G'day! I'm Hal, a 28yo LGBTQI+ & Neurodivergent guy, and I am looking to share a home with 1-2 others in the inner north. I work full time as an engineer in the northern suburbs, and travel frequently as part of my job. As a result sometimes I may be away for days or weeks at a time, and I will often but inconsistently leave very early or come home very late on work days. Secure, off-street parking for my work vehicle is an essential. I grew up in the outer eastern suburbs, and I have been renting in Mooroolbark for the last 18 months. My tenancy is coming to an end due to planned development, hence its time for me to find something new much closer to work, and enjoy a bit of change in lifestyle. I prefer to keep my living space clean and organised, and often find myself cleaning up after others (I'm not looking to need to do this, but just an indicator of my living style). I don't have any pets myself but am very accepting (even preferable to!) people with any pets, so long as you take good care of them. Furthmore I do not smoke, but comfortable with others that do so long as you're respectful about where you smoke. I like to occasionally host social gatherings with mates - chill drinks, cookups, board games & table top games. Would be nice to find a housemate to occasionally share some of these activities with, but I am without expectations of this. Overall most of the small amount of time I spend at home I'm generally keep to myself.
