G'day from WA! My name is Lucy and I am 23 years old. I am moving from Perth to Sydney to study a masters at Macquarie university. I try to pursue a healthy, balanced lifestyle and keep a positive mindset. During the week I am focused on keeping fit, cooking healthy meals and being organised with my work. On weekends I enjoy to unwind and be social. I don't take myself too seriously and am always up for a laugh or chat. I am clean and tidy to live with and am looking for a housemate who is also this way. I am respectful towards others, value personal space and I am thoughtful towards the needs of others. I am looking to live someone who is relaxed and motivated, ideally someone who is a young professional or postgraduate student.
hi i have Australian citizenship . I'm a builder and renovator with 15 years experience , i work full time , i have own business . i need a small garage ,storage , shed or parking for my tools . i don't like smoke.
ALAS! I find a beautiful place and great housemates but now everyone is moving out and going there own ways :( Hi all, My friends call me Batman, as it is my last name :) I work full time as an Inventory Controls Officer *no not a police officer* Looking for somewhere I can also work on my motorbikes off the street and undercover! I have 2 motorbikes, one is a Ducati Monster 696 and the other is a Ural Ranger (it has a sidecar). I am quite frequently out camping, fishing and motorbike riding during the weekends :) I am after a nice group of people who like to enjoy there life, are' t antisocial and like to have a couple of drinks and BBQ together every now and then :) Looking for a place with an off-street undercover area. So I started rebuilding my motorbike thinking I had somewhere with spare room and not expecting to move anytime soon but now I have to leave so i need somewhere to finish of my project. Hit me up :)
Happy, easygoing, outdoors person with loads of great things happening in my life. I work full time mon-fri, coach photography and horse riding on The weekends and generally just do cool stuff. Must have parking. On street is fine happy to pay for permit. I keep the house tidy and pickup after myself. My bedroom is my space where I keep all my mess. I cook and enjoy some social interactions with housemates. Not big on partying at home, but do like the occasional dinner together with friends. I'm not a homebody or a OCD kitchen freak, and don't want to live with a bossy housemate. Respect each other space and belongs and we will get along just fine :)
This is the newly built Meriton apartments. It is on level 19 with breathtaking views of the city, yet still surrounded by trees so you have a happy medium. It has a pool, gym, and sauna all included in the rent. There is a BBQ area for entertaining, you will have your own private bedroom, with a built in wardrobe, and large window for views. The kitchen range hood is brand new, and the air conditioner is second to none. (I am currently refurnishing the lounge space with more modern furniture, slowly being delivered! ) It is peaceful, yet incredibly modern. The positive about being level 19 we never have any spiders! The bus to the city is literally opposite the road, and takes about 15-20 minutes :) The room will not come with the bed, and will be cleaned out entirely. But the desk is optional if you want it. The parking can be organised with meriton for around $40 a week, I put an add in the elevator and someone rents their car space to me for $10 a week, so it is possible. Or there is street parking literally next door. Bills come out at around $20 a week. Move in is best and available on Thursday 25 January

I’m an easy going half Aussie half Brit IT professional. I’ve moved back to Sydney from London recently for a Tech job in North Sydney. I enjoy swimming, reading and weekend avo’n toast brunch :) Relaxed and always up for a chat.
Hi I'm a friendly man who is happy to clean up after myself and likes to keep my room fairly tidy. I'm fairly busy doing my own thing but also am pretty social when I'm in the mood. I'm a fairly good cook as I studied to be a chef . I'm working in a French restaurant in Mosman and also selling clothing . I like bbqs and going for walks and to local restaurants and bars . I also have a bicycle and a car. I like reading and watching some tv . I'm not a big party person and fairly quite . Thanks from Jim
Hello! I am Alex, I am currently 20 years old and studying Medicine in The Netherlands at the University of Groningen. My hobbies are hanging out with friends, cooking, and reading books. I really enjoy visiting new restaurants and have a taste around the city. I can really say that I am open for any type of food. In my spare time I really enjoy hanging out with friends. We often cook together, or have dinner somewhere in the city. When in Sydney, I really hope that I can explore the city. I am looking forward for all the new experiences this city can offer me! I am looking for a room in Sydney, because I am going to do research about thyroid cancer at the RNSH. I will stay for around 4-5 months.
Respectful, independent and quiet. 3rd year medical student at Royal North Shore looking for a place with people who consider themselves similar.

