A little about myself: My names Ben, I’m 22 and currently work (part-time) and study (full-time physics honours) at UoN. Currently living on the Central Coast and commuting which I am looking to do away with. Clean, tidy, hardworking and reliable. Non-smoker and rarely drink. No pets. Have a scooter but not sure If I will be bringing it with me at this stage. Looking for an 8-10 month lease and to move as soon as possible. Happy to socialise where schedule permits, but respect other people’s space.
I'm a full-time Master of Clinical Psychology student. I am currently looking for 6 months+ accommodation around the Newcastle area. I am friendly, clean, organised, enjoy the beach, outdoors and fitness, and don't mind a cheeky wine in the evenings! Not keen on moving into a party house, but do enjoy socialising on the weekend. Cheers!
I'm a classical pianist and piano teacher, moving back to Ncle after a few years in Sydney. I have a cat, not a lot of furniture (I'm a regular purger of 'stuff'), and two motorbikes I'd want to keep off-street. Fairly quiet, (except for playing the piano), I prefer books and the garden and outdoor activity to being indoors watching TV. I don't watch commercial TV (hate ads), nor listen to commercial radio, but will happily binge a good show on Netflix, or listen to ABC radio or music while about the house. Currently I'm also applying for places to rent on my own, into which I'd bring a flatmate, and once I'm back north I'll be looking into the investment property market.
3 bedroom house in Lambton with a separate kitchen & dining areas, air conditioned living area and a large (3.5m×3.5m) bedroom with high ceilings and ceiling fans. Location is amazing with Stockland mall, Westfield and Waratah Village only 5 minutes drive away for all your shopping needs and 10-15 minutes to pretty much anything else in Newcastle including the beaches. There is a huge park just around the corner with swimming pool, bowling club, tennis courts and excercise bars and Elder st at the end of the park has almost anything you might need/want.
Hi I’m Chels, I am currently Studying marketing full time online. I also have a part time retail job. I love binge watching tv shows like ‘Queer Eye’ all the way to ‘Mind Hunters’. Every now and then I go to local gigs and markets, so it would be cool if I had a housemate that would be keen to join. I like a good chat, but also like my own personal space after a big day.
I easy going, mature and respectful, don't let my age deter you, I'm young at heart. I'm well travelled and happy to talk about most things. I'm not looking for a party house, rather a tranquil place to return home to. I have a thirst for life and humanity, by that I mean, people matter! I happy to pitch in and do my share of household chores and up keep of the home. I'm comfortable with pets. You won't find a better chilled out room mate. I enjoy walks, deep conversations, music, culture, spirituality, sport, and more, however I do like my own space Off street parking for my motorcycle would be ideal, but not totally essential. I'm looking to move in at the end of June, but keen to secure somewhere as soon as possible, and happy to pay a larger bond, if necessary. I look forward to hearing from you, male or female. David
Heyy! Me and my buddy James are searching for a third housemate to team up with. We are both Environmental Science students at Newcastle University and work on a part time basis. We're both sociable and would prefer to live with someone who is keen to hangout. However, we also value personal space, especially as the Uni semester begins to pick up.
Hey my name is Michael Rippon I'm 25 years old i work as a barista/cook at west leagues club New Lambton, I have been working there for four years now. I'm very easy going and energetic and a real peoples person. I am one of six kids so I know how to live and get along with the people I live with. I play a bit of sport and attend the gym and pool on the regular, love being outdoors and am a real family person.
I'm just a fun loving guy, tidy and relatively organized, love to take pride in where i live. Pretty outgoing, pretty happy with being on my own. Born and raised in Newcastle, never actually lived anywhere else, massively into cooking for others. I like to go out here and there when I can, few drinks around town, see whats on, usually catch me at some music gig in town. I don't play an instrument myself but I do like to listen to my music out loud, but it doesn't have to be loud to enjoy it. MASSIVE animal fan.
