 21 years old, love cricket, golf, playing guitar and I work at Hunter Valley Aqua Golf in Pokolbin. My girlfriend is 18 years old and works at Salinas in Belmont, she absolutely adores all animals especially dogs although we do not have any of our own. We are very clean and have lived out of home before, and would both like to consider ourselves as friendly and easy to get along with. :)
Looking to team up with someone for a nice house that we can be comfy and at home in. I have a cat who is outside most of the time and only comes into sleep. I’m easy to live with and work a full school week as a childcare educator. Being tidy, respectful and honest are my best qualities. I like to chill out after work and watch tv, play on my Mac and don’t mind the odd night out in town dancing.
Looking for a share house for myself. I am clean and tidy but still relaxed. I have a budgie which would be nice if he could live with me too :) I currently work full time as a veterinary nurse. I like spending my days off at the beach, watching a movie or having a few drinks with my friends and family.
2 Rooms available now in a Modern 4 bedroom home in new estate. Situated close to Hunter Expressway for 35 min drive to Newcastle. A bus route is just 2 mins walk with a 7 min bus ride to Maitland Train station or 6 mins to Kurri. This is a fully furnished home with all Modern conveniences. Some furniture is available (single bed for $10pw extra) all rooms have built in Robes with a shelf. Rent includes all utilities and wifi internet. A regular house cleaner recently resigned due to study commitments so a postition is available to do 2 hours cleaning per week in return for reduced rent. I also try to keep an even ratio of 2 male and 2 female housemates for personal comfort of each housemate. No dogs or cats are permitted at this time but small confined pets such as a bird or fish are permitted
I’m a single parent with one child who I share 50:50 with the dad. My child is respectful of others homes and very well behaved. I’m a very clean person who doesn’t smoke or do drugs, drink on special & social occasions. I have one very obedient outside dog and one very clean inside/outside cat (goes outside for toilet, will literally claw you to wake up and put her outside). I’m a very happy and laid back person who is happy to socialise and kick back with a few movies and relax but also respectful of others privacy and need for time alone to just chill. I am needing temporary unfurnished accommodation to allow myself to get back up on my feet and then I can apply for a private rental on my own (have own queen size bedroom suite). Our safety must be ensured and is paramount for my child & fur family. Prefer to live with other clean females or a very respectful male to help ensure the safety of us both (as recently I had a male who was hoping for something on the side). If you have anything available then please contact me. Thank you!
One decently sized bedroom with a built-in wardrobe has become available in our two storey home in Gillieston Heights. Ideally looking for someone to move in around 20th January 2018. Close to Maitland train station and shops. Also close to the Hunter Expressway, making it very easy to get to places such as Newcastle University, Kurri TAFE, and the Vineyards. Bills are not included in rent, they are split evenly between all tenants The real estate allows one other outdoor only dog but no indoor pets. There is a double garage and on street parking. No gender preference for applicants, looking for someone between 18-30 years of age. Room will not be furnished. Looking for someone to put in an application ASAP Update 22/01/2018: someone has been approved for one of the rooms and an application is being processed for the second room.
Hi Everyone, this is a bit of a weird one. My partner has been relocated to Maitland with work (and quite short notice). He initially has to work in Kotara for 3 weeks and then on to Maitland, we need accomadation for 4-8 weeks until we find something more permanent. We will put our things in storage. We would of course keep you updated of our situation and not leave you high and dry at short notice, happy to help look for some one to take our place and pay an extra week or so if necessary. I am 32 and work in education but love all things creative:photography, writing, upcycling furniture to name a few. Alex works in retail management but is a closet musician by night and weekends with training in classical but a new found love of electro in his early 20s. He's also a DJ/composer. We are both super chilled and not looking for a party house due to early starts, we definitely clean up after ourselves, happy to share a glass of wine or cook some extra food. If you have anything or can suggest anywhere then we would really appreciate it.
Hello, I am looking for a household that is mostly furnished. I also need a place with parking. I have moved up from Melbourne for my job. I am working full time as an allied health professional. I am considerate of other people's needs but it's also very important for me to come home to a clean house. I am up for hanging out but I also value some alone time. I am definitely not after a party house. My interests include going for very long walks, outdoors, trying out new restaurants/cafes, doing crafty things, cooking, and drinking gin! I also come with a coffee machine so I'm happy to make you coffee on the weekends! Please message me if you think I'll be a perfect fit for your household :)
I'm a 24 year old professional looking to team up and house share with someone who is fun, respectful and tidy. I enjoy having a few drinks but also like my own space. I am clean, courteous and easy going. Also, I have majority of the furniture it takes to fill an apartment. :)

Me and my kitty are looking to relocate to the hunter valley due to the commute to work being a little too much. I work in the community sector and do fairly big hours Monday to Friday. My home is the coast so I will be back there most weekends. I have all homewares and furniture ready to go aside for a decent sized tele. I love food music and wine. I’m clean and respectful and looking to find the same. Must be ok with an indoors cat.