Lovely bright master bedroom with ensuite has generous built-ins and own private balcony in a two bedroom apartment available for rent. Located in leafy Lane Cove, the apartment is close to public transport and local shops whist still being in an ideal location to feel like you're escaping the busy life of Sydney! The available bedroom is unfurnished. Kitchen is fully equipped, same with living area. The apartment has two balconies, reverse cycle air-conditioning and an internal laundry. My current flatmate is taking some of her own furniture from the lounge room so flexible if you would like to bring anything to make it your home too. The move in date is also flexible.
The block is approx 1 yr old and has a lift. Nice bathrooms and the rooms are adequately sized. Each room is individually Air Conditioned. 50m from bus stop to city and Chatswood. The new flatmate will have exclusive use of the main bathroom. No couples please as the Lease allows a max of 2 people. You must have a sense of humour !! The room is unfurnished but would consider furnishing it for the right person
Slightly out of the city, this property sits on the edge of Lane Cove National Park, which provides a beautiful walking trail and river. Having said that, there are buses a short walk away giving easy access to the city. The property comes with bbq on a large communal balcony, and Foxtel, and air conditioning in the living room. You will also have access to a communal gym, swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi. Room one is the currently unfurnished one which can be furnished if need be. It also comes with a private courtyard. All we ask of you, is to respect the house and not be shy of doing house chores. Our lease ends at the start of March, and we are unsure yet as to whether to extend the lease. Ideally we are looking for people who are more short term as we may be moving end of February, but there could be an option to stay if we extend.
The apartment is a light and airy space split level in a small apartment building. The bedroom: - light and spacious (has blinds) - Massive mirrored wardrobe The Flat: - Large living area - Shared bathroom with an extra toilet - Spacious Kitchen with electric stove - laundry shared with the two of us - Plenty of on street parking (the car space was given to the smallest room occupant) - Short walk to buses on Mowbray Road and Epping Road - Quiet location

Bus transport (285, 286, 287, 288, 291, 292, 294) to Epping/Macquarie University and North Sydney / Sydney CBD just outside the flat on Epping Road. 8 minutes walk to Lane Cove shops / Lane Cove Interchange / Woolworths and Coles Supermarkets. MUST be tidy (except your own room as it's your space), no pets, no smoking in the apartment, responsible in sharing house chores, pay rent on time. Prefer potential flatmate aged between 20 to 40 years old and friendly. - Strictly no couples and no family. - Frequent buses to North Shore, Epping, Macquarie Uni, Sydney City area outside of building. - Located on first floor with small balcony. - Undercover car spot included with rent. - Shared coin operated laundry and dryer in the building. - 20 - 30 minutes to Macquarie Uni by bus. - 15 - 20 minutes to North Sydney, Sydney CBD by bus.
- Easy access to public transport with a bus stop one block away of the house. 11 minutes walk to Coles and Lane Cove Shopping Centre. - All furniture is provided except for the bedroom. - There are 2 bedrooms available for rent now. One is the smaller one with king size single bed, table and medium size wardrobe. The other bedroom is much bigger with double bed, table and large wardrobe. - Nice view with good size kitchen and lounge room. - Car-space is available on the street. I’m looking for tidy with health life style room mate. The room will be available from December 19th, and of course all the belongings in the picture will be clean out.:)
We love living in Lane Cove as the transportation is easy and close to the city, Chatswood, Macquarie, St Leonards etc. Our apartment is on the 19th floor overlooking the river with a swimming pool and a mini gym on level 2. Very nice! Rent would be $300 per week and with either the electricity or hot water bill to be paid monthly on top. We don't really have any house rules other than being respectful and tidy. It is an apartment block so low noise and being cautious of others is a must. We do have Foxtel and Wifi also.

Hi I'm Lilly, I'm 23 and moving from Melbourne to start med school at Macquarie Uni. Very excited to move up to Sydney! I'm very neat and clean, love to cook (particularly like baking!) and love all things brunch/cheese/wine related. I like being social, having a chat and spending time with friends but am also quiet relaxed. I love my down time reading and watching Netflix and I'll probably be studying a lot this year. Uni starts on the 26th of Feb, so while I don't know a definite move date I'd like to settle in around the 17th. Ideally would like to live with people I can be friends with :) Please email/text me
I have just started work as a cash processor in lane cove. I am a tidy and quiet flatmate who has interests in reading, watching movies, playing sports and games. I'm not too much of a party person and like to live in a relatively quiet house, although I don't mind the odd drink :) . I am looking for a room with easygoing flatmates who are tidy.
Hey! I'll be moving to Sydney from Perth (first week of Jan 2018) to start my Postgraduate studies at Macquarie University. I'm super chilled and easy to get along with. I make it a point to keep everything in the house clean and tidy. Definitely someone who respects the privacy of others. I love soccer, travelling, technology, social entrepreneurship, reading, music and movies! Room preference - Looking for a private room with my own bathroom (en-suite). Since I drive, I also need a parking spot. And most importantly, decent internet!! Please let me know if there's any additional information you'd like to know!
We are both students and work part time, we are pretty easy going and just want somewhere easy to live while we are studying in Sydney.
21 years old Malaysian studying in Macquarie for degree. Currently in Malaysia for holiday, I will be back to Sydney at the end of February so I'm hoping I'm able to find a nice and friendly place to stay nearby there. It will be best if its fully furnished with bills included in rent. I like to watch Korean drama which is why wifi is a must for me hahah and I go for a jog sometimes. I like to keep my things clean and tidy. I'm a lazy person when it comes to cooking, so I always make something easy like pasta, congee or maybe bake once in awhile only. I super adore dogs! <3
Planning to move late Feb, I'm looking for a place for at least 6 months. I work and study full-time so I'm pretty busy, but I still enjoy hanging out and spending time at home. I prefer a clean and tidy place close to public transport. Likes: hiking, spicy food, indie film, folk music, figurative art, cats
