We have three very relaxing out door areas, two semi-enclosed, one completely open. Perfect for a BBQ or just a nice quiet place to chill. The lower half of the house has airconditioning and stays well-tempered throughout the year. We also have airconditioning in two of the three bedrooms upstairs, and ducted heating in all rooms. The house in fully-furnished, including a bed, desk, and wardrobe in the available bedroom. Though, if you have your own bedroom furniture we can remove these from the room. The garage is occupied, but we do have on-street parking available. (The rent in the available room is lowered to accomodate for this inconvenience). We are also approximately a 200m walk to the laburnum station, which is then only a 20 minute train ride to the city. In February we will have the internet back up and running, as well as nice new big smart tv with access to Netflix and Stan.
Great location and a nice (modern) house. These are the best things about the house: - It is a block from Laburnum Station (which has a peak hour train to the city that takes around 25'). - Bus to Deakin Uni - Bus to Monash Uni - It is in a very quiet neighbourhood. - There's plenty of parking on the street and a driveway that can be included in the rental terms (based on negotiation). - Housemates are friendly and clean. (There's a cleaning roster and people tidy up after themselves.)

Hey I'm Nick. I work fulltime as a Technician for a small ISP company, but when I'm not working I spend most my time playing and making music. I would love to share a place with some creative types, peeps who understand the need to be a complete hermit from time to time to explore a creative itch :) Apart from that, I'm a reliable, trustworthy human being (unlike some decrepit beings), have no problems paying bills, can cook and enjoy a semi-social life. I'm pretty open minded and defo more on the chill side but do enjoy a beer from time to time and talking shiz. Hit me up if this sounds like you.
I am coming back from an exchange in Amsterdam and I need a new place to live while I complete my final year of university! I am studying sustainability and environmental management at Deakin, Burwood. I had a casual job at McDonalds which I'm sure I will be able to get back, but if not, my centrelink payments and savings are more than enough to pay for my rent until I find a new one. I have lived in three different share houses since moving out at 18 and have always paid my rent on time. I am a very organised and clean person and I would like to share a house with just one, two or perhaps three housemates that also know how to clean up after themselves. I also have a pet snake, I always keep her enclosure in my room. I know that not everyone is comfortable with the idea of living with a snake, and if so I promise you will never have to see her.
I'm a young working professional looking for a place to stay (6 months min to long term). I work in Surrey Hills, so prefer to live nearby. I have my own bed and furniture so I'm open to an unfurnished room. I'm an easy going girl and looking for a quiet place to share with females only.
Book worm, wine and diner, if I didn't have tattoos I'd try my hand at being a flight attendant cause more than half my salary is spent on travel. Eco-living as a personal choice but living within means. Love to reuse and recycle. Flea markets and second hand stores rock my world. (I say this but I don't buy things too often anymore). Live at the library. Like to cook. Will respect your space but up for a chat too. :) I like cats too. So bonus if you have one. Also enjoy the company of any furry creature as long as its not an insect or arachnid, venomous or poisonous. Edit: please don't call me on my mobile, contact through this website please. Thanks :)
I am a students from overseas Very Tidy person and nice characteristics. half Asian and Half Portuguese. From East Timor hate Noises crowds places. Responsible on my own Items Very Chill.

I love to connect with you if you like to talk anything but superficial stuff. I am a very ambitious person and keep myself extremely busy. I love it clean but also peaceful and mostly quiet at home. But its nice if we can share dinner from time to time and just relax.
I am a 25 year old studying my Master of Environment part time at Melbourne Uni. I do dog walking and pet sitting for work. I have 2 indoor cats, Tallulah and Nala. I love spending time with animals, reading, beer or wine with friends, the environment, TV shows, vegan food and Pokemon Go. I'm looking for a room in the eastern suburbs, close to public transport. I am flexible re: move in date, though would like to move in the next couple of months. I have been living in sharehouses for the past 7 years. I clean up after myself and my cats. I enjoy a chat over a drink or meal with housemates, but am respectful of your personal space. I'm looking to pay up to about $600/pcm. Please shoot me a PM if you think me and my 2 lovely cats might gel with your household! Cheers!