Hey I’m Loz 😋 I’m 21 and work full time in retail. I currently live in a share house in Belmont but am looking for somewhere a little closer to the beaches and town. I also don’t drive, so living close to bus routes is an essential for me. I'm super easy to get along with! I'm very social, love going out and about with friends for lunches or some drinks on the weekend, but I also love my down time too - binge watching tv shows or listening to music. Please feel free to message me if you want to know anything else 😀
Hi I am working in University of Newcastle full time. I am looking for a shared accommodation with people who are around 30 year old. Would like to keep house clean and tidy, enjoy hanging out or have some activities together with housemates.
I'm a single, working tattoo artist and artist who is also studying Creative Industries part time at UoN. I don't own/watch tv instead I prefer to put some music on with headphones and paint/study/draw/hang out with my two dogs. One is 8yr old staffy girl and the other is 7yr old blue heeler girl. Both super human friendly and love cuddles. Ideally I'm looking to find a rental property to share with one or two people. You must love dogs and have no pets yourself unfortunately my girls don't get along with cats or chickens. You will be reliable with rent/bills and also have an open and inclusive down to earth attitude. I am capable and happy to do all lawn maintenance and dog poop scooping, but if you want to help in the yard that is fine! I eat lots of vegan food and happy to share meals sometimes but am also happy for you to do your own thing. If this sounds like your thing I'd love to chat!
Heya! I’m Laura :) I’m a fairly health conscious individual who tries to keep environmentally conscious as well. I’m an active person who goes to the gym and practises yoga most days. I study the Bachelor of Nursing at Newcastle, in my second year, so I am looking for a generally quiet household for the remainder of my studies. I also have two house-trained kittens Sunny and Frankie who love other animals. I’m looking for a pet friendly place all over the Newcastle region (it’s so hard to find one nowadays). Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Looking forward to hearing from you! Laura :)
I love to cook and have a fairly clean house . Happy to do some cookups with housemate's and friends , and can learn some songs to please as I enjoy playing cover's. I also restore furniture and I guess Id call myself a jack of all trade and master of none :) I thrive in a positive atmosphere and also have a lovely Kelpie cross Labrador . She is house trained but can sleep anywhere and happy to keep her outside if need be . I'm looking for a place with a bathtub if possible , I do get some backpain and I find relief from a bath better than painkillers.
Centrally located, it's a few minutes drive from just about everywhere. 22 minutes walk from the hospital (I've timed it) - Small courtyard outside (which will be furnished eventually, cross my fingers) - Unlimited wifi (It says included in the rent but it's not. Can't change it because I'm not technologically competent) - Fully furnished other than the bedrooms - Dishwasher, oven, the whole shebang Both rooms have - ceiling fans - built in wardrobes.
Hey! I am a professional who works in business and finance full time. I am also currently studying a chartered program. I am an easy going guy who doesn't mind doing his own thing, but I am always up for socialising and hanging out - be it chilling at home watching TV or adventures elsewhere! I have experience with living with others and keep a clean room and house. I am more than happy to chip in with cleaning and any maintenance the house requires. Let me know if you are happy to have a meet up! Cheers.
I am an easy going, tidy and friendly person who loves a social situation but also enjoy my own space and quiet I have lived by myself and with fatmates so i know what is required and how to share a workload/housework (i kinda love cleaning) Currently studying 3 days a week and working the other 4 so am quite busy
Looking for a place that feels like home. Friendly, outgoing and interested in making new friends, and exploring new places, at the same time prefer my own privacy. Clean, neat and tidy person and would like the house members to be respectful and clean up after use of the common facilities. Full-time student, therefore wouldn't prefer a party house.
I am a teacher who enjoys wholefoods and simple living. My interests include walking, yoga, cooking and gardening. I am after a reasonably quiet place preferably with a garden.
hello! this is Mona! I like to meet new people and make new friend! I'm friendly and kind, always excited and positive! Also, I do care about cleaning! I'm looking for a friendly housemate as a friend and team and clean house as place to relax and rest.
