I'm needing to move for my uni prac (finished up in Armidale and ready to move now) My prac starts in July but I'm wanting to be settled in somewhere way before that. I'm not a typical party student but I do love going out for dinner/drinks plus just chilling around the house. I absolutely love baking and I do make some mean brownies, banana bread and a quality lemon meringue pie!! I'm super respectful of privacy but also up for a chat and adventures! I've been out of home for 4 years so I know how to keep a tidy house, clean and look after myself. So I'm looking for a room with the budget of $150-60 which includes bills or around $110-30 which just covers rent.
I'm an incoming student from the Philippines and I'm looking for a room with my own bathroom. I'll be busy studying when I come to Newcastle so I prefer my home to be quiet. I also like dining out so we can have brunch or dinner during our free time.
Hey! My name is Zoe and I'm 19 years old, I'm currently looking for a room to rent in the Newcastle area and for no higher then $130 preferably with bills and internet included, I'm currently unemployed but will be starting tafe soon to do a retail cert 2 so it's easier for me to get a job, I receive Centrelink, and will have help from my grandparents for rent, food etc until I get a job, I'm a very clean, respectful, quiet and friendly person, i have a lovely boyfriend who I see a couple days a week so will need a place that is fine with him staying like once or twice a week, occasionally a bit more, he is a great guy, and a very respectful person, I don't smoke, and only drink occasionally :)
Very quiet and tidy. Not a huge partier but sometimes will go out to stay with friends and don't mind a few drinks at home. Mind my own business, good to talk to. I'm a full time apprentice in Lambton working 5 days a week. Don't smoke but have no problem if others smoke around me. Might have the gf over once every couple months but that's about it.
Kind, easy going, clean, soon to be podiatrist, love to get out and try new things, meet new people ☺. I am an aged carer pt and pt final year student. I enjoy dancing running and being an aunty. Im also an experienced pet/house sitter ☺.
Room to rent in houseshare located in Lambton. $150pw exclusive of bills Very convenient and desirable location close to uni, main arterial roads in and around Newcastle, shops, Lambton Park and pool. Sharing with 2 young professionals (1 working in Recruitment and the other working in Accounting) the house is fully furnished and features air con, foxtel, wifi, large backyard with a large deck and polished floorboards throughout. The room is unfurnished and features ceiling fan and built in robes. I also own a large dog that is an inside/outside dog (inside when someone is home/outside at night or when no one home). He is very friendly. Sorry, no additional pets. The room is quite large and easily fit a queen bed with plenty of space to spare Ideally we are seeking a young professional to move in ASAP. It would suit someone 25-35 that likes their own space (as both housemates currently working large hours) but also happy to have a drink or 2 as well from time to time, is clean/tidy and respectful of other housemates/common areas and isn't looking to move into a party house. Currently entering into a long term lease so there is stability for the successful room mate.
Hey I'm Tyler, I'm an easy going guy, I'm neat/tidy will put in my 2 cents with the work around the house, Apprentice Vinyl layer and work 5 days a week and sometimes weekends so I am always on time with my payments. Prefer to relax at home on days off or go riding, keep to myself but down for a chat, love animals whatever they may be, in a committed relationship.
I'm 24 and I've been in Newcastle for a year and a half. I work in Swansea full time and am now looking for a fun house to move into.

I turn 18 in July - and will have to move out around then. I'm pretty chill, go to TAFE 2 days a week - doing a certificate IV in Community Services. I also work at Domino's 4 days a week. I am gay (and have a girlfriend) - so hopefully this won't be an issue. I love music and art, and will listen to pretty much anything. I also love live music and go to a fair few concerts. Though I am young - I am mature, responsible, clean and tidy. Not a big partier - and I don't smoke or drink. Looking to live anywhere in the Newcastle or Sydney areas. Hoping for easygoing flatmates, that don't mind a chat every now and then. I do have a puppy so must be pet friendly!
Very centralised in Newcastle's surrounding suburbs. Walking distance to shops or public transport. 5 mins away from the Uni. Included will be 1 bedroom with ensuite, half a 2 door garage with motorised doors, and half a study area. Basically it's 2 apartments combined with the size of the place.
Hey, just moved into a three bedroom house with my partner and mate and there is a spare room. We have unlimited wifi, Netflix, fetch Tv and electricity, gas and water are all included in rent. We do shared groceries aswell so if you want to get in on that then cool it makes it easier and cheaper for everyone. Close to everything, fire place at the back perfect for a beer or wine. Queen Bed provided although if you have a mattress that would be great as the one shown in picture is a double and only thin, handy for a spare.
I am student at the university I am looking for a place to stay for 3months. preference student accommodation at the university As a housemate I'm super tidy, clean and respectful. feel free to give me a message if you're interested! Thanks!!
Hi there. I'm a very clean and pretty easy going person looking to find somewhere to live within the Newcastle region. I work at a childcare centre in Waratah so I'm looking to stay somewhat close to the area. Mayfield, Newcastle, Waratah etc. I'm a pretty quiet person who likes to keep to herself but also enjoys a bit of socialising every now and then. When I'm not working I'm either watching binge watching Netflix (usually in my own room), reading or out with friends. LGBT friendly. I'm looking for a place that is inviting, clean and feels like home. I'd prefer to live with just one other person but am willing to explore my options. I have my own bedroom furniture so I'm looking for an unfurnished room. I have a six month old kitten who I cannot get rid of so pet friendly must be a must! He's a good, toilet trained kitten who you will most definitely love. Feel free to send me a message if you have anything available. (: (If you're going to contact me through my number, please text only)
I'm 28 years old and am the director of a child care centre :) I work long hours so weekdays I'm fairly quiet and work and go to the gym. I like to spend time with friends on the weekend, have a wine and just relax :) I'm very polite, respectful and tidy! Let me know :)
Both of us are full time students at Newcastle University and work part time. Brad would only spend a few nights a week in Newcastle, as he likes to spend most of his time on the Central Coast with family. We are neat and tidy people who enjoy casual banter as well as time alone to study. Neither of us are big drinkers or party goers however will enjoy a casual night at home on weekends. Ideally bills and internet included in rent, off street parking would be nice but not necessary. We are going on a month holiday in June/July and are looking to move after we get back. Thanks :)
Hi my name is Jacqui. Im a little bit of a clean freak cant live with too much mess, always considerate and respectful of others. Iam an aged care nurse so constantly doing shift work and am moving to newcastle for work. Love hanging out for a coffee, watchin a movie or reading a good book. Keep to myself most of the time but love a chat as well. Iam a smoker trying to quit so please keep this in mind if you dont want a smoker.
I'm honestly pretty chill about everything. Unless you personally go after me I will probably fight to the death for you. I also love a good time and am always down for a chat/cuddle/beach trip. I think I'm also a good flat mate because I wont judge. IDK! It's so hard to give a clear picture of yourself with a couple of sentences, eh? Haha!
I am originally from West Bromwich in England and I have been in Australia for 4 years. I work full time as the MiniRoos Development Officer for Northern NSW Football. Due to my role I work a lot of evenings and spend time away in regional areas. When I'm not working in football I'm playing football. I enjoy spending time and having a laugh with mates which is really important to me. At home I like to feel comfortable in my own space. I like to keep things neat and tidy.
